Abstract

Learning in today's digital era demands creativity to maintain motivation and enhance students' competencies, particularly in Islamic Cultural History (SKI). This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of interactive tests as a tool for improving problem-solving skills among seventh grade students at Pondok Pesantren Tahfid Darul Quran Al Haramain. The interactive platform utilized in this research is competition-based, with students divided into two groups: the experimental group, which engages with the interactive learning platform, and the control group, which uses traditional teaching methods. The results indicate that interactive tests significantly improve problem-solving abilities compared to conventional methods.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe students' ability to understand concepts using the guided discovery learning model in learning statistics material. The method used in this research is quasi-experimental with a one-shot case study design. The data collection technique used consisted of a test of the ability to understand mathematical concepts in the form of a description of 7 test questions and interviews. The ability to understand concepts can be seen from the analysis of students' answers to test questions given to 28 students whose research subjects were class VIII students at SMP Negeri 46 Palembang. From the results of this test, interviews were then conducted with 4 students who received ability scores in three categories of low, medium and high. The results of this research show that more than 20 students have met the indicators of ability to understand concepts with an average answer of 80% -93% with an average score of "83.88", a very good assessment criterion.

Abstract

This study examines the legal aspects and practices of the implementation of the release of court summons and notifications at the Gresik Class 1A District Court based on Supreme Court Regulation (PERMA) Number 7 of 2022 concerning Electronic Case and Trial Administration (e-Court). The purpose of this study focuses on the implementation of the e-court system in facilitating electronic summons of litigants and more efficient, fast, and low-cost trial notifications as an implementation of the principles of simplicity, speed, and low-cost in the judicial process. The results of the study indicate that e-court is able to reduce administrative obstacles and expedite the summons and notification process without having to go through a physical summons by a bailiff, thereby increasing access and transparency in the judiciary. This study discusses two problem formulations: to what extent is the relevance and conformity of the provisions of PERMA Number 7 of 2022 with the principles of procedural law and the principles of simple, fast, and low-cost justice related to the use of electronic release of court summons (e-court)? and What are the legal consequences if there is an implementation of release of court summons and notifications that does not comply with the provisions of PERMA Number 7 of 2022? This research uses a normative approach. This research is conducted by examining current regulations and other legal sources. The approaches used in this research include the statute approach, the conceptual approach, and the case study approach.

Abstract

Authentic assessment (AA) is a crucial evaluation approach in the Merdeka Curriculum, focusing on students' ability to apply knowledge in real-world contexts. However, its implementation is often hindered by various practical obstacles. This study aims to describe and analyze in depth the forms of challenges faced by Indonesian Language Subject teachers (MPBI) at SMA Nurcahaya Medan in conducting AA. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis (data triangulation) from the research subjects. The results show that the challenges in implementing AA by MPBI teachers are divided into five main categories: (1) Limited allocation of learning time; (2) Variation in teachers' conceptual understanding of authentic assessment; (3) Inconsistent development of assessment instruments; (4) High workload of administration and documentation for teachers; and (5) Low readiness and independence of students in facing the assessment process. This study concludes that optimizing the implementation of authentic assessment requires three main strategies: (1) Continuous, specific professional training; (2) Strengthening collaboration and sharing of good practices through Subject Teacher Deliberations (MGMP); and (3) Simplifying regulations related to assessment administrative burdens. These results can serve as a basis for recommendations to schools and education policymakers to support the success of the Independent Curriculum. ABSTRAK Penilaian autentik (PA) merupakan pendekatan evaluasi yang krusial dalam Kurikulum Merdeka, berfokus pada kemampuan siswa mengaplikasikan pengetahuan dalam konteks nyata. Namun, implementasinya sering terhambat oleh beragam kendala di tingkat praktis. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis secara mendalam bentuk-bentuk kendala yang dihadapi oleh guru Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia (MPBI) di SMA Nurcahaya Medan dalam melaksanakan PA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumen (triangulasi data) dari subjek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kendala implementasi PA oleh guru MPBI terbagi menjadi lima kategori utama: (1) Keterbatasan alokasi waktu pembelajaran; (2) Variasi pemahaman konseptual guru tentang PA; (3) Belum konsistennya pengembangan instrumen penilaian; (4) Tingginya beban administrasi dan dokumentasi guru; serta (5) Rendahnya kesiapan dan kemandirian siswa dalam menghadapi proses PA. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa optimalisasi implementasi PA memerlukan tiga strategi utama: (1) Pelatihan profesional berkelanjutan yang spesifik; (2) Penguatan kolaborasi dan sharing praktik baik melalui Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP); dan (3) Penyederhanaan regulasi terkait beban administrasi penilaian. Hasil ini dapat menjadi dasar rekomendasi bagi sekolah dan pemangku kebijakan pendidikan untuk mendukung keberhasilan Kurikulum Merdeka.

