Abstract

ABSTRACT Patient safety is a framework of organized activities to reduce the occurrence of avoidable harms and mitigate their impact when they occur. Many factors influence the prevention of adverse events in hospital patients. Hospitals must implement a service based on patient safety by every health worker to maintain and improve the quality of nursing care. This research aims to determine effectivenessimplementation of patient safety culture on the effectiveness of preventing unwanted events (adverse events).The method used in this research is Generalized Linear Model Repeated Measure (GLM-RM) which is used to analyze the effectiveness ofimplementation of patient safety culture on the effectiveness of preventing adverse events in inpatient settingsin the control and intervention groups. From the results of the generalized linear model repeated measure (GLM-RM), a comparison of the prevention of adverse events in the intervention group and the control group after the implementation of patient safety culture was obtained with a mean difference =66.8 with a p-value = 0.000. The results of the General Linear Model Repeated Measure showed that Mauchly's test of sphericity showed a significance value of 0,00, and the test of between-subjects effects showed that there was a difference in the prevention of adverse events with a p-value = 0.000 between the two groups. Based on the estimated parameter test, there is a difference in the prevention of adverse events from time to time with a p- value = 0.000.The conclusion from this research is that there is effectivenessimplementation of patient safety culture on the effectiveness of preventing adverse events in inpatient care. Keywords: Adverse Event, Patient Safety Culture  ABSTRAK Keselamatan pasien adalah kerangka kerja kegiatan terorganisir untuk mengurangi terjadinya bahaya yang dapat dihindari dan mengurangi dampaknya ketika hal itu terjadi. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi pencegahan kejadian tidak diharapkan (adverse event) pada pasien di rumah sakit. Rumah sakit harus menerapkan suatu pelayanan berbasiskan keselamatan pasien oleh setiap tenaga kesehatan untuk menjaga dan meningkatkan kualitas asuhan keperawatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas implementasi budaya patient safety terhadap efektifitas pencegahan kejadian tidak diinginkan (adverse event). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Generalized Linear Model Repeated Measure (GLM-RM) yang dimana untuk menganalisia efektifitas implementasi budaya patient safety terhadap efektifitas pencegahan kejadian tidak diinginkan (adverse event) di Rawat Inap pada kelompok kontrol dan intervensi. Dari hasil generalized linear model repeated measure (GLM-RM) didapatkan perbandingan pencegahan kejadian tidak diharapkan (adverse event) pada kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol sesudah penerapan budaya patient safety dengan nilai mean difference=66,8 dengan p-value=0,000. Hasil General Linier Model Repeated Measure didapatkan nilai mauchly’s test of sphericity didapatkan nilai signifikansi 0,000, dan uji test of between –subjects effects didapatkan hasil bahwa terdapat perbedaan pencegahan kejadian tidak diharapkan (adverse event) dengan nilai p-value=0,000 antara kedua kelompok. Berdasarkan uji parameter estimates, terdapat perbedaan pencegahan kejadian tidak diharapkan (adverse event) dari waktu ke waktu dengan nilai p-value =0,000. Kesimpulannya dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat efektifitas implementasi budaya patient safety terhadap efektifitas pencegahan kejadian tidak diinginkan (adverse event) di Rawat Inap. Kata Kunci: Adverse Event, Budaya Patient Safety

Abstract

This study develops an operational framework that integrates Sharia principles, modern management practices, and socioeconomic impact measurement in the context of empowering inheritance assets, using a qualitative approach with an integration of Islamic financial theory analysis methods and empirical studies. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of an Islamic wealth management-based inheritance management model has succeeded in creating a sustainable asset development system and providing a multiplier effect for improving the welfare of heirs and the surrounding community. The business model developed shows innovation in three aspects: Integration of digital technology in the operational management of inheritance assets, development of a tiered profit-sharing system between heirs and managers, and implementation of a Sharia-based sustainability program. The socioeconomic impact is identified through the creation of more than 200 jobs, the strengthening of the local economy, and the development of community capacity.

