Abstract

Abstrak Program ini didasari atas kebutuhan mendesak untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman lingkungan di kalangan masyarakat, khususnya ibu rumah tangga. Di daerah Lombok Timur, masalah lingkungan seperti sampah plastik dan limbah rumah tangga menjadi tantangan serius yang memerlukan perhatian. Pendampingan ini bertujuan untuk untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran lingkungan di kalangan ibu rumah tangga, serta mendorong penerapan prinsip Zero Waste dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Sasaran dalam kegiatan ini adalah para ibu rumah tangga di 3 desa dan kelurahan Lombok Timur yaitu Sukamulia Timur, Korleko, dan Dasan Pancor Kelurahan Majidi berjumlah 33 orang. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini berhasil memberikan dampak positif pada 33 peserta yang terlibat. Sebelum pendampingan dimulai, hanya 45% peserta yang memahami konsep Zero Waste, namun angka ini meningkat signifikan menjadi 85% setelah pendampingan selesai. Selain itu, kesadaran lingkungan di kalangan peserta juga meningkat dari 55% menjadi 90%. Kata kunci: pendampingan; sadar kingkungan; zero waste  Abstract This program is based on the urgent need to raise environmental awareness and understanding within the community, particularly among housewives. In the East Lombok area, environmental issues such as plastic waste and household waste have become serious challenges that require attention.This mentoring program aims to enhance environmental understanding and awareness among housewives while encouraging the adoption of Zero Waste principles in daily life. The target participants of this activity were 33 housewives from three villages and sub-districts in East Lombok: Sukamulia Timur, Korleko, and Dasan Pancor in Kelurahan Majidi. This community service program successfully had a positive impact on all 33 participants involved. Before the mentoring began, only 45% of participants understood the concept of Zero Waste, but this number significantly increased to 85% after the program was completed. Additionally, environmental awareness among the participants rose from 55% to 90%. Keywords: mentoring; environment awareness; zero waste.

Study results show that, TPACK is wrong something type knowledge new which must controlled teacher for could integrate technology with good in learning, measurement TPACK is activity evaluation level TPACK mastery carried out use TPACK frameworks, and development TPACK is continuation from process measurement which conducted for increase mastery TPACK. TPACK could made as framework work for designing curriculum more teacher education in accordance with era and demands learning Century 21.

Abstract

The problem-based learning (PBL) model is a form of learning that emphasizes the learning process and developing problem-solving skills. The low level of environmental awareness is increasingly worrying. Ecological awareness, in this case ecotourism, is decreasing along with technological developments. For this reason, scientific literacy and environmental awareness are needed, especially in character formation. This article research conducted a systematic literature review using PRISMA approach, namely carrying out a synthesis of studies from articles on the theme of the ecotourism-integrated problem-based learning (PBL) model to increase scientific literacy and environmental awareness. The articles used in this paper are from Google Scholar, scopus and science direct with the application of proportional sampling techniques, 15 of the 72 articles that meet the inclusion criteria, the year of publication between 2020 until 2024, the languages used are Indonesian and English, the research subject is Problem-Based Learning (PBL). The research results show that PBL has positive potential in increasing scientific literacy and environmental awareness. Both the use of the PBL model directly and with integration show an increase in scientific literacy and concern for the environment

Abstract

Dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSC) are photoelectrochemical, alternative energy source devices that convert light energy into electricity. In this study, DSSC with various concentrations (0.1, 0.5, and 1.0 mM) of N719 dye have been successfully prepared using simple steps. The X-ray diffraction results of the TiO2 film showed that it is polycrystalline with an anatase phase (tetragonal system) having a crystallite size of about 20 nm. The absorbance spectrum of the TiO2 film and N719 dye at various concentrations was recorded by ultraviolet-visible (UV-Vis) spectrophotometer. The bandgap energy of the TiO2 film calculated by Tauc’s formula was ~3.1 eV. The DSSC prepared using the N719 dye concentration of 1 mM achieved the highest conversion efficiency (η) of 0.298 %, respectively. Subsequently, the enhancement in efficiency was ~86 % compared with the conversion efficiency of DSSC prepared with an N719 dye concentration of 0.1 and 0.5 mM.

