Abstract

Proses pendidikan adalah proses mendidik manusia, inti manusia adalah jiwa, jadi pendidian adalah mendidik jiwa. Mendidik pecandu napza dinamakan rehabilitasi. Rehabilitasi pecandu napza tidak lain dalam rangka membantu para pecandu napza jiwanya terlepas di ketergantungan napza melalui program tertentu. Di Inabah proses rehabilitasi dilakukan dengan mengintensifkan kegiatan mandi malam, zikir, dan shalat (wajib dan sunat) dan keberhasilannya sudah mendapat pengakuan dari berbagai pihak dan berbagai penelitian menunjukkan efek amaliah tersebut terhadap perubahan perilaku para pcandu napza setelah menjalani pembinaan kurang lebih minimal empatpuluh hari lamanya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis metode yang digunakan dalam implementasi kurikulum pembinaan jiwa para pecandu napza. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode yang digunakan dalam membina para pecandu napza di Inabah adalah metode latihan jiwa (riyadlatu al-nafs) sebagai proses pensucian jiwa (tazkiyat al-nafs) dan pembersihan hati (tashfiyat al-qulb) dengan melalui tiga tahapan, takhliyat, pengosongan dari kotoran jiwa dan hati, tahalliyat pengiassan jiwa dan hati dengan akhlak dan sifat-sifat Allah, dan tajalliyat Allah dalam jiwa dan hati pecandu napza sebagai hasil dari amaliah yang konsisten dan inten serta continue.

Abstract

This normative legal research aims to clarify the regulation of interfaith marriages in Indonesia, considering both positive law and Islamic law perspectives, and assess the impact of Circular Letter No. 2 of 2023 on legal certainty in this matter. The study found that the 1974 Marriage Law lacks comprehensive protection for interfaith marriages. Islamic law, particularly according to the Indonesian Ulema Council (Mui), tends to prohibit such marriages due to perceived violations of fiqh principles, such as preventing harm (sadd al-zarî’ah). Despite these differing opinions, Circular Letter No. 2 of 2023 is expected to provide legal clarity and potentially resolve the controversy surrounding interfaith marriages in Indonesia. The Supreme Court's prohibition on interfaith marriages has sparked debates and protests in society, with some activists arguing that the court's order is a clear violation of people's constitutional rights, such as freedom of religion. Highlights: The study aims to clarify the regulation of interfaith marriages in Indonesia, considering both positive law and Islamic law perspectives, and assess the impact of Circular Letter No. 2 of 2023 on legal certainty in this matter. Abstract

