Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the constraints in the implementation of guidance and counseling in SMAN 1 Pesisir Tengah Kabupaten Pesisir Barat. Problem in this research was an obstancle in the implementation. The method used in this research was descriptive method. The data collection technique was using interview, questionnaire and documentation. The population in this study was 5 guidance and counseling teachers at SMAN 1 Pesisir Tengah Kabupaten Pesisir Barat year of 2013/2014. These results indicated that (1) lack of control of services by teacher guidance and counseling (2) lack tools and equipment and the limited budget available (3) cooperation beetween school and guidance and counseling teacher were not yet fully effective and also the school cant provide effective scheduling for the implementation of BK in the school. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui kendala-kendala dalam pelaksanaan Kegiaatan bimbingan dan konseling di SMA Negeri 1 Pesisir Tengah Kabupaten Pesisir Barat. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah kendala pelaksanaan kegiatan bimbingan dan konseling. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, angket/koesioner dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 5 orang guru bimbingan dan konseling di SMA Negeri 1 Pesisir Tengah Kabupaten Pesisir Barat sekaligus menjadi populasi dan sampel penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Minimnya penguasaan layanan yang ada oleh tenaga guru bimbingan dan konseling (2) Kurangnya alat perlengkapan dan terbatasnya anggaran dana (3) Kerjasama antara pihak sekolah dengan guru bimbingan dan konseling yang belum sepenuhnya berjalan efektif dan juga pihak sekolah belum bisa memberikan penjadwalan yang efektif untuk pelaksanan BK di sekolah.Kata kunci: bimbingan dan konseling, kendala, kegiatan bimbingan dan konseling

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors inhibiting the implementation of a guidance and counseling program. The method used in this research is descriptive method. Data collecting techniques use questionnaires implementation guidance and counseling services. The samples in this study were 22 teachers guidance and counseling. The research problem is the implementation of the guidance and counseling program is not optimal. The issue is whether the limiting factor in the implementation of guidance and counseling programs in high schools in the Metro city. These results indicate that there are several factors that inhibiting guidance and counseling program implementation: (1)preparation and counseling program is not in accordance with the basic aspects of guidance and counseling program. (2)educational background does not fit with the profession as a teacher guidance and counseling. (3)Facilities and infrastructure are the most dominant factors inhibiting the implementation of the service is to be guidance and counseling. (4)Lack of cooperation between service delivery personnel guidance and counseling school.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menjadi penghambat pelaksanaan program bimbingan dan konseling (BK). Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaksanaan program BK belum optimal. Adapun permasalahannya adalah apakah faktor penghambat pelaksanaan program BK pada SMA Negeri se-Kota Metro. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan dan konseling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 22 guru BK. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada beberapa faktor yang menjadi penghambat pelaksanan program BK, yaitu; (1)Penyusunan program BK belum sesuai dengan aspek-aspek dasar penyusunan program BK. (2)Latar belakang pendidikan tidak sesuai dengan profesi sebagai guru BK. (3)Sarana dan prasarana adalah faktor dominan yang menjadi penghambat pelaksanaan layanan BK. (4)Kurangnya kerja sama antar personalia pelaksanaan layanan BK disekolah.Kata kunci : bimbingan konseling, faktor penghambat, pelaksanaan program.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to increase the capability to express the opinion with using assertive training techniques. This study used quasi experimental methods research, with one-group pretest-posttest design. The research subject were 10 students. Data collection technique used observation. The result of data analysis by using the Wilcoxon test showed that zratio = -2.805 ztable = 1.645 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, it meant that the capability to express the opinion of student can be improved by using assertive training techniques.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mengungkapkan pendapat dengan menggunakan teknik assertive training. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi eksperimental dengan jenis one-group pretest-posttest design. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 10 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi. Hasil analisis data dengan uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan bahwa zhitung = 2,805 ztabel = 1,645 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, itu berarti kemampuan mengungkapan pendapat siswa dapat ditingkatkan menggunakan teknik assertive training.Kata kunci : bimbingan konseling, assertive training, mengungkapkan pendapat

