<![CDATA[The problem of this research is how the application and counseling teacher profile in organizing the counseling teacher program guidance and counseling at SMP Negeri Linggo Sari Baganti. This research is caused by the counseling teacher who not make counseling planning program for semester or year. This research has purposes to describe the counseling teacher in organizing planning program at SMP Negeri Linggo Sari Baganti. This research is descriptive research. The population on of this research is the counseling teacher at SMP Negeri Linggo Sari Baganti who consist is counseling teacher because the population  100, so all of the population are used as sample by using total sampling. In collecting the data the researcher used a instrumentation is questioner and the data are analyzed by using presentation form. The finding of this research is the counseling  at SMP Negeri Linggo Sari Baganti, as follow: (1) The planning program of counseling have good criteria, (2) The activity of counseling have enough good criteria, (3) In doing evaluation about the activity counseling teacher program have less good criteria, (4) In doing next step of the counseling program have less criteria. Based on the result of this research above the researcher suggests to the counseling teacher can keep the process of organizing counseling planning and activity program that have good criteria, like the planning and activity program. In addition, the counseling teacher can more improve her the application in doing 1) evaluation and 2) check again the counseling program, so the activity of counseling will run well in the future.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to describe the efforts of teachers and teacher of subject to increase the interest of learners in the learning process in SMP Pertiwi 2 Padang, namely: 1) Describing of students learning interest in following learning process, 2) Efforts of supervisor to improve studentsâ learning interest in following learning process and, 3) Efforts of subject teachers to improve studentsâ learning interest in following learning process. This research is a descriptive research. This research takes most studenst of class VII, VIII and IX classes representing at every level in Junior high school Pertiwi 2 Padang which is served as research subjects. In this research, the researcher uses non-test instruments in collecting the data and it is done by using questionnaires. Sample is taken by using Stratified Simple Random Sampling. Analysis of the data is done by using a percentage formula. Results of the research can be described as follows: 1). Describing of studentsâ learning interest in following in following learning process are included into the unfavorable category with an average percentage of 48.74%,2). Efforts of supervisor to improve studentsâ learning interest in following learning process are included into good category with an average percentage of 45.82%, and 3). Efforts of subject teachers to improve studentsâ learning interest infollowing learning process are included into good category with an average percentage of 55.05%. in conclusion, the efforts of supervisor and subject teachers to increase studentsâ interest in learning process are included into good category. A recommendation from the result of this research is to improve studentsâ learning interest in following learning process. As well as a supervisor and subject teachers to pay more attention towards studentsâ learning interenst in following learning process in order to realize educational goals optimally.]]>

<![CDATA[The problem in this research is how the conselor skill in using personal counseling techniques at junior high school 10 in Padang. The purpose of this research is to describe about: (1) counselor skill in reception of client while counseling, (2) the counselor skill in having empathy toward client while counseling, (3) the counselor technique in giving available questions toward the client while conseling. Kind of this research is descriptive research. Sample in this research is the students at SMP 10 Negeri Padang who ever follow the personal conseling that to amount to 38 persons. The technique of data colecting in this research is purpose sampling tehnique. the instrument that used to colect the data is questionnaire. The data treated by using presentation technique. The findings of this research are:Â (1) the skill of the counselor in receiving the client is as many as 20 students, where the percentage of suitable category is 52.63%. (2) the skill of counselor in having empathy to amount to 19 students included verry good with persentage 50%. (3) the counselor skill in giving available question to amount to 23 students included into suitable category is 60.53%. Based on this research finding that recommended for counselorsâ school, so that will be able to improve the ability in doing personal counseling that related with their techniques.]]>

