The background of this research is that community participation in the implementation of education has not run optimally in the village of Marunggi, Kota Pariaman. There is still a lot of non-formal education that has not been implemented and faces many problems. This research is a quantitative type of correlational research. community participation in education is very low, but community participation in education is very important because anything that is produced without involving the community in the whole process will result in a lack of a sense of belonging and responsibility for them to participate in implementing and maintaining the continuity of education. The population in this study were 113 people and the sample in this study were 53 people enrolled in non-formal education programs using the Cluster Random Sampling sampling technique, which is group randomization. The analysis of this research is Pearson product moment correlation. There is a significant relationship between government support for community participation in the implementation of non-formal education in the village of Marunggi Kota Pariaman.Keywords: Village Government Support, Community Participation, Non-formal Education

This research is motivated by the low of parental guidance on adolescent learning interest in the Melayu Village, Lubuk Basung District, Agam Regency. aims to see a picture of adolescent learning interest, a picture of parental guidance and see the relationship between parental guidance and adolescent learning interest. This type of research is using a quantitative with a correlational approach. The population in this study were all teenagers in the Malay Village, Lubuk Basung District as many as 21 people. Sample was taken as much as 50% of the population of 11 people. The results of this study indicate that parenting still low, adolescent learning interest is still lacking; and there is a significant relationship between parental guidance and adolescent learning interest in the Melayu Village, Lubuk Basung District, Agam Regency. It is recommended for parents to be able to provide encouragement and motivation for children to further improve and be more active in learning activities, as well as be a guide for further researchers. The cooperative learning learning model essentially functions to increase cooperation and collaboration between students. There are many types of cooperative learning. This type will be effective if used according to the characteristics and content of learning. The problem in the field is that many teachers choose the wrong learning model so that learning outcomes do not reach the KKM. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the cooperative model in informatics learning. The research method is quantitative with a quasy experimental type. The population is high school students with a total of 380 people. Samples were taken purposively, namely based on the similarity of student characteristics and learning outcomes that had been obtained previously. The research procedure is divided into two classes, namely control and experiment. Data were processed by differential statistical analysis using differential analysis (t test).

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi bahwa rendahnya motivasi belajar peserta dalam mengikuti pelatihan public speaking di UKKPK Universitas Negeri Padang. Peneliti menduga penyebab rendahnya motivasi belajar peserta pelatihan ini adalah dikarenakan kurangnya pengimplementasian pendekatan andragogi oleh trainer. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran penggunaan pendekatan andragogi, gambaran motivasi belajar, dan bagaimana hubungan keduanya. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat dekskriptif korelasional. Populasi penelitian adalah semua peserta pelatihan public speaking yang memenuhi krikteria sebanyak 30 orang dan dan seluruh populasi tersebut dijadikan responden, Teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner dengan alat pengumpul datanya berupa angket. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus persentase dan product moment. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) penggunaan pendekatan andragogi trainer masih rendah, (2) motivasi belajar peserta pelatihan tergolong sedang, dan (3) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara penggunaan pendekatan andragogi trainer dengan motivasi belajar peserta pada pelatihan public speaking di UKKPK Universitas Negeri Padang.

This research was driven by the excellent academic achievement of the interns, there was an increase in the value of the apprentices, which was influenced by several reasons. One of the reasons considered to be a driving factor for the high learning outcomes of training participants is the instructor's good andragogic approach. This study aims to: 1) Describe the approaches and activities of the androgynous coordinator. 2) Describe the instructor's andragogic approach in providing learning materials. 3) Describe a moderator andragogic approach to using PPDH. 4) Describe the instructor's andragogic approach to managing the learning environment. This study uses a quantitative approach, with a descriptive type which aims to determine the andragogy approach of millennial farmer training facilitators at the West Sumatera Agricultural Training Center. The research population consisted of 60 learning residents and the sampling technique used Stratified Random Sampling and 50% were taken, namely 30 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire and the data collection tool is a list of statements, then the data analysis technique uses a percentage formula. The results of the study found that: 1) The andragogical approach of millennial farmer training facilitators at the West Sumatera Agricultural Training Center Based on the Facilitator's Performance Sub-Variables was categorized as good; 2) The andragogic approach of millennial farmer training facilitators at the West Sumatera Agricultural Training Center Based on Learning Material Sub-Variables is categorized as good;3) The andragogical approach of millennial farmer training facilitators at the West Sumatera Agricultural Training Center Based on Learning Method Sub Variables is categorized as good; 4) The andragogical approach of millennial farmer training facilitators at the West Sumatera Agricultural Training Center Based on the Sub-Variables Learning about environmental management is categorized as good. Furthermore, suggestions are expected for future researchers to study new variables in order to be able to reproduce and complement the variables that will be studied further

The background of this research is the low interest in studying sewing training participants at the Kerinci Regency Vocational Training Center which is thought to be caused by the low availability of learning facilities. This study aims to describe the availability of learning facilities, describe the interest in learning and see the relationship between the availability of learning facilities and interest in learning. This research is a quantitative research with a correlational type. The population of this study were 40 sewing trainees. Sampling using stratified random sampling technique. Data collection techniques and tools using questionnaires and questionnaires. The data obtained were analyzed using percentage and correlation (product moment) formulas. The results showed that the availability of learning facilities was categorized as low, the learning interest of sewing training participants was categorized as low, and there was a significant relationship between the availability of learning facilities and the learning interest of sewing training participants at the Kerinci Regency Vocational Training Center.

