Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecerdasan emosi dengan self eficacy pada mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan skripsi di Universitas Medan Area.Populasi sebanyak 61 Orang diambil dari 25 % jumlah populasi Dalam mengukur kecerdasan emosional digunakan blueprint yang dibuat sendiri oleh peneliti berdasarkan aspek-aspek dari Goleman (2009): Mengenali emosi diri, Mengelola emosi, Memotivasi diri sendiri, Mengenali emosi orang lain, dan Membina hubungan. Dalam mengukur self efficacy digunakan blueprint yang dibuat sendiri oleh peneliti berdasarkan 3 aspek self efficacy menurut Bandura (2017) bahwa ada yang dapat digunakan untuk mengukur yaitu: Magnitude, Strength, dan Generality. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan analisis korelasi product moment, dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara Kecerdasan emosi dengan self efficacy. Hasil ini dibuktikan dengan koefisien korelasi rxy = 0,893, dengan Signifikan p= 0,007 0,05. Koefisien determinan (r2) = 0,797. Ini menunjukkan bahwa Kecerdasan emosi berdistribusi sebesar 79,7% terhadap self efficacy. Berdasarkan hasil uji mean dapat disimpulkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional tergolong rendah dan self efficacy tergolong rendah.

Abstract

Character education is a very important education and must continue to be strengthened in an institution and society. Through the media of picture story books, character education can be strengthened effectively. The aim of this research is to find out the extent of the effectiveness of picture story books in stimulating the development of early childhood in the Bahagia Surabaya Kindergarten institution, the research method used is the Applied Qualitative method where to stimulate children's development it is done by reading picture story books not only at school but also by parents at home. This research was carried out by interviewing teachers and parents. From several observations it can be found that from several children observed there are indications that some children's development is starting to be stimulated well, thus it can be concluded that picture story books are very effective in stimulating children's development by reading them regularly and continuously both in institutions and continuing in home, however, children also need to continue to be guided and directed to continue to behave according to the desired character.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of the impostor phenomenon in students of the Faculty of Psychology, University of Medan Area Stambuk 2018. This study uses a quantitative descriptive research method. The subject of this research is an active student of the psychology faculty of Medan Area Class 2018 who has a minimum GPA of 3.00. The number of samples in this study were 80 people. The data collection technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique used a Likert scale for the impostor phenomenon. The results of the study show that the contribution of the impostor phenomenon aspect to the students of the Faculty of Psychology, Medan University Area, Class 2018 is fake by 52.68%, luck by 16.70% and discount by 30.59%. This means that fake is the aspect of the impostor phenomenon that contributes the largest contribution while luck is the aspect of the impostor phenomenon that contributes the lowest contribution in this study. Based on the results of the calculation of the hypothetical mean on the impostor phenomenon variable with 5 answer choices, the result is 48,000. The empirical mean of the impostor phenomenon as a whole is 46.550 with SD = 7.960. The results of the analysis show that in general students of the Faculty of Psychology, University of Medan Area Class 2018 have a moderate level of the impostor phenomenon.