Abstract

Abstrak Berdasarkan hasil observasi di sekolah mitra yaitu SMPN 1 Jerowaru, terlihat bahwa keadaan laboratorium belum memadai dimana alat dan bahan praktikum masih sangat kurang. Guru-guru IPA tidak melakukan inovasi dan kreasi untuk mengatasi kekurangan tersebut. Selain itu, kegiatan praktikum jarang dilakukan termasuk dalam memanfaatkan lingkungan sekitar. Guru IPA cenderung melakukan pembelajaran dengan teori dan monoton hanya di dalam kelas. Oleh karena itu, pengusul bersama mitra bekerja sama dalam mengatasi masalah tersebut melalui program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM). Program PkM ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan guru dalam merancang dan mengembangkan media pembelajaran dengan bahan bekas yang berada di lingkungan sekitar. Metode yang digunakan dalam pencapaian tujuan tersebut adalah penyelenggaraan inservice berupa pelatihan dan pendampingan. Pelatihan yang dilaksanakan adalah latihan teknik-teknik merancang media pembelajaran terintegrasi lingkungan (bahan bekas). Hasil media yang dikembangkan ada enam yaitu kincir air, jangka sorong, elektroskop sederhana, alat destilasi, dan sistem peredaran darah. Kata kunci: media pembelajaran; lingkungan; konsep IPA Abstract Based on the results of observations at the partner school, namely SMPN 1 Jerowaru, it can be seen that the condition of the laboratory is inadequate where the tools and materials for practicum are still very lacking. Science teachers do not innovate and create to overcome these shortcomings. In addition, practicum activities are rarely carried out including in utilizing the surrounding environment. Science teachers tend to carry out learning with theory and monotonously only in the classroom. Therefore, the proposer and partners work together to overcome this problem through the Community Service (PKM) program. This PkM program aims to improve teacher skills in designing and developing learning media with used materials in the surrounding environment. The method used in achieving these goals is the implementation of inservice in the form of training and mentoring. The training carried out is training in techniques for designing integrated learning media for the environment (used materials). The results of the media developed are six, namely water wheels, vernier calipers, simple electroscopes, distillation tools, and blood circulation systems. Keywords: learning media; environment; science concept

Abstract

The purpose of this PKM is that teachers understand the concept of lesson study, are able to carry out lesson study and can implement lesson study in the process of learning activities, especially in physics subjects so as to improve students' critical thinking skills. This service activity starts from the preparation stage and the implementation stage. The partners in this PKM programme are physics teachers of SMAN 1 Sakra, the number of participants involved in this PKM activity is 9 people consisting of 2 Physics Education lecturers, 5 physics teachers of SMAN 1 Sakra and 2 students to help with documentation activities. The method used in this activity is Lesson study training and lesson study implementation assistance in the process of learning activities. The results achieved from this activity are (1) Increased teacher understanding of Lesson Study and (2) Increased teacher enthusiasm in improving lesson study-based learning. (3) Increased interest and confidence of teachers to become professional teachers (4) Increased critical thinking skills of students in physics subjects.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa pada mata kuliah fisika statistik dengan menerapkan model Problem Based Learning melalui kegiatan lesson study. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Pendidikan fisika semester lima (V) Program Studi Pendidikan fisika Universitas Hamzanwadi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas melalui kegiatan Lesson Study yang terdiri dari tiga tahapan, yaitu perencanaan (Plan), pelaksanaan (Do) dan refleksi (See). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes, angket, observasi, catatan lapangan dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model Problem Based learning melalui kegiatan lesson study dapat meningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa pada matakuliah fisika statistik, Adapaun rata-rata prosentase kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa pada masing-masing siklus yaitu 39% siklus I dan 57% siklus II.

Abstract

This research was conducted because there was still a low level of critical thinking skills of students in learning Physics. The purpose of this study was to see the improvement of students' critical thinking skills through the application of project-based learning model. The subject of the research is class XI MIPA 2 at SMAN 3 Selong which consists of 18 students. The instruments in this study consisted of observation sheets, student worksheets, and critical thinking skills test sheets. From the results of the study it was found that the critical thinking skills of students showed an increase in each cycle with the application of the Project Based Learning model. Thus it was concluded that this Classroom Action Research was categorized as reaching the target in the second cycle.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the trend of STEM research publications in undergraduate education each year, visualize the trend of STEM research in undergraduate education, and how STEM research contributes to undergraduate science education. This study was conducted in September 2023 using bibliometric analysis. This study uses the following search terms in the title, abstract, and keywords: "STEM Learning" AND "undergraduate". The researcher only considered scientific articles published each year and did not limit the publication source. The initial data analysis resulted in 116 documents, then there were 109 documents that were relevant to the search criteria. The documents were analyzed using VOSViewer and Biblioshiny. The data was documented in (.csv) format. Next, this data was processed and analyzed using the VOSViewer and Biblioshiny applications to analyze the trend of research on STEM in undergraduate education programs.

Abstract

This research aims to improve generic science skills by using the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model. This research using the method of classroom action research (PTK) with 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of the stages of planning, implementing actions, observing/observing, and reflecting. The research subjects were class X MIPA 3 of SMAN 3 Selong with a total of 26 people. Data was collected using a test technique to see the increase from cycle 1 to cycle 2. The results showed an increase from cycle 1 to cycle 2 with the percentage of generic science skills from 60.97% to 76.72%, including the medium to high category. The results obtained indicate that there is an increase in generic physics skills by using the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model.