Abstract

Background: The development of nursing care standards in accordance with nursing laws issued by professional organizations, namely PPNI. These standards of care are the Indonesian Nursing Diagnosis Standards (IDHS), the Indonesian Nursing Outcomes Standards (SLKI) and the Indonesian Nursing Intervention Standards (SIKI). There are still many hospitals that have not switched according to the recommendations of the nursing law. There is still completeness of nursing care documentation that is not up to the standards of the Ministry of Health. Objectives: To describe a comparative study of the completeness of nursing care documentation in the application of documentation based on Nanda NIC NOC and IDHS, SLKI, SIKI. Methods: This comparative study was conducted in the Inpatient Room of Malingping Hospital and Serang City Hospital in April-June 2022 with a total sampling of 80 nurses and 80 medical records that were selected randomly. The observation sheet is used to record the completeness of the documentation. Data were analyzed using independent t test and multiple linear regression multivariate analysis. Results: Completeness of documentation for 3S 90.74% and Nic NOc 74.04%. There is a difference in the completeness of the documentation with a p value of 0.000. Conclusion: 3S documentation is more complete than Nic Noc

Abstract

Background: Patient satisfaction is paramount for healthcare providers, including hospitals. Sharia nursing care is a new paradigm that addresses the need for care based on sharia principles as part of the client’s spiritual aspect. Objectives: To measure the impact of implementing Sharia Nursing Care on patients' knowledge, attitudes, behavior, and satisfaction at Malingping General Hospital, Banten Province. Methods: A quasi-experimental design with a two-group pre-test and post-test approach was conducted in the Tulip and Bougenville wards from February to July 2022, involving 20 patients. A questionnaire was used to collect data on all variables. Data were analyzed using a dependent t-test. Results: There were differences in patients' knowledge, attitudes, behavior, and satisfaction levels before and after the implementation of Sharia Nursing Care in the intervention group. There were also differences in the control group before and after the implementation. Conclusion: The implementation of Sharia Nursing Care had an effect on both the intervention and control groups at Malingping General Hospital.

Abstract

Research Titled Formulation of preferences of murabahah, wadi'ah in non-Muslim Community in the Indonesian Sharia Branch, Bertuju to find out the accadi especially for non-Muslim customers at Bank Syariah Indonesia BSI. In this study, there are similarities in service and financing, although somewhat different in the implementation of the agreement, the ban on non-Muslim ban in BSI only uses the acad, Or Voting for the financing of murabahah and wadi'ah selected, especially the product savings of Hesiah. The study uses quantative approaches and observer methods, interviews, documentation and triangulation of primary data. The results of the study, concluded the buzz using Madasid theory aI-shariah imam Shatibi, especially in wildul malls by understanding direct view of non-Muslim bans related to deposits in BankSyariah Indonesia. There are several invoices, fulfilling the interests of non-Muslim banners; in the interpretation of behavior.trust, Honesty and Transparent in the Bank. Results From Some responding to non-Muslims also indicate that the same understanding of Muslim-non-Muslim stars in BSI banks in the unworthy profit system, although different in the applicability of the accad\especially non-Muslim customers need to act as in Islam, in addition to being limited in choosing products savings murabalah and wadi'ah in Islamic bank Indonesia. In this study, there is also no illustration of moderation behavior in service means not distinguishing between Muslims and non-Muslims, not being extreme even if prioritizing to any customer who comes in the branch of in the Indonesian Sharia Branch.

Abstract

Abstract Zakat is an Islamic instrument for poverty reduction and achieving the welfare of the community equally and fairly. This religious instrument has tremendous economic potential to garner a sense of social solidarity of the rich (aghniya) to the poor (fuqara), to provide aid to the poor on the basis of love, so that the poor can be free from poverty. In the context of the local area, zakat is also a great potential, including in Konsel, to eradicate poverty. But the zakat has not been able to work properly. From this research it is known that the potential zakat fitrah in Konawe Selatan high enough. The potential is there on the Muslim population that is 250 818 inhabitants (93% of the population Konawe Selatan) which annually pay zakat fitrah. The percentage of tithe payment Konsel which amounted to 99.2% claimed regular pay tithes annually. With the level of awareness of paying zakat, zakat fitrah Konawe Selatan community life 250 818 X 2.5 Kg Rice = 627 045, or if in the form of money 250 818 X Rp 20,000 = US $ 5.01636 billion. Zakat mal potention, viewed by the average level of public income per month, which is the level of income above US $ 4,600,000.00 per month of 0.8%. This figure shows the potential of tax payers mall in Konawe Selatan. While zakat agriculture, plantation, farming, trading, gold, silver and mining have not been explored in this study. The effectiveness of the management of zakat fitrah and zakat mal in Konawe Selatan yet effective. The management system is still conventional, not to use a wellorganized system; still through small groups from mosques every region, has not been done in a centralized or without a centralized management that gives direction to better and more effective. Indicators ineffectiveness are: (1) the low level of public understanding of zakat, (2) the level of public confidence in the amil zakat institutions are not yet fully developed well, as is evident by the many muzaki who pay zakat directly to mustahiq, (3) management amil zakat by not completely worked according to the principles of good management, (4) has not impacted the growing prosperity of the people who receive zakat (mustahiq), or it can be said that zakat in Konawe Selatan still categories of zakat zakat consumptive yet productive.