Di Indonesia terdapat 122 kabupaten yang termasuk kategori wilayah tertinggal, terdepan, terluar (3T). Wilayah tersebut harus dipastikan mendapat akses pendidikan yang setara dengan wilayah lainnya. Salah satu upaya pemerintah adalah dengan mengintegrasikan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) dalam program Universal Service Obligation (USO) untuk pendidikan di wilayah 3T. Meskipun paradigma pendidikan saat ini fokus pada peserta didik, namun kualitas guru selaku sumber daya utama pendidikan harus terjamin. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi sejauh mana pemanfaatan TIK dan akses internet, oleh guru di sekolah penerima USO. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei penyebaran angket kepada guru di sekolah USO, ditambah studi dokumentasi. Data dihasilkan dari 141 orang guru responden kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden guru (82.9%) sudah menggunakan alat bantu mengajar berbasis TIK. Walaupun sebagian besar bahan ajar responden belum berbasis internet. Pemanfaatan internet untuk pembelajaran semakin diminati, termasuk penggunaan media sosial. Kompetensi TIK yang dimiliki guru sangat mempengaruhi persepsi dan praktek pemanfaatan internet untuk pembelajaran. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya fasilitasi dan sinergi secara sistemik agar pemanfaatan TIK di sekolah USO semakin meluas. Rekomendasi untuk riset selanjutnya adalah disarankan mengambil responden dan korelasi data yang lebih besar agar hasil penelitian dapat digeneralisasi. Utilization of information and communication (ICT) by teachers in universal service obligation (USO) schoolsThere are 122 regencies in Indonesia that belonging to the category of disadvantaged, frontier, remoted (3T) regions. Those regions should be accessed to education equivalent to other regions. One of the government's efforts is to integrate information and communication technology (ICT) within education in 3T regions named Universal Service Obligation (USO) programme. Although the current educational paradigm focuses on learners, the quality of teachers as the primary resource of education should be assured. The study attempt to investigate the effectiveness of ICT and internet access utilization, by teachers at USO schools. The method used was distributing questionnaires to survey teachers in USO schools, supplemented by documentary studies. Data generated from 141 respondent and analyzed descriptively. The results show that the majority of the respondent (82.9%) have used ICT-based teaching aids. Although most of the teaching materials have not been internet based. Utilization of the internet for learning increasingly in demand, including the use of social media. ICT competencies of teachers greatly affect the perception and practice of internet utilization for learning. The result of this research is the need for systemic facilitation and synergy to widespread the ICT utilization in USO schools. Recommendation for further research, it is advisable to take the more respondent and correlate the bigger data so that the research result can be generalized.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang tingkat efektifitas pelaksanaan muatan lokal dari aspek konteks, masukan, proses, dan produk. Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam penelitian evaluasi yang menunjukan prosedur dan proses pelaksanaan kurikulum muatan lokal pada tingkat SMA. Penelitian ini menganalisis efektifitas masing-masing komponen dari model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, dan Product). Studi dilakukan kepada 30 orang guru muatan lokal dan 170 peserta didik dari kelas X dan XI. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen utama. Efektifitas pelaksanaan muatan lokal dilakukan dengan merubah skor mentah yang didapat dari kuesioner menjadi T-skor.  Skor tersebut kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model Glickman. Hasil penelitian menunjukan secara umum pelaksanaan muatan lokal untuk Bahasa Daerah dan pendidikan lingkungan hidup sudah berjalan dengan baik, namun terdapat beberapa hal yang perlu ditingkatkan terutama dari aspek input dan process. Khusus untuk pendidikan lingkungan hidup diperlukan kebijakan baru dan sosialisasi dari pemerintah daerah agar penyelenggaraan pendidikan lingkungan hidup dapat lebih baik. Evaluation the implementation of local content curriculum of local languange and enviromental educationThis study aimed to describe the level of effectiveness of the implementation of the local content of the aspects of context, input, process, and product. This study included in the evaluation study that shows procedures and processes local curriculum at the high school level. This study analyzes the effectiveness of each component of the evaluation model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, and Product). The study was conducted for 30 teachers of local content and 170 students from class X and XI. Data were collected using questionnaires as the main instrument. The effectiveness of the implementation of the local content achieved by converting raw scores obtained from the questionnaire into a T-score. The score was then analyzed using a model Glickman. The results showed the general implementation of local content for local language and environmental education has been going well, but there are some things that need to be improved, especially from the aspect of input and process. Especially for environmental education needed socialization and new policies from local governments to the implementation of environmental education can be better.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskripsi yang dilakukan pada 39 SMA Rujukan yang ada di Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi pembelajaran abad 21 dalam Kurikulum 2013 pada mata pelajaran Fisika di SMA Rujukan Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Fokus penelitian diarahkan pada empat sub variabel yaitu; 1) perencanaan pembelajaran; 2) pelaksanaan pembelajaran; 3) penilaian pembelajaran; dan 4) pengawasan pembelajaran. Responden yang dilibatkan dalam penelitian adalah guru mata pelajaran Fisika. Pada penelitian ini digunakan angket untuk mengumpulkan data dan menggunakan skala Likert dengan skor 1 sampai 4. Selanjutnya, data tersebut diolah dengan menggunakan teknis analisis deskriptif persentase. Perencanaan pembelajaran abad 21 dalam kurikulum 2013 termasuk dalam kategori baik dengan rentang nilai antara 23-27. Sedangkan pelaksanaan pembelajaran juga pada kategori baik dengan rentang nilai antara 46-55. Adapun penilaian pembelajaran dalam kategori baik dengan rentang nilai antara 29-34. Dan pengawasan pembelajaran berada pada kategori baik dengan rentang nilai 23-27. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan, khususnya bagi Direktorat Pembinaan SMA, mengenai kondisi riil di lapangan berkaitan dengan implementasi Kurikulum 2013 SMA sehingga dapat dijadikan bahan pertimbangan dalam pengambilan kebijakan selanjutnya. Implementation of 21st century learning in curriculum 2013This research is a description research conducted from 39 SMA Rujukan in Province of DKI Jakarta. This study aims to describe the implementation of 21st century learning in Curriculum 2013 in the subject matter of physics at SMA Rujukan in Province of DKI Jakarta. The focus research is directed to four sub variables namely; (1) planning of learning; (2) implementing of learning; (3) assessment of learning; & (4) monitoring of learning. Respondents in this research are teacher of Physics subject. This study used questionnaires to collect data and use Likert scale with a score of 1 to 4. Furthermore, the data is processed by using technical analysis descriptive percentage. 1st century learning planning in the 2013 curriculum is included in the good category with a range of values 23-27. While the implementation of learning is also in the good category with a range of values 46-55. While learning assessment is in a good category with a range of values 29-34. And supervision of learning is placed in a good category with a range of values 23-27. The results of this study are expected to be an input or recommendation for the Ministry of Education and Culture, especially for the Directorate of High School Development, regarding with the real conditions in the school related to the implementation of Curriculum 2013 so it can be taken into consideration for the next policy making.