Abstract

Community Service Program (Kuliah Kerja Nyata/KKN) is a concrete implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education in the field of community service, aiming to integrate academic learning with real social conditions in society. The 2025 KKN program of Universitas Katolik Santo Thomas was conducted in Dolok Margu Village, Lintong Nihuta District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency, under the theme “Serving, Devoting, and Sharing (BMB).” This program aimed to improve the quality of human resources and support village development through participatory and community empowerment approaches. The implementation method applied a participatory approach consisting of preparation, observation, planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation stages. The programs covered education, health, environmental care, and village institutional strengthening. The results indicate that the KKN activities had positive impacts on increasing children's learning motivation, community health awareness, environmental cleanliness, and the improvement of village administrative management and institutional capacity. In addition, the program contributed to the development of students’ character as social change agents. It can be concluded that the KKN program in Dolok Margu Village successfully strengthened synergy between higher education institutions and the community and provided tangible contributions to sustainable village development.

Abstract

Pencatatan anak angkat sebagai anak kandung dalam Kartu Keluarga masih kerap ditemukan dalam praktik administrasi kependudukan di Indonesia. Praktik tersebut menimbulkan persoalan hukum ketika dikaitkan dengan penentuan kedudukan hukum dan hak kewarisan anak angkat menurut Kompilasi Hukum Islam (KHI). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan, pendekatan konseptual, dan pendekatan kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pencatatan anak angkat sebagai anak kandung dalam Kartu Keluarga bersifat administratif dan tidak mengubah kedudukan hukum anak menurut hukum keluarga Islam. Anak angkat tetap tidak memiliki hubungan nasab dengan orang tua angkatnya dan tidak berkedudukan sebagai ahli waris berdasarkan sistem kewarisan Islam. Akibat hukum pencatatan tersebut terhadap hak kewarisan bersifat terbatas, karena hak anak angkat hanya dapat diberikan melalui mekanisme wasiat wajibah sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 209 KHI. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pemisahan yang jelas antara aspek administratif dan aspek keperdataan guna menjamin kepastian hukum dan konsistensi penerapan hukum kewarisan Islam.

Abstract

Industri pariwisata global telah bertransformasi menjadi sektor ekonomi yang dinamis, memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Namun, banyak daerah, termasuk Desa Ketangga di Lombok Timur, menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan potensi pariwisata. Program PKM PMM ini menyoroti kesenjangan antara potensi budaya dan sejarah Desa Ketangga dengan kapasitas pengelolaannya. Pada program ini, diidentifikasi berbagai masalah, termasuk kurangnya optimalisasi peran Lembaga Adat Desa dan Karang Taruna. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan kolaboratif, workshop, dan penggunaan Teknologi Sistem Informasi InformaCore untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan pariwisata serta promosi produk lokal dengan Indikator pemberdayaan aspek produksi, manajemen dan sosial kemasyarakatan. Hasil menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan signifikan dalam kapasitas pengelolaan pariwisata pada aspek manajemen dengan tersusunnya masterplan, Hanbook Pariwisata dan Paket Perjalanan Wisata telah terlaksana. Peningkatan aspek produksi tercapai melalui pengembangan lima produk UMKM oleh Karang Taruna. Program PKM PMM berhasil memperkuat peran Lembaga Adat dan Karang Taruna dalam pengembangan pariwisata. Luaran digital platform InformaCore yang mendukung promosi juga terlaksana. Pemanfaatan teknologi InformaCore membantu meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan visibilitas potensi wisata. Melalui program ini Integrasi kearifan lokal dan teknologi digital diketahui adalah kunci dalam mencapai pariwisata berkelanjutan dan mendukung SDGs khususnya SDG 8 (Pekerjaan Layak dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi) dan SDG 17 (Kemitraan untuk Mencapai Tujuan). Student Capacity-Building Assistance for the Development of Historical and Cultural Tourism and Sustainable MSMEs in Ketangga Village, Based on the Informacore Information System to Maximize Regional Resource Potential Abstract The global tourism industry, a vital economic driver, faces challenges in optimizing local potential, as seen in Desa Ketangga, East Lombok. This Community Service Program (PKM PMM) identified a gap between the village's rich cultural and historical tourism potential and its management capacity, particularly regarding the underutilization of the Village Customary Institution and Youth Organization (Karang Taruna). Employing a collaborative approach involving workshops and the implementation of the InformaCore Information System Technology, the program aimed to enhance tourism management and local product promotion. Key indicators for empowerment focused on production, management, and socio-community aspects. Results revealed a significant improvement in tourism management capacity, evidenced by the successful development of a masterplan, tourism handbook, and travel packages. Furthermore, five UMKM products were developed by Karang Taruna, enhancing production aspects. The program effectively strengthened the roles of the customary institution and Karang Taruna, supported by the digital platform InformaCore for improved accessibility and visibility of tourism potential. This integration of local wisdom and digital technology proved crucial for sustainable tourism and aligning with SDGs, specifically SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals).
