Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui tingkat kesiapan kerja berdasarkan efektivitas praktik kerja industri terhadap siswa SMK Negeri 1 Cibinong Kelas XI Program Keahlian Teknik Bangunan. Praktik kerja industri merupakan salah satu pengaruh positif yang memberikan sikap kesiapan kerja pada siswa SMK Negeri 1 Cibinong. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan melakukan pendekatan korelasional. Metode ini digunakan untuk memperoleh infomrasi hubungan antar variabel yang akan diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa efektivitas praktik kerja industri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMK Negeri 1 Cibinong Kabupaten Bogor. Efektivitas praktik kerja industri memberikan determinasi sebesar 50,81% terhadap kesiapan kerja dengan persamaan regresi Y=43,482+0,393X yaitu pengaruh efektivitas praktik kerja industri terhadap variabel kesiapan kerja adalah positif. Semakin tinggi efektivitas praktik kerja industri, maka semakin tinggi pula kesiapan untuk bekerja.

Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan atau Research and Development (R&D) yang menggunakan prosedur penelitian yang dikemukakan oleh Sugiyono. Penelitian Sugiyono menerapkan 10 langkah-langkah penelitian dan pengembangan. Sedangkan pada penelitian ini menggunakan 5 tahap dari 10 tahap, yaitu identifikasi potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain dan revisi desain. Subyek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa program studi pendidikan vokasional konstruksi bangunan UNJ angkatan 2017 pada mata kuliah teknologi beton. Hasil penelitian dan pengembangan media flashcard ini setelah divalidasi oleh ahli media dan ahli materi. Melalui validasi ahli media, media flashcard dikategorikan baik dengan persentase 75,71%. Sedangkan penilaian oleh ahli materi, menyatakan bahwa media dikategorikan sangat baik dengan presentase 81,43%. Secara keseluruhan, media flashcard teknologi beton ini layak untuk digunakan pada mata kuliah teknologi beton.

Abstract This research is a development research that aims to develop learning especially in the form of E-Learning in PTM / highway courses. This development research is a Research and Development research method with Borg and Gall research model. This research is basically carried out through five main stages, namely Research and information gathering (Research and Information Collecting), planning, developing preliminary form of product, field testing and product revision (filed testing and product revision ), final product revision and disseminate and implementation processes. This research is only up to the Revision of the final product because it only reaches the development of E-Learning learning.This study uses a questionnaire as a tool to test the feasibility through validation of instructional experts, media experts and material experts and see respon from student The results of the development obtained E-Learning learning assessment products by instructional expert lecturers using a Likert scale score 1-4 get a score of 2.5 which is categorized as "feasible". Assessment by media expert lecturers and material experts using the Guttman scale score of 0-1 gets a value of 0.83 which is categorized as "feasible" for the assessment of media experts. The assessment of material expert lecturers gets a value of 0.86 which is categorized as "feasible". Keywords: Instructional design , E-Learning , PTM/Highway.

This study aims to determine the correlation between teacher’s instructional communication and learning outcomes in the form of final exam in the subjects of Class X Land Measurement Science expertise in Modeling and Building Information expertise program at SMKN 1 Jakarta. The type of research used in this study is associative quantitative research. The method used is a survey method with a correlational approach. The population in this study were class X students of the Permodean Design and Building Information program at SMK 1 Jakarta, as many as 102 people. The sample in this study used the Random Sampling technique which was tested on 80 students. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between instructional communication and learning outcomes as evidenced by: correlation coefficient value of 0.601 which is included in the category of strong relationships, the significance value of the correlation coefficient t count = 6.851 and t table = 1.991 which indicates a significant relationship, and the relationship between instructional communication and final exam learning outcomes is obtained by the determination coefficient value of 0.376. So the instructional communication factor can influence learning outcomes, which is 37.6%, and the rest is influenced by other factors beyond instructional communication skills.

This study is a development research that aims to develop an interactive learning media for concept and practice of Plumbing subject using Adobe Flash CS6. This development research was using Borg & Gall’s model. This research using questionnaire as data collection instrument feasibility of the media through the validation by media experts, material expert and student assesment who join concept and practice of plumbing subject. The results of validation learning media with the percentage feasibility 72,92% are in the “Feasible†category, the result of validation by material expert with the percentage feasibility 86,90% are in the “Very Feasible†category and students assesment with the percentage feasibility 82,07% are in the “Very Feasible†category. Based on the results of the above, this developed media learning feasible to be used in concept and practice of Plumbing subject in Vocational Education of Building Construction.

