Abstract

Dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi dan bisnis yang cukup besar di Indonesia memunculkan besarnya peluang dalam melakukan persetujuan jual beli atau disebut juga transaksi online yang hakekatnya dikenal dengan e-commerce. Selain sektor teknologi dan bisnis, faktor hukum juga harus mengikuti perkembangan jaman yang ada disebabkan tidak menutup kemungkinan akan timbulnya masalah hukum. Oleh karna ini diatur dalam Undang-Undang Perlindungan Konsumen No. 8 Tahun 1998. Berdasarkan hal di atas, Penjualan baranag berupa barang, jasa, dan informasi di fasilitasi oleh toko online yang menghasilkan transaksi jual beli secara cashless. Artikel ini menjelaskan bagaimana peran perlindungan konsumen dalam undang - undang tersebut terkait transaksi online dan bagaimana hukum yang mengaturnya di Indonesia, yang dianggap hukum konsumen dan bisnis.

Abstract

Emosi mati rasa atau emotional numbness semakin banyak dialami generasi muda di era digital, seiring meningkatnya tekanan akademik, sosial, maupun psikologis. Gejala ini tergambar dalam lagu Perayaan Mati Rasa karya Umay Shahab yang menghadirkan tema kehilangan, kehampaan, serta keterasingan emosional. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji representasi emosi mati rasa dalam lirik lagu tersebut melalui pendekatan semiotika Ferdinand de Saussure, sekaligus menelaah pemanfaatannya sebagai media ajar membaca puisi kelas X. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan objek berupa teks lirik lagu. Data diperoleh melalui dokumentasi dan dianalisis dengan mengaitkan penanda (signifier) dan petanda (signified), kemudian dipetakan berdasarkan tiga pendekatan representasi menurut Stuart Hall, yaitu reflektif, intensional, dan konstruktivis. Hasil analisis menemukan 33 data representasi terdiri atas 9 reflektif, 11 intensional, dan 13 konstruktivis. Dari jumlah tersebut, 19 data merepresentasikan secara langsung kondisi emosi mati rasa, sedangkan 14 lainnya memperkuat suasana emosional yang dibangun. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa lagu Perayaan Mati Rasa tidak hanya merefleksikan pengalaman personal, tetapi juga mengonstruksi makna kolektif yang dekat dengan kondisi psikologis remaja. Hasil penelitian ini selanjutnya dimanfaatkan sebagai media ajar membaca puisi berbentuk PPT interaktif yang disertai dengan poster infografis dan buku panduannya. Penggunaan media tersebut terbukti meningkatkan pemahaman, apresiasi, serta ekspresi sastra siswa. Dengan demikian, karya musik populer berpotensi menjadi alternatif media ajar yang konstekstual, kreatif, dan relevan dengan kehidupan peserta didik.

Abstract

The Gramedia Digital website, a digital reading service platform, has been identified as facing usability challenges and visual clarity issues that may hinder efficiency and user experience. Therefore, this study integrates two methods—Eye Tracking using RealEye.io and Usability Testing through Maze.co—to comprehensively evaluate the interface and user interactions. The evaluations conducted via RealEye.io and Maze.co involved five participants who were asked to complete three primary tasks: logging in, browsing book categories, and performing checkout. The results indicate that in Task 1 (Login), the visual focus of all participants was well-directed toward the input fields and action buttons. The usability test showed an average completion time of 15.1 seconds, a misclick rate of 16.7%, and a usability score of 97. In Task 2 (Browsing Book Categories), users’ visual attention was efficiently distributed from the navigation menu to the list of books, with a usability score of 91 and a low misclick rate. Conversely, Task 3 (Checkout) revealed significant challenges, as most participants struggled to locate the “Free Content” menu, resulting in a 67% misclick rate, 40% off-path behavior, and the lowest usability score (59). By combining Eye Tracking and Usability Testing, this study successfully provides a comprehensive overview of users’ visual attention patterns as well as the effectiveness and efficiency of their interactions with the interface.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the forms of ecological value representation in the Wulang Tani manuscript through an ecolinguistic approach and to describe the agrarian ethical system embodied in traditional Javanese agricultural discourse as recorded in the Wulang Tani manuscript. The source of this research data is the Wulang Tani manuscript that has been translated, while the data are lexicons, phrases, clauses or sentences that represent ecological values and agrarian ethics in the Wulang Tani manuscript. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique uses literature studies and the analysis technique uses a descriptive qualitative method with an ecolinguistic approach. The results of this study are representations of lexicon values that are seen in the selection of lexicons related to plant types, agricultural terms, types of pests, agricultural guidelines, and climate and geographical awareness. In addition, this study also focuses on agrarian ethics that are explicitly and implicitly stated in the Wulang Tani manuscript. Agrarian ethics in the Wulang Tani manuscript include: honesty and a peaceful life, patience and perseverance, simplicity and non-greed living, and mutual cooperation and generosity.Keywords: Ecological Values, Agrarian Ethics, Wulang Tani, Ecolinguistics

Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness of Problem-Based Learning (PBL) in improving Junior High School students’ English speaking skills. The research was motivated by students’ low speaking achievement, particularly in expressing likes and dislikes. A Classroom Action Research design based on the Kemmis and Taggart model was employed, comprising planning, action, observation, and reflection phases. The participants were 20 seventh-grade students. Data were collected through classroom observations, documentation, and field notes, and analyzed using descriptive quantitative methods. The findings indicate a steady improvement in students’ speaking performance across research cycles. In the pre-cycle phase, only 30% of students met the minimum mastery criterion, with an average score of 63.5. This figure increased to 50% in Cycle I and reached 90% in Cycle II, exceeding the predetermined success criterion of 80%. The results demonstrate that the implementation of PBL significantly enhances students’ English speaking skills. In addition to improving learning outcomes, PBL fostered students’ critical and analytical thinking, self-confidence, pronunciation accuracy, intonation, and speaking fluency. These findings suggest that PBL is an effective instructional model for developing speaking competence in English language learning.

Abstract

Abstrak: Ketrampilan berkolaborasi merupakan ketrampilan wajib yang harus dimiliki oleh masyarakat era 4.0 dan 5.0. Di bidang Kesehatan, Indonesia saat ini mempunyai masalah kesehatan yang semakin kompleks, yang membutuhkan tenaga Kesehatan yang trampil dan mampu bekerjasama antar profesi kesehatan, untuk mengurangi komplikasi dan mencegah kejadian malpraktek. Ketrampilan kolaborasi perlu diajarkan sejak usia dini. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan ketrampilan guru TK dalam menyusun rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP) kolaboratif. Pengabdian ini menerapkan ceramah dalam kegiatan pelatihan dan praktek penyusunan RPP yang didampingi oleh pengabdi. Subjek pengabdian adalah guru TK se Kecamatan Boja. Indikator keberhasilan dari kegiatan ini adalah tersusunnya RPP pembelajaran kolaboratif oleh guru guru TK di kecamatan Boja. Evaluasi keberhasilan dilakukan menggunakan uji pre-post terhadap jumlah RPP pembelajaran kolaboratif yang disusun oleh guru di kecamatan Boja menggunakan uji statistic McNemar. Sebanyak 72 guru mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan. Dari data yang terkumpul diketahui pada pre pelatihan hanya 26 (36,1%) guru yang telah memiliki RPP, setelah pelatihan, sebanyak 58 (80,5%) guru telah berhasil menyusun RPP. Terdapat perbedaan signifikan jumlah guru yang menyusun RPP kolaboratif prepost pelatihan (p<0.001). Pelatihan memberikan dampak peningkatan ketrampilan guru dalam penyusunan RPP kolaboratif yang dibuktikan dengan penambahan jumlah RPP yang dihasilkan oleh guru TK Kecamatan Boja. RPP yang tersusun telah sesuai dengan ketentuan Permendiknas No.41 tahun 2007. Kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan berhasil meningkatkan ketrampilan guru guru untuk menyusun RPP kolaboratif sesuai dengan ketentuan permendiknas.Abstract: Collaboration skills are mandatory skills that must be acquired by society in the 4.0 and 5.0 era. In the health sector, Indonesia currently has increasingly complex health problems, which require skilled health workers who are able to collaborate between health professions, to reduce complications and to prevent malpractice. Considering that, collaboration skills need to be taught from an early age. This community service program aimed to improve the skills of kindergarten teachers in developing lesson plans (RPP) for teaching collaboration at kindergarten. This community service program implemented lectures and training in developing RPPs. The subjects of the community service were kindergarten teachers in Boja District. The indicator of the success of this program was the improvement of teachers’ ability in developing collaboration skill lesson plans. Evaluation of the success was carried out using a pre-post test on the number of collaborative learning lesson plans developed by teachers, implementing McNemar statistical test. A total of 72 teachers took part in the training. From the data collected, it was revealed that at pre-training only 26 (36.1%) teachers had RPPs, after the training, 58 (80.5%) teachers had succeeded in developing RPPs. There was a significant difference in the number of collaboration skill lesson plans produced pre and post training (p<0.001). The increase of numbers of collaboration skill lesson plans produced by teachers was evidence of the improvement and awareness of teachers' skills in developing collaboration skill lesson plans in Boja District. The structure of RPPs developed by teachers was in accordance with the provisions of Permendiknas No.41 of 2007. The training succeeded in improving teachers’ skills in developing lesson plan of teaching collaboration skills.

Abstract

The Free Lunch Program is a new government initiative designed to improve students’ nutritional intake and enhance their focus during school activities. Its implementation has gained significant public attention, generating a variety of reactions across social media platforms, particularly Instagram. This study aims to examine public sentiment toward the program’s rollout in South Sumatra by collecting user comments from posts using the hashtag #mbgsumsel. The collected comments were processed through several stages, including data cleaning, text pre-processing, dataset partitioning, fine-tuning and model evaluation. The BERT model was employed due to its strong capability in capturing contextual meaning within text, making it more effective than conventional classification approaches. Experimental results indicate that the model achieved an akurasi of 88% in classifying sentiments. The test dataset consisted of 751 positive comments, 233 neutral comments, and 257 negative comments. Overall, this study provides a quantitative overview of how the public perceives the Free Lunch Program based on their social media expressions.