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between parenting style with the tendency of students bullying. The problem found in this research was the tendency of bullying. The research method was using a description correlation.The samples of this research were 125 students in grade VIII, SMP Negeri 8 Bandar Lampung. The data collection used in this research were parenting style questionnaires and the tendency of bullying. The data analysis techniques used in this research was the correlation of product moment. The results showed 1) there was a close and significant relationship between parenting style with the tendency of bullying with n = 61 obtained Rhit 0.274 Rtab 0.248,2) there was no significant relationship between parenting style with n = 32 obtained Rhit 0.046 Rtab 0.286,3) there was no significant relationship between permissive parenting style with the tendency of bullying with n = 30 obtained Rhit 0.132 Rtab 0.296.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pola asuh orang tua dengan kecenderungan bullying pada siswa. Masalah pada penelitian ini adalah kecenderungan bullying. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah desriptif korelasi. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 125 siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 8 Bandar Lampung. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket pola asuh orang tua dan kecenderungan bullying. Teknik analisis data menggunakan korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) ada hubungan yang erat dan signifikan antara pola asuh orang tua otoriter dengan kecenderungan bullying dengan n= 61 diperoleh Rhit 0,274 Rtab 0,248, 2) tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pola asuh orang tua demokratis dengan n= 32 diperoleh Rhit 0,046 Rtab 0,286, 3) tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pola asuh orang tua permisif dengan kecenderungan bullying dengan n= 30 diperoleh Rhit 0,132 Rtab0,296.Kata kunci: bimbingan konseling, kecenderungan bullying, pola asuh orang tua

Abstract

This research aim was to determine the increase in self esteem by using group counseling service. Research problem was the students who have low self esteem. Research method was a quasi experimental method with nonequivalent control design. Research subjects were 19 students who have low self esteem, 10 students were experimental group and 9 students were control group. Data collection technique was using self esteem scale. Results of the study by wilcoxon test showed that the students self esteem increased 39.9 % and figures probability 0,05 (0,005 0,05) so Ha was received , it means that students self esteem can be improved using group counseling services.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peningkatan self esteem menggunakan layanan konseling kelompok. Masalah penelitian ini adalah siswa memiliki self esteem yang rendah. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode quasi eksperimental dengan desain nonequivalent control. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 19 siswa yang memiliki self esteem rendah, 10 siswa kelompok eksperimen dan 9 siswa kelompok kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala self esteem. Hasil penelitian dengan uji wilcoxon menunjukkan bahwa self esteem siswa meningkat 39,9% dan angka probabilitas 0,05 (0,005 0,05) maka Ha diterima, artinya bahwa self esteem siswa dapat ditingkatkan menggunakan layanan konseling kelompok.Kata kunci : bimbingan dan konseling, konseling kelompok, self esteem.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of peers toward students learning motivation. The problem in this study was students low learning motivation. The research method was a description correlation. The samples were as many as 44 students who were determined by simple random sampling technique. The data collecting technique used the peers scale and learning motivation scale. Based on data analysis using simple linear regression analysis, it showed that there a was significant influence of peers toward learning motivation with p = 0,000 ; 0,05 ; it mean Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. The coefficient correlation score was = 0,701 and the coefficient of determination score was = 0,492 or 49,2% which could be interpreted that peers contributed as much as 49,2% toward the learning motivation.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pergaulan teman sebaya terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya motivasi belajar siswa. Metode penelitian adalah korelasi dengan sudut pandang deskriptif. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 44 orang siswa yang ditentukan dengan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala pergaulan teman sebaya dan motivasi belajar. Berdasarkan analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan ada pengaruh pergaulan teman sebaya terhadap motivasi belajar yang signifikan dengan p = 0,000 ; p 0,05; maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Nilai koefisien korelasi = 0,701 dan nilai koefisien determinasi = 0,492 atau 49,2% dapat ditarfsirkan pergaulan teman sebaya memiliki kontribusi sebesar 49,2% terhadap motivasi belajar.Kata kunci: bimbingan konseling, motivasi belajar, pergaulan teman sebaya

