Abstract

This qualitative research study aims to explore the intersection of human resource management (HRM) practices with psychological dynamics and strategic approaches. The research methodology involves a systematic literature review to analyze existing literature on HRM, psychological theories, and strategic HRM practices. Through comprehensive literature search and selection, relevant sources were identified from academic databases, scholarly journals, and books. Data extraction and analysis were conducted using thematic analysis techniques to identify key themes, concepts, and findings related to psychological dynamics and strategic HRM. The findings reveal the critical role of psychological theories, such as Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs and Herzberg's Two-Factor Theory, in understanding employee motivations and behaviors. Additionally, strategic HRM approaches, including Guest's model and High-Performance Work Systems (HPWS), were identified as effective frameworks for aligning HRM practices with organizational goals. The integration of technology, such as artificial intelligence and predictive analytics, emerged as a key trend in enhancing HRM efficiency and effectiveness. Overall, this research highlights the importance of addressing employees' psychological needs and leveraging strategic HRM practices to foster organizational success and employee well-being

Abstract

This qualitative study explores the integration of psychological principles into Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) practices and its implications for organizational performance. The research aims to elucidate the role of psychology in shaping HR strategies, particularly focusing on employee motivation, satisfaction, and engagement. A comprehensive literature review was conducted to synthesize existing research on psychological theories such as Maslow's hierarchy of needs, Herzberg's two-factor theory, and social identity theory in the context of SHRM. The study also investigates the impact of leadership paradigms, including transformational and authentic leadership, on organizational culture and effectiveness. Findings suggest that integrating psychological insights into HR practices enhances employee well-being, resilience, and organizational performance. Transformational and authentic leadership principles contribute to creating a positive work environment characterized by collaboration, innovation, and employee empowerment. The research underscores the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration between psychology and HRM in optimizing human capital management efforts.

Abstract

This study explores the integration of psychological perspectives into Human Resource Management (HRM) strategy, aiming to understand its implications for organizational effectiveness. Employing a qualitative research design, the study conducts a systematic literature review to analyze existing literature relevant to the research topic. Data collection involves comprehensive search strategies using keywords related to HRM strategy, psychological perspectives, and organizational performance. Thematic analysis is employed to identify recurring patterns and themes within the literature. The findings indicate that integrating psychological perspectives into HRM strategy enhances employee motivation, engagement, and organizational performance. Psychological theories such as Maslow's hierarchy of needs, Herzberg's two-factor theory, and self-determination theory offer valuable insights into understanding employee behavior and motivation. The study highlights the importance of addressing employees' diverse psychological needs for autonomy, recognition, and meaningful work to foster a positive work environment. Furthermore, it emphasizes the role of talent development, recognition programs, and supportive leadership in enhancing organizational performance and competitiveness. The study concludes that integrating psychological perspectives into HRM strategy holds promise for promoting organizational effectiveness and employee well-being.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of psychological factors on Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) practices and organizational outcomes. The research employs a comprehensive literature review approach to explore the theoretical underpinnings of employee motivation, engagement, and commitment within the context of SHRM. The analysis focuses on key psychological theories, including expectancy theory, social exchange theory, and self-determination theory, to elucidate the motivational dynamics underlying employee behavior and performance outcomes. Moreover, the study investigates the role of leadership effectiveness in influencing employee motivation, engagement, and organizational commitment. Through the integration of diverse perspectives, the research offers insights into how organizations can align HR practices with employees' psychological needs to enhance organizational effectiveness and achieve sustainable growth. The findings highlight the significance of fostering transformational leadership behaviors, creating a supportive work environment, and promoting organizational commitment to drive high performance and employee well-being. This study contributes to the advancement of HRM scholarship by providing a theoretical framework for understanding and managing human capital effectively.

Abstract

This study is associative research aiming to analyze, identify, and explain the influence of Competence, Career Development, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Jayapura City, Papua Province. The data used in this research consist of 72 respondents from a total population of 254 employees, sampled using the Slovin Method with Simple Random Sampling as the Probability Sampling technique. The data source is primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to all respondents. The statistical method employed to test the hypotheses is multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS. The analysis results indicate that Competence, Career Development, and Job Satisfaction variables, both partially and simultaneously, positively and significantly affect the performance of Ministry of Religious Affairs employees in Jayapura City. This study not only highlights the dynamics within the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Jayapura City, Papua Province but also contributes to a deeper understanding of the factors influencing employee performance.

