Abstract

Abstract: PT Petronika is producing dioctyl phthalate (DOP) factory which was founded on September 14, 1983. Pros of PT Petronika this is the resulting product quality, use of eco environmentally production processes, and a good system. These advantages can reflect a positive image and become the deferensiation of its competitors. The problem of PT Petronika are haven’t made promotional media can shape the image of the company. Design of media promotion of PT Petronika is expected to shape the corporate image, increase the consumers and the interests of investors to be able to cooperate with PT Petronika. This research uses research methods qualitative. Qualitative research is conducted with interviews, observation, documentation, and literary studies to obtain data that are used as a foundation in designing the design concept. Concepts in the design of media promotion of PT Petronika as the creation of the corporate image is "trusted quality". The Word trusted quality is taken to define the quality of the product produced by PT Petronika which is trusted and recognized by consumers domestic and foreign. It is evident from some of the recognition awards acquired PT Petronika and also haven’t any complaints from loyal consumers. Give priority to the quality of the resulting product could be the deferensiation of product competitors. The concept is implemented in the strategy of creative and media strategy. The end result of this design is expected to make media promotions company that can reflect and more competitive.  Keywords: Design, Media Promotions, Corporate Image.

Abstract

Abstract: The creation of an illustrated book based media form as a depiction of local wisdom contained in Regalia Keraton Ngayogyakarta Hadiningrat is a study that aims to introduce the philosophy of Java to youth leadership. By using descriptive qualitative analysis method The processed data from interviews, observation and literature, drawn a conclusion that is used as the concept of creation. The concept of creation found is "Modeling the Great Coat", which represent the value of the concept of culture behind Regalia Keraton Ngayogyakarta Hadiningrat which has been less exposed. Because, at this time the teens are more interested in things that are modern and quickly bored in reading. The Java philosophy of leadership is on heirloom Keraton Ngayogyakarta Hadiningrat called Regalia. There are eight types of Regalia namely Banyak, Dhalang, Sawung, Galing, Hardawalika, Kutuk, Kacu Mas, and Kandhil. Meanwhile, cultural preservation should and must to be done. Moreover, many lessons can be taken in the values and philosophy that can be applied to the social life of todays society. Abstract:  Mount Bromo (from Sanskrit) volcano is still active and most famous as a tourist attraction in East Java. As a tourist attraction, Mount Bromo become attractive because of its status as the volcano is still active.The objective of this media campaign, so Places Mount Bromo in Probolinggo be better known by the public outside of Probolinggo and to increase visitor loyalty Mount Bromo for visitors interested in returning to Mount Bromo. Making the media campaign is based on the collection of data and surveys directly in Places of Mount Bromo. Results from making media campaign is expected to introduce Places Mount Bromo to the public. Abstract: Grebeg Besar ceremony of alms form Earth in the shape of a mount that contains results that are in the city of Yogyakarta. This Grebeg Besar ceremony was held on the 10th Dzulhijjah or coinciding with the feast of Eid al-Adha. The ceremony is already very well known in the Yogyakarta region a lot of media who already publish the ceremony but from various media no one tells the story and review in detail about the ceremony of the Grebeg Besar. But behind it all, there is an awful lot of value philosophy and philosophy is still waking up to this point. As the effort so that the values of an existing philosophy at the ceremony is known by the public, then it will be made of the creation of a book containing the photo essay about the procession Grebeg Besar ceremony in an effort to popularize philosophy of culture. Research methods qualitative method is done by conducting interviews, observation, documentation, library and study to get the data used as the supporter of the creation of the concept of the creation of a book of photo essay. Analysis of the data done then found keyword "Offerings the leader". then the keyword will be applied to this photo essay book so that the contents of the book describes a King who generously gave alms to the people. Abstract

