Abstract

Industri perikanan menghadapi tantangan besar dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, termasuk persaingan yang ketat, penurunan harga, dan tuntutan konsumen akan produk perikanan berkualitas tinggi. Mengendalikan mutu perikanan menjadi krusial untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan mempertahankan posisi industri di pasar global. Pengendalian mutu perikanan melibatkan pengawasan dari bahan baku hingga produk akhir, memastikan bahwa standar kualitas yang tinggi terpenuhi untuk memenuhi harapan konsumen. Penyuluhan ini bertujuan menilai efektivitas penyuluhan dalam pengendalian mutu produk perikanan, dengan ukuran keberhasilan yang diukur melalui peningkatan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi mutu serta dilakukan uji organoleptik untuk melihat mutu produk perikanan. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dari hasil wawancara 30 pelaku usaha perikanan yang terdaftar di wilayah kerja BKIPM Jakarta II dan studi pustaka. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan penyuluhan tentang pengendalian mutu perikanan yang dilakukan oleh BKIPM Jakarta II telah berperan penting dalam meningkatkan daya saing produk perikanan Indonesia dengan memperkuat kepatuhan terhadap standar mutu. Meski demikian, upaya ini perlu terus ditingkatkan serta diperluas agar dapat menjangkau lebih banyak pelaku usaha di berbagai daerah di Indonesia.

Abstract

Ikan Tenggiri (Scomberomorus commersonii) merupakan jenis ikan pelagis yang memiliki cita rasa yang khas dan kandungan gizi yang tinggi, dengan warna daging yang putih cerah sehingga sangat cocok diolah menjadi berbagai produk, salah satunya adalah otak-otak. CV. Torani Sumber Makmur adalah salah satu pelaku usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) pengolahan hasil perikanan yang memproduksi otak-otak ikan tenggiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis nilai tambah dan manajemen industri produk Otak-otak ikan tenggiri di CV. Torani Sumber Makmur. Penelitian di laksanakan pada bulan Mei 2025. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus deskriptif. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode Hayami untuk mengukur dan menentukan nilai tambah produk dengan mengintegrasikan data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil analisis nilai tambah produk otak-otak ikan tenggiri di CV. Torani Sumber Makmur menunjukan rasio sebesar 16,14% atau Rp15.778,00 per kg bahan baku dan keuntungan mencapai Rp 6.333 per kg bahan baku dengan rasio sebesar 6,48%. Manajemen industri di CV. Torani Sumber Makmur melibatkan pengadaan bahan baku berupa daging lumatan ikan tenggiri segar. Segmentasi pasar UMKM CV. Torani Sumber Makmur adalah static attribute segmentation dengan penetapan harga produk menggunakan metode cost plus pricing. Strategi pemasaran melalui media WhatsApp dan promosi dari mulut ke mulut dengan mengikuti bazzar produk olahan perikanan.

Abstract

Literasi ICT dan berpikir kritis merupakan aspek penting yang harus dimiliki siswa di era teknologi. Kedua aspek tersebut menjadi modal dasar bagi siswa untuk berperan aktif di dunia modern. Literasi ICT merupakan kecakapan siswa dalam memanfaatkan teknologi, sedangkan berpikir kritis merupakan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi yang mengintegrasikan beberapa aspek kognitif sekaligus, seperti berpikir analitis, sistematis, komparatif, dan generalisasi. Studi yang diselenggarakan di salah satu SMP di DIY mengungkapkan bahwa sekolah tersebut belum menghadirkan pembelajaran yang mampu melatih kedua aspek tersebut. Aplikasi python menjadi alternatif solusi yang dapat menyelesaikan masalah tersebut. Tujuan kegiatan tersebut adalah untuk membekali siswa dengan kemampuan literasi ICT dan berpikir kritis serta memberikan alternatif setting pembelajaran berbasis teknologi kepada guru. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh, diketahui bahwa literasi ICT dan berpikir kritis siswa meningkat setelah implementasi aplikasi python. Siswa menjadi lebih percaya diri dalam menggunakan python dan mampu membuat aplikasi sederhana mereka sendiri yang mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan pada materi bangun ruang sisi lengkung.

Abstract

The results of the PISA survey conducted by the OECD serve as one of the indicators that the mathematical literacy skills of Indonesian students remain low. Ranking 66th out of 81 countries also indicates that Indonesia is still lagging behind other nations. The purpose of this study is to improve students’ mathematical literacy skills through two alternative learning approaches: Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) and Problem-Based Learning (PBL). The research method used was a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest approach to collect data. The population consisted of a junior high school in Yogyakarta, with a sample of two eighth-grade classes. The research instrument was a mathematical literacy test based on PISA-type questions.  The findings indicated that the CTL and PBL approaches were both successful in enhancing students’ mathematical literacy skills. Further analysis through a comparative effectiveness test revealed that the CTL approach was superior to PBL. It is hoped that this research can serve as an alternative reference for educators and future researchers in efforts to enhance students’ mathematical literacy.

