Abstract

Abstrak   Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan upaya meningkatkan kemampuan sains melalui metode eksperimen. Subyek penelitian ini adalah 20 anak kelompok B di RA  As-Salam.  Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan dokumentasi, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini pada siklus I  aktivitas guru menunjukkan presentase 65 % kemudian pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 85,55%. Aktivitas anak pada siklus I sebesar 60% meningkat menjadi  80% pada siklus II. Nilai rata-rata kemampuan sains anak pada  siklus I tingkat perkembangannya memperoleh presentase sebesar 65,55%  dan siklus II meningkat  menjadi 80,49%. Berdasarkan uraian diatas, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kemampuan sains  anak kelompok B                 di RA  As-Salam Surabaya  melalui metode eksperimen . Kata Kunci: Kemampuan Sains, Metode Eksperimen. Abstract  This classroom action research aims to describe efforts to improve the ability of science through experimental methods. The subjects of this study were 20 children in group B in RA As-Salam. Data collection technique used observation and documentation, while the technique of data analysis using descriptive statistics. The results of this study in the first cycle of teacher activity shows the percentage of 65% and then on the second cycle increased to 85.55%. Activities of children in the first cycle by 60% increasing to 80% in the second cycle. The average value of science abilities of children in the first cycle level of development acquire a percentage of 65.55% and the second cycle increased to 80.49%. Based on the description above, it can be concluded that an increase in the ability of children through the experimental method of science.   Keywords:  Scientific skills, Experimental Method.

Abstract

Parents are the first school and educator for every child in printing wise characters in every way. Then the role of parents is of course also very influential in preparing a child mentally and personally how to deal with an era that continues to develop, including the digital era. The digital era is an era that cannot be avoided because it covers all lines of life, but also cannot be too accepting, because behind the benefits of the digital era, it also saves some disadvantages that can cause a decline in children's education. With that, the shape of the role of parents and the driving and inhibiting factors of parental participation in children's education greatly affect how children respond and how children characterize this digital era. Orang tua merupakan sekolah dan pendidik pertama bagi setiap anak dalam mencetak karakter yang bijak dalam setiap hal. Kemudian peran orang tua tentu juga sangat berpengaruh dalam mempersiapkan mental dan diri seorang anak bagaimana menghadapi zaman yang terus berkembang, termasuk era digital. Era digital merupakan era yang tidak bisa di hindari karena sudah meliputi semua lini kehidupan, tetapi juga tidak bisa terlalu menerima, karena di balik manfaat-manfaat era digital, ia juga menyimpan bebrapa mudharat yang dapat menyebabkan merosotnya pendidikan anak. Dengan itu, bentuk peran orang tua dan faktor pendorong serta penghambat dari keikut sertaan orang tua dalam pendidikan anak sangat berpengaruh bagaimana respond dan cara anak menyifati era digital ini.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the effect of perceptions of organizational support, training, self-concept and communication individually or collectively on the effectiveness of the employees of the Regional Secretariat of Muara Enim Regency. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method using questionnaires distributed to respondents. Test the quality of the data by using the validity test, reliability test. Analysis using statistical calculations with multiple regression formula, partial test simultaneous test and the coefficient of determination. The results of the study explain that perceptions of organizational support have no significant effect on the effectiveness of the work of Regional Secretariat employees in Muara Enim Regency. Training has a significant effect on the effectiveness of the work of the Regional Secretariat of Muara Enim Regency Staff. Self- concept has no significant effect on the effectiveness of the work of Regional Secretariat employees of Muara Enim Regency. Communication has no significant effect on the effectiveness of the work of the Regional Secretariat of Muara Enim Regency. Perceptions of organizational support, training, self-concept and communication have no significant effect on the effectiveness of the work of Regional Secretariat employees of Muara Enim Regency.

