Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh (1) Stres kerja, Konflik peran, Kepuasan kerja, Budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Koperindag Kota Sawahlunto. Populasi Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 33 orang dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh (sensus). Teknik analisis data adalah regresi linear berganda dengan memenuhi persyaratan uji asumsi klasik yakninya uji normalitas, multikolinearitas dan heteroskedastisitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) Stres kerja memberikan pengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Koperindag Kota Sawahlunto (2) Konflik peran berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Koperindag Kota Sawahlunto (3) Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Koperindag Kota Sawahlunto, (4) Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Koperindag Kota Sawahlunto (5) Stres kerja, konflik peran, kepuasan kerja dan budaya organisasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Koperindag Kota Sawahlunto.

Abstract

  The cooperative relationship between the company and the workers still leaves serious problems regarding the rights and obligations of each party, as well as what happens in the cooperative relationship between the porter and the company PT. KAI at Palembang Kertapati Station. This study aims to determine the mechanism of the work relationship between the porter and PT. KAI at Palembang Kertapati Station, knowing the role of porters in improving the service quality of PT. KAI at Palembang Kertapati Station, and knowing the sharia economic law review of the cooperation agreement between the porter and PT. KAI at Palembang Kertapati Station. The method used in this research is to use a qualitative approach. This type of research is field research. Sources of data used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Respondents or informants in this study are people who have knowledge of the work of porters at Palembang Kertapati Station, and some of the porters themselves. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of the analysis in the discussion can be concluded from several points, namely: First, the working relationship between the porter and PT. KAI at Palembang Kertapati Station is a volunteer worker at PT. KAI that works at Palembang Kertapati Station with a permit and coordination mechanism at the Head of Kertapati Station in Palembang. Second, the role of porters in improving the service quality of PT. KAI at Palembang Kertapati Station is to fulfill the vision of PT. KAI. And third, a review of sharia economic law on the cooperation agreement that if viewed based on the contract, the work agreement or syirkah (in Islamic view) that occurs between the porter and PT. KAI is a syirkah 'abdan / syirkah' charity, and if seen according to thecontract ijarah, even though in the working relationship between the porter and PT. KAI at Palembang Kertapati Station according to PT. KAI that porter is not part of PT. KAI and also not part of Palembang Kertapati Station, but the wages earned by porters are directly from passengers who use their services on the terms of the rates set by PT. KAI.

Abstract

The purpose of the study to explain the interest in reading, the ability to write a text to speech. In this study was text reading and writing text to speech ability tests, the reseach method used is descriptive correlational method that consist of two variables. The population of this study were all students of class X SMA Negeri 7 Kota Lubuklinggau academic year 2015/2016. This sample is the total sample as the sample is less than 100. Tecnik date collection used in this study is a questionnaire tests for reading and wrting text to speech ability test in reseach interest in reading the average student belonging to the category of very happy to read (3,76) and the ability to write text to speech average belong to the category good (76,77) based on the result of test analysis obtained correlation r = 0,4293 count greater than r table = 0,364 Ha than H0 resected and accepted. So that it can be concluded that the relationship small (low) between interest in reading with the ability two write text to speech or students in the classroom X SMA Negeri 7 Kota Lubuklinggau.

