As is known the curriculum in 2013 , oriented competence therefore already be fitting if the measurement and assessment system using Reference Asessment Standard (PAP) . However, the main vocational science in civil engineering will be less about the target if the measurement system is only focused on cognitive or psychomotor without considering the affective domain.The integration of a unified standard reference measurement in the evaluation of the scope of learning which includes cognitive, affective and psychomotor important . Therefore , it is necessary formulate it provisionally into an integrated system through a fair weighting of each realm . Educational institutions providing education in the field of civil engineering , formulation should have a high weight is covering psychomotor skills in work may be given a weighting of 40 % , which includes the affective attitude , responsibility , and discipline 30 % and cognitive science covering 30 % adjusted to the level of competency that must be mastered

This study aims to produce animation learning media on OHS courses with the help of software. This research uses Lee & Owens development research model. This research is done through 5 stages, namely assessment or analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation. This research uses questionnaires to test the feasibility of learning media products through the validation of material experts and media experts. Assessments from students using scale instruments designed for validation of experts, materials, students, and construction skilled workers. Learning media products in the form of five animated videos. The rating by media experts of 87.13% is considered highly feasible. The assessment by the material expert scored at 81.43 which is categorized as very feasible. Assessments by students through limited trials scored 85, 86% of which were categorized as highly feasible. Assessments by construction skilled workers through limited trials get a value of 87% which is also categorized as highly feasible.

This study aims to develop teaching materials based on electronic modules in the Statistics subject in the Building Engineering Education Study Program, State University of Jakarta that can assist lecturers in delivering course material and make it easier for students to understand the subject matter. The method used in this research is research and development (R&D) with the development model used is ADDIE. (1) Analysis, (2) Define, (3) Develop, (4) Implementation, (5) Evaluation. This study uses a questionnaire as a tool to test the feasibility of a product by media expert validators and material experts. Product developed is electronic modules consists of 7 material. The results of validation by media experts get an average percentage of 87% in the "very feasible" category and the results of validation by material experts get an average percentage of 80% with the "feasible" category. Based on the eligibility results, it can be concluded that the electronic module-based teaching materials in the Statistics course are suitable for the learning process.

The purpose of this research is to produce a product in the form of Interactive Multimedia on the material shallow bearing capacity of soil in the Building Engineering Education Study Program, University of Jakarta. The method of this research is research and development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model consisting of the stages of analysis, design, develop, implement, and evaluation. The interactive multimedia that was developed got 80.7% with the proper category by material experts and 79.4% with the proper category by media experts. Based on the results of the limited trial, there was an increase in the average value of the pre test by 54.5 and the post test by 79.75. The results of validation by material experts and media experts as well as limited trials show that interactive multimedia that has been developed is declared feasible and ready to be implemented in the material foundation bearing capacity of soil.

Abstract This research is aimed to known the differences in the accuracy of vertical equivalence with the representative method based on the proportion of items (Anchor Item) expressed by the value of Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) on High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) of Vocational students on Building Engineering. This research used the experimental method. The experiments were not carried out in the learning process but were carried out after obtaining the answer patterns and scores of the test participants through the implementation of a High Order Thinking Skills test. The sampling technique was carried out with the Stratified Random Sampling with data analysis techniques using the T-test. The results of the study stated that there were differences in the accuracy of vertical equivalence of the equilibrium method in High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) between students of class X with Class XI SMK Building Engineering for the anchor proportion 10%, 15 and 20%. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan keakurasian penyetaraan vertikal dengan metode ekuipresentil berdasarkan proporsi butir pengait (Anchor Item) yang dinyatakan oleh nilai Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) pada kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa SMK Teknik Bangunan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen. Eksperimen tidak dilakukan pada proses pembelajaran, tetapi dilakukan setelah memperoleh pola jawaban dan skor peserta tes melalui pelaksanaan tes kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi. Teknik Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan Stratified Random Sampling dengan Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa terdapat perbedaan keakurasian penyetaraan vertikal metode ekuipersentil pada kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi (HOTS) antara siswa kelas X dengan kelas XI SMK Teknik Bangunan untuk proporsi jumlah butir pengait 10%, 15 dan 20%. The rapid development of information technology, especially the Internet is pointed out to be factor driving the student to practice plagiarism. Prevention efforts continue to be made both from government policies and stakeholder by creating software anti-plagiarism. However, in the reality the practice of plagiarism re-mains common and relatively more widespread. This practice continues to be varied, so that we need to up-date the information and findings through investigations plagiarism practices in student assign-ments. The method used was a mixed-method approach or mix of quantitative and quali-tative approaches. A quantitative approach was done by using software turnitin.com to scan for plagiarism indication of the level of student assignment in common. To study the behavior of plagiarism, the interview process was also done informally to students who commit high plagiarism. The results showed that the pattern of students’ plagiarism consists of five forms: sham paraphrasing, illicit paraphrasing, other plagiarism, copying verbatim and purloining. Illicit paraphrasing practices are a form of copy-paste literature review and did not pay attention to the bibliography. Besides, the practice of plagiarism is closely associated with low academic writing knowledge. Therefore, the practice of plagiarism should not only be viewed from the perspective of the academic violations, but also from the other perspectives.