<![CDATA[Â The problem in this study were received less attention both in the family and at school, causing students are doing things that is not fair like beating his friend, a fight, and laugh and hoot. Researchers also noticed that many parents are overwhelmed by the emotions of their children, was seen when children ask for something to her parents, she will continue to ask their parents until he gets his wish and if it is still not met then he would cry and do actions were not reasonable as rolling on the ground to grant his wish fulfilled and by her parents. This study aimed to describe. (1) Efforts to assist parents in early childhood emotional development seen from the forms of childrens emotions (2) Efforts to assist parents in early childhood emotional development seen from the childs emotional control. This research is descriptive quantitative. The populations in this study were parents of students. The populations in this study were 52 elderly learners. Sampling using total sampling is used as a sample of the entire population. The data analysis technique used is the calculation percentage. found study revealed that parents in an effort to help the emotional development of young children in kindergarten bud blooms Length Alahan, Solok which include: (1) Efforts to assist parents in early childhood emotional development of the shape -shape childrens emotional well categorized by the percentage of 67.3% (2) Efforts to assist parents in early childhood emotional development seen from the childs emotional control are categorized either by percentage of 75%. Based on the above results the authors suggest to parents to further improve care and better understand childrens emotions at an early age, in addition, kindergarten teachers are also expected to provide a comprehensive.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is descriptive research, population of this research is all of students in class XI of SMK N 6 Padang which is totally 342 students, and sample technique of this research uses purposive random sampling. Technique of data collection is questionaire filling and data analysis used is percentase technique, it is to describe information which is needed by student to prepare theirself for entering prakerin at class XI of SMK N 6 Padang. Result of research which is conducted can be described as follows 1). Information is needed by student of SMK N 6 Padang about prakerin placed including to very important category with average percentage is 79% 2). ). Information is needed by student of SMK N 6 Padang about communication ways to prepare theirself for entering prakerin including to very important catergory with average percentage is 71%. According to research result can be concluded that the students need some information about prakerin. For that reason, it is expected that school can include prakerin information material on every subject.   ]]>

<![CDATA[This research aimed to describe: Preparing of the Students Following Lectures in Guidance and Counseling Program of STKIP PGRI West Sumatra, include: 1). Preparation of students before attending lectures, 2). Preparation of students as upper division lectures and 3).Preparation of students after attending the lecture. This research is a descriptive study.This study takes some of the student guidance and counseling STKIP PGRI West Sumatra which is used as research subjects. The technique used in the data collection in this study of non-test instruments, namely questionnaires. Sample collection with random sampling. Data analysis using the percentage formula. Results of research conducted can be described as follows: 1). Preparation of students before attending lectures in Guidance and Counseling Program of STKIP PGRI West Sumatra are included in good categories with a percentage of 60.00%, 2). Preparation of students when attended lectures in Guidance and Counseling Program of STKIP PGRI West Sumatra are included in good categories with a percentage of 54.17% and 3). Preparation of students after attending lectures in Guidance and Counseling Program of STKIP PGRI West Sumatra are included in good categories with a percentage of 46.67%. Conclusion: Preparation of the Students Following Lectures in Guidance and Counseling Program of STKIP PGRI West Sumatra are included in good categories. Researchers recommend to: Prodi BK business, in order to always provide motivation for students to keep and maintain a good preparation before, while and after following the lecture.]]>

<![CDATA[The problem in this study is what are the problems of the students moved to high school Adabiah Padang. The purpose of this study was: (1) to determine the learning problems of students move into high school Adabiah Padang (2) to determine the social problems of students move into high school Adabiah Padang (3) to determine the personal problems of students move into high school Adabiah Padang. This research is a descriptive study sought to describe a situation for what it is. The population in this study was the students who move into high school Adabiah Padang totaling 25 peoples. Sampling this study uses total sampling is sampling the researcher if the researcher has used certain considerations in sample collection. So the total sample of 25 peoples. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. While the percentage of data analysis techniques used. The research results revealed that: 1) the problem of learners moving into high school Adabiah Padang on the demands of the subject matter is in the category with a slight percentage of 55%, is in preparation for many categories with a percentage of 85%, the motivation to learn is in a lot of categories with percentages 80%, (2) social issues students move into high school Adabiah Padang on the school environment is in many categories with a percentage of 85%, with the social problems of teachers are in many categories with a percentage of 95%, the social problems with peers that are in many categories with a percentage of 80% (3) personal problems of students move into high school Adabiah Padang about emotional problems are in many categories with a percentage of 55%, physical problems are in many categories with a percentage of 90%.]]>