Abstract

Fatwa of the Indonesian Ulema Council and the Indonesian Sharia Council recommend non-interest-based banking institutions that are built on the basis of the Qur’an and Hadith. Along with the issuance of the fatwa above, Islamic banking continues to experience rapid growth, even with the merging of Bank Syariah Mandiri, BNI Syariah, and B.R.I. Syariah into one umbrella of Bank Syariah Indonesia (B.S.I.). More complete than other banks in Kendari. The purpose of Islamic banks is not only to function as funding and loan services. Currently, Islamic banks are expanding to develop other financial services, including gold pawning, Western Union, hajj bailouts and others. This article uses qualitative methods through observation, research, and data collection). This method can be used to understand the role of the fatwa on mudharabah-wadi’ah contract products at B.S.I., which is not yet known. To fully understand the role of the MUI-DSN fatwa, the researcher uses the maqashid al-Syari’ah al-Syatibi approach, which is expressed in dharuriyat, which includes khifd al-dien, aql, nafs, aql, and mal. From the data collected, the findings in this article have not shown a significant effect since the merger of the three B.S.M., BNI sharia, and B.R.I. sharia transformed into B.S.I., which has not had any progress for customers. To prove that “The role of the MUI-DSN fatwa in the operationalization of mudharabah-wadi’ah contract products at the B.S.I. Kendari bank” illustrated the existence of different contract implementation regulations in each product integrated with customers, for example, wadi’ah contracts for safekeeping, mudharabah for financing buying or building a house, musharaka for financing business development, and others. This research can later become an additional academic reference, especially for the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business IAIN Kendari, because it seeks to explain the financing model through the contract system carried out by Bank BNI Syariah Kendari City.

Abstract

Perkembangan era digital mendorong transformasi layanan kesehatan, termasuk melalui kebijakan pemerintah yang mewajibkan implementasi Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) di seluruh fasilitas kesehatan. RME berperan penting dalam meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan, mempercepat akses informasi medis, serta memperkuat koordinasi antar tenaga kesehatan. Dalam perspektif Islam, pemanfaatan teknologi kesehatan sejalan dengan prinsip itqan dan maqashid syariah, khususnya dalam menjaga keselamatan pasien dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan. Namun, keberhasilan implementasi RME dipengaruhi oleh faktor manusia, organisasi, dan teknologi sebagaimana dijelaskan dalam kerangka UTAUT. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis cross-sectional implementasi RME terhadap faktor manusia, organisasi dan kesesuaian teknologi di RSU Kota Tidore Kepulauan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei untuk mengumpulkan data empiris yang diperlukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor manusia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap implementasi RME (β = 0,154; p = 0,046). Faktor organisasi juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan (β = 0,499; p = 0,000). Kesesuaian teknologi menjadi faktor dominan dengan pengaruh terbesar terhadap implementasi RME (β = 0,506; p = 0,000). Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut berkontribusi signifikan terhadap keberhasilan implementasi RME di RSU Kota Tidore Kepulauan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa keberhasilan implementasi RME dipengaruhi oleh faktor manusia, organisasi, dan terutama kesesuaian teknologi sebagai faktor paling dominan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan mutu pelayanan kesehatan digital memerlukan penguatan kompetensi tenaga kesehatan, dukungan organisasi, serta penerapan teknologi yang sesuai dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Background: The Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) is an information technology that integrates all hospital service processes through a network of coordination, reporting, and administrative procedures to produce accurate and timely information. The implementation of the Electronic Health Record (EHR) is a digital innovation in healthcare that supports improved service quality, patient data integration, and the direction of national health development policies that emphasize technology-based promotive and preventive efforts. Objectives: This study aims to determine the effect of EHR implementation on collaboration, documentation, and service quality at Mitra Keluarga Gading Serpong Hospital. Methods: This study used a descriptive design with stratified random sampling with proportional strata. The sample consisted of 97 nurses with more than six months of service. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method to test the research hypotheses. Results: The analysis results show that there is a significant effect of EHR implementation on collaboration with a p value of 0.000 < 0.05. EHR implementation also affects documentation with a p value of 0.000 < 0.05. In addition, there is a significant effect of EHR implementation on service quality with a p value of 0.000 < 0.05. Conclusion: These findings indicate that EHR implementation can enhance collaboration among healthcare professionals, improve the quality of nursing documentation, and enhance overall service quality. Data integration and easy access to information through the EHR have had a positive impact on the service process at Mitra Keluarga Gading Serpong Hospital. Abstract

