Abstract

Tujuan riset ini yaitu: (1) Jika nilai probabilitas (sig) hipotesis pertama 0,001 < 0,05 maka H0 ditolak; atau jika Ftabel memuat df1 = k-1 = 4-1 = 3 dan Fhitung ? Ftabel, dimana 79.027 ?2.816 maka H0 ditolak. Hasil penelitian menemukan maka kemahiran komunikasi matematis peserta didik mendapatkan hasil secara signifikan oleh kemampuan awal matematika yang dapat tergolong tinggi, sedang, atau rendah, dengan pengaruh yang cukup besar 67,5%; (2) Hipotesis kedua yang menghasilkan nilai probabilitas (sig) dengan 0,000 adapun tepat dibawah nilai signifikansi 0,05, menolak H0; atau Fhitung?Ftabel, dimana 30.182?2.816, menolak H0. Dengan besar pengaruh sebesar 70,5%, hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri siswa dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh kemampuan awal matematikanya (tinggi, sedang, buruk). Selanjutnya hipotesis ketiga juga ditolak karena adanya kemungkinan (sig) 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 atau fakta bahwa Fhitung?Ftabel (80,134?2,816). Lalu model pembelajaran (STAD dan PBL) mengahdirkan pengaruh cukup besar sebesar 60,9% terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa; (4) Hipotesis keempat ditolak karena probabilitas (sig) sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 atau Fhitung?Ftabel, dimana 36,521?2,816; oleh karena itu, H0 ditolak. Dalam hal ini terdapat pengaruh yang cukup besar sebesar 67,2% model pembelajaran (STAD dan PBL) terhadap efikasi diri siswa; (5) Dari hipotesis kelima terbukti bahwa probabilitas (sig)  sebesar 1,000 lebih besar dari 0,05 atau  Fhitung?Ftabel dimana  0,000?2,816 maka H0 diterima. Karena kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa tidak dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan awal matematika dan metodologi pembelajaran yang digunakan (STAD dan PBL), maka tes post hoc dihentikan. Model pembelajaran (STAD dan PBL) dikenakan pengaruh kumulatif (interaksi) sebesar 0,1% dari KAM (rendah, sedang, dan tinggi). (6) Pada hipotesis keenam terlihat bahwa nilai probabilitas (sig)  sebesar 2,020  lebih besar dari 0,05 atau Fhitung?Ftabel Jika 1.013?2.816, H0 disetujui. Kemudian tes post hoc ditiadakan karena kemampuan matematika awal (tinggi, sedang, dan rendah) dan mode pembelajaran (STAD dan PBL) tidak berinteraksi secara signifikan terhadap self-eficacy siswa. Sebesar 0,6%, gabungan pengaruh (interaksi) KAM rendah, sedang, dan tinggi pada model pembelajaran STAD dan PBL inilah yang berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kemampuan self-eficacy siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mesdeskripsikan aktifitas belajar peserta didik selama proses pembelajaran SBDP dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Role Playing dan meningkatkan hasil belajar SBDP dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Role Playing pada peserta didik kelas IV SDN 4 Pahandut Palangkaraya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Subjek atau informasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas IV SDN 4 Pahandut yang berjumlah 4 orang. Terdiri dari 1 laki – laki dan 3 perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah Observasi, Tes. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian belajar SBDP dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Role Playing pada materi karya seni 3 dimensi di SDN 4 Pahandut Palangkaraya hasil belajar dan aktivitas belajar peserta didik menjadi sangat baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil belajar peserta didik pada saat pre-test mendapatkan rata-rata nilai 22,5 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 0% kemudian meningkat pada siklus II dengan mendaptkan nilai rata-rata 85 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 100%. Serta aktivitas belajar peserta didik pada siklus I dengan skor rata – rata 3,5 dan meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 3,9. Diharapkan dengan adanya penelitian ini hendaknya guru dapat melatih perserta didik dalam memahami simbol, nilai tempat dalam matematika.

