In Indonesia, there are some cities that have relatively large number of MSMEs. One city that has a large percentage of MSMEs is Cimahi City in West Java Province Based on regional MSMEs mapping and product type, cluster of SMEs Cimahi City is divided into 4 parts, namely food and beverage clusters, fashion cluster, cluster craft and information technology cluster. UMKM Johnny Walker Leatherworks is one type of business engaged in the field of handmade located at Jalan Kihapit No. 84 Leuwigajah Village, South Cimahi Sub-district, Cimahi City. The purpose of research has been done is to see how far the implementation of an operating strategy in the production activities of a UMKM. The type of research used is qualitative research. Technique of taking data is done by using observation and interview. Based on the discussion that has been done results obtained as follows that the operation strategy that has been done by UMKM Johny walker Leatherworks has a positive impact but as an evaluation of the implementation of the strategy is that UMKM Johny Walker Leatherworks MSME should start designing the right operating strategy to reach Cimahi City market Keywords: Operation Strategy

Global competition very tight making SMEs should make a different value that reflects an advantage to win the competition of competitors. The research objective to be achieved is to measure and determine how much influence the leadership and environmental excellence towards operational excellence. Type of research is the study of cause and effect. The sampling method used by the researchers is nonprobability sampling with accidental sampling method. Test instrument instrument using validity and reliability. The analytical tool used in the study are SEM Pls. The results showed that the leadership had a significant influence on the operational excellence that is equal to 0,265, or 26.5%, this suggests that SMEs concluded that aspects of leadership including the important things that must be considered. Environmental excellence provide no significant effect on the operational excellence that is equal to 0.230 or 23%, this shows that SMEs have not been able to optimize its operations. Simultaneously leadership and environmental excellence gives the effect of 0,142 or 14.2%, this suggests that operational excellence is heavily influenced by other factors not examined.Keywords: Leadership, Environmental Excellence, Operational Excellence, and SME

MSME actors should have an operating strategy by taking into account the opportunities that are immediately utilized. Many of the competency constraints possessed by MSMEs include the low level of managerial ability that makes their businesses not develop. This is due to the low implementation of the operating strategy so that competitive advantage is difficult to obtain. Competitive advantage is an important thing and can be used as capital for SMEs to continue to grow and develop. This will encourage the need to improve the competencies of MSME actors to be able to implement operating strategies. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of entrepreneurial competence through an operational strategy on competitive advantage. The research method used uses quantitative methods. The study population was culinary MSMEs in North Bandung with a sample of 50 respondents. The sampling technique used uses probability sampling. Data withdrawal techniques through questionnaires with Likert instrument measurement scale. While the data analysis technique uses Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling. The results of the study showed that the influence of competence on the operating strategy (39.6%) was greater when compared to the influence of competence on superiority (35.3%). Furthermore, the influence of competencies on competitive advantage through operating strategies is 43.1%. This shows that the high and low competitive advantage is determined by the high and low level of entrepreneurial competency which is supported by the high and low operating strategies carried out by MSME players. The high rate of maternal and infant mortality shows that the quality of health services is still low, and an active alert village has been made to create a healthy lifestyle for the community. Active Alert Campaign Study in Salor Indah Village in Merauke Regency and the factors that influence it. This research uses descriptive type using qualitative. Data obtained through key informants determined purposively. The results of the study show that; (1) Salor Indah Village has fulfilled the criteria specified in the active standby village program. (2) Community participation based on the CLEAR model which contains sources of information and knowledge obtained by the community, consisting of posters and active standby village service instructions, and the community to get convenience in using active standby village facilities. Every idea taken by the community is taken as input in the leadership decision making. These ideas and thoughts were conveyed during the Village Community Consultation. (3) The inhibiting factor in the implementation of the active Alert Village program is the quality of human resources owned by Kampung Siaga not yet competent in the health sector, the community is still weak to receive information about low educational background, and also the difficulty of paying attention to the community open a healthy life.

Cultural literacy is needed as an element of development in development administration. Values in culture, especially village communities have long been a factor forming social structures in the village and are able to play a role in maintaining the preservation of environmental ecosystems. However, cultural problems in the village have long existed before the government's cultural development policies were implemented. The purpose of this paper provides a broader space to translate village culture to the lowest level into the development process because villages in the context of modernization have a vulnerability to traditions that have been carried out for generations. The research uses library research. The results of the discussion show that communication and interaction within the family contribute to strengthening local language culture and habits that are taught from generation to next generation. Culture formed by families is able to filter out social change. In addition, the diversity of cultures in the village has become a unique opportunity for the consistency of cultural development with a tolerance base amid the swift capitalism / modernization that has a universal cultural impact. Thus, these two aspects are steps in the people center development to be considered in cultural development in the village.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses gol situasi set piece (tendangan bola mati) di liga futsal profesional Indonesia tahun 2020. Gol merupakan momen yang paling menarik dalam sebuah pertandingan futsal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis documenter dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif ex post facto yaitu hasil rekaman video youtube di mnc chanel dan bolalob.com. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh gol tim peserta grup A Liga Futsal Profesional Indonesia Tahun 2020 berjumlah 351 gol. Sampelnya adalah menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu gol situasi set piece tim grup A peserta Liga Futsal Profesional Indonesia tahun 2020. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah total gol situasi set piece sebanyak 76 gol atau 22 % gol yang tercipta melalui situasi set piece. Tim terbaik dalam melakukan set piece adalah Giga FC Lampung dengan 17 gol dari 43 gol dengan persentase 40% dan rata-rata 1,21 tiap pertandingan. Gol set piece paling sering tercipta melalui situasi right corner kick dengan persentase 32% dari total gol set piece dan gol sering tercipta hanya dengan 2 kali perpindahan bola Pelatih dituntut untuk membuat situasi latihan set piece sederhana dengan komunikasi antar pemain yang baik.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between BMI, body fat, and physical fitness in U23 futsal players. The data collection method was carried out through a survey using purposive sampling on the University of Indonesia futsal team and Pivot FC totaling 44 participants. The value of aerobic capacity is measured by a bleep test. BMI, body fat, and visceral fat values were measured using the BIA (bioelectrical impedance analysis) method. Spearman rank correlation test results (1) There is a correlation between BMI and physical fitness r = -0.422, significance P value = 0.002 (2) There is a correlation r = -416 between body fat and physical fitness, Significance P value = 0.003 (3) There is a relationship between visceral fat and physical fitness of r = -400, with a significant P value of 0.004. The results of the analysis using multiple correlation UI with linear regression showed that BMI, body fat, and visceral fat had a simultaneous influence of R = 0.521(3) which is a moderate influence.

