Abstract

Fierce rivalry within the food and beverage (F&B) industry drives business operators to consistently enhance the quality of their service while cultivating an appealing physical environment in order to sustain customer loyalty. Maintaining loyal customers has become an essential strategy for ensuring long-term business growth and competitiveness in an increasingly dynamic market. The present study seeks to examine the effect of service quality and physical evidence on customer loyalty at Onti Coffee. A quantitative, associative research design was applied for this purpose. A total of 100 customers were selected as respondents through the purposive sampling technique. Data were gathered by distributing structured questionnaires and subsequently processed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) using multiple linear regression analysis. The findings reveal that service quality and physical evidence each exert a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty, both independently and jointly. These results suggest that improving service quality alongside the provision of a comfortable, attractive, and well-maintained physical setting can serve as an effective strategy for reinforcing customer loyalty at Onti Coffee. The findings are also expected to provide practical insights for managers in developing customer-oriented service strategies and creating a more satisfying customer experience.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has fundamentally transformed shopping behavior, particularly among Generation Z in Surakarta, who are currently highly inclined to purchase fashion products through the TikTok Shop platform. This study employs a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 100 respondents aged 13–29 years selected through purposive sampling. It is specifically designed to analyze the influence of affiliate marketing and live streaming variables on consumer purchasing decisions, utilizing multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 25 software. Based on the data analysis, the partial test results indicate that affiliate marketing has a positive and significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions t-statistic = 3.169 and sig.= 0.002. A similar impact is found in the live streaming variable, which is proven to make a positive and significant independent contribution to convincing customers t-statistic = 4.443 and sig. = 0.000. Meanwhile, when tested simultaneously, both digital marketing strategies are proven to collectively have a significant effect on purchasing decisions F-statistic = 40.304 and sig. = 0.000 with a total contribution of 45.4% (R2 = 0.454). Through these scientific findings, this study offers practical implications for MSMEs and fashion brands to optimize their affiliate marketing strategies by partnering with credible affiliates, while continuously enhancing the quality of live streaming broadcasts through interactive, responsive engagement and clear product demonstrations to sustainably drive purchasing decisions among Generation Z.

Abstract

The transition toward a healthy and sustainable food system requires a better understanding of the factors influencing consumers’ organic food choices. This study examines the effects of health consciousness and perceived value on organic food purchase intention, with attitude as a mediating variable. A quantitative survey was conducted among 110 consumers in Surakarta, Indonesia, using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results show that attitude significantly influences purchase intention. Health consciousness positively affects both attitude and purchase intention, while perceived value significantly influences attitude and purchase intention. Furthermore, attitude significantly mediates the relationships between health consciousness and purchase intention, as well as between perceived value and purchase intention. Importance-Performance Map Analysis identifies perceived value as the highest-priority area for improvement because it demonstrates high importance but relatively lower performance. The findings suggest that strategies to promote organic food consumption should strengthen consumers’ perceptions of health, quality-of-life, emotional, and environmental benefits relative to price while maintaining positive attitudes toward organic products. By encouraging healthier and more sustainable consumption patterns, this study contributes to the achievement of SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being), and SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production).

Abstract

As MSMEs increasingly depend on digital technologies for competitiveness and resilience, an unresolved issue is how external facilitation translates digitalisation support into firm-level capabilities, digital maturity, and business performance. This study examines whether cooperative facilitation practices build co-created digital dynamic capabilities (CDDC) and how these capabilities relate to MSME digital maturity and performance. Survey data were obtained from 120 cooperative and MSME facilitators in Central Java, Indonesia. The unit of analysis was the facilitator, with respondents providing assessments based on the MSMEs they supported. Five reflective constructs were assessed through 41 indicators using a two-stage composite procedure. The measurement model was evaluated with SmartPLS, and the structural model was estimated from loading-weighted scores with 5,000 bootstrap resamples. Facilitation intensity and interactive methods strongly predicted CDDC (β = 0.625, p < 0.001), while relational embeddedness contributed positively (β = 0.257, p = 0.002). Both facilitation dimensions directly increased digital maturity, particularly relational embeddedness (β = 0.571, p < 0.001). CDDC improved MSME performance (β = 0.261, p = 0.006), and digital maturity was the strongest predictor (β = 0.591, p < 0.001). However, CDDC did not independently predict digital maturity. The findings support sustained, trust-based facilitation rather than episodic technology training.

Abstract

The competitive dynamics of the manufacturing industry compel organizations to continuously modernize their operational systems to maintain efficiency, productivity, and competitiveness. In an increasingly challenging business environment, companies are required to implement effective management strategies that can reduce waste, improve production processes, and optimize resource utilization. The implementation of the Just in Time (JIT) method has proven effective as a management strategy to minimize inefficiencies and improve overall production workflows through precise inventory control and timely production processes. This research aims to measure the significance of JIT's impact on operational productivity at PT TMNC Manufacturing International Ngadirojo. Through a quantitative study involving 97 production unit employees as respondents, data were collected using saturated sampling techniques to ensure the validity and accuracy of the research results.
