Abstract

Kemampuan dalam menelusuri artikel ilmiah bagi mahasiswa sangat penting karena mendukung dalam penulisan karya ilmiah. Mahasiswa saat ini mendapatkan kewajiban untuk menuliskan dan mempublikasikan karya ilmiah berupa artikel pada jurnal atau prosiding sebagai syarat kelulusan di Perguruan Tinggi. Ada beberapa aplikasi yang dapat digunakan untuk mempermudah dalam menyusun karya ilmiah, diantaranya Publish or Perish (POP). POP merupakan aplikasi yang dapat digunakan para mahasiswa untuk mempemudah dalam mencari literatur-literatur untuk mendukung karya ilmiah yang akan dibuat oleh para mahasiswa Berdasarkan permasalahan mitra yang diuraikan di atas, maka tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah melakukan pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi Publish or Perish (POP) dalam meningkatkan mutu karya ilmiah pada mahasiswa PS Kimia FMIPA UNM. Mitra kegiatan PKM ini adalah mahasiswa PS Kimia FMIPA UNM. Implementasi kegiatan ini dilakukan oleh Tim Pelaksana PKM dalam beberapa tahapan. Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan mahasiswa PS Kimia FMIPA UNM menggunakan aplikasi Publish or Perish (POP) dalam penelusuran dan penulisan artikel ilmiah.

Abstract

Environmental quality in Indonesia remains under sustained pressure due to ongoing deforestation, resource-intensive economic growth, and persistent regional development disparities. This study analyzes the influence of the Human Development Index (HDI), Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), deforestation, and regional government revenue and expenditure budgets on the Environmental Quality Index (EQI) across 33 Indonesian provinces. The analysis employs panel data regression, with a Fixed Effects Model selected based on the Hausman specification test. The results reveal that HDI exerts a positive and statistically significant effect on environmental quality, with a one-point increase in HDI corresponding to a 1.988-point rise in the EQI. Deforestation and regional government budget variables do not demonstrate statistically significant effects on the EQI. These findings suggest that higher levels of human development are associated with improved environmental conditions, whereas economic growth trajectories that are predominantly driven by natural resource exploitation continue to degrade environmental quality. Accordingly, regional development policies should be directed toward strengthening human development performance, integrating environmental considerations into economic growth processes, and enhancing the effectiveness of regional budget allocations for environmental sustainability, in order to achieve inclusive and sustainable development.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the advantages of the implementation of TLS since 2021 in increasing effectiveness and efficiency in terms of coal laoding. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study design that focuses on TLS evaluation at PT BCD through field observation, interviews, and secondary data analysis. The results of the study show that the application of Truck Loading System (TLS) at PT BCD is proven to have great potential in increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of coal loading in ROM with productivity achieved according to plan, increasing loading speed, minimizing fuel use, and increasing load accuracy through monitoring technology and the use of scrappers. To optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of TLS systems, good maintenance can reduce the risk of downtime, which can have a significant impact on productivity. In addition, corrective maintenance must also be carried out efficiently to ensure that operational disruptions can be overcome quickly. In other words, the effectiveness and efficiency of TLS is from maintaining its equipment and maximizing facilities for employees and maximizing TLS so that it can be used for loading on all types of means of transportation. Some of the recommendations given are to carry out routine maintenance of TLS, replace TLS crew facilities to make them more ergonomic

Abstract

This research was conducted at SDN 15/IV Kota Jambi in November 2025. The research data were obtained through validation questionnaires from experts, practitioner questionnaires, student response questionnaires, as well as interviews with teachers and students. The collected data were then analyzed to determine the feasibility of the developed interactive video. This research and development study produced an interactive video designed for fourth-grade elementary school students, developed using the DDDE (Decide, Design, Develop, and Evaluate) model. The validation results showed that the design expert gave an average score of 4.7 (very valid), the material expert gave an average score of 4.8 (very valid), the language expert gave an average score of 3.5 (very valid), and the media expert gave an average score of 4.7 (very valid). Furthermore, the teacher response questionnaire obtained an average score of 4.3 (very practical). The student response questionnaire in the small group trial gained an average score of 3.96 (very practical), while in the large group trial it reached an average score of 4.44 (very practical). Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the interactive video for fourth-grade elementary school students is highly valid, highly practical, and feasible to be used in teaching IPAS (Science and Social Studies Integration) on the topic of magnets for fourth-grade elementary school learning.

