Abstract

ABSTRAK Pada dasarnya, setiap manusia hingga pada setiap harinya selalu berhadapan dengan segala macam kebutuhan. Dalam menghadapi kebutuhan ini, sifat manusia pada umumnya berharap selalu ingin dapat memenuhi semuanya. Padahal kebutuhan ini beraneka ragam ada yang perlu diutamakan, ada yang dinomor duakan, dan ada yang dapat dipenuhi kemudian hari. Untuk dapat memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut, yang banyak terjadi adalah baik orang maupun perusahaan rela meminjam uang di lembaga berbadan hukum seperti bank atau koperasi, dan tidak sedikit juga yang meminjam uang secara perseorangan yang banyak terjadi di masyarakat, karena meminjam uang secara perseorangan membutuhkan proses yang cepat walau dengan bunga yang sedikit lebih tinggi. Karena itu skripsi ini mengambil permasalahan yaitu: Bagaimana pendapat dosen fakultas syariah dan hukum UIN Raden Fatah Palembang terhadap sistem jaminan hutang pada bank ? Apa yang menjadi landasan hukum pendapat dosen fakultas syariah dan hukum UIN Raden Fatah Palembang terhadap sistem jaminan hutang pada bank? Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa penelitian lapangan (field research) penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan sumber data primer dan di dukung data skunder dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, dokumentasi dan kepustakaan. Kemudian data-data tersebut di analisis dengan deskriptif, kualitatif dan di simpulkan secara deduktif. Hasil penelitian di peroleh bahwa Para Pendapat Dosen Fakultas Syari’ah Dan Hukum UIN Raden Fatah Palembang Terhadap Sistem Jaminan Hutang Pada Bank itu Mayoritas Responden Sependapat jika melakuan pinjaman harus ada yang di jaminkan, seperti halnya barang dan surat yang di jaminkan harus berharga, bernilai dan dapat diuangkan. Ladasan Hukum Menurut Dosen Fakultas Syari’ah Dan Hukum UIN Raden Fatah Palembang memperbolehkan adanya jaminan hutang pada bank, selama memenuhi syarat dan rukunnya. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research entitled Perception of Syari'ah Faculty Lecturers and Law of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang Against the Practice of Rounding Prices from Total Consumer Expenditures at Supermarkets. This research is motivated by the practice of price rounding that occurs in supermarkets. The practice of rounding prices seems to only benefit one party because it is done without an agreement between the two parties. Two things were raised as the focus of the research. First, what was the Perception of the Lecturers of the Faculty of Sharia and the Law of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang on the Practice of Rounding Prices of Total Consumer Expenditures at Supermarkets. Second, What is the Legal Basis Used by Lecturers of the Sharia Faculty and Law of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang Against the Practice of Rounding Prices from Total Consumer Expenditures at Supermarkets. This research is a field research (Field Research), which is located in the Faculty of Syari'ah and the Law of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. The method of data collection in this study is through interviews and literature. as primary data obtained from interviews with the Syari'ah Faculty Lecturers and the Law of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. While secondary data is data obtained from books and research results related to the practice of rounding prices. after the data is obtained, then it is analyzed using qualitative descriptive techniques. From the descriptions presented by various reviews, the authors conclude that the perceptions of the Shari'ah faculty lecturers and the law of raden fatah regarding the practice of rounding prices of total consumer spending in supermarkets must be in accordance with the rules that apply in Islamic teachings. The legal basis that is suitable for use by lecturers is QS. An-Nisa ': 29, which is a strict prohibition on a believer who eats up the wealth of others with a physical path, except in trading on the basis of liking. And QS. Al-Maidah: 38 "assariqu wassariqatu faqtha’u aidiyahuma" that if a man or woman steals, then cut off his second hand.

Abstract

Insurance is a financial services business to raise public funds through the collection of insurance premiums, with the aim of providing protection to members of the community of insurance service users against the possibility of loss due to an uncertain event. The formulation of the problem is the Operational System of Sharia Insurance in Eliminating Gharar, Maisir, and Riba and the Legal Basis used by Muhammad Syakir Sula in Mengelimir Gharar, Maisir and Riba in Sharia Insurance. This research is a library research (Library Research) The source of data obtained from books, tafsir and hadith related to insurance. In the operational system of sharia insurance to eliminate or avoid elements of gharar, maisir can be done with akad akafuli (help and mutual guarantee) by changing the contract and dividing the funds of the participants of both accounts. While usury can be eliminated with a mudarabah agreement (profit sharing) by using the legal basis of Al-Qur'an and Hadith. Keywords: Sharia Insurance, System, Operational

Abstract

The abstract The development of an ICT-based interactive training module to improve organizational development competencies for elementary school principals uses the Kvisoft Flipbook Maker application and Adobe Flash Software, which is an effort for principals to feel stimulation in independent learning. This study aims to produce ICT-based training module products. This type of research is research development known as (Research & Development). The product validity test was conducted by four validators consisting of two material experts and two media experts. The practicality test was carried out on the principal of the Nanggalo subdistrict elementary school. Practicality test subjects were taken as many as 14 principals to test the practicality of ICT-based training module products. The results showed that ICT-based interactive training modules in improving organizational development competencies for elementary school principals were very valid. This means that the training modules for elementary school principals are of good quality to be used based on expert material assessments with an average rating of 82.34% in the very valid category and media expert ratings with an average rating of 83.07% in the very valid category. For the principal's practicality test, categorizing ICT-based interactive training modules is very practical because of its ease of use with an average count of 3.56 and a percentage value of 89%. Thus it can be concluded that ICT-based interactive training modules in improving organizational development competencies for ICT-based primary school principals are declared to be very valid and very practical