<![CDATA[The problem in this study is how the factors that influence the motivation of learners in class XI SMA Negeri 11 Padang. This study aimed to describe: (1) internal factors that affect the motivation of learners in class XI SMA 11 Padang (2) external factors that affect the motivation of learners in class XI SMA Negeri 11 Padang. This research is a descriptive study sought to describe a situation for what it is. The populations in this study were students at SMAN 11 Padang, with a number of 162 learners. Sampling in this study using simple random sampling is sampling at random from the population members in the members of the population, where the sample size is 32 people. As for the use of data analysis techniques percentage. RESULTS: (1) Internal factors that affect the motivation of learners in class XI SMA Negeri 11 Padang is in the category that is much less on the criteria of 65.62%, (2) external factors that affect the motivation of learners in class XI SMA Negeri 11 Padang is in many categories, namely at 62.65% criteria. Based on the research findings recommended for learners to be able to increase the motivation to learn. Research findings recommended to the principal and teachers at 11 high schools in Padang to help motivate learners.]]>

<![CDATA[Problem in this research is how the effect of physic and physical condition the students grade eight MTsN Parak Lawas Padang concerning the result of study in puberty period. The purpose of this research are to describes: 1) desription of the physic and physical condition the student grade eight MTsN Parak Lawas Padang in puberty period, 2) description the result of study the student grade MTsN Parak Lawas Padang in puberty period, 3) effect of the psysic and physical condition concerning the result of study the student grade eight MTsN Parak Lawas Padang in puberty period. The research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this research is use simple random sampling technique. It is random pulling sample technique. Tool of the data collecting is questionnaire, and the data analysis technique is use percentage. The result of this research that: 1) description of the physic and physical condition the student grade eight MTsN Parak Lawas in puberty period is in good category, 2) description the result of study the students grade eight MTsN Parak Lawas Padang in puberty period is in law category, 3) effect of the physic and physical condition concerning the result of study the students grade eight MTsN Parak Lawas Padang in puberty period. We can conclude that, the are some effects in puberty period concerning study result of the students. Based on the research hoped to guide teacher can give comprehension to the students about puberty period, in order to the students can understanding the condition of their puberty period and donât be the problem in study to reach their development works.]]>

<![CDATA[Parenting is one of factor affecting studentâs motivation. Provision of appropriate parenting should also followed the good motivation of students to study. But infact that students are lack of motivation. Therefore, it is necessary to having research on relationship of parenting with the sutdentâs motivation. This study were aimed to describe : (1) description of studentâs parenting. (2) description of studentâs learning motivation. (3) relationships of parenting with studentâs learning motivation in Class VIII SMPN 23 Padang. Type of research was quantitative descriptive correlational study with population of all the eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 23 Padang, total of 222 people. Sample were taken in proportional random sampling total of 56 samples people. Data were collected through questionnaire. Data were analyzed using percentage analytical technique, while hypothesis testing to see the relationship of parenting with studentâs motivation to study using Pearson Product Moment Correlation formula, the calculation using computer with Microsoft Excel and SPSS version 17.00. Results of data analysis : (1) description of parenting of students is in good category with percentage of 83.93 %. (2) description of motivation of students is in high category with percentage of 58.93 %. (3) relationship of parenting studentâs motivation obtained rcount 0,580 > and rtable 0.2632 at df 54 with significance level of 0.000 (sig < 0.05). So research result found that the relationship of parenting with studentâs motivate to study of eighth grade students of SMPN 23 Padang is a quite strong significant level.]]>