Abstract

The improvement of attitude and disciplinary behavior of vocational school students in using personal protective equipment is part of standard operating procedures according to applicable regulations. Desk research is used as a method of the study. The purpose of the study is to examine and provide policy suggestions to improve student disciplinary attitudes and behavior when working in a culinary workshop/laboratory/kitchen.. The results of the study show that 1) the attitude and behavior of student work discipline in practicing using personal protective equipment are still not fully following the rules of law work safety and healthy; 2) the practice room is not equipped with a set of personal protective equipment including pictures/posters of occupational safety and health. This study concludes that the use of personal protective equipment as part of efforts to establish a work ethic and graduate competence is important for the implementation of workplace safety and health in line with the demands of the world of work in the era of globalization. It is concluded that the implementation of occupational safety and health using personal protective equipment has not been enforced in compliance with legislative requirements and needs to be incorporated as part of the profile of vocational high school graduates.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berfokus untuk memahami hubungan parasosial atau parasocial relationship (PSR) antara penggemar ARMY dengan Idol BTS di Weverse. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografi virtual. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengamati aktivitas media sosial akun Weverse BTS dan mengamati fenomena kedekatan Army dan BTS di media profesional. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan hubungan parasosial antara penggemar ARMY dan BTS terbentuk melalui interaksi yang intens di platform Weverse, terutama melalui sesi live streaming.  sehingga dapat berinteraksi secara langsung dan real-time, memungkinkan penggemar untuk mengajukan pertanyaan, mengirim komentar, dan menerima tanggapan langsung dari anggota BTS. Interaksi semacam ini menciptakan kesan hubungan dua arah dan memperkuat ikatan emosional antara keduanya. BTS menggunakan interaksi ini secara profesional untuk memperkuat hubungan dengan penggemar dan meningkatkan popularitas mereka. Tidak hanya dalam industri musik, BTS memiliki dampak pada sektor ekonomi Korea Selatan. Kontribusi BTS mencapai lebih dari $3,9 miliar, dengan proyeksi untuk mencapai $39 miliar dalam sepuluh tahun mendatang. Pendapatan ini bersumber dari penjualan album, tiket konser, produk merchandising dan peningkatan pariwisata. Kata kunci: Parasocial Relationships, Kpop, Virtual Media, Waverse, BTS   ABSTRAK This research focuses on understanding the parasocial relationship (PSR) between ARMY fans and BTS Idols in Weverse. This research uses a qualitative method with a virtual ethnography approach. Data collection was done by observing the social media activities of BTS's Weverse account and observing the phenomenon of Army and BTS's closeness in professional media. This research reveals that parasocial relationships between ARMY and BTS fans are formed through intense interactions on the Weverse platform, especially through live streaming sessions, allowing fans to ask questions, post comments, and receive direct responses from BTS members. This kind of interaction creates a sense of a two-way relationship and strengthens the emotional bond between the two. BTS uses these interactions professionally to strengthen relationships with fans and increase their popularity. Not only in the music industry, BTS has an impact on South Korea's economic sector. BTS' contribution is over $3.9 billion, with projections to reach $39 billion in the next ten years. Abstract

