Abstract

Islamic religious education in Madrasah Aliyah plays an important role in shaping students' understanding of Islamic law, including the material of Mawaris. However, Mawaris learning is often considered difficult because of its theoretical nature and the lack of an applicable approach. This study aims to develop a Mawaris material module based on Problem Based Learning (PBL) that can be used as a learning medium in Madrasah Aliyah. This module is designed to improve students' understanding of the Mawaris concept through an approach that focuses on problem solving. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The results of the study indicate that MAN 1 Nagan Raya needs a Mawaris learning module based on Problem-Based Learning (PBL) to improve the quality of learning. The needs analysis revealed that the school does not yet have an interactive and relevant module, so learning tends to be theoretical. Teachers feel that PBL-based modules are very necessary to deliver material effectively and applicable, while students want a more practical approach to facilitate understanding. PBL-based modules are expected to be able to connect theory with real-life practices, improve critical thinking skills, and help students understand the concept of inheritance law better.

Abstract

Instilling moral values toward peers from an early age is essential in shaping children's character. One effective medium for internalizing these values is animated films that contain moral messages, such as NussadanRara. This study aims to identify the moral values toward peers presented in the “NussadanRara animated film, particularly in episode complication vol. 11”,danto analyze their relevance to verses of the Qur'an. This research uses a qualitative approach with a text study method. Data were collected through content analysis of the film using Charles Sanders Peirce’s semiotic approachdanthen correlated with Qur'anic verses. The findings reveal 14 moral values toward peers depicted in the film, including responsibility, modesty, mutual help, gratitude, honesty, apologizing, advising in goodness, generosity, cooperation in helping friends, respecting older peers, encouraging friends, correctingdanreminding peers, caring,danwelcoming friends openly. All of these values align with Qur'anic teachings that emphasize the importance of harmonious interpersonal relationships. Therefore, this film is suitable to be used as a medium for moral education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan pengembangan media vlog sebagai sarana pembelajaran materi kebersihan lingkungan rumah bagi peserta didik Fase C (kelas V dan VI Sekolah Dasar). Fokus penelitian berada pada tahap analisis kebutuhan sebagai langkah awal dalam pengembangan modul proyek. Analisis kebutuhan dilakukan untuk mengetahui kondisi media pembelajaran yang tersedia serta mengevaluasi keterbatasannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan mengacu pada model Borg and Gall pada tahap awal. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 3 guru dari SDN 56 Banda Aceh, 30 siswa kelas V, 1 ahli media, dan 1 guru ahli materi kebersihan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket, wawancara, dan observasi. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif untuk menggambarkan kebutuhan dan persepsi pengguna terhadap media pembelajaran yang digunakan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa media yang digunakan saat ini masih bersifat konvensional, kurang menarik, dan belum memanfaatkan potensi media digital secara optimal. Sebagian besar responden menyatakan bahwa media vlog berbasis video lebih sesuai dengan karakteristik peserta didik digital native. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan media vlog dipandang penting untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kepedulian siswa terhadap kebersihan lingkungan rumah. Temuan ini menjadi dasar untuk merancang media pembelajaran yang inovatif, relevan, dan kontekstual bagi pembelajaran tematik di Sekolah Dasar.

Abstract

Islamic religious education (PAI) teachers still need help in carrying out learning value that is integrated into learning at school or madrasah. However, implementing the 2013 curriculum emphasizes the importance of value integration in learning, including the values ​​of religious moderation, which can strengthen the value of national unity and integrity. This study presented a learning model for the value of moderation in religion in the Aqidah Akhlak subject at Madrasah Aliyah Aceh, focusing on the perspectives of students and teachers on the learning model for the value of moderation in religion which has so far been implemented and the readiness of teachers in lesson plan based on internalizing the value of religious moderation. The researchers obtained data on the perspectives of students and teachers regarding the learning model of religious moderation values taken from questionnaires and interviews. Data on religious moderation learning plans were a document review from two Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN- Public Islamic Senior High School) 2 in Aceh Tamiang Regency and Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Ulumul Qur'an in Langsa, Indonesia. The applied values learning models have not been able to facilitate students to think critically, resolve value conflicts, and internalize values in students. It has affected students' awareness of applying the values of religious moderation in their lives. The learning plan and design of the religious moderation values in Madrasah Aliyah have not met the standards. Therefore, it remains a big task for educators to strive for better quality values education in formal education, especially in Madrasah Aliyah.