Abstract

This study aims to describe the moderate educational views of the Pondok Pesantren Wali Songo community in Ngabar Ponorogo and their efforts to prevent radical ideology. This is a qualitative research and the subject is the main source of data. The informants are the Kyai (the leader) and the Asâtîdh (the teachers) Council in the Pesantren. The results reveals that the Pesantren Wali Songo designed a curriculum that provided a comprehensive understanding of Islamic teachings. For example, the material of fiqh is embedded with uṣûl al-fiqh. In uṣûl al-fiqh, there are rules of istinbâṭ al-ḥukm besides the Quran and hadith such as ijmâ‘, qiyâs, ‘urf, maṣlaḥah al-mursalah, and maqâsid al-sharî‘ah so that fiqh is flexible. In addition, the Pesantren recruited a board of teachers who had moderate understanding and background in kâffah Islamic ideology. Santri (the students) are protected from information access and certain association  which lead to radicalism. In developing moderate Islam, the curriculum there require them to study books that explain the understanding of Islam Ahl al-Sunnah wa al-Jamâ‘ah.

Abstract

This study deals with the analysis of infant death determinants in Aceh Besar Regency of 2019. One effort to get people to care and know a lot about their health and that of their families well needs a health literacy program. Pregnant women who have low health literacy reduce the success of early pregnancy detection efforts and increase the risk of death in infants or complications. This study is conducted by quantitative design using analytical methods with a Case Control approach. The result shows that there are relationship inter variables. And the most dominant variable in causing infant mortality in Aceh Besar Regeny of 2019 is socioeconomic.

Abstract

This study is an empirical study that aims to analyze the factors that affect the quality of local government financial reports. The type of data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires to all Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) of the Bireuen Regency Government, the subject in this study is the LKPD Preparation Team Kab. Bireuen as many as 24 people, Budget Users and Financial Administration Officers as many as 104 people, and Auditors from Bireuen Regency as many as 22 people. The analytical model used in this study is the Partial Least Squard (PLS) analysis using Warppls 7.0. The results showed that the variable Quality of Human Resources had a positive and significant effect on the quality of local government financial reports, Utilization of Information Technology had a significant positive effect on the Quality of Local Government Financial Reports, Regional Financial Accounting Systems had a significant positive effect on the Quality of Local Government Financial Reports, Internal Control Systems has a significant positive effect on the Quality of Local Government Financial Reports, the Internal Control System is able to strengthen the influence of the Quality of Human Resources on the Quality of Local Government Financial Reports, the Internal Control System is not able to strengthen the influence of the use of information technology on the Quality of Local Government Financial Reports, the Internal Control System is not able to strengthen the the influence of the regional financial accounting system on the Quality of Local Government Financial Reports.

Abstract

This article describes how the quality of Islamic religious colleges and what factors influence them. The ideal format of Islamic religious colleges in achieving quality is the wider concept of science in the Islamic view; conceptualization; the existence of an academic community that has a soul of devotion, discipline, and critical understanding; selection of students as supporting the achievement of quality improvement; as well as academic traditions. In reality, the quality of Islamic religious college as a potential resource is still far from expectations. This happens, in addition to the low quality of education in Islamic religious colleges, also caused by the lack of effort and efforts of academic civitas reach toward quality. Thus, describing the conditions among them is the low education service and the low literacy ability of Islamic religious college students. Practically this reality shows that education in Islamic religious colleges today is experiencing many challenges and problems. Automatically these conditions have a direct impact with the resulting output. Due to the low quality of Islamic religious college education, the resulting low quality of graduates.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tema dan metode penelitian skripsi mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam UIN Raden Fatah Palembang tahun 2016-2019. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa tema penelitian skripsi cenderung banyak berkaitan dengan ekonomi dan bisnis Islam yakni menggabungkan area riset dari berbagai topik, namun yang paling dominan adalah sistem perbankan syariah. Selebihnya terkait penelitian seputar zakat, infak, sedekah, dan wakaf. Sedangkan metode penelitian cenderung banyak dipergunakan oleh mahasiswa adalah menggunakan analisis pengaruh dengan menggunakan analisis statistik dan perbandingan. Kemungkinan terjadi duplikasi hasil penelitian skripsi di UIN Raden Fatah cukup besar dengan indikator banyaknya judul penelitian dengan menggunakan kata “analisis” dan “pengaruh”, namun bentuk duplikasi dimaksud adalah terkait model analisisnya dengan menggunakan objek yang berbeda.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran dan tinjauan hukum pidana Islam terhadap masyarakat dalam mencegah peredaran narkotika di kelurahan 14 Ulu Seberang Ulu II Kota Palembang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran masyarakat dalam mencegah dan memberantas narkotika dan prekursor narkotika belum berjalan optimal disebabkan adanya hambatan yaitu minimnya pengetahuan masyarakat dalam mencegah narkotika, kurang adanya sosialisasi kepada masyarakat dari pihak BNN dan aparat yang menangani narkotika. Kemudian implementasi Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Peran Masyarakat dalam Mencegah Peredaran Narkotika Pasal 105 sudah sesuai dengan tujuan hukum pidana Islam yang ada dalam kajian maqashid al-syariyah.