Penelitian ini bertujuan adalah untuk mengetahui aktifitas fisik mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Jakarta selama masa pandemic Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan intrumen tes menggunakan IPAQ tes pendek dengan 7 pertanyaan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pemain futsal Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Proses pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling yaitu pemain futsal atau mahasiswa putra atau putri cabang olahraga futsal yang mengisi angket IPAQ test periode tanggal 28 september – 5 oktober masa pemberlakuan PSBB Ketat. Berdasarkan angket yang disebar dan diolah di peroleh sampel sebanyak 60 putra dan 32 putri dengan hasil sebagai berikut aktifitas fisik pada mahasiswa cabang olahraga futsal selama masa pandemic covid 19 ini yaitu 1445.5 ± 1205 MET/Min/Week yang masuk kategori aktifias fisik sedang atau cukup. Kategori ini bisa dikatakan cukup untuk menjaga imun para mahasiswa dari virus yang sedang melanda Indonesia. Kata Kunci : Aktifitas Fisik, Futsal, Covid 19 ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the physical activity of Jakarta State University students during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method using a test instrument using a short IPAQ test with 7 questions. The population of this study were all futsal players at the State University of Jakarta. The sampling process used random sampling, namely futsal players or male or female students of the futsal sport who filled out the IPAQ test questionnaire for the period 28 September - 5 October during the strict PSBB implementation period. Based on the questionnaire distributed and processed, a sample of 60 boys and 32 girls was obtained with the following results: physical activity in futsal students during the COVID-19 pandemic, namely 1445.5 ± 1205 MET / Min / Week which is in the category of moderate or sufficient physical activity. ABSTRAK Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak pemberian metode pemanasan five + futsal terhadap kemampuan fleksibility pemain futsal Universitas Negeri Jakarta sebelum Latihan atau pertandingan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Jakarta, Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah experimen dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa klub futsal universitas negeri jakarta. Sampelnya adalah menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu Pemain Futsal yang masuk ke dalam tim utama berjumlah 15 orang. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah berupa data hasil power pada atlet futsal universitas negeri Jakarta hasil tes awal dan tes akhir dari perlakuan metode pemanasan five+ untuk melihat kualitas flexibility sebelum melakukan latihan memperoleh nilai dengan tes akhir flexibility dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 17.49 nilai standar deviasi sebesar 4.40, sedangkan untuk ( th ) sebesar 4.12 dan ( tt ) sebesar 1.691. Dengan taraf signifikasi sebesar 5%. Dengan demikian th > tt yang berarti H0 ditolak, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh melakukan metode pemanasan five+ untuk menjaga kualitas flexibility dalam proses melalukan latihan dan persiapan pertandingan Kata Kunci: Pemanasan five+, Fleksibility, Futsal ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to find out the impact of the five futsal warm-up method on the flexibleness of futsal players at The State University of Jakarta before training or matches. This research was conducted in Jakarta, the method used in this study is experimen with quantitative descriptive methods. The population of this study is all students of futsal clubs of public universities in Jakarta.The sample is using purposive sampling, namely Futsal players who enter the first team numbering 15. The results of this study are in the form of power results data on futsal athletes from jakarta state universities, the results of preliminary tests and final tests of the five heating method treatment to see the quality of flexibility before doing the exercise obtain a score with the final flexibility test, with an average value of 17.49 standard deviation values of 4.40, while for (th) of 4.12 and (tt) of 4.12 and (tt) by 1,691.With a signification rate of 5%. Thus th > tt which means H0 is rejected, so that it can be concluded that there is an influence to do a five warm - up method to maintain the quality of flexibility in the process of doing training and match preparation. ABSTRAK Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah mengetahui keterkaitan atau hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dan konsentrasi dengan kemampuan passing pada pemain futsal Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Jakarta, pengambilan data dilaksanakan di Kampus B Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragan Universiatas Negeri Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi korelasional dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa klub futsal universitas negeri jakarta. Sampelnya adalah menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu Pemain Futsal yang masuk ke dalam tim utama berjumlah 20 orang. Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 4,845 sedangkan nilai ttabel diperoleh nilai sebesar 2,101. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka dapat diketahui bahwa nilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (4,845> 2,101) maka Ho ditolak H1 diterima, artinya secara parsial terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel (X) Konsentrasi dengan variabel (Y) Akurasi passing pada atlet futsal putri Universitas Negeri Jakarta
