Abstract

This study aims to determine the Differences of Cognitive Ability of Students Before and After Application of Guided Inquiry Learning Model on Environmental Change Material and Waste Recycling Class X in SMA 'Aisyiyah 1 Palembang. The research method used in this research is weak experiment with one group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study consists of one class of 38 students. Sampling in this research using saturated sample technique because the entire population is sampled. Technique of collecting data is done with test question and observation sheet. Based on the results of data using t test at the real level of 5% tcount = 7,607 and ttable = 2.026, then tcount> ttable. This can be seen from the cognitive test of students showed sig thitung 0.000 <0,05, then Ha accepted and H0 rejected. The result of the analysis of the average increase of the students 'cognitive achievement on the pretest reaches 69.34 while the cognitive students in the posttest reach 83.82 means students' cognitive ability is higher after the application of guided inquiry learning model. Then it can be deduced that there is a Difference of Cognitive Ability of Students Before and After Application of Guided Inquiry Learning Model.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the integrated anti-corruption values in Islamic Religious Education courses at the University of Lampung. The research method used is qualitative with a phenemological approach. Data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation, data analysis steps using condensation, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the internalization of anti-corruption values uses an integrative model. The nine anti-corruption values are integrated into four materials, namely God and religion, human nature and the universe, the sources of Islamic teachings; and creed, sharia, morality and muamalah. Internalization of these values uses the method of Small Group Discussion, Role-Play and Simulation, Discovery Learning, Self-Directed Learning, Cooperative Learning, Collaborative Learning, Contextual Teaching and Learning, Project Based Learning.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: 1) mengetahui kualitas butir soal pilihan ganda ditinjau dari segi materi, konstruksi dan bahasa. 2) mengetahui distribusi jenjang kognitif menurut taksonomi bloom. 3) mengetahui kualitas butir soal pilihan ganda jika dianalisis secara empirik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan pengumpulan data dengan teknik dokumentasi. Dua cara menganalisis butir soal yaitu analisis teori meliputi validitas isi serta distribusi jenjang kognitif taksonomi bloom yang melibatkan dua panelis sebagai penelaah, sedangkan analisis secara empirik memerlukan program komputer iteman versi 4.4 yang meliputi reliabilitas, tingkat daya beda, tingkat kesukaran serta efektivitas pengecoh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1). Validitas isi soal sebesar 0,9 tergolong tinggi. 2). Distribusi jenjang kognitif taksonomi Bloom sebesar 30% berada pada jenjang C1, 38,6% C2, 31,4% C3, sedangkan C4, C5 dan C6 adalah tidak ada. 3). Reliabilitas soal sebesar 0,838 tergolong tinggi, Berdasarkan tingkat kesukaran diperoleh 82,8% soal kategori terlalu mudah, 2,9% soal tergolong terlalu sukar dan 14,3% soal tergolong cukup. Berdasarkan tingkat daya beda 25,71% soal tergolong jelek, 40% soal tergolong cukup, 25,71% soal tergolong baik, 5,71% soal tergolong baik sekali, 2,87% soal tergolong jelek sekali. Berdasarkan efektivitas pengecoh, terdapat 53,6% pengecoh yang berfungsi dengan efektif dan 46,4% pengecoh yang tidak efektif.

Abstract

Abstract: Education is a crucial aspect of human life, even considered one of the basic needs that must be fulfilled. Education cannot be separated from the human self. It serves as a guiding light to lead individuals towards betterment, achieved through a process of self-awareness to explore and develop one's potential using various teaching and educational methods. However, the education sector today faces several complex challenges that, if not promptly and appropriately addressed, could cause it to lag behind. Teacher performance evaluation is closely linked to pedagogical competence, which is the ability or skill of a teacher to manage the teaching-learning process or interaction with students. This includes (1) Evaluation of the teacher's lesson planning, (2) Evaluation of the teacher's implementation of lessons, and (3) Evaluation of the conducted learning process. Abstract

This research aims to understand the process of planning facilities and infrastructure to improve the quality of learning at MA Ponpes Qodratullah Langkan-Banyuasin. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection methods include interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques involve data reduction, data presentation, and verification as well as decision making. To ensure data validity, triangulation is used, including time, method, and source triangulation. Based on data analysis, it was found that the planning of facilities and infrastructure to improve the quality of learning at Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Qodratullah Langkan is carried out through several stages. First, setting planning goals. These goals are established with the involvement of all parties, including the Head of the Madrasah, Deputy Head of the Madrasah for Facilities and Infrastructure, all teachers, and educational staff, aligning with the vision, mission, and objectives of the madrasah to ensure consistency with the institution's overall goals. Second, formulating the plan. Meetings involving all school stakeholders are held to formulate the plan, where all ideas and inputs are gathered and led by the head of the madrasah. Next, identifying the plan. This stage involves identifying missing facilities and necessary equipment for the learning process.

