Abstract

Model pembelajaran yang digunakan guru sangat berpengaruh dalam menciptakan situasi belajar yang benar-benar menyenangkan dan mendukung kelancaran proses belajar mengajar, serta sangat membantu dalam pencapaian prestasi belajar yang memuaskan. Akan tetapi, dalam pelaksanaan di lapangan pembelajaran banyak didominasi oleh guru sehingga kurang mampu membangun persepsi, minat, dan sikap siswa yang lebih baik. Hal tersebut juga dijumpai di SDN Pinggir Papas 1 Sumenep, siswa sulit memahami materi yang ada. Kendala yang terjadi adalah siswa merasa bosan dan tidak berminat mengikuti pembelajaran IPA. Hasil nilai ulangan harian dari 25 siswa hanya 9 siswa (36%) yang mendapatkan nilai di atas KKM (65). Dari hasil tersebut, peneliti merasa perlu sekali melakukan perbaikan pembelajaran agar sehingga hasil belajar siswa dapat ditingkatkan, yaitu dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif Think-Pair-Share (TPS). Sesuai rumusan masalah “apakah model pembelajaran kooperatif Think-Pairs-Share (TPS) dapat meningkatkan Prestasi Belajar IPA pada Siswa Kelas IIIA SDN Pinggir Papas 1 Sumenep?”, maka dilakukan metode penelitian dengan observasi dan tes. Hasil dari dua siklus penelitian yang melalui tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi diperoleh hasil prestasi belajar siswa meningkat dari 67,8 dengan ketuntasan belajar 72% menjadi 80,4 dengan ketuntasan 100%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif Think Pairs Share mampu meningkatkan prestasi belajar IPA pada siswa kelas IIIA SDN Pinggir Papas 1 Sumenep, dengan peningkatan yang signifikan yaitu sebesar 28% melebihi kriteria peningkatan yang ditentukan yaitu 20%. Selain itu, model pembelajaran kooperatif Think Pairs Share efektif digunakan sebagai salah satu metode pembelajaran di kelas dapat menjadikan siswa aktif dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran oleh guru.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how to analyze the ratio of Liquidity to financial performance in PT. Medco Energi International Tbk. This research uses liquidity ratio parameters. Measurement in terms of liquidity to performance ratio of MedcoEnergi shows that MedcoEnergi Liquidity Ratio capability using carrent ratio, Quick Ratio and Cash Ratio during the two research periods in 2018 and 2019 MedcoEnergi liquidity capability is better than its two competitors Bumi Resources and Elnusa. The advice in this study, should the existing performance be maintained and further improved so that the mission to develop potential energy sources into a profitable investment portfolio continues.Keywords: Financial Performance, Liquidity RatioAbstrak : Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana analisis rasio Likuiditas terhadap kinerja keuangan pada  PT.Medco Energi International Tbk. Penelitian ini menggunakan parameter rasio likuiditas. Pengukuran dari segi rasio likuiditas terhadap kinerja MedcoEnergi menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan Rasio Likuiditas MedcoEnergi dengan menggunakan carrent ratio,  Quick Ratio dan Cash Ratio selama dua periode penelitian tahun 2018 dan 2019 kemampuan likuiditas MedcoEnergi lebih baik dari dua kompetitornya Bumi Resources dan Elnusa. Saran dalam penelitian ini, sebaiknya kinerja yang telah ada dipertahankan dan lebih ditingkatkan  sehingga misi untuk mengembangkan sumber-sumber energi potensial menjadi portofolio investasi yang menguntungkan terus berlanjut. Kata Kunci : Kinerja Keuangan, Rasio Likuiditas

Abstract

This research aims to understand the processes and effects of internalizing paddisengeng values by the Bugis-Bone ethnicity residing in Masamba Village. This research uses an ethnographic analysis. Ethnographic analysis is an approach that begins with field facts, analyzes them based on cultural theories and relevant arguments to explore the cultural situation of the community, and ultimately yields a conclusion. The results show that the process of internalizing paddisengeng values by the Bugis-Bone ethnicity in Masamba Village, which includes the stages of introduction and understanding as well as acceptance and integration, has successfully instilled values such as compassion, honesty, integrity, honor, decorum, hard work, migration, and religious morality. However, the internalization has also presented challenges, particularly regarding the shift in siri’ values that may encourage ostentatious and vanity behavior, potentially reducing social coherence. Therefore, it is recommended that the Department of Education and Culture of Poso Regency, parents, and the Bugis-Bone ethnicity in Masamba Village continue nurturing and developing the practice of internalizing paddisengeng values. The Department of Education and Culture can support this initiative through educational programs that integrate cultural values into the school curriculum and cultural activities that raise awareness of the importance of these values for the younger generation. Parents are advised to continue teaching their children these values in ways relevant to modern life, emphasizing the importance of hard work, honesty, and integrity without losing the true essence of siri’ values. The Bugis-Bone ethnicity needs to maintain constructive intergenerational dialogue to ensure that these values are preserved and creatively adapted to face the challenges of the times. Through this collaborative approach, paddisengeng values are expected to continue serving as a strong foundation for the Bugis-Bone ethnicity in Masamba Village, enriching their cultural heritage while remaining responsive and adaptive to social changes.