The background of this research is the low gross motor development of children in Kurnia Asy Syifa Islamic Kindergarten, this is suspected because it has something to do with children's playing opportunities that are low. This study aims to: 1) describe children's play opportunities; 2) describe the development of gross motor skills of children; and 3) looking at the relationship between children's play opportunities and gross motoric development of children in the Islamic Kurnia Asy Syifa Kindergarten. This type of research is quantitative research with correlational descriptive techniques. The research population was all parents of students at Kurnia Asy Syifa Islamic Kindergarten, totaling 25 people and all populations were used as samples. The data collection technique is in the form of a questionnaire with a data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses the percentage formula and Spearman rho correlation. The results showed that: (1) children's playing opportunities were categorized as very low, (2) children's gross motor developmentwas categorized as very low, (3) there was a significant relationship between children's playing opportunities and children's gross motoric development in Kurnia Asy Syifa Islamic Kindergarten. It is suggested that parents can identify their children's motoric development and provide opportunities for children to develop their children's gross motor skills, one of which is through play activities. The background to this research was due to the success of the bread making training which was marked by the success of mothers opening a cake business at the Nagari Lubuk Basung Vocational Training Center (BLK), this was allegedly due to the management of the implementation of the training program. The purpose of this study is to describe the management of the implementation of training programs in terms of planning, implementation, evaluation and implementation. This research is a quantitative descriptive type, with a population of people in Jorong VI Parit Panjang, Lubung Basung District. The sampling technique was Simple Random Sampling which was taken as many as 16 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. While the data collection tool is a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques use the percentage formula. This research was motivated by the low interest of students in choosing scout extracurricular activities at SMAN 3 Solok. It is suspected that there are factors that cause the lack of student interest including the lack of support from school leaders, lack of motivation from the coaches, inadequate existing facilities, thus making students less interested in choosing scout extracurricular activities. The aims of this study are: (1) to describe the constraints in the aspect of school leadership support for scout extracurricular activities; (2) Describe the obstacles in the aspect of the role of the coach to the program in overcoming the obstacles of students to choose scout extracurricular activities; (3) Describe the obstacles in the aspect of providing facilities provided by the school to scout extracurricular activities; (4) Describe the obstacles in the aspect of student interest in choosing scout extracurricular activities. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with a population of 70 people, with a sampling technique of 60% of the population as many as 35 people. This study shows the results, namely: (1) school leadership support for scout extracurricular is less supportive; (2) students' obstacles in choosing extracurricular are not good; (3) facilities and infrastructure as well as the role of coaches in extracurricular activities at SMA 3 Kota Solok do not become obstacles for students in choosing extracurricular activities.

Konteks penelitian ini adalah prestasi akademik siswa LKP Widyaloka Bukittinggi yang kurang baik. Hal ini kemungkinan besar akibat dari kompetensi profesional instruktur yang di bawah standar, yang berdampak negatif pada hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini akan melihat 1) Melihat gambaran hubungan antara kompetensi profesional siswa dengan hasil belajar siswa di LKP Widyaloka Bukittinggi; 2) Melihat gambaran hubungan antara kompetensi profesional siswa dengan hasil belajar siswa di LKP Widyaloka Bukittinggi; dan 3) Melihat gambaran hasil belajar siswa di LKP Widyaloka Bukittinggi.Peneliti menggunakan metodologi penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif korelasional. Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat, penelitian semacam ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik sampel menggunakan Cluster Random Sampling dan melibatkan hingga 70%, atau 28 orang, dari 40 peserta penelitian. Kuesioner dan daftar pernyataan berfungsi sebagai alat pengumpulan data untuk teknik pengumpulan data ini. Rumus persentase dan Urutan Peringkat keduanya digunakan dalam metode analisis data.Temuan penelitian ini mengungkapkan: 1) Deskripsi kompetensi profesional pengajar LKP Widyaloka Bukittinggi dinilai rendah 2) Hasil belajar siswa LKP Widyaloka Bukittinggi tergolong sedang; 3) Terdapat hubungan yang substansial antara kompetensi profesional pengajar dengan hasil belajar siswa di sekolah. Selain itu, rekomendasi bagi peneliti selanjutnya untuk meneliti variabel-variabel baru guna melengkapi dan melengkapi variabel-variabel yang ada. Kata kunci : Kompetensi Profesional; Hasil belajar