Multiple choice test is generally used in midterm examinations, especially for the tenth grade students of Graphics Engineering in SMKN 1 Jakarta. Some of the subjects which use this type of test are Building Construction and Engineering Graphics. Nevertheless, the quality of each question of the tests has not been proven yet. Therefore, analysis towards the quality of each question on the test is needed. This research aims to know the quality of each question in multiple choice tests made by teacher for all subjects in civil engineering program SMKN 1 Jakarta. Qualitative descriptive method would be used in this research. The result of this research shows that Building Construction and Engineering Graphics have good content validity and construct validity, high reliability questions, proper difficulty levels (proportionally divided), effective tricky questions, and properly used bahasa Indonesia. Thus, hese multiple choice questions can be used as a reference in making other multiple choice questions for the next midterm examination week, under the condition that improvements are done throughoutly in order to achieve maximum result. To this point, it can be concluded that multiple choice questions, in graphics engineering program already have good quality.

The objectives of this research was designed to : (1) Develop interactive multimedia learning of class X of engineering mechanics on the simple beam construction subjects. (2) Determine the feasibility of the developed media learning. (3) Knowing whether the resulting product can improve learning outcomes in a simple beam construction subjects.This research is a R&D (Research and Development). The method used is an experimental method. Validated by expert instructional media content and media experts to get the feasibility trial. Further trials conducted on students of class X of expertise Building Engineering at SMK Negeri 1 Jakarta totaling 83 people. Analysis results of students learning used t-test independent samples of the two parties with software SPSS 22.The results of this development means that the experimental class obtain the mean difference in learning outcomes (pre -test and post-test ) of 38.46 and a spike of 19.21 % . While the control class, obtained a mean difference of learning outcomes (pre -test and post-test ) of 26.59 and a spike of 13.3% . So we can conclude interactive multimedia learning development more effectively used in the learning process of engineering mechanics in class X SMK Negeri 1 Jakarta

The purpose of this research is to develop learning specifically on digital comic media, State University of Jakarta. The rmethod non-test research instruments in the form of student needs analysis questionnaires, feasibility questionnaires to media experts and material experts as well as test questionnaires to lecturers and students or questionnaires. Then at the stage of research and information gathering a needs analysis survey was conducted of students and students about the development of comic learning media to determine the needs and constraints faced by students. The results of the assessment in the form of digital comic product designs amounted to 90% (very good). The number of final average aspects and indicators of the characteristics of learning media amounted to 91.3% (very good / decent). The assessment of the material presented in digital comics media is considered good with results reaching 73%. The results of the product feasibility assessment assessed by 20 students from the Building Engineering Education Study Program were obtained at 91% (very good). Then the material validation and media on digital comic products developed were obtained an average score of 82.33% and included in the excellent category. Therefore the product can be said to be feasible to use. Keywords: Learning Media, Digital Comics, Building Construction.

This study aims to develop teaching materials based on electronic modules in the Statistics subject in the Building Engineering Education Study Program, State University of Jakarta that can assist lecturers in delivering course material and make it easier for students to understand the subject matter. The method used in this research is research and development (R&D) with the development model used is ADDIE. (1) Analysis, (2) Define, (3) Develop, (4) Implementation, (5) Evaluation. This study uses a questionnaire as a tool to test the feasibility of a product by media expert validators and material experts. Product developed is electronic modules consists of 7 material. The results of validation by media experts get an average percentage of 87% in the "very feasible" category and the results of validation by material experts get an average percentage of 80% with the "feasible" category. Based on the eligibility results, it can be concluded that the electronic module-based teaching materials in the Statistics course are suitable for the learning process.

Perubahan berbagai bidang pada era milenial menyebabkan menyebabkan pendidikan formal tak lagi sanggup mengikuti tuntutan ini. Kondisi ini menyebabkan minat masyarakat terhadap pendidikan kursus semakin meningkat. Peningkatan kompetensi berbagai bidang melalui pendidikan kursus harus diimbangi dengan peningkatan kemampuan evaluasi para Master Penguji, terutama dalam menyusun tes uji kompetensi. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menyusun tes uji kompetensi bagi master penguji kursus Lembaga Sertifikasi Kompetensi (LSK) di bawah naungan Direktorat Kursus dan Pelatihan Kemdikbud sebagai upaya dalam memperbaiki tes objektif dan praktik uji kompetensi kursus sehingga dapat meluluskan tenaga kerja siap pakai. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan adalah ceramah, brainstorming, tanya jawab, workshop, penugasan dan demonstrasi langsung. Berdasarkan data yang ada dan setelah dilakukan evaluasi pada dasarnya penguasaan konsep evaluasi, penilaian dan pengukuran master penguji kursus cukup baik dengan rata-rata 76,60 untuk tes teori dan 74, 55 untuk tes praktik, namun masih perlu pembinaan yang berkelanjutan terutama dalam menyusun kalimat pada pokok soal, menyusun pilihan jawaban dan menurunkan indikator menjadi butir yang sesuai.