Abstract

This final project discusses the implementation of an Internet of Things (IoT)-based Monitoring System and Smart Farming for chicken farming. This technological innovation aims to enhance productivity and sustainability in the livestock industry. By connecting sensors to the IoT network, farmers can monitor the real-time conditions of the poultry house, such as temperature, humidity, and air quality. The objective of this writing is to design an IoT-based monitoring and smart farming system specifically for use in chicken farming. This system will enable real-time area monitoring, automation of feeding and drinking processes, and data management for farmers. The benefits of this proposal for students include enhancing knowledge about IoT and monitoring systems in the field of poultry farming. In related fields of study, this final project will provide an understanding of IoT application in agriculture and livestock. Meanwhile, for farmers and the livestock industry, the benefits lie in improving the productivity and quality of poultry farming.

Abstract

Cryptocurrency investments are rapidly developing worldwide, including in Indonesia. Behind its profit potential, digital assets also open opportunities for criminals to commit money laundering offenses. The anonymity, pseudonymity, and decentralization of blockchain technology underlying cryptocurrencies create challenges for law enforcement in tracking illegal activities that exploit these assets. This study aims to examine the role of existing regulations in preventing the use of digital assets as a means of money laundering and to identify the challenges faced by law enforcement in enforcing rules against suspected cryptocurrency transactions. The research will analyze the extent to which the existing regulations, both at the national and international levels, are effective in preventing the use of cryptocurrencies for money laundering crimes. The second subtitle will explore various technical and legal constraints faced by law enforcement, including the lack of international cooperation, limitations of monitoring technology, and the low level of technical expertise among law enforcement officials.

Abstract

Referring to several evaluation results of the 2013 Curriculum, the learning load is too large, it limits schools in designing education according to school conditions, and the existence of a reading system still causes students to have a fixed mindset. The government's response was to implement the Merdeka Curriculum through an elective subject selection program. This research aims to describe the implementation of the elective subject selection program. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection techniques through interviews. The research subjects were three guidance counseling teachers from SMA Negeri 19 Bandung. The results show that the elective subject selection program has been implemented at SMA Negeri 19 Bandung, as evidenced by the program scheme created by the school with the elective subject selection program guide issued by the Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. The activities carried out by the school are quite diverse,  collaborating with internal schools but also external parties to implement this program a success. However, schools still have to face challenges such as the need to continue to carry out updates with each new generation by adjusting the condition of school infrastructure and the availability of teaching teachers so that the spirit of the elective subject selection program continues to be created, namely creating independence for each student. It is hoped that the research results obtained will be able to become a reference for other schools in preparing and implementing elective subject selection program schemes that suit the conditions of their respective schools.

Abstract

The curriculum must keep up with the times to meet the evolving needs of society. Responsive curriculum development poses challenging problems for curriculum designers in vocational education and other higher professions, although as such there is little study on this topic. This research focuses on how the process of developing a responsive curriculum for vocational education, and other higher professions based on the results of a literature review methods with data sources consisting of a collection twenty-six articles that are putated with process of gathering and arranging information or data from multiple sources is referred to as data collection identifying six supporting components of the responsive curriculum development process: (1) Vision of Education and Learning,  (2) Continuous and iterative curriculum development process, (3) Collaboration, (4) involving all contributors, (5) The presence of favorable environmental factors and circumstances, and (6) Representatives of the institution. The importance of paying equal attention to each of these aspects is the main focus. By integrating these components, curriculum creators can design adaptable programs that are efficacious across the whole learning process. This strategy necessitates a shift in mentality and heightened exertion from all tiers of educational establishments, but ultimately results in a curriculum that is more comprehensive and adaptable.

Abstract

Baitul Maal Hidayatullah (BMH) is an institution that received permission to manage zakat infaq, alms, and humanitarian funds. In its management, BMH Kaltim Representatives are managed by appointed amil without special criteria. This study aims to analyze effective and efficient collection models in the digital era. Research is expected to provide knowledge about effective and efficient collection models in the digital era. This research is qualitative descriptive research with data analysis using NVIVO 12 PLUS. Based on the results of field findings, it is known that the collection model in BMH is a variety of models, this adjusts to the choice of people who pay infaq zakat and alms through BMH. Effective and efficient in the digital era in BMH can be seen from the acquisition of BMH which has increased with the lack of operations spent to achieve it.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the character values that are instilled through literacy programs implemented at the elementary school level. This analysis is based on a critical pedagogic approach. This study uses content analysis research methods on the literacy program documents of the ministry of education, especially those implemented at the elementary school level. The research findings show that there is integration of instilling character values in students through literacy activities so that students become individual lifelong learners, character values instilled through literacy programs are one way to achieve real educational goals. In addition, based on an analysis with a critical pedagogic approach, the integration of character values in literacy programs is an educational process to make humans become fully human in dealing with the problems they face. It can be concluded that the integration of character values in the literacy program is one of the efforts of the government to strive for humanization of education. Through the integration of these character values, the government can develop the character and manners of students so that they become lifelong learners who have good character.