Abstract

Character education is a crucial component in shaping students’ personalities, particularly at the junior secondary school level. Effective character development requires school leadership that is not individualistic but collaborative between principals and teachers. This study aims to analyze the collaborative leadership of principals and teachers in fostering students’ character development at SMP Al-Ma’rufiyah Tempuran Magelang. This research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. The research subjects consisted of the principal, teachers, and students selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed using an interactive data analysis model involving data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, supported by triangulation to ensure data validity. The results indicate that collaborative leadership is reflected in the active involvement of principals and teachers in planning, implementing, and evaluating character education programs. The principal acts as a facilitator, policy leader, and role model, while teachers integrate character values into learning activities, habituation programs, and extracurricular activities. Collaborative leadership contributes positively to strengthening school culture, enhancing teacher professionalism, and improving students’ discipline, responsibility, and cooperation. This study concludes that collaborative leadership is an effective approach to character education in junior secondary schools. Abstract

This study aims to develop a Nearpod-based digital storytelling learning media using the paired storytelling method in Indonesian language learning for fourth-grade elementary school students. The background of this study is based on the low narrative writing skills of students caused by the use of conventional and less interactive learning media. This study employed a Research and Development method using the ADDIE model, which consists of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The research subjects were teachers and fourth-grade students at SDN 68/VI Empang Benao. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and expert validation sheets. The results showed that the Nearpod-based digital storytelling learning media using the paired storytelling method was categorized as highly valid by experts, practical based on teachers’ and students’ responses, and effective in increasing students’ engagement and understanding of narrative text material. The implementation results indicate that students became more active, motivated, and able to write narrative texts with more coherent structures, therefore the developed media is suitable to be used as an innovative alternative learning media in Indonesian language learning at the elementary school level.

Abstract

This community service program aims to strengthen the instructional competence of teachers at TPQ Al Hidayah, Pacarejo Village, through tahsin training and reinforcement of tajwid understanding in order to support teachers’ readiness for Ummi Method certification. The program was implemented using the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, which positions teachers as the main assets of the community. The methods employed included initial observation, deliberation with TPQ administrators, participatory training sessions, and program evaluation. The training process involved the delivery of tajwid materials, guided Qur’an reading practices, direct feedback, and reflective discussions. The results indicate a significant improvement in teachers’ competencies, particularly in the accuracy of Qur’anic recitation, application of tajwid rules, and the ability to independently identify and correct recitation errors. In addition, teachers demonstrated increased confidence in guiding students, and two teachers were identified as having strong potential to be recommended for Ummi Method certification. The program also produced a sustainability plan in the form of regular tahsin sessions to ensure continuous improvement in the quality of Qur’anic education at TPQ Al Hidayah.

Abstract

This community engagement program aims to optimize Iqra’ learning at TPQ Ubay bin Ka’ab through a community-based approach (Asset-Based Community Development/ABCD) in Padukuhan Jasem, Pacarejo, Gunungkidul. The program was initiated in response to the mismatch between students’ actual reading abilities and their assigned Iqra’ levels, which affected the effectiveness of Qur’anic learning. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach within a community service framework. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and placement tests involving 30 students and two teachers. The intervention included conducting placement tests, regrouping students according to their real abilities, standardizing a 60-minute learning structure, adding learning sessions, and providing teacher mentoring in tajwid and makharijul huruf. The results indicate significant improvement in students’ reading fluency, accuracy in pronunciation, and understanding of long and short vowel rules. In addition, teachers demonstrated greater consistency in correcting recitation based on proper tajwid principles. The ABCD approach effectively strengthened community participation and institutional awareness, leading to a more structured and sustainable Qur’anic learning system.

Abstract

This community engagement program aims to improve the quality of diniyah learning at TPQ Al-Hidayah Jelok through the implementation of active learning within the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) framework. The program was conducted over four weeks involving santri, teachers, and TPQ administrators. The ABCD approach was applied through stages of asset identification, program design, implementation, and evaluation. Data were collected through participatory observation, interviews, documentation, and descriptive learning evaluations. The findings indicate that active learning strategies such as small group discussions, structured question-and-answer sessions, simulations of worship practices, and simple presentations significantly enhanced students’ conceptual understanding and engagement. Santri were able to explain the pillars of faith and Islam in simple language, understand basic meanings of daily prayers, and perform ablution and prayer more systematically. In addition, students showed increased confidence, participation, and learning motivation. The program also strengthened teachers’ capacity to apply interactive learning methods independently. Overall, the integration of active learning within the ABCD framework effectively improved diniyah instruction quality and fostered sustainable collaborative learning practices at TPQ.