Abstract

Problem in this research is the academic stressor high on students. The purpose of this research is to identify those academic stressor on Faculty of Teacher Training and Education UNILA students in their first year collage, year 2019/2020. This research conducted using qualitative method with 269 freshmen as the subject. The data collection was done using questionnaire. The data analysis was done through collecting online documents or answer with online survey by means of code. The results showed that the most dominant stressors are, assignment with the topic of the number of assignment and lecture process with the topic of lecture schedules irregular.Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah "stresor akademik pada mahasiswa tahun pertama yang tinggi”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah  mengidentifikasi stresor akademik pada mahasiswa tahun pertama FKIP Universitas Lampung Tahun Akademik 2019/2020. Metode penelitian bersifat kualitatif dengan subjek sebanyak 269 mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data dikumpulkan secara online dengan survei online dengan cara koding. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa yang paling dominan adalah tugas dengan topik kuantitas tugas banyak dan proses perkuliahan dengan topik jadwal kuliah yang tidak beraturan.Kata kunci: mahasiswa tahun pertama, stres akademik, stresor

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out the factors that influence students learning motivation. The problem of this research was students low motivation of learning. The method of this research was qualitative descriptive. The subject of this research was three students of VIII grade of SMPN 4 Natarwho have low motivation of learning. The technique of data collection used observation and interview. The data analysis used coding. The result of this research showed that the factors that influence students learning motivation were the factors of family and school environment.The factors of family were the parenting, the relation between relative, houses situation, the economy of family and the backgroundof family culture. The factors of school were the relation between teacher and students, the relation between friends, and the school facility.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi belajar. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya motivasi belajar siswa. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Subyek penelitian sebanyak tiga siswa kelas VIII SMPN 4 Natar yang memiliki motivasi belajar rendah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan coding. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi belajar siswa adalah faktor keluarga dan faktor sekolah. Faktor keluarga meliputi pola asuh keluarga, relasi antar anggota keluarga, suasana rumah, ekonomi keluarga dan latar belakang budaya keluarga. Faktor sekolah meliputi hubungan antara guru dan siswa, hubungan dengan teman sekolah serta fasilitas belajar di sekolah.Kata kunci: bimbingan konseling, konseling individu, motivasi belajar

Abstract

The research purpose is to improve students' motivation by using group counseling services. The method used was quasi-experimental with one-group pretest-posttest design. Subjects were six students who have low motivation in learning. Data collection techniques using Motivation Scale Learning and Observation. The results showed that students' motivation can be enhanced by using group counseling services, as evidenced from the analysis of the data using different test Wilcoxon, from the pretest and posttest results obtained zoutput ztabel (-2.207 0) then Ha is accepted, and Ho is rejected. The conclusion of this research is the motivation to learn can be improved by using group counseling services in the eighth grade students of SMPN 1 Sukadana East Lampung Academic Year 2012/2013. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa menggunakan layanan konseling kelompok. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini eksperimen semu dengan one-group pretest-posttest design. Subjek dalam penelitian sebanyak enam siswa yang memiliki motivasi belajar rendah. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Skala Motivasi Belajar dan Observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar siswa dapat ditingkatkan dengan menggunakan layanan konseling kelompok, terbukti dari hasil analisis data menggunakan uji beda wilcoxon, dari hasil pretest dan posttest diperoleh zoutput ztabel (-2,207 0) maka Ha diterima, dan Ho ditolak. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah motivasi belajar dapat ditingkatkan dengan menggunakan layanan konseling kelompok pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Sukadana Lampung Timur Tahun Ajaran 2012/2013. Kata kunci :bimbingan konseling, konseling kelompok, motivasi belajar.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the increasment of creative learning after attending group counseling services in students of class XII SMK SPP Lampung District academic year 2012/2013. The problem in this study was the low student’s creativity. Its sentence in this study was "was student creativity improve after attending group counseling services in students of class XII SMK SPP Lampung District academic year 2012/2013?". The method was quasi experimental with Time Series design. Subjects were six students recommended by teachers and school counselor. Data collection techniques used observation. The results obtained indicated that there was an increasment in student’s creativity learning after attending group counseling services, as shown from the results of the data analysis using Wilcoxon test, the results of pretest and posttest obtained zscore = -2.226 z table = 0 then, Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, which means there is an increasment student’s creativity in learning after attending group counseling services. The conclusion was an increasment student’s creativity in learning after participating in group counseling services in there is students of class XII SMK SPP Lampung District academic year 2012/2013. The advice given were (1) Students should be able to take part in group counseling services, to enhance the creativity of learning. (2) School counselor should conduct group counseling to help students improve learning creativity. (3) Other researchers should be able to do research on the same problem but try to use other approaches and techniques such as using positive reinforcement techniques.Keywords: Learning Creativity, Group Counseling, Guidance and Counseling
