Abstract

Fifth grade elementary school students are still unable to write observation report texts correctly in terms of text structure and title, linguistic rules and text content, so the aim of this research is to describe the skills of writing observation report texts in terms of text structure. and title, linguistic rules, and text content for fifth grade elementary school students. This research was carried out at SDN. 80/1 Km. 3 Muara Bulian from January to May 2024. Research data was collected through assignment techniques to students (as primary data) and sending questionnaires to students. After data collection, the test findings are assessed using a skills assessment instrument to produce an observation report text, which is then summarized and divided into assessment categories. This research uses a qualitative approach and uses a case study design. Participants in this research were VB SDN class students. 80/1 km 3 Muara Bulian. Research findings show that fifth grade elementary school children have adequate writing skills based on observations. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the report text production skills demonstrated by fifth grade elementary school children are sufficient.

Abstract

One of the positive cultures in SDN 002/XI Pasar Sungai Penuh that must be developed by the driving teacher in carrying out his role is a positive culture of independent learning. This study aims to determine the role of the driving teacher in fostering a positive culture of learning independence at SD Negeri 002/XI Pasar Sungai Penuh. To find out the obstacles faced by the driving teacher in fostering a positive culture of learning independence at SD Negeri 002/XI Pasar Sungai Penuh. In this study, researchers used a qualitative approach with the type of research, namely case studies. This research was conducted at SD 002/XI Pasar Sungai Penuh. The subjects in this study were the Principal and the driving teacher. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is through data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that 1) Teachers in SD 002/XI Pasar Sungai Penuh have a significant contribution in fostering a positive culture of learning independence. 2) To improve the effectiveness of the mobilising teachers' efforts, stronger and more equitable support from the whole school community, increased access to adequate resources, and a more flexible approach to curriculum implementation are needed. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that Master Teachers have an important role in fostering a positive culture of learning independence to improve the quality of education in schools and face a number of significant obstacles that need to be overcome.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) examine students’ critical thinking skills as part of the Pancasila Student Profile in Grade IV at SD Negeri 64/I Muara Bulian, and (2) identify the factors influencing critical thinking within the context of the Pancasila Student Profile in the same class. The research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data on students’ critical thinking skills in the Pancasila Student Profile were collected from both students and teachers. Meanwhile, data on the factors influencing students’ critical thinking were obtained from teachers, students, and parents. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the critical thinking skills of Grade IV students at SDN 64/I Muara Bulian, as reflected in the Pancasila Student Profile, are generally good. Most students demonstrated the ability to understand, analyze, synthesize, evaluate, and draw conclusions effectively. A total of 20 students showed active and logical understanding of the material; 20 students were able to analyze by breaking down and comparing information; 17 students synthesized information from various sources into meaningful understanding; 16 students demonstrated logical evaluations; and 20 students were able to formulate relevant and in-depth conclusions.

Abstract

This research explores the spiritual expressions of Muslim artists in contemporary paintings. In this era, Muslim artists often pursue art for art's sake, influenced by their background and spirituality. Though these are not always visible, they embed Islamic values into their work. The study uses a qualitative approach, analyzing data through Sayyed Hossein Nasr's spirituality theory and Kuntowijoyo. Findings show that Muslim artists, especially in Yogyakarta, expand their expertise to create appreciated works. About 28.57% focus on religious themes, 28.57% depict the universe, humanity, and religion, and 28.57% focus on the universe and humanity. Artists create with spiritual awareness, guided by their abilities. Those with higher education tend to be more deliberate in their choices. In Yogyakarta, 85.71% is for livelihood, 100% for artistic expression, and 28.57% for socio-political purposes. Driven by various motivations, Muslim artists contribute to society. The government, society, and art figures can collaborate toward a just, prosperous society.

Abstract

Cilutung Bridge is one of the bridges located on Jalan Raya Tolengas, Tolengas, Tomo District, Sumedang Regency. Bridges have various types of bridges, namely girder bridges, arch bridges, truss bridges, suspension bridges. The bridge component is divided into two, namely the superstructure and the substructure. The structure of the bridge generally includes: sidewalks, vehicle floor slabs, girders, diaphragm beams, and platforms. The structure under the bridge generally includes: the base of the bridge (abutments), bridge pillars (piers) and foundations. The bridge slab is a horizontal structural element that functions to distribute dead and live loads to the vertical support frame of a structural system. The stages of implementing the bridge slab work are 1. Preparatory work, 2. Steel bridge deck installation, 3. Steel bridge deck grouting work, 4. Cantilever slab formwork assembly, 5. Abstract