Islamic Religious Education is one of the subjects in the national curriculum which is certainly expected to support the realization of national education goals. One of the visions and missions to realize educational goals is to improve the character of the nation with the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) is part of the independent curriculum. P5 with theme of entrepreneurship is an educational initiative that aims to introduce the concept entrepreneurship to students while at the same time will provide an impact of Pancasila values to the students. Meanwhile, Islamic Religious Education learning in school is still dichotomous between religious knowledge. The purpose of this study is to determine the concept of developing P5 teaching module based on the integrated curriculum with the Entrepreneurship theme. This study uses a literature review, data is analyzed through books, journals and other research results. Based on the data analysis, the integrated development model is carried out by combining several lessons using one theme, which can be done with the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) with the entrepreneurship theme. It needs to be supported by subject teachers by collaborating with each other to form a P5 team in order to achieve the results of the Pancasila Students Profile as well as the objectives of the integrated curriculum model.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari tahu strategi yang tepat dalam meningkatkan pembelajaran berbasis literasi digital dalam menghadapi era society 5.0. Fenomena yang ditemukan dari data hasil survei tahun 2019 oleh Program for International Student Assessment (PISA) yang dirilis Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), terdapat tingkat literasi masyarakat Indonesia tergolong sangat rendah. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sekolah Kristen Kudus Pematang Siantar, Sumatera Utara, selama lebih kurang 2 bulan dengan menggunakan pendekatan survei, kepustakaan dan parsitipatif. Survei dilakukan dengan melakukan observasi terhadap pembelajaran di dalam kelas dan juga melakukan wawancara kepada kepala sekolah dan beberapa guru di unit SD, dan juga langsung berpartisipasi dalam memberikan arahan kepada peserta didik terkait pembelajaran literasi digital yang perlu dikembangkan dan juga menjadi tantangan ke depannya. Hasilnya, peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa literasi digital merupakan salah satu dimensi keterampilan di abad 21 dalam menyikapi tuntutan pemerintah bagi dunia pendidikan dalam membentuk generasi milenial yang handal dan mampu menghadapi tantangan di era society 5.0

Abstract

In supporting educational success, textbooks are needed as a tool to guide the learning process. Where, textbook contains materials are used as learning resources. Thus as a teacher must be able to master the teaching materials and develop them. This article aims to analyze the appropriateness of Zakat material in Class X at Islamic Senior High School Fiqh Curriculum 2013 Revision 2020 which is seen from psychological, cognitive, philosophical, sociological, and evaluation aspects. This study is conducted with literature review. Based on the results of the analysis, the in-depth study of Zakat material is not fully appropriate and still needs to be developed. When viewed from psychological aspect, the material is appropriate for the age of teenagers in Class the aspect, form the philosophical and sociological aspects are quite appropriate and form evaluation aspect is appropriate too however the author developed questions those were more appropriate to current developments.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of crucial dimensions in the Indonesian domestic airline industry, namely Service Quality, Passenger Satisfaction, Perceived Value, and Airline Brand Love, on Word of Mouth (WOM) behavior among passengers. Data was collected from respondents who are users of domestic airlines in Indonesia. The analysis revealed several key findings. Firstly, Passenger Satisfaction has a significant positive influence on both Airline Brand Love and Word of Mouth. This relationship is supported by the calculated t-value exceeding the critical t-value and the significance level (P-value) being less than 0.05. Therefore, to increase sales, improving passenger satisfaction levels should be a priority. Secondly, Perceived Value does not have a significant positive influence on either Airline Brand Love or Word of Mouth. This is evident from the calculated t-value being lower than the critical t-value and the P-value being greater than 0.05. Nevertheless, it's important to still consider the aspect of Perceived Value in efforts to enhance customer experience. Thirdly, Service Quality has a proven significant positive influence on Airline Brand Love, but not on Word of Mouth. This positive relationship is indicated by the calculated t-value exceeding the critical t-value and the significance level being less than 0.05. In this context, improving service quality can be a crucial factor in building brand love for the airline. Thus, this study provides insights into the factors influencing Word of Mouth behavior in the Indonesian domestic airline industry. The implications of these findings are the need for airline companies to focus on improving passenger satisfaction and service quality to strengthen the connection between Passenger Satisfaction, Airline Brand Love, and Word of Mouth. Additionally, although Perceived Value does not have a significant impact in this context, it remains important to consider this factor in efforts to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Abstract

Environmental damage is a problem that is always faced in urban areas including Kendari city, including the physical, social, and biological environment. Areas with crowded settlements are always a concern for the level of environmental damage. This research aims to determine the local knowledge of the community of Kampung Salo in protecting the environment. This type of research is qualitative research using interactive analysis. The data analysis technique uses interactive analysis which consists of four stages of the analysis model, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The research results show that only 21.9% of the community of Kampung Salo understands the importance of protecting the environment. The main factor in the lack of understanding of the Kampung Salo community in protecting the environment is the lack of education and lack of public awareness. Thus, intensive action from the government is necessary to help sensitize the community in protecting the environment.