Abstract

This study is an associative research study that explores the relationship between work experience, organizational culture, and work environment influence on employee performance at the Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) of Papua Province. The population in this study consists of employees in the Secretariat of the DPRD of Papua Province, a total of 91 respondents. Using the total sampling technique or saturation sampling, the sample data used in the study amounted to 87 respondents. This research's primary data source is questionnaires distributed to all respondents. The statistical method used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS. Based on the results of the partial and simultaneous tests, the variables of Work Experience, Organizational Culture, and Work Environment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the Secretariat of the DPRD of Papua Province. This study highlights the dynamics within the Secretariat of the DPRD of Papua Province and provides a deeper understanding of the factors influencing employee performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of examining the Influence of Social Media Promotion and Word Of Mouth on Florist Consumer Purchase Decisions in Bangkinang City and the variables that influence Florist Consumer Purchase Decisions in Bangkinang City. The population in this study are consumers who make purchasing decisions on Florists in Bangkinang City. non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. Purposive sampling is a sampling technique with certain considerations. The sample that is set in this research is based on the calculation results, it is known that the number of samples is 96 respondents. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 23.00 for windows. The results showed that simultaneously and partially Social Media Promotion and Word Of Mouth. Influence on Florist Consumer Purchase Decisions in Bangkinang City.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara kualitas produk terhadap kepercayaan konsumen, pengaruh konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian, pengaruh produk terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui kepercayaan konsumen. Analisis yang akan digunakan penulis adalah kuantitatif, Penentuan jumlah sampel berdasarkan pendapat Ferdinand (2000) menyarankan ukuran sampel yang sesuai untuk alat analisis SEM adalah antara 100-200 responden dengan maksud agar dapat digunakan dalam mengestimasi interpretasi dengan SEM. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti mengambil sampel sebanyak 150 orang. Data analisis dengan menggunakan IBM SPSS AMOS 22 dan Sobel.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1. Kualitas suatu produk mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan konsumen pada produk madu bina marga Wamena. Jadi semakin baik kualitas suatu produk yang ditawarkan kepada konsumen, maka semakin tinggi pula kepercayaan konsumen.2. Kepercayaan konsumen mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Semakin tinggi kepercayaan konsumen terhadap suatu produk maka dapat dipastikan dapat meningkatkan omset penjualan.3. Kualitas produk mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Produk Madu Bina Marga Wamena. Semakin berkualitasnya suatu produk maka dapat meningkatkan keputusan pembelian konsumen.4. Kualitas produk Madu Bina Marga Wamena mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui kepercayaan konsumen pada Produk Madu Bina Marga Wamena.

Abstract

Tesis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, transaksional dan situasional secara parsial dancsimultan terhadap kinerja Pegawai Kantor Kesyahbandaran Dan Otoritas Pelabuhan kelas II Jayapura, serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor yang paling dominan terhadap kinerja Pegawai Kantor Kesyahbandaran Dan Otoritas Pelabuhan kelas II Jayapura. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif, yakni pendekatan dengan menggunakan dua atau lebih variabel guna mengetahui hubungan atau pengaruh yang satu dengan yang lain. Penelitian ini memiliki dua variabel yaitu, variabel independen/variabel yang mempengaruhi dan variabel dependen/variabel yang dipengaruhi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan membuktikan pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, transaksional dan situasional secara parsial dancsimultan terhadap kinerja Pegawai, serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor yang paling dominan terhadap kinerja Pegawai Kantor Kesyahbandaran Dan Otoritas Pelabuhan kelas II Jayapura. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Balai Karantina Pertanian Kelas 1 Jayapura sebanyak 73 pegawai. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 73 pegawai. Adapun teknik penarikan sampel adalah teknik sampel total atau sampel sensus yaitu semua populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian sebanyak 73 Pegawai. Temuan membuktikan bahwa: 1). Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, gaya kepemimpinan transaksional, dan gaya kepemimpinan situasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan atau secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Kelas II Jayapura, 2). Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Kelas II Jayapura, 3). Gaya kepemimpinan situasional (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Kelas II Jayapura.,dan 3). Gaya kepemimpinan situasional (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Kelas II Jayapura, 4). Variabel Gaya kepemimpinan transaksional (X2) merupakan faktor yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Kelas II Jayapura.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tesis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor-faktor kompetensi yang terdiri dari pengetahuan, keterampilan dan konsep diri secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai, serta untuk mengetahui faktor dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada komisi pemelihan umum kota jayapura. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif, yakni pendekatan dengan menggunakan dua atau lebih variabel guna mengetahui hubungan atau pengaruh yang satu dengan yang lain. Penelitian ini memiliki dua variabel yaitu, variabel independen/variabel yang mempengaruhi dan variabel dependen/variabel yang dipengaruhi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan membuktikan pengaruh faktor-faktor kompetensi yang terdiri dari pengetahuan, keterampilan dan konsep diri secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai, serta untuk mengetahui faktor dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Komisi Pemelihan Umum Kota Jayapura. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Pada Komisi Pemelihan Umum Kota Jayapura. sebanyak 66 pegawai. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 66 orang. Adapun teknik penarikan sampel adalah teknik sampel total atau sampel sensus yaitu semua populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Temuan membuktikan bahwa: 1). Pengetahuan (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Pada Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kota Jayapura, 2). Keterampilan (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Pada Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kota Jayapura, 3). Konsep diri (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Pada Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kota Jayapura, 4). Pengetahuan, Keterampilan, dan Konsep diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan atau secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai Pada Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kota Jayapura, 5). Variabel pengetahuan (X1) merupakan faktor yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Pada Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kota Jayapura, yang dibuktikan dengan nilai koefisien regresi yang paling tinggi diantara variabel independen lainnya dalam penelitian ini.
