Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Komunikasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Sekretariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Kabupaten Pelalawan. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini 48 (Empat puluh delapan) responden yang menggunakan pendekatan non probability sampling dengan teknik sampling jenuh/sensus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden. Data penelitian di analisis menggunakan program SPSS Versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sedangkan Komunikasi tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil pengujian secara bersama-sama menunjukkan bahwa Budaya Organisasi dan Komunikasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Sekretariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kabupaten Pelalawan. Nilai R2 sebesar 0,624 atau 62,4% hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Budaya Organisasi dan Komunikasi secara keseluruhan memberikan pengaruh sebesar 62,4% terhadap variabel Kinerja Pegawai. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 37,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul "Pengembangan Tes Diagnostik Four Tier untuk Menganalisis Konsepsi Peserta Didik SMP pada Materi Listrik Dinamis Berdasarkan Rasch Model". Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah pentingnya identifikasi miskonsepsi siswa dalam pembelajaran fisika, khususnya pada materi listrik dinamis, untuk meningkatkan kualitas pemahaman dan pembelajaran. Miskonsepsi yang tidak teridentifikasi dengan tepat dapat menghambat penerimaan pengetahuan baru dan proses belajar lebih lanjut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan dan menguji kualitas tes diagnostik four-tier yang dirancang untuk menganalisis konsepsi siswa SMP kelas IX pada materi listrik dinamis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi perancangan instrumen tes diagnostik berdasarkan studi literatur dan validasi ahli, serta uji coba pada 43 siswa kelas IX di SMPN 17 Pekanbaru. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Rasch Model untuk menguji validitas, reliabilitas, dan unidimensionalitas instrumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa instrumen tes diagnostik four-tier yang dikembangkan memiliki validitas dan reliabilitas yang tinggi. Analisis profil konsepsi siswa menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami konsep listrik dinamis, yang dikategorikan ke dalam beberapa tingkat pemahaman: paham konsep, hampir paham konsep, miskonsepsi, menebak, dan tidak paham konsep. Instrumen ini mampu mengidentifikasi dengan jelas tingkat pemahaman siswa dan memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi pendidik untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa instrumen tes diagnostik four-tier efektif dalam mengukur dan menganalisis konsepsi siswa pada materi listrik dinamis. Instrumen ini dapat menjadi alat yang berguna bagi guru dalam mengidentifikasi dan mengatasi miskonsepsi siswa, serta meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran fisika di sekolah.

Abstract

The sophistication of information technology is still not widely utilized and integrated into the learning process in the world of education, even though technology can be one of the driving factors in improving educational progress. This research and development aims to develop mobile learning multimedia integrated with augmented reality on thermodynamic material and determine the level of validity and reliability of the multimedia that will be used to help increase student motivation and concept understanding. AR multimedia was developed using the ADDIE model stages (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation), then validated by experts, namely one media expert lecturer and two teachers who have approximately 10 years of experience in the field of education. Furthermore, a limited trial was conducted on 25 11th grade students of SMA 11 Negeri Pekanbaru. Data were collected using a validation instrument sheet and a response questionnaire sheet. The collected data was analyzed using the Aiken V formula and Pearson product moment correlation. Therefore, if students have difficulty understanding learning concepts, this augmented reality integrated multimedia is highly recommended for use in the learning process

Abstract

The goal of this study is to create a physics learning module for grade XI high school students based on the REACT learning model of sound wave content. The ADDIE model is being used in this research as part of a research and development project. The first step is to conduct a needs analysis and curriculum to see the problems in the field and then find a solution to overcome these problems, namely by developing a physics module based on the REACT learning model. The second step is designing, and the third is developing modules following the designed design. The produced physics modules have been approved by professionals and experts. The validation results show that the physics module based on the REACT learning model of sound wave material is declared valid. Before the product is applied to the field, the product is tested in small groups first on practitioners and students in small group trials. According to the answers from teachers and students, the physics module has a very good category, making it possible to use it in schools for the teaching process. The fourth phase entails putting the physics modules into practice or applying them to Class XI Science 1 students as an experimental class and Class XI Science 2 students as a control class that has already been evaluated for normalcy and homogeneity. It may be deduced that the data are normally distributed and that the control and experimental classes have homogeneous variance because the significant value for the control class was 0.200 and for the experimental class was 0.071. In the t-test, the average understanding ability of experimental class concepts was 76.30, and the standard deviation was 10.43, while the average understanding ability of control class concepts was 57.80, and the standard deviation was 11.44. Meanwhile, in the equality Means test, df and sig values were obtained. (2-tailed) or p-value, or H0 is rejected. The data thus confirm the proposed hypothesis, leading to the conclusion that the experimental class has a higher conceptual understanding than the control group.t=5.608, df=42, and sig. (2-tailed) or p-value = 0.000<0.005.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the development, feasibility, and practicality of PBL-based sound wave interactive multimedia using Lumi. The research method used is research and development. The model used is an Instructional Design type ADDIE which consists of 5 stages namely Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluate. The results showed that PBL-based sound wave interactive multimedia using Lumi was declared feasible by the validator with an average Aiken validity index of 0.86 (very high). The teacher as a practitioner states that practical interactive multimedia is used in learning physics with an average value of 93.30 (very practical). Students also stated that practical interactive multimedia was used in learning physics with an average value of 90.46 (very practical). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that PBL-based interactive multimedia using Lumi is declared feasible and practical for use in the physics learning process, especially in sound wave material.

Abstract

This article reported design of FBG Sensor layered by 2D Graphene Material. In this research, the FBG was coated with single layer graphene material, then the outher FBG has been coated with Aluminium, Chromium Oxide, PMMA, and Silica. The finite element method was used to analyze the profile  of each coated-FBG with a thickness of 20 µm. Furthermore, the sensitivity of each designed coated-FBGs for the temperature measurement was calculated in the range of 25 oC – 300 oC. Design and analysis of coated FBG found that the FBG coated with graphene then layered by PMMA material has the highest sensitivity of 406.4 pm/℃. Although the sensitivity was 395.73pm/℃ for PMMA material. It was followed by Aluminium coating material which yields the sensitivity of 71.367pm/℃. The Silica and Chromium oxide yield the same sensitivity of 13.73pm/℃. Furthermore, the simulation results shows that the design of coated FBGs with a Gaussian apodization has the narrowest FWHM width of 1.3 nm. While the Tanh and Uniform apodization yield FWHM width of 3.724 nm and 3.732 nm respectively. Certainly, the best FBG design for high temperature sensor was proposed by FBGs coated by graphene and layered with PMMA material with Gaussian apodization

Abstract

Improving student learning outcomes will always be influenced by how teachers teach and provide innovation in learning. This study focuses on evaluating the cognitive learning achievements of class XI high school physics students in the Optical Instrument material, using the Wordwall-assisted Brain Based Learning model. The study is a quasi-experiment with all students in class XI of MS SMAN Plus Riau Province. A sample of 59 students with class XI MS 1 as the experimental group and class XI MS 4 as the control group. Daily tests were conducted to collect data on cognitive learning outcomes, which were analyzed both descriptively and inferentially. The findings indicate a significant difference in cognitive learning outcomes between the experimental and control groups, with the former achieving an average outcome of 81.83 and the latter attaining an average of 73.10. These results demonstrate that the Wordwall-assisted BBL learning model can enhance the cognitive learning outcomes of grade XI students in Senior High School, specifically in the Optical Equipment material.