Abstract

Islamic religious education at SMAS Taruna Tunas Bangsa Baturaja-South Sumatra is the topic of this study because of its importance in shaping the students' religious identities and personalities. This research explores the process of Islamic religious education in creating religious identity and personality for pupils. This study is classified as qualitative because of its focus on providing descriptive details about the topic at hand. Interviews, observations, and written records are all used in data collection. Methods for analyzing data at every step of the research process include data collection, presentation, and verification. Triangulation is used to verify the reliability of the study's data, and it provides triangulation across time, methodologies, and sources. The findings and discussion suggest that the process of Islamic religious education at SMAS Taruna Tunas Bangsa has been successful in helping students form their religious identity and personality. Indicators of the effectiveness of building a healthy religious identity and character in pupils via Islamic religious education include the involvement of the principal, instructors, and excellent engagement of students. Religious instruction in Islam has played a significant role in shaping morally upright citizens. The school works toward this goal via various means, including education in moral and ethical principles, promoting social consciousness, encouraging regular religious practice, and developing an appreciation for and knowledge of students' diverse religious backgrounds. Students' feeling of belonging to the Muslim community is bolstered when they learn about their religion's rich history, culture, and rituals in the classroom.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang hubungan antara kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan di MAN 1 Palembang. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Hubungan kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru di MAN 1 Palembang, 2) untuk mengetahui Pengaruh kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di MAN 1 Palembang. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, karena peneliti membutuhkan data-data dalam bentuk angka. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode desktiptif kuantitatif, uji kolerasi, simultan dan parsial dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 19. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: 1) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru dengan yang dibuktikan menggunakan uji kolerasi pearson nilai Fhitung yaitu sebesar 4686,5 sedangkan nilai signifikansi yang dihasilkan 0,000 yang mana nilainya lebih kecil dari 0,05. 2) terdapat pengaruh kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru namun tidak signifikan  hal ini dibuktikan dengan perhitungan koefisien determinan dengan nilai 0,108. Angka tersebut mengandung arti bahwa variabel X berhubungan dengan variabel Y sebesar 10,8% atau tergolong  rendah,  sedangkan  sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor yang tidak diteliti

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pernikahan Terlarang Antara Masyarakat Desa Toman Dan Desa Bumi Ayu Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin.” Pernikahan terlarang antar masyarakat sampai saat ini masih dijalankan dan dilestarikan oleh masyarakat Desa Toman dan masyarakat Desa Bumi Ayu Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. Pernikahan terlarang ini merupakan mitologi yang ada pada masyarakat dan memiliki sejarah dan sumpahan sehingga bisa terjadi larangan menikah antara masyarakat kedua desa ini. Teori yang digunakan yaitu teori strukturalisme dari Levi Strauss, metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif sedangkan pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini peneliti mendeskripsikan bahwa pernah ada yang melanggar pernikahan ini dan mengalami keturunan yang cacat dan hubungan percintaan kandas atau mati sehingga menimbulkan ketakutan sendiri masyarakat terhadap larangan menikah dan masyarakat begitu mempercayai tentang larangan menikah ini. Pengetahuan akan larangan menikah ini dilakukan dari mulut ke mulut dan ditanamkan oleh lingkungan keluarga. Masyarakat begitu patuh tentang larangan menikah ini karena dampakya yang sangat mengerikan. Meskipun tidak pernah ada konflik namun pantangan menikah ini membuat batasan terhadap masyarakat Desa Toman dan Desa Bumi Ayu dalam hubungan percintaan dan masyarakat memberikan sangsi sosial terhadap masyarakat yang melanggarnya. Sanksi sosial diberikan pada masyarakat yang nekat untuk melanggarnya.

Abstract

This study explains the contribution of Kemas Haji Abdullah Azhari to the dynamics of the Sammaniyah tariqa in 1304-1357 H / 1889-1938 AD in Palembang. This study used qualitative data types. This study focused on answering the main problems, including the first, how to enter and develop the Sammaniyah tariqa in Palembang. Second, how did Kemas Haji Abdullah Azhari contribute to the dynamics of the Sammaniyah tariqa in Palembang in 1304-1357 H / 1889-1938 A.D. This research uses historical research methodology with four stages, namely: heuristics, source criticism, interpretation, and historiography. The source of the data used is first, an interview conducted with Zuriat, his work entitled genealogy and biography of Kemas Haji Abdullah Azhari. Meanwhile, secondary data are books, journals, and articles related to this study. The theory used in this study is the theory of social change developed by Talcot Parson and the role theory developed by Levinson.

Abstract

This research begins with the assumption that the tin policy during the Palembang- Independence Sultanate had an influence on the cultural and economic formation of the Bangka people. This research is a library research using a historical approach. Primary data used in this research was obtained from the PT, Timah Tbk Museum Archives in Pangkalpinang. The theory used in this research is the theory of historical materialism by Karl Marx. The results of this research show that the existence of policies on tin mining from the time of the Palembang Sultanate until independence had a direct impact on the people of Bangka who could not access natural tin resources because they were controlled by tin rulers. The existence of tin mining activities then contributed to the formation of culture and economic changes in the people of Bangka.