Abstract

Abstrac This research is motivated by the government's policy regarding Freedom of Learning which is the first step to create a new education, to realize Human Resources (HR) with project-based learning to develop students' abilities, talents, interests and character according to the Pancasila Student Profile. The purpose of this research is to find out and describe the readiness of Kindergarten Teachers in implementing the Independent Curriculum in the learning process and to provide socialization to parents of students regarding the Independent Curriculum. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research type. Qualitative descriptive research is research that seeks to describe, examine and link the data obtained either textually or contextually into writing to gain clarity on the issues discussed. The results of this study as a whole teachers in Braja Indah Islamic Kindergarten are ready to implement the Merdeka Curriculum. Teachers can already create teaching material modules and use appropriate media. The teachers at the Braja Indah Islamic Kindergarten are ready to implement the independent curriculum, by continuing to update their knowledge and have the support of the principal and parents of students. With the existence of an independent curriculum, teachers must continue to learn to update knowledge and learn technology, so that they can provide learning that keeps up with the times.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus merupakan suatu penyakit metabolik yang ditandai dengan terjadinya peningkatan kadar gula dalam darah (hiperglikemik) yang terjadi karena adanya kelainan sekresi insulin, kerja insulin atau kedua-duanya. Peningkatan kadar gula darah melebihi batas normal merupakan suatu  tanda dari diabetes melitus (DM). Sebelum dan sesudah  melakukan  kegiatan penyuluhan tentang penyakit diabetes melitus tipe 2 pemateri memberikan beberapa pertanyaan secara Lisan sebanyak  3 Pertanyaan ini dilakukan untuk melihat bagaimana pengetahuan lansia. Dari 30 lansia yang hadir dalam kegiatan hanya beberapa lansia yang menjawab benar, sebagian lagi menjawab salah dan sebagianya tidak menjawab sama sekali pertanyaan yang di berikan. Pada saat penyuluhan media yang di gunakan adalah leaflet. Dalam kegiatan ini juga dilakukan tanya jawab Setelah selesai penyampaian materi. Pemateri Kembali memberikan pertanyaan secara lisan tentang penyakit diabetes melitus tipe 2 sebanyak 3 kali pertanyaan. Hal ini dilakukan untuk melihat bagimana lansia telah memahami materi yang telah disampaikan apakah mengerti atau tidak, dari 30 lansia yang hadir Sebagian menjawab bener dan Sebagian kecil menjawab kurang tepat. Dari Hasil kegiatan yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui program yang telah dilakukan di Rt 6 Kelurahan pantoloan kecamatan tawaili pengetahuan lansia sebelum dilakukan penyuluhan masih sangat kurang. Namun setelah dilakukan penyuluhan, dan pemeriksaan langsung gula darah sewaktu sangat mengerti dan dapat diimpelemtasikan dikemudia hari.

Abstract

Condition of the spread corona virus disease 2019 (Covid-19) in 2020 to 2021 experienced quite a number of cases in Indonesia, the implementations of Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM) and various preventions were carried out by the the goverments to suppres the spread of Covid-19. Simo Village, Boyolali Regency is the first village to experience Covid-19 casses in Boyolali Regency with a fairly high rate a Covid-19 spread form June 2020 to February 2021. Simo Village is one of the villages located not far form Simo Market accebilities with a high level of interaction people between residents who are accompanied by a number of employes (PNS) form outside the area who often go out have caused a massive spread of the Covid-19 virus to occur. Covid-19 data (recap data) in Simo Village provide clues in the form of active, recovered, and death. With this data processing, a mapping of the distributions of active cases in several hamlets or villages can be made so that it can provide an overview to the residents concerned for an inrotmative and efficient map. With this mapping, it can be analyzed, the level of vulnerability, potential disaster, and risk suppression

The of research is to better understand and explain the implementation of corporate social responsibility at PT.Tirta fresindo jaya (Mayora Group) using qualitative data.The research results show that the community apporoach to implementing. The Comporate Social Responbility program or PT.Tirta fresindo jaya mayora group’s pasuruan can be said to be not optimal. This isindicated by the low realization of PT.Tirta fresindo jaya (Mayora Group) Pasuruan Corporate Social Responbility. Abstract

This study aims to analyze and provide empirical evidence of the impact of business size, stock return, and stock trading volume on the bid-ask spread of stocks. This quantitative associative research uses secondary data obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the websites of each company. The population of this study is comprised of LQ45 Index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2016 and 2020. The sample for this study was selected through the use of purposeful sampling, and only 70 of the provided firm data met the selection criteria. The data in this study were analyzed using panel data regression analysis and statistical EViews software. This study discovered that the bid-ask spread of a stock is influenced by three factors: the size of the company, the trading volume, and the returns on the stock. The size of the company has a significant effect on the bid-ask spread, whereas stock returns have an insignificant effect.

Abstract

Accounting conservatism is employed to mitigate risk and curb excessive optimism among managers and company owners. However, an excessive application of conservatism may lead to inaccuracies in calculating a company's periodic profit or loss, potentially misrepresenting the company's true financial condition. This study aims to analyze the impact of tax incentives and financial distress on accounting conservatism. The study population comprises food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period from 2016 to 2020. Data for this research were collected from 10 companies that met the sample criteria, resulting in a total of 50 research observations over the 5-year period. The study relies on secondary data and employs multiple linear regression analysis to analyze the data. The findings suggest that (1) tax incentives (X1) have a significant influence on accounting conservatism (Y); (2) financial distress (X2) does not have a significant impact on accounting conservatism (Y); and (3) when considered together, tax incentives (X1) and financial distress (X2) collectively influence accounting conservatism (Y).