Doda Idi, sebagai salah satu bentuk kearifan lokal Aceh, memuat nilai-nilai karakter seperti religiusitas, kasih sayang, tanggung jawab, dan nasionalisme, yang relevan dengan tujuan pendidikan karakter. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) model ADDIE, studi ini memfokuskan pada tahap analisis kebutuhan yang melibatkan wawancara dengan guru, siswa, dan kepala sekolah di Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah Sinabang. Hasil analisis menunjukkan belum tersedianya modul kontekstual yang mengintegrasikan Doda Idi dalam pembelajaran PPRA, serta tingginya kebutuhan dari pihak sekolah, guru, dan siswa terhadap bahan ajar berbasis budaya lokal. Modul ini diharapkan menjadi solusi strategis dalam pelestarian budaya Aceh sekaligus memperkuat pendidikan karakter di madrasah melalui pendekatan konstruktivis yang kontekstual dan bermakna.

Abstract

Abstract In Muslim societies, building social cohesion and religious values is an important priority. This study aims to explore how participatory approaches can be used to enhance social-religious attitudes in Muslim societies. Communities are involved from identifying problems to feeling the benefits together. This process begins with empowering communities through capacity development related to social characteristics, which then changes community behaviour related to waste reduction and involvement in its management. The results show that the presence of public facilities such as mosques can be a catalyst for the development of social bonds among citizens. Religious activities in the mosques, such as cleansing, can also strengthen silaturahim among the members of the community. In addition, public spaces such as playgrounds can be an arena for children to sharpen their social skills by meeting and interacting with children from different backgrounds

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to create a scientific-based Student Worksheets (LKPD) on the subject matter of Akidah Akhlak grade 8 Madrasah Tsanawiyah by knowing the level of feasibility and the teacher's response to the product being developed. This study uses research and development methods with the ADDIE model, including five steps: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation which are modified according to the conditions at the time of the study. Data collection techniques used validation sheets and teacher response questionnaires. The percentage of the LKPD feasibility validation stage is from the material field, it gets 98.8%, the media field gets 90%, the language field gets 75%, and the scientific approach field gets 98.3%. The total average value of the overall percentage of validators is 90.5% with the criteria of Very Eligible. While the results of the questionnaire responses to Akidah Akhlak teachers obtained a total percentage of 88.4% with very good criteria for the scientific-based Akidah Akhlak LKPD product. So, it can be concluded that this scientific-based LKPD can be used as teaching material in the learning process in the classroom.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the forms of bullying experienced by students and prevention efforts. The research method was conducted with a case study located at MTs Dayah Jeumala Amal. The research data was obtained through 9. informants consisting of BK teachers, 6 homeroom teacher and 2 Students. Interview techniques are used to obtain data and analyzed in a qualitative descriptive manner. The results of the study found forms of bullying that occurred in MTs Dayah Jeumala Amal that are still experienced by students, namely; 1) physical bullying in the form of lightly hitting, 2) verbal bullying in the form of mocking, and 3) social bullying in the form of social distancing. Prevention efforts are carried out through giving advice, warning gradually, communication with parents/guardians of students, and socializing continuously. The implication has an impact on the lack of bullying that occurs in Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

Hiem, a form of Acehnese oral tradition rich in riddles and local wisdom, is gradually being forgotten by the younger generation. Revitalizing this tradition through education offers opportunities to enhance students' cognitive abilities, linguistic skills, and cultural identity. This study explores the impact and challenges of integrating Acehnese hiem-based ice breakers into Islamic Religious Education (IRE) learning. This qualitative field study was conducted at SDN Trans Despot Leungah, Aceh Besar. Data were collected through interviews, classroom observations, documentation, and post-test assessments. The sample consisted of 30 respondents, including teachers and students selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed through thematic categorization following verification and triangulation. Findings indicate that the use of hiem-based ice breakers significantly increased student engagement, motivation, and enthusiasm during IRE lessons. Students demonstrated improved Acehnese language proficiency and better learning outcomes. Teachers and students positively perceived the integration of local cultural content into classroom activities. However, a notable challenge was language diversity; not all students were fluent in Acehnese, necessitating differentiated instructional strategies. The implementation of hiem-based ice breakers not only enhanced classroom interaction and student focus but also served as an effective tool to preserve and transmit Acehnese cultural heritage within formal education. While the impact is promising, broader application requires pedagogical adjustments to accommodate linguistic diversity and curriculum integration.
