Abstract

This study aims to describe the forms of bullying experienced by students and prevention efforts. The research method was conducted with a case study located at MTs Dayah Jeumala Amal. The research data was obtained through 9. informants consisting of BK teachers, 6 homeroom teacher and 2 Students. Interview techniques are used to obtain data and analyzed in a qualitative descriptive manner. The results of the study found forms of bullying that occurred in MTs Dayah Jeumala Amal that are still experienced by students, namely; 1) physical bullying in the form of lightly hitting, 2) verbal bullying in the form of mocking, and 3) social bullying in the form of social distancing. Prevention efforts are carried out through giving advice, warning gradually, communication with parents/guardians of students, and socializing continuously. The implication has an impact on the lack of bullying that occurs in Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas implementasi kebijakan ekoteologi dalam pelestarian lingkungan di Pesantren Modern Al-Manar. Ekoteologi dipahami sebagai pendekatan teologis yang mengintegrasikan nilai keagamaan Islam dengan tanggung jawab ekologis manusia sebagai khalifah di bumi. Permasalahan lingkungan yang semakin meningkat menuntut lembaga pendidikan Islam, termasuk pesantren, untuk berperan aktif dalam menanamkan etika lingkungan kepada peserta didiknya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian meliputi pimpinan pesantren, pengelola lingkungan, pengurus, dan santri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pesantren Modern Al-Manar telah menerapkan kebijakan ekoteologi melalui integrasi nilai lingkungan dalam kurikulum, pembiasaan hidup bersih, pengelolaan sampah, penghematan air dan energi, serta program penghijauan. Implementasi kebijakan ini berjalan efektif melalui pembiasaan harian santri, kegiatan rutin seperti Jumat bersih, pengawasan berjenjang, serta edukasi lingkungan. Faktor pendukung kebijakan meliputi komitmen pimpinan, kedisiplinan santri, serta kerja sama pengurus. Adapun hambatan yang muncul meliputi kurangnya fasilitas pengelolaan sampah, ketidakmerataan kesadaran lingkungan antarsantri, serta kendala cuaca. Secara keseluruhan, kebijakan ini berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran ekologis santri dan menciptakan lingkungan pesantren yang bersih, tertib, dan hijau.

Abstract

The Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) policy is a fundamental breakthrough in Indonesia's higher education system that aims to transform the conventional learning paradigm into a more flexible, innovative, and high-quality education. This study aims to analyze the implementation, challenges, and policies of MBKM in higher education institutions through a qualitative approach using a literature review method. The results of the study show that MBKM provides significant benefits in expanding student learning opportunities, improving graduate competencies, and building creativity and independence. However, the implementation of MBKM also faces a number of challenges, such as expanding communication, improving facilities, and adapting policies at the university level. Nevertheless, MBKM is expected to bring positive energy to the world of higher education in Indonesia by giving students a more active role and autonomy in their learning. Further research is needed to gain a deeper understanding of the effectiveness and efficiency of MBKM implementation in the context of Indonesian higher education.