The growth of the culinary business, especially fast food restaurants, has increased rapidly due to the increasing of people’s mobility and busy activities. Fast food restaurants are believed to be able to meet the consumption needs of people who have limited time because of their busy lifestyle. McDonald's restaurant is one of the fast food restaurants that has opened a branch in Banjarmasin to attract the interest and attention of many people. The objective of this study is to indentify the influence of perceived price, perceived product quality and consumer’s lifestyle of Purchase Decisions of McDonald’s Banjarmasin signature menu. This study used a sample of 115 respondents with the characteristics of having purchased the McDonald's Banjarmasin signature menu, minimum age of 17 years, and currently living in Banjarmasin City. This research finds that perceived price, perceived product quality and consumer’s lifestyle significantly affect purchase decision. The t test result shows that perceived price (), perceived product quality () and consumer’s lifestyle () partially have significant effect on purchase decision. The coefficient of determination (adjusted R squared) is 0,408, indicating that 40,8% of the purchase decision is influenced by its independent variables

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation marketing performance, as well as the moderation effect of dynamic marketing capabilities. The research sample was taken as many as 102 Sasirangan fabric craftsmen in Banjarmasin City. The questionnaire was used to collect the data and further analyzed with SEM with Smart PLS. The results prove that marketing orientation has proven to have a significant effect on dynamic marketing capabilities, entrepreneurial orientation does not have a significant effect on marketing performance, while marketing capabilities have a significant effect on marketing performance. Research also found that dynamic marketing capabilities are proven to mediate marketing orientation and entrepreneurial orientation in their influence on marketing performance, it can be interpreted that dynamic marketing capabilities are mediating variables that strengthen marketing orientation and entrepreneurial orientation in influencing the marketing performance of sasirangan fabric industry craftsmen

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan media pembelajaran berbasis Quizlet dalam pembelajaran Akidah Akhlak serta menganalisis perbedaan prestasi belajar antara siswa yang menggunakan Quizlet dan siswa yang menggunakan modul pembelajaran konvensional di MTs Negeri 1 Wonosobo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain quasi eksperimen, melibatkan kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, dokumentasi, serta tes pre-test dan post-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Quizlet mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan dan pemahaman siswa melalui fitur interaktif seperti flashcard dan kuis. Meskipun terdapat kendala teknis seperti jaringan internet, siswa yang menggunakan Quizlet memperoleh hasil belajar yang lebih tinggi. Nilai rata-rata post-test kelas eksperimen adalah 69,75, sedangkan kelas kontrol hanya 58,20. Uji-t menunjukkan adanya perbedaan signifikan antara kedua kelompok, sehingga penggunaan Quizlet terbukti lebih efektif daripada pembelajaran konvensional.

Abstract

This article analyzes elementary school teachers’ difficulty in developing higher-order thinking skills assessment instruments. This implementation will describe the difficulties faced by teachers, especially elementary school teachers in developing higher-order thinking skills assessment instruments. The research was a qualitative approach with a case study research. The subject of the research involved three fifth-grade elementary school teachers of SDN 018/V Kuala Tungkal. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data collection instruments used were observation, interview, and documentation sheets. The results of the research indicated several main points that were elementary school teachers’ difficulties in developing higher-order thinking skills assessment instruments including teachers' understanding of operational verbs in HOTS, teacher adjustment of basic competencies and indicators in arranging lesson plans, teacher difficulties in arranging HOTS assessment instruments, and time management in arranging the HOTS assessment instrument. These difficulties influence the students not to be used to their critical thinking in solving problems that are based on daily life problems.

Abstract

Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pelaksanaan tradisi Tedak Siten di Desa Puguh Kecamatan Pegandon Kabupaten Kendal, 2) untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam dalam tradisi Tedak Siten di Desa Puguh Kecamatan Pegandon Kabupaten Kendal, 3) untuk mengetahui makna simbolik tradisi Tedak Siten di Desa Puguh Kecamatan Pegandon Kabupaten Kendal. Skripsi ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan oleh peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah pengamatan (obsevasi), wawancara (interview), dan dokumentasi (studi documenter). Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah  tradisi Tedak Siten di desa Puguh, pegandon, Kendal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan Tedak Siten di Desa Puguh Kecamatan Pegandon Kabupaten Kendal mencakup beberapa rangkaian utama, seperti persiapan peralatan, prosesi menginjak tanah, menaiki tangga tebu, mandi kembang, hingga penyebaran udhik-udhik. Tradisi ini mengandung nilai-nilai pendidikan islam, sepreti nilai syukur, doa dan kerukunan. Setiap rangkaian memiliki simbol dan makna mendalam, seperti rendah hati, kedermawanan, bertanggungjawab, serta kemandirian. Masyarakat setempat memandang tradisi ini bukan sekadar adat turun-temurun, tetapi sebagai sarana internalisasi nilai moral dan spiritual kepada anak sejak dini. Dengan demikian, tradisi Tedak Siten memiliki relevansi penting sebagai media pendidikan Islam berbasis budaya lokal.