Abstract

Degradasi moralitas kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara pada kalangan anak-anak remaja (peserta didik) berada pada kondisi yang cukup memprihatinkan. Tergambarkan dari begitu banyaknya permasalahan anak-anak remaja saat ini, yang tergambar baik secara langsung maupun dari berbagai media. Dari latar belakang tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali, menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan bagaimana manajemen kurikulum berbasis pendidikan karakter diimplementasikan di sekolah. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Selain itu peneliti juga bertindak langsung sebagai key instrument untuk mendapatkan data yang jauh lebih mendalam dan bermakna saat di lapangan dari berbagai sumber yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fungsi-fungsi dari manajemen kurikulum berperan besar dalam keberhasilan sekolah mencapai visi, misi, tujuan, dan program-program sekolah yang dicanangkan. Salah satu faktor penunjang manajemen kurikulum tersebut adalah sikap dan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah. Sebagai ujung tombak dalam manajemen kurikulum, kepala sekolah mengambil peran yang luar biasa sebagai inspirator, motivator, figur keteladanan, supervisi akademik, dan manajerial bagi segenap elemen yang ada di sekolah.Character building based curriculum management at SD negeri ujung menteng 01 pagi JakartaThe degradation of the morality of nation and state life among children (learners) is in a fairly apprehensive condition. It has been described by so many problems among children, either directly or from various media. From this background, this research aims to analyze, explore and describe how character-based curriculum management is implemented in schools. The research method used is descriptive with qualitative approach of case study. Data collection techniques were conducted through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. In addition, researcher also acts directly as a key instrument when in the field to obtain data which is much more profound and meaningful from various relevant sources. The results show that the functions of curriculum management play major roles in the success of the school to achieve the vision, mission, goals and programs of the school that proclaimed. One of the factors supporting the management of the curriculum is the attitude and style of leadership of the principal. As a spearhead in curriculum management, the principal takes extraordinary roles either as an inspirator, a motivator, an exemplary figure, an academic supervisor, or manager for all elements of the school.