In the development of the current world of construction, mastery of competencies is themost important thing that every artisan must have in carrying out his work. To measure thecompetence of the artisan, an instrument is needed. The instrument used can be used as a reference forevaluating competencies that are by the standards and conditions in the field which later can helpcreate artisan who is qualified and able to keep abreast of the developments that occur in the world ofconstruction today. This study aims to determine whether the existing brick installation workinstruments are by the standards and needs in the field. This study uses qualitative methods with datacollection techniques in the form of questionnaires aimed at experts to obtain expert recognition orjustification of existing instruments. From the results of the study, according to the expert justification,it was found that there were several items of masonry work that were rarely used and not includingcore work or more precisely the work was only done if there were orders from owners and valuationmethods that were considered less objective in assessing job competencies brick couple. The benefitsof this research can be a reference in developing brick installation work instruments.

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi mahasiswa tentang mata kuliah manajemen kontruksi dengan hasil belajar mata kuliah manajemen konstruksi di Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara telaah dokumen hasil belajar mata kuliah manajemen konstruksi dan menyebarkan angket mengenai persepsi mahasiswa tentang mata kuliah manajemen konstruksi. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji Rank Spearman pada taraf signifikansi (α) 5%. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa nilai sig. (2-tailed) yang diperoleh sebesar 0,848>0,05. Artinya terjadi penolakan terhadap H₁, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara variabel persepsi mahasiswa tentang mata kuliah manajemen konstruksi dengan hasil belajar mata kuliah manajemen konstruksi di Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan.

This study aims to develop a performance assessment instrument in the form of a plumbing practice job sheet in the S1 Building Construction Education Study Program in accordance with the Indonesian National Work Competency Standards (SKKNI). This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the model used, namely the 4D development model (Define, Design, Development, Disseminate). This research was conducted with a product feasibility validation test involving experts in 2 aspects, namely the material aspect and the evaluation aspect. The results of the percentage of product feasibility validation on the material aspect of 86.42% can be categorized as very feasible, while the results of product feasibility validation on the evaluation aspect get a percentage of 91,67% can be categorized as very feasible. So that the job sheet can be used in plumbing practice learning activities in the workshop to improve work competencies covering aspects of knowledge, skills and work attitudes.

This research aims to find out the effectiveness of the use of e-modules in statistics courses in the Building Engineering Education Study Program of The State University of Jakarta which is seen through learning outcomes. The method used is Quasi Experimental with the form The Randomized Control Group Design. The sample in this study is an affordable sample, namely students who take statistics courses in the 114th semester of 2020/2021. In this study, the sample was divided into two, namely the group given treatment in the form of learning using the teaching materials e-module statistics as an experimental class and the other group using conventional teaching materials as a control class. Data collection is carried out using test instruments of learning outcomes that will be given in experimental classes and control classes. The results showed that the average learning outcome score for the experimental class was 68.79 and for the control class the average score was 55.47. In the test t using the independent sample test technique, the results of = 4,354 = 1,999. The analysis also showed a significant (2-tailed) rate of 0.000 < 0.05. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the e-module statistics effectively has a positive impact on the learning outcomes of students of the Building Engineering Education Study Program of The State University of Jakarta.
