Abstract

The Make a match learning model is a learning model that can increase students' learning motivation, because this model can create a learning atmosphere that is fun and easy to understand. The aim of this research is to increase students' learning motivation. The research method used in this research is qualitative. The data source for this research is secondary data in the form of interviews with Indonesian language subject teachers. The results of this research indicate an increase in students' learning motivation in taking Indonesian language lessons.

Abstract

Abstrack Evidence is an important thing in the criminal proceedings in the trial, in this study and its purpose, namely to find out the use of evidence by the Public Prosecutor in the process of criminal acts of child sexual intercourse, and to find out what the Public Prosecutor uses evidence to prove. prove the case of the crime of sexual intercourse against a minor in the case No. PDM 87/Kraks/Eku.2/08/2021.Krs. the formulation of the problem and the purpose of this study, the method used in this research is the empirical juridical method using the case approach method, namely legal research on regulations based on evidence based on article 184 of the Criminal Procedure Code Implementation in the Probolinggo District Prosecutor's Office, especially in the case No. PDM 87 / Kraks / Eku .2/08/2021.Krs. The results of the research in the preparation of this thesis, conclusions can be drawn, firstly the evidence used by the Prosecutor in the case of the crime of sexual intercourse against a child uses evidence based on the Criminal Procedure Code in 184, the second is the second from the Public Prosecutor in using Instructional tools Because the guidance tools are used to strengthen the Judge that he is wrong or not and the instructions as evidence are explained in accordance with other evidence. Abstract

ABSTRACT Legal aid is an effort to provide access to people who are financially incapacitated or have limited access to justice and their rights before the law. Provision of legal aid is an important matter in law enforcement for poor people. The state has a role and responsibility in providing legal aid either directly or through designated institutions, such as legal aid or public advocacy agencies. Provision of legal assistance to underprivileged communities is very important to ensure that the rights of underprivileged communities are properly protected before the law. This study aims to determine the mechanism of providing legal aid to the poor and the forms of existence of advocates in providing legal aid. This research is an empirical legal research located at the Legal Aid Post Office of the Indonesian Advocates Association at the Kraksaan District Court. The results of this study indicate that the mechanism for providing legal aid at the IKADIN Legal Aid Post Office at the Kraksaan District Court is very open to the poor. Beginning with submitting a written application containing at least the applicant's identity and a brief description of the subject matter for which Legal Aid is being requested, submitting documents relating to the case and finally attaching a statement of incapacity from the lurah, village head or equivalent official at the place of residence legal aid applicant. If all the requirements have been completed, then the implementation of legal aid for a poor or incapacitated defendant can be held. Key Words: Legal Aid, Advocate, Community

Abstract

Generator atau yang sering dikenal dengan sebutan auxiliary engine Jika generator tidak di lakukan perawatan secara rutin maka akan mengakibatkan gangguan pada listrik sehingga menghidupkan alat alat bantu lainnya menjadi terhambat, hal ini sangat merugikan pada perusahaan pelayaran pada umumnya. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Laporan penelitian akan berisi kutipan-kutipan data untuk memberi gambaran penyajian laporan, data tersebut berasal dari naskah wawancara, catatan lapangan, foto, dokumen pribadi, catatan atau memo dan dokumen resmi lainnya. Hasil penelitian yang telah penulis lakukan adalah perawatan generator karena sangat penting pada kinerja kelistrikan kapal. Penyebab kurangnya tekanan oli, filter bahan bakar yang sudah kotor itu di sebabkan karena kurangnya perawatan pada generator tersebut. Dampak kurangnya perawatan adalah generator akan overheat, sistem kerjanya akan menurun. Upaya mengatasi kurangnya tekanan oli, dan filter oli adalah melakukan perawatan ganti oli dan filter oli secara rutin agar generator dapat bekerja secara maksimal dan rutin.

Abstract

SOPEP (Shipboard Oil Pollution Emergency Plan) is an emergency plan for oil pollution at sea and in accordance with MARPOL 73/78 these requirements are regulated in Annex I, with guidelines set by MEPC (Marine Environmental Protection Committee). The aim of the research is to determine the implementation of SOPEP in dealing with oil pollution for the safety of MT ship crews. SP 5 BSI.In this research the author used a qualitative research method, a qualitative method, namely a research method that is descriptive and tends to use analysis.The research results show that the implementation of SOPEP as a tool for dealing with oil pollution is still not appropriate. This can be proven that the ship’s crew does not understand how to use SOPEP according to applicable regulations and doesn’t understanding of how to use oil Spill prevention equipment.

