Abstract

Consumer buying interest assessment is required by employers to know the development of consumers to the advantages and disadvantages that exist to the selection of the intended product. In order for the business to be achieved consumer buying interest, the entrepreneur must look at the factors of product quality, place, and service that affect the consumer's buying interest in this culinary business. This research uses quantitative approach with Survey method. sampling is used with nonprobability sampling and sampling techniques by Accidental sampling, research samples as many as 40 respondents. instruments in the study are questionnaires (questionnaires), data analysis using linear regression. The results of the study found that the quality of products, places, and services partially influenced the consumer buying interest Resto Salesa Trenggalek, and the quality of products, places, and services simultaneously significantly influenced the buying interest of consumers Resto Salesa Trenggalek.

Abstract

The existence of a phenomenon in the secretariat office of the Nganjuk Regency government service found that there were some employees who still seemed to have low work motivation, there was a gap between employees and a lack of synergy between leaders and employees. The researcher aims to analyze the effect of motivation, work culture, and leadership on employee productivity at the Nganjuk Regency Government Service. The research method used by the researcher is quantitative with comparative causal technique. Samples were taken using probability sampling technique, obtained a sample of 58 respondents from a population of 139 employees of the Nganjuk government office secretariat. The research instrument used a closed questionnaire. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the prerequisite test for normality. The results showed that, partially proven there is a significant influence of motivation and leadership on employee productivity. While work culture is not partially proven to have a significant effect on employee productivity. The results of the simultaneous test of motivation, work culture, and leadership have a significant effect on the productivity of the Nganjuk Regency Government employees.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the variables that affect employee performance with independent variables, discipline and non-physical work environment through satisfaction with Prime Bank Government Services. government. The technique of determining the sample is the Slovin purpose sampling method with the number of respondents being 58 people. The data collection method used a questionnaire with a Likert scale that met the validity and reliability requirements. The data analysis technique used is a quantitative descriptive analysis technique that uses path analysis. The results of the study show that it does not partially prove that discipline affects the performance of Nganjuk district government employees. It is proven that partially or simultaneously job satisfaction and non-physical work environment affect employee performance. So that job satisfaction is able to mediate the increasing influence of discipline variables and non-physical work environment on the performance of service employees.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the idea of ​​a culinary business (Coffee Shop). This business idea is currently experiencing very rapid development. In addition to its rapid development, of course, the competition is also quite tight. Thus the coffee shop business must be innovative and smart in making its marketing strategy. This study aims to analyze product quality, product prices and product promotions that are carried out partially and simultaneously which affect consumer loyalty at Promise Jiwa Coffee Nganjuk. In this study, a quantitative approach was applied by collecting primary data obtained through a questionnaire. In this study, the population used was Kopi Promise Jiwa customers by taking data samples of 40 respondents. Sampling using non-probability techniques and accidental sampling techniques as an approach and using multiple regression analysis performed using SPSS software. The conclusion obtained from this study is that there is a good influence between quality, price and seller promotion partially on consumer loyalty who consumes Promise Jiwa Coffee in the Nganjuk area.

Abstract

The researcher analyzed the influence of career path variables and work stress variables on the performance satisfaction variable of BBPR Kediri employees. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach, using primary data from the distribution of questionnaires. This study uses a saturated sample technique from a total of 32 respondents. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The research findings found that there was an effect of career path on employee performance satisfaction, the influence of work stress on employee performance satisfaction and career path and work stress together gave a significant influence on employee performance satisfaction of BBPR Kediri

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and examine the relationship (correlation) between product quality variables, service quality variables and customer satisfaction variables at Kedai Romo Kopi Kediri as the object of research. Kedai Romo Kopi is a coffee shop with its address at Jalan Harinjing 128, Kepung Barat, Kediri. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative with a sample of 35 people of various ages and genders. The research hypotheses were tested using multiple linear regression using the SPSS application. The results of data analysis show the conclusion that the product quality variable as X1 and service quality as X2 has a significant effect on the variable (Y) of consumer satisfaction partially (separately) or jointly (simultaneously).

Abstract

Research at UD Sumber Muji Mulya has problems, namely the low spirit of cooperation between employees which has an impact on decreasing job satisfaction, non-transparent compensation, and lack of occupational health and safety protection, which risks lowering morale and increasing accidents and occupational diseases. This research uses a quantitative approach with a sample of all UD Sumber Muji Mulya employees. The test results show that OCB has no significant effect partially on employee satisfaction tcount 0.947 < ttable 2.028, and a significance value of 0.350 > 0.05. In contrast, compensation has a significant effect with tcount 2.218 > ttable 2.028, and a significance value of 0.033 < 0.05, as well as the work environment has a significant effect with tcount 2.877 > ttable 2.028, and a significance value of 0.007 < 0.05. Simultaneously, OCB, compensation, and work environment have a significant effect on employee satisfaction at UD Sumber Muji Mulya.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ialah untuk mengetahui serta menganalisis adanya pengaruh disiplin kerja,. lingkungan kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan Dinas PMD Kabupaten Nganjuk. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian kuantitatif kausalitas, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung, wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner berupa gform. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling yang digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 48 orang pegawai Dinas PMD Kabupaten Nganjuk. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat bantu software SPSS For Windows Versi 25 guna untuk pengolahan data. Penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil bahwasannya secara parsial disiplin kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, secara parsial lingkungan kerja  serta kompensasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan serta secara simultan disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja, kompensasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, pelatihan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di kantor cabang PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif kausalitas, menggunakan data primer dari distribusi kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh dari total 40 responden. Analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi sebagai teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini. Temuan penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa variabel motivasi dan pelatihan secara parsial memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan variabel kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel motivasi, variabel pelatihan, dan variabel kepuasan kerja semuanya pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis urutan penjadwalan, aktivitas kritis, kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan bersamaan dan perbandingan total biaya sebelum dan sesudah metode CPM. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan teknik pendekatan kuantitatif. subjek penelitian ini yaitu proyek pembangunan rumah sedangkan objek penelitian adalah data-data dalam proyek yang dianalisis dengan metode Critical Path Method (CPM) dan Gantt Chart menggunakan perangkat lunak POM QM for windows. Kesimpulan yang didapat yaitu (1) rangkaian penjadwalan aktivitas terdiri atas 13 kegiatan, dengan urutan aktivitas A-B-C-D-E-F-G-H-I-J-K-L-M dengan rencana waktu penyelesaian proyek selama 125 hari, (2) hasil analisis CPM terdapat 6 jalur aktivitas dengan jalur aktivitas kritis yaitu A-B-C-E-F-I-J-K-L-M dengan waktu 98 hari, (3) hasil analisis Gantt Chart kegiatan yang dapat dikerjakan di waktu yang bersamaan yaitu aktivitas C dan D pada hari ke-8, serta G, H dan I pada hari ke-47, (4) dalam penerapan metode CPM dapat memangkas biaya dari Rp 303.625.000 menjadi Rp 283.560.000. Dengan penerapan manajemen proyek yaitu metode analisis CPM dan Gantt Chart membuktikan bahwa penjadwalan dan biaya proyek menjadi optimal, lebih efektif serta efisien dan hasil dari penelitian ini sesuai dengan penelitian-penelitian terdahulu yang juga membahas mengenai metode manajemen proyek.