ABSTRACT Nursing is a profession with a professional function to help identify and address the immediate needs of patients and provide assistance to meet those needs. Hourly Rounds are performed using the “8P” method, which includes: Pain, Potty (bathroom needs), Position (patient position), Pump (infusion pump), Periphery (environment), Plan (action plan), Possessions (patient belongings security), and Parting (rechecking patient needs before leaving the room). This method is expected to identify patient needs. This study aims to identify the direct and indirect relationships between the performance of nursing rounds using the 8P method and the quality of nursing services at Premier Jatinegara Hospital.The method used in this study is descriptive analytic to analyze the direct and indirect relationships between the performance of nursing rounds using the 8P method and the quality of nursing services. The path analysis results found that out of five independent variables, four variables had significant relationships with the implementation of the 8P round: workload (p-value = 0.033), supervision (p-value = 0.008), leadership style (p-value = 0.013), and teamwork (p-value = 0.038). However, reward and punishment had no significant relationship with the implementation of the 8P round (p-value = 0.612). Based on the path analysis, it was found that workload and leadership style had both direct and indirect relationships with the quality of nursing services through the implementation of the 8P nursing round (p-value < 0.05).The conclusion of this study is that there is a direct and indirect relationship between the nurse's workload and the leadership style used toward the quality of nursing services through the implementation of the 8P nursing round. Keywords: Nursing Service Quality, Nursing Rounds, Performed, 8P Method.  ABSTRAK Keperawatan adalah suatu profesi yang mempunyai fungsi  profesional yaitu membantu mengenali dan menemukan kebutuhan pasien yang bersifat segera dan memberikan bantuan untuk pemenuhannya. Hourly Round yaitu ronde yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan “8 P” yaitu Pain (nyeri), Potty (kebutuhan ke kamar mandi), Position (posisi pasien), Pump ( alat infus yang terpasang), Periphery (lingkungan), Plan (rencana tindakan), Possesions (keamanan barang milik pasien) dan Parting (tanyakan kembali kebutuhan pasien sebelum meninggalkan ruangan) diharapkan dapat menemukan kebutuhan pasien. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan langsung dan tidak langsung kinerja pelaksanaan ronde keperawatan metode 8p terhadap kualitas pelayanan keperawatan di Rumah Sakit Premier Jatinegara. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif analitik untuk menganalisia hubungan langsung dan tidak langsung kinerja pelaksanaan ronde keperawatan metode 8p terhadap kualitas pelayanan keperawatan. Dari hasil path analysis jumlah sample 110 perawat ditemukan  lima variabel independent, empat variabel diantaranya memiliki hubunganyang signifan terhadap pelaksanaan ronde 8P yaitu bebn kerja (p-value = 0,033), Supervisi (p-value = 0,008), gaya kepemimpinan (p-value = 0,013), dan teamwork (p-value = 0,038). Sedangkan reward dan punishment tidak memiliki hubungan yang bermakna terhadap pelaksanaan ronde 8P(p-value = 0,612). Berdasarkan hasil Analisa Jalur didapatkan beban kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan memiliki hubungan langsung dan tidak langsung dengan kualitas pelayanan keperawatan melalui pelaksanaan ronde keperawatan 8P (p-value < 0,05). Terdapat hubungan langsung dan tidak langsung beban kerja perawat dan gaya kepemimpinan yang digunakan terhadap kualitas pelayanan keperawatan melalui pelaksanaan ronde keperawatan dengan metode 8P. Kata Kunci: Kinerja, Kualitas Pelayanan Keperawatan, Metode 8P, Ronde Keperawatan.
