Abstract

This research is motivated by the author's interest in the activities of the production unit at SMK (Vocational High School) Muhammadiyah 5 Surakarta. SMK which is a non-profit institution that is able to manage a business, business or entrepreneur that is oriented towards home industry to improve students' skills in the field of fashion design. This study aims to determine the process or management of production units at SMK Muhammadiyah 5 Surakarta based on the stages of preparing production unit management. This research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques use interviews, observations and literature studies. The results of this study show that the management of production units carried out by SMK Muhammadiyah 5 Surakarta uses a combination strategy of competency-based learning concepts and the production of goods and services. The production units owned include Mulia Batik Contemporary (MBC), Mulia Collection and clothing rentals and receive stitches. The resulting product also collaborates with several partners and uses digital-based marketing media and the use of social media such as Facebook, Instagram, marketplaces and business Whatsapp. The production unit also has a well-structured management such as the person in charge, marketing manager, digital marketing, finance manager, administration and is supported by human resources who are experts in their fields.

Abstract

This article aims to explain the competence of transformational leadership of school principals in improving teacher performance at Daarul Qur'an Karanganyar Science High School. This research method includes qualitative research with an ethnographic design. The data extracted in this research is information and documents about the transformational leadership competencies of school principals, including ideal influence, intellectual stimulation, inspirational motivation, and attention to individuals to improve teacher performance. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study, namely, the principal of the Daarul Qur'an Karanganyar Science High School showed that he had a powerful category of ideal influence competence, a substantial variety of Intellectual Stimulation competence, a strong type of inspirational motivation competence, a potent class of attention competence towards individuals. The results of the teacher performance assessment of 20 teachers considered to have scored in the excellent category. This study concludes that school principals understand their leadership competencies in improving teacher performance as Hendrayadi's theory, namely ideal influence, intellectual stimulation, inspirational motivation, and attention to individuals. The principal's efforts to improve teacher performance are (a) motivating teachers, (b) increasing teacher discipline, (c) creating a conducive working atmosphere, and (d) increasing teacher competence. The implication of this research is as input to school principals in improving the performance of Daarul Qur'an Karanganyar Science High School teachers

Abstract

A good learning process is ideally able to follow the existing social dynamics, so there is a need for development in learning management. The initial exploration needed for teachers and students is the condition of ICT information systems in learning, the designed ICT systems development based on independent learning, and the quality of student learning outcomes reports. This research aims to develop an ICT information system for independent learning-based learning. This development had carried out to improve the quality of student learning outcomes reports. The research method is research and development (R&D), which is a research method of developing web-based online learning management and testing the effectiveness of products. The research was conducted in Vocational High Schools. The subjects under study are teachers and students. Data collection uses observation, interview, and documentation methods. Based on the results of the study, it is known that this research develops media that can manage learning for teachers and students. Learning is managed online on a website, which includes teacher learning tools and student assignments. Learning tools that are managed for teachers include student attendance, lesson schedules, lesson materials, assignments and homework, practice questions, and midterm and end-of-semester questions. The learning tools that students can access in online learning management include subject matter, assignments, homework, practice questions, and midterm and end-of-semester questions. This application is not a medium for learning, but a medium used to support learning activities in the classroom, both online and outside the network.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan bagaimana kesiapan guru terhadap implementasi kurikulum merdeka. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data yang digunakan , dan data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasi Evaluasi kesiapan guru terhadap implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka adalah suatu proses penting dalam memastikan efektivitas dan kesuksesan pelaksanaan kurikulum baru ini. Kurikulum Merdeka merupakan pendekatan pendidikan yang bertujuan untuk memberikan kebebasan kepada guru dalam merancang dan mengimplementasikan pembelajaran sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan konteks.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the use of the Instagram story feature in building self-image as good citizens among adolescents in Karangduren Village. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. This research was conducted on adolescents aged 13-20 years in Karangduren village. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews, observation and documentation. The validity of the data using source and technique triangulation. Data analysis techniques use interactive models consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that: (1) adolescents take advantage of Instagram stories in terms of fulfilling the need for information knowledge to show self-image as good citizens, namely seeking any information related to the current condition of the State of Indonesia. (2) teenagers take advantage of Instagram stories in terms of meeting social needs to address self-image as good citizens by interacting with fellow Instagram story users such as sharing or viewing various social activities. (3) teenagers take advantage of Instagram stories in terms of tension or can be said to be looking for entertainment that shows self-image as good citizens, namely by doing recreation that begins with a sense of interest when viewing content uploaded in Instagram stories in the form of video clips about Indonesian culture

Abstract

This research aims to identify the role of family and school environments in predicting emotional intelligence and student well-being. It also examines whether or not emotional intelligence acts as a mediator. A total of 500 senior high school students from 16 private high schools in Pemalang District, Indonesia, completed this survey in the 2020-2021 academic year. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results show that family environment affects the fulfilment of student well-being. Emotional intelligence was not an essential mediator in the relationship between the family environment and student well-being. The school environment also had a decisive role in fulfilling student well-being. Emotional intelligence was an essential mediator between the school environment and student well-being. Student well-being should be realized. It is necessary to address the welfare of teachers in the school environment and the awareness of parents in the family to assist students. Teachers’ and students’ interests are closely related. When the welfare of teachers is prioritized, it will improve harmonious relationships in the school environment. Likewise, when parents accompany their children at home, the children will feel more prosperous.