Abstract: Batik Indonesia is one of the works of the ancestral heritage of Indonesia. Batik art is the art of drawing on the fabric for clothing which became one of the cultural keluaga Indonesian kings of old. The development of batik motif with the character of an area is one of the potential development of a new motif (contemporary) through the development of regional motifs, almost all regions to develop the potential of batik owned. However, there are still some areas that are still in the stage of exploring the potential of batik to bring creativity and innovation strive to create unique on batik motifs, as well as a characteristic of their region. Lumajang is one of the areas that do not have an icon that symbolizes motif characteristic of the region. a lot of potential that can be developed in Lumajang to be iconic motif, such as from natural resources such as mountain semeru, semeru sand and the great banana. Therefore it is necessary for creation motif Lumajang accordance with local characteristics in an effort to promote local region Lumajang through media batik. Design done by observation, interviews, in-depth interviews, and literature studies using qualitative descriptive analysis and supported by the analysis of keyword searches to determine the design concepts used in the overall design. The concept of natural grandeur implemented on the icon motif Lumajang district. The concept of natural grandeur is a form of abundant natural resources that exist in Lumajang, this area has its own characteristics compared to other surrounding areas such as the results of the great banana plantations, namely, of the results of that sand mining and mountain tourism semeru. Abstract: The goal of the design creation illustrated book Sasirangan fabrics are promotional efforts, provide more information about the fabrics Sasirangan for young people, especially teenagers get information about Cain Sasirangan and more loving culture of the region. The study was conducted using qualitative methods is by doing interviews, observation, documentation, and literature to obtain data that is used as a conception of making this illustrated book. The concept gained through data analysis is the specialty of Thousand Rivers. Descriptions of the concept of "Privileged Thousand Rivers" represents the meaning of Cain Sasirangan and Banjarmasin. Sasirangan cloth is cultural heritage, has a unique characteristic of the manufacturing process and has a magical value in ancient times, while Banjarmasin is the capital of the province of South Kalimantan in the city where there are Kampung Sasirangan, and the city has many streams. Privileged by (KBBI) are special properties. Special is the typical, outstanding, other than the other. From concept which has been described above, teens can hope to know more about intangible cultural heritage, distinctive culture Banjar Cain Sasirangan. Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to analyze the influence of aesthetic design of the user interface of iOS user behavior in Surabaya through intention to use. Research using quantitative research methods manifold verification. The approach used is the approach of causality (causality research) with explanatory survey research model (explanatory survey). Models were selected because researchers investigating possible causal relationship of an phenomenon. The samples used in this research were 105 respondents. The research instrument used in the form of a structured questionnaire distributed by accidental sampling method. The data obtained were processed by the method of analysis GeSCA. Results of this research confirms, that the design aesthetic and intention to use is a determinant of usage behavior, because the design aesthetic and intention to use can encourage of usage behavior on iOS devices. Design aesthetic and intention to use jointly affect usage behavior. Theoretically, the model found in this study also explains the role of intention to use as a mediating variable between the design aesthetic of the iOS device and user behavior. Keywords : design aesthetic, user interface, behavior, intention, iOS

Abstract: PT Data Sarana Wisata Travel is is a tourism service provider company in Indonesia which is based in Surabaya. As a company that has been running for 3 years, the profit is relatively stagnant and need to be efforts to build a strong image to remain competitive in the Indonesian market. During this, PT Data Sarana have not do promotion agresively and media campaign that used by this company does not have concept design. The low awareness of the importance the media campaign, create a high probability of customers moving to another travel. Media campaigns are very important to build brand. Therefore, it is necessary to increase awareness of customer by doing branding and maintenance customers through the media campaign to maintain the position of PT Data Sarana Wisata from the competitors. In this rebranding takes several steps to obtain appropriate results, which begins with interviews and observations, collecting data from observation, briefing comes from the company, and then carried out the design process. Of the process, discovered a keyword that will be used for the reference design a media campaign, which is A Truly Enjoyable Experience.. This concept will be implement using some of trip photo of PT Data Sarana Wisata. Abstract: The purpose of this study was to the creation of comic books of traditional games as an attempt to introduce to teenagers. Traditional games currently almost eroded and replaced with electronic games, with all modern tools as well. This is mainly due to the rapid development of technology that supports and produces various types of games, so there is little youth of today are not familiar with the traditional games ever played by their parents.
