Abstract

Advances in information technology have driven significant transformations in supply chain management, including in the healthcare logistics sector, which requires fast, precise, and safe distribution. One recent innovation is the integration of conventional transportation with autonomous vehicles (AVs) in the distribution of healthcare products. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of this hybrid healthcare logistics model by assessing its impact on distribution speed, cost efficiency, and product safety. The research method used a mixed methods approach, involving a quantitative survey of 120 respondents consisting of hospital logistics managers, transportation providers, and regulators, as well as in-depth interviews with 10 industry experts. Quantitative data were analyzed using multiple linear regression tests to measure variable relationships, while qualitative data were analyzed using thematic analysis to gain insights into field implementation. The results showed that the integration of AVs with conventional transportation increased distribution speed by up to 27% and reduced operational costs by an average of 18%, while also improving product safety through sensor systems and real-time monitoring. However, regulatory and infrastructure constraints are factors that hinder widespread adoption. These findings confirm that hybrid healthcare logistics can be a strategic solution in modernizing healthcare product distribution, provided it is supported by adaptive policies and inclusive technology development.

Abstract

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of cryptographic technology and the effectiveness of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies on countering Bitcoin transaction-based drug trafficking in Indonesia. Using a normative legal research method with a desk study approach, this study evaluates the contribution of cryptography to transaction security, challenges in monitoring, and weaknesses in AML policies in Indonesia. The results show that cryptographic technology enhances the security and efficiency of transactions through blockchain, but its anonymity is utilized in illegal activities. In addition, AML policies in Indonesia still face implementation challenges, such as low compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) principles and minimal supervision of cryptocurrencies. This research recommends strengthening regulations and international cooperation as strategic steps in tackling digital crime.

Abstract

High employee turnover remains a critical issue in healthcare organizations, as it disrupts service continuity and increases operational costs. RSIA MH Jakarta experienced a turnover rate exceeding the acceptable threshold between 2021 and 2024, indicating potential problems related to compensation and employee attachment to the organization. This study aims to analyze the relationship between salary satisfaction and organizational commitment with employee turnover intention at RSIA MH Jakarta. A quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design was employed. Data were collected from 49 employees who met the inclusion criteria using structured questionnaires with a five-point Likert scale. Statistical analysis was conducted using correlation analysis and multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results indicate that salary satisfaction has a negative but statistically insignificant effect on turnover intention (β = -0.096, p = 0.592). In contrast, organizational commitment shows a significant negative effect on turnover intention (β = -0.796, p = 0.003). Simultaneously, salary satisfaction and organizational commitment significantly influence turnover intention (F = 8.804, p = 0.001), explaining 27.7% of the variance. These findings suggest that strengthening organizational commitment plays a more decisive role than salary satisfaction in reducing employee turnover intention in hospital settings.

Abstract

Standar operasional prosedur masih sering diabaikan, pengawasan profesi belum konsisten, dan akuntabilitas lembaga kesehatan belum transparan, sehingga risiko kelalaian tetap tinggi.