Abstract

Abstract: Education at Islamic boarding schools not only functions as a transfer of religious knowledge, but also as a place for the formation of religious character. The transformational leadership of Islamic boarding school leaders plays a central role in the process of producing a generation that combines academic skills with strong moral and spiritual character. Transformational leadership does not only involve managerial aspects, but also focuses on building female students' character, morality and spirituality. This research aims to explore and understand the positive impact of transformational leadership of Islamic boarding school leaders in forming a religious generation at the Tahfizh Daarul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School, Surakarta. This research method uses descriptive qualitative. This research found that the transformational leadership of Islamic boarding school leaders in the idealized influence dimension in strengthening the religious character of female students was carried out with the strategy of nurturing with the heart and educating by example, holding muhadharah activities with the aim of forming the character of female students, memorizing the Qur'an which would then be carried out by reciting the Qur'an. an, providing formal education based on science and technology.Key Words : Transformational Leadership, Islamic Boarding School Leader, ReligiousAbstrak: Pendidikan di pesantren tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai transfer ilmu agama, tetapi juga sebagai tempat pembentukan karakter religius. Kepemimpinan transformasional pimpinan pesantren memainkan peran sentral dalam proses mencetak generasi yang memadukan kecakapan akademis dengan karakter moral dan spiritual yang kuat. Kepemimpinan transformasional tidak hanya melibatkan aspek manajerial, tetapi juga berfokus pada pembentukan karakter, moralitas, dan spiritualitas santriwati. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan memahami dampak positif kepemimpinan transformasional pimpinan pesantren dalam membentuk generasi religius di Pesantren Tahfizh Daarul Qur’an Surakarta. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional pimpinan pesantren dalam dimensi idealized influence dalam menguatkan karakter religius santriwati dilakukan dengan strategi mengasuh dengan hati dan mendidik dengan keteladanan, mengadakan kegiatan muhadharah dengan tujuan untuk membentuk karakter santriwati, hafal Qur’an yang selanjutnya akan dilakukan khatmil Qur’an, pemberian pendidikan formal berbasis sains dan teknologi.Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Pimpinan Pesantren, Religius

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, hambatan dan konsekuensi pengelolaan kelas efektif untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan sekolah seni pertunjukan. Data tersebut diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan kepala sekolah, guru mata pelajaran, wali kelas, dan hasilnya menguatkan sumber data primer dan observasi pengelolaan kelas. Setelah pengumpulan data, dilakukan analisis data kualitatif terhadap instrumen. Temuannya mengungkapkan bahwa guru sekolah menengah kejuruan seni pertunjukan yang telah disurvei sudah melakukan pengelolaan kelas efektif dengan tahapan merencanakan, melaksanakan, dan mengevaluasi. Kendala yang muncul dalam pengelolaan kelas yang efektif dapat diatasi dengan mudah. Hasil implementasi pengelolaan kelas yang efektif terlihat dari kualitas pembelajaran siswa, profesionalisme guru, dan perbaikan lingkungan fisik sekolah.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe school tips for building harmonious relationships with the community to improve the quality of education at SD IT Muhammadiyah Pangkalan Kerinci. The research method used is qualitative using data sources in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. Data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions by checking the validity of the data through triangulation of sources and methods. The research results show that school tips for building harmonious relationships with the community include effective communication, community involvement in school programs, teacher development, increasing student participation, a safe and comfortable learning environment, as well as fairness and transparency. The school creates a conducive climate for parents to actively participate in school activities. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the school's efforts to improve the quality of education through harmonious relations with the community have been successful by implementing the tips that have been explained. Thus, good cooperation between schools and the community can have a positive impact on improving the quality of education at SD IT Muhammadiyah Pangkalan Kerinci.

Abstract

Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang berkualitas sangat dibutuhkan dalam mempersiapkan Generasi Emas 2045. Di mana Generasi Emas 2045 merupakan generasi yang ditunggu bangsa Indonesia. SDM berkualitas dapat diwujudkan melalui dunia pendidikan untuk berupaya mewujudkan generasi cerdas, kreatif, dan berkarakter. Cerdas dan kreati saja tidaklah cukup untuk mewujudkan generasi emas yang berkualitas, diperlukan juga adanya pendidikan karakter. Oleh karena itu, dalam kegiatan KKN-Dik mengacu pada pengupayaan generasi cerdas, kreatif, dan berkarakter melalui program kerja kami. Diharapkan dengan adanya program kerja KKN-Dik dapat membantu sekolah dalam inovasi pembelajaran untuk mempersiapkan Generasi Emas 2045 yang lebih baik.