Abstract

Pada tanggal 18 November 2022 saat KM. Kendhaga Nusantara 04 sedang berlabuh jangkar di anchorage area Makassar, kapal mengalami jangkar larat yang mengakibatkan kapal hampir kandas menabrak break water. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya jangkar larat pada KM. Kendhaga Nusantara 04 sehingga kegiatan berlabuh jangkar dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Proses dan prespektif subyek lebih ditonjolkan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penilitian menunjukan bahwa faktor yang menyebabkan jangkar larat di KM. Kendhaga Nusantara 04 adalah kurangnya kesadaran crew terhadap pentingnya proses berlabuh jangkar, pemilihan tempat berlabuh yang kurang tepat dan juga pelaksanaan proses berlabuh jangkar yang kurang tepat sesuai prosedur, kurangnya pengecekan serta perawatan terhadap peralatan berlabuh seperti jangkar, rantai jangkar, dan juga windlass

Abstract

Prayang is traditional fishing gear, a prohibition on the use of cantrang fishing gear by the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (KKP) requires an alternative replacement fishing gear, considering that the condition of the Java sea waters is already overfished. The study aims to determine the effect of using different color lights on prayang fishing gear on catches. The research method is an experiment by applying "light fishing" technology. The initial stage of the study was the use of lighting aids with different colors. Based on the results of statistical tests the lamp color treatment had no significant effect, the catch was dominated by white shrimp species for the use of white light and the shrimp continued to prefer green

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perhitungan biaya relevan yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan dalam menerima atau menolak pesanan khusus melalui pendekatan metode perhitungan harga pokok produksi yaitu full costing dan direct costing serta untuk menganalisis hubungan keterkaitan biaya relevan dengan pengambilan keputusan atas menerima atau menolak pesanan khusus dengan laba atau keuntungan yang bisa didapatkan oleh perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data terkait biaya-biaya, seperti biaya atas bahan baku, biaya tenaga kerja langsung serta biaya overhead pabrik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen telah menerapkan analisis biaya relevan dalam menghitung harga pokok produksi untuk sebuah pesanan khusus yang masuk. Analisis biaya relevan, khususnya dalam pengambilan keputusan menerima atau menolak pesanan khusus menunjukkan bahwa dari alternatif yang diajukan mampu memberikan laba bagi usaha UMKM yang dijalankan. Para pihak manajemen UMKM Roti Devy sebaiknya menerapkan analisis biaya relevan agar supaya pesanan khusus dapat dijadikan sebagai sebuah strategi alternatif untuk mendapatkan peningkatan laba.

Abstract

High Pressure Tank merupakan suatu kejadian yang dapat terjadi pada proses loading LPG secara ship to ship (STS). Kejadian tersebut terjadi akibat pelaksanaan proses loading LPG yang belum sesuai dengan peraturan atau standart operational procedure (SOP). Oleh karena itu, pelaksanaan loading LPG secara ship to ship (STS) harus dipersiapkan secara matang dan pada waktu pelaksanaannya harus dilakukan sesuai dengan peraturan atau prosedur yang berlaku. Penelitian akan berfokus mengenai kejadian high pressure tank pada proses loading secara ship to ship (STS). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif untuk memahami dan menggambarkan secara mendalam bagaimana tindakan controlling ketika terjadi high pressure tank pada proses loading LPG secara ship to ship (STS). Penelitian ini menghasilkan dan mengolah data deskriptif, seperti transkip wawancara, catatan kejadian, dan dokumentasi berupa foto. Peneliti menggunakan berbagai teknik pengumpulan data kualitatif, seperti observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan controlling high pressure tank pada proses loading LPG secara ship to ship (STS) kurang maksimal. Selain itu, pelaksanaan prosedur seperti safety toolbox meeting masih belum optimal dilakukan. Akibatnya, awak kapal kurang maksimal dalam melaksanakan pekerjaannya. Penerapan prosedur dan dokumen kapal sangat penting dalam proses loading LPG secara ship to ship (STS). Prosedur yang digunakan pada proses loading LPG secara ship to ship (STS) digunakan sebagai pedoman keselamatan bekerja bagi seluruh awak kapal

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of teacher professional competence on the quality of vocational high school graduates in Tenjolaya District, Bogor. The type of research used is quantitative, with a survey method. Data collection is accumulated using a closed questionnaire, so that respondents can only choose one answer that is appropriate to their circumstances, the questionnaire includes a number of answers that have been determined by the researcher based on various statements, both positive and negative. The measurement of the data uses a Likert scale on five alternative answers, for the questionnaire variable (Y) graduate quality contains 50 items and the variable (X) teacher professional competence contains 44 items that are tested for validity using the Pearson product moment test and tested for reliability using Cronbach's alpha, so that valid and reliable statement items are obtained for the graduate quality variable 45 items and the teacher professional competence variable, namely 33 items, with research subjects as many as 65 respondents taken using probability sampling and simple random sampling techniques, where sampling is carried out randomly so that all subjects are treated and placed equally. The data analysis method applied is inferential statistics using simple regression tests, supported by the SPSS version 26 program, to determine the effect between the teacher's professional competence variable (X) on the quality of graduates (Y). The results of the study indicate that there is an effect between teacher professional competence on the quality of graduates by obtaining a significance value of 0.005 <0.05. So it can be interpreted that the teacher's professional competence variable (X) has a positive effect on the quality of graduates (Y). Therefore, in order to improve the quality of graduates, it is hoped that school institutions can improve the professional competence of teachers in teaching according to their expertise.