Abstract

Squid (Loligo sp.), which is high in protein, minerals, and omega-3 fatty acids, is one of the fisheries products that Indonesia, a coastal nation with abundant marine resources, has great potential to grow. Salted squid is a popular but less favored product because it is impractical, and squid processing is still subpar despite Bandung's growing demand. Although consumer views of food safety and quality are important when making purchases, issues with raw material quality, preservatives, and hygiene still exist. The purpose of this study is to determine the elements that influence Bandung consumers' opinions about the safety and quality of squid products. Direct observations, in-depth interviews, and focus groups with producers and customers were used to gather data using a qualitative methodology. The results show that consumers are quite interested in processed squid items, especially flavored ones, but they are also very concerned about safety and quality. Limited processing techniques and an inconsistent raw material supply make it difficult for producers to maintain consistent quality. The report emphasizes the need for better quality control, transparency in product information, and government support for supply chain management and standardization in order to close the gap between consumer expectations and producers' capabilities. Improved labeling, higher production standards, and legislative actions are among the suggestions made to support Bandung's squid processing sector. Abstract

The added value and marketing characteristics of fish pindang are not only a matter of microeconomics, but also touch on social aspects, public policy and regional development.  Added value helps to know how much profit is obtained from the process of processing fresh fish into pindang.  The study of marketing characteristics provides an overview of how pindang products are consumed and distributed.   This study aims to determine the added value and marketing characteristics of pindang fish products at Mamah Haji.  This UMKM located in Cikembulan Village, Sidamulih District, Pangandaran Regency, West Java. The research method used is the survey method. Data was obtained through direct interviews at the production house. The results of the study showed that the added value generated from the pindang fish processing process was IDR 18,000 / kg with a value added ratio of 37.5% which is included in the medium category. The net profit of the business reached IDR 10,000 / kg and the percentage of business profit was 43.48% so that this business is capital intensive. The market segmentation of Mamah Haji UMKM's pindang fish products targets local people and tourists. The product has advantages in the form of a distinctive taste, soft bone texture and hygienic vacuum packaging. Pricing is based on production costs while promotion is carried out through word of mouth and social media methods and distribution activities are carried out directly to consumers.

Abstract

The fisheries sector has abundant fish resource potential, both in terms of quantity and type, thus contributing significantly to Indonesia's economic recovery and development efforts. One of the processed products from fishery resources is salted fish. Salted fish has the advantage of a long shelf life and has added value. This study aims to analyze the added value and marketing characteristics of dried salted squid products produced by the MSME CV. Indo Ikan Pratama in Cileunyi District, Bandung Regency.  The research method used is descriptive quantitative with the Hayami approach to calculate the added value. Direct observation and interviews with MSME owners served as primary data, while secondary data were collected from various literature sources. Based on the analysis that has been done, the added value of processing wet salted squid into dried salted squid is IDR 33,200/kg. The value added ratio is 30.97%. The marketing characteristics of dried salted squid, carried out by the Indo Ikan Pratama UMKM targets medium to large scale shops in the Greater Bandung area (geographically), the product's advantages lie in its longer shelf life and clean and neat packaging.  Pricing is determined using the line pricing method. Door-to-door promotion, a direct approach that involves visiting each store. Distribution is carried out directly from the factory to the sales outlets. CV. Indo Ikan Pratama continues to innovate and maintain product quality to remain competitive in the market.

Abstract

Dimsum Inmons is one of the SMEs engaged in processing fishery products in Bandung City. This study was conducted to analyze business management characteristics and measure the added value generated by Dimsum Inmons SMEs in Bandung City. The aim is to provide useful information for the development of Dimsum Inmons and similar SMEs in the future. The methods used include interviews with SME owners, direct observation to the production site, and value-added analysis using the Hayami method. The results showed that Dimsum Inmons SMEs have effective business management with dynamic market segmentation and marketing strategies through social media. The value-added analysis resulted in a value-added ratio of 78.41% which is classified as high, with a profit of Rp171,800 per kg of product. The conclusion of this study is that Dimsum Inmons SMEs have good business management characteristics and are able to generate significant added value from the processing of fishery products. Suggestions given include continuing to innovate in developing products, improving marketing strategies through social media, maintaining good business management consistency, considering market expansion, and conducting periodic evaluations of the production process and value-added analysis.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini: (1) mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran matematika berbasis guided discovery learning, untuk meningkatkan literasi digital dan kemampuan berpikir kritis, (2) mengetahui kualitas perangkat pembelajaran pada aspek valid, praktis dan efektif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang merujuk pada model pengembangan ADDIE dengan lima tahap pengembangan antara lain analysis, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation. Penelitian ini mengambil siswa kelas XI di SMA Negeri 1 Grobogan sebagai subjek penelitian. Instrumen yang digunakan: (1) lembar penilaian modul ajar dan lembar penilaian LKPD untuk  mengukur kevalidan, (2) angket respons guru, angket respons siswa, dan lembar observasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran untuk mengetahui tingkat kepraktisan perangkat pembelajaran, (3) soal tes literasi digital dan kemampuan berpikir kritis untuk mengukur efektifitas  perangkat pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penilaian kevalidan oleh ahli memenuhi kriteria "valid". Hasil uji coba lapangan menunjukkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran memenuhi kriteria “sangat praktis”. Hasil tes menunjukkan perangkat pembelajaran "efektif" dalam meningkatkan kemampuan literasi digital dan berpikir kritis.