Abstract

Pemetaan mutu dilakukan untuk mengumpulkan, mengolah, menganalisis data dan informasi tentang capaian pemenuhan standar nasional pendidikan pada satuan pendidikan dari mulai tingkat satuan pendidikan, kabupaten/kota, provinsi, dan nasional. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan tentang analisis kebutuhan pelatihan tentang standar penilaian bagi guru sekolah dasar di Kota Makassar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif berdasarkan data rapot mutu tahun 2017. Hasil penelitian menunjukan dari 468 sekolah dasar di kota Makassar sebanyak 5 sekolah (1,1%) masuk dalam kategori menuju SNP 2,  51 sekolah (10,9%) masuk dalam kategori menuju SNP 3, 332 sekolah (70,9%) masuk dalam kategori menuju SNP 4, 80 sekolah (17,1%) masuk dalam kategori SNP dan tidak ada sekolah yang masuk dalam kategori menuju SNP 1. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pemenuhan standar penilaian pendidikan bagi jenjang sekolah dasar di Kota Makassar masih berada pada kategori menuju SNP 4 sehingga masih memerlukan peningkatan capaian SPP dengan melalui pelatihan.Analysis of training needs assessment standards-based data mapping the quality of education at the primary level in MakassarQuality mapping is done for collection, processing, analysis of data and information on the achievement of compliance with national standards of education in the educational unit of the start level of the educational unit until national levels. The purpose of this study was to describe the analysis of the training needs assessment standards for primary school teachers in Makassar. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis based on the data quality report in 2017. Research shows than 468 elementary schools in Makassar as many as 5 schools (1.1%) belong to menuju SNP 2,51 schools (10.9%) to SNP 3, 332 schools (70.9%) to SNP 4, 80 schools (17.1%) fall into SNP and no schools that fall within the heading to SNP 1. The conclusions of this study is the fulfillment of educational assessment standards for elementary school in Makassar is located in SNP 4 that still require standard performance improvement of education through training.

Abstract

Anemia, a common issue among children and teenagers in Indonesia, is characterized by hemoglobin levels below normal. Iron is essential for producing hemoglobin in red blood cells, which helps prevent anemia. Innovation to provide a popular goat liver-based product that is convenient to consume and easily marketable underpins the development of this goat liver-enhanced sausage. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of partially substituting goat meat with different levels of goat liver on physicochemical and sensory properties of goat meat sausages. Sausages containing 100:0, 75:25, and 50:50 goat meat to goat liver ratios and goat meat (%, w/w) , and then added with other ingredients (tapioca flour, skim milk, garlic, pepper, coriander, salt, STPP, and ice water) were prepared and cooked for 30 minutes. The sausages were then analyzed for physical properties, including pH, texture and water holding capacity (WHC), iron content, and sensory quality. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance for a completely randomized design, and then if there were significant differences between means, they were tested using Duncan’s New Multiple Range Test. The results showed that substitution of goat liver significantly (p0.05). In conclusion, substituting up to 50% of goat meat with goat liver will improve the iron content of goat meat sausages with minimal impact on the sensory and proximate composition of the product.

Abstract

This study aims to integrate five major theoretical frameworks—Firm Performance Theory, Resource-Based View (RBV), Resource Dependency Theory (RDT), Dynamic Capabilities Theory (DCT), and Social Cognitive Theory (SCT)—to explain employee performance at PT Bridgestone Tire Indonesia, Bekasi Plant, Cutting Department. By combining these frameworks, the study provides a comprehensive understanding of how organizational resources, environmental dependencies, adaptive capabilities, and social-cognitive mechanisms interact to shape work outcomes. Empirical data is drawn from Rusman (2025), who analyzed both the mediating role of work discipline and the moderating role of work motivation in influencing performance. The findings indicate that internal resources such as human capital, knowledge, and technical skills, as well as external resource dependencies, significantly impact work discipline and overall firm performance. Dynamic capabilities allow employees and the organization to adapt to changing conditions and optimize resource utilization effectively. In parallel, social cognitive factors—including self-efficacy, observational learning, and social reinforcement—play a critical role in shaping employee behavior and discipline. Moreover, work motivation strengthens the relationship between discipline and performance, suggesting that highly motivated employees are more likely to translate disciplined behavior into measurable performance outcomes. These results highlight that organizational excellence is not solely determined by material resources or structural factors but depends on a synergistic combination of systemic resource management, adaptive capabilities, and individual psychological engagement. The study underscores the importance of aligning motivational strategies, discipline management, and resource optimization to achieve sustainable high performance in competitive industrial settings.