Abstract

Konsep berkah sangat abstrak dan secara relatif tidak dapat diukur, melainkan hal itu mesti dipertanggungjawabkan secara epistimologis. Akan tetapi sebagai agama yang transenden dan sekaligus imanen, Islam tidak saja harus ma`qul (sensible), tetapi sekaligus juga mesti ma`mul (applicable). Berkait kelindannya dimensi ma`qul dan ma`mul tersebut, masih harus dibuktikan secara empirik, apakah adanya rasa “keberkahan” dari zakat mal yang dikeluarkan oleh muzakki setelah mereka mengeluarkan zakat mal benar-benar terbukti, baik secara transenden mereka merasakan kedamaian dan ketentraman jauh lebih intensif dari apa yang mereka rasakan sebelumnya, ataupun secara imanen (ekonomis), misalnya berupa peningkatan omzet usaha dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya. Dalam kerangka tersebut penelitian ini akan melihat pengaruh kesadaran membayar zakat mal terhadap keberkahan usaha. Untuk lebih memfokuskan kajian, peneliti akan melakukan studi kasus terhadap padagang songket di Pasar Kito Ilir Barat. Dipilihnya pedagang songket di Pasar Kito tersebut, karena mayoritas pedagang beragama Islam. Metodologi yang digunakan pada kajian ini adalah menggunakan data primer yaitu dengan menyebarkan questioner kepada pedagang songket di Pasar Kito. Kemudian data yang ada dianalisis dengan uji Asumsi Klasik, uji hipotesis dan uji Regresi linier. Dari hasil Penelitian bahawasanya pembayaran zakat memiliki pengaruh terhadap keberkahan usaha. Variabel Pembayaran zakat pedagang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produk Keberkahan Usaha. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan thitung sebesar 3,383 sementara t tabelnya 1,676, yang artinya thitung> ttabel(3,384 >1,676) dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. maka, Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, yang artinya pembayaran zakat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberkahan usaha Palembang. Serta kontribusi variabel bebas (Pembayaran zakat) terhadap produk Keberkahan Usaha sebesar 52,5%, sedangkan sisanya 47,5% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the potential payment of zakat online and payment of zakat manually and the realization of zakat collection in Indonesia. Furthermore, this study seeks to highlight the effectiveness and efficiency between the potential of online zakat payments and manual zakat payments by muzakki and analysis of the realization of zakat receipts. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach using secondary data from various literature. The results of this study indicate that digitalisation of zakat by examining the potential of online zakat payments is quite effective and efficient while for the total amount of zakat collection there is still dominance in the method of manual zakat payment and the realization of zakat revenue in Indonesia has always increased over the period 2012- 2017. However, there is a very large gap between the potential value and the amount of realization. During 2012-2017 the realization of zakat collection is still in the range of 0.2 - 1%. One factor is that the majority of Indonesians prefer to distribute their zakat directly to mustahik or through institutions that have not been officially under the auspices of the government such as mosques, mushollah, and other social institutions so that they cannot be recorded as a whole

Abstract

Data monografi desa merupakan hal yang penting untuk mendukung pemerintah dalam pembuatan kebijakan dan pemantauan kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat, khususnya dalam mencapai tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan. Namun di banyak desa, termasuk Desa Alu, Kabupaten Polewali Mandar, data monografi yang tersedia tidak lengkap, kurang akurat, dan tidak diperbarui secara berkala. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan, pembaruan data monografi Desa Alu terakhir kali dilakukan pada tahun 2016 dan belum sesuai dengan aturan terbaru, yaitu Permendagri Nomor 13 Tahun 2012. Kondisi ini menyebabkan desa tidak dapat memperoleh data yang akurat untuk perencanaan pembangunan. Oleh karena itu, pembaruan dan perbaikan secara berkala diperlukan agar desa memiliki informasi yang lengkap dan akurat sebagai landasan pembangunan yang lebih efektif. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membantu dan menyusun format data monografi Desa Alu. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan bekerja sama dengan Pemerintah Desa Alu dan melibatkan 15 perangkat desa. Pelaksanaannya menggunakan pendekatan individual dan klasikal, yang diterapkan pada saat penyampaian materi penyusunan monografi desa. Luaran dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah format data monografi desa yang sesuai dengan ketentuan pemerintah terbaru.

Abstract

Chronic Energy Deficiency atau yang lebih dikenal dengan sebutan Kekurangan Energi Kronik (KEK) ialah keadaan ketika ibu hamil mengalami kekurangan makanan secara parah yang akan berdampak pada munculnya gangguan kesehatan yang mengakibatkan kebutuhan gizi ibu yang sedang hamil semakin bertambah sehingga tidak tercukupi. Ibu hamil yang beresiko terkena KEK bisa diketahui dengan mengukur lingkar lengan atas (LILA) dengan hasil dibawah 23,5 cm. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan Kekurangan Energi Kronik (KEK) pada ibu hamil di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Blang Bintang Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu hamil yang terdapat di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Blang Bintang Kabuaten Aceh Besar terhitung dari bulan Januari s/d April 2024 berjumlah 117 orang dengan proses pengambilan sampel secara secara Total Sampling. Tehnik analisis dilakukan dengan uji Chi- Square Tes. Hasil penelitian yang didapat yaitu terdapat Hubungan yang signifikan antara Pendapatan (p = 0,041), Pola Makan (p=0,000) dan Anemia (p = 0,001) dengan kekurangan Energi kronik (KEK), namun tidak terdapat hubungan antara Paritas (p = 0,0550) dengan kekurangan Energi Kronik (KEK). Kesimpulan: terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara Pendapatan, Pola Makan dan Anemia dengan Kekurangan Energi Kronik (KEK) namun tidak terdapat hubungan antara paritas dengan Kekurangan Energi Kronik (KEK). Perlu adanya edukasi berkelanjutan kepada ibu hamil tentang Kekurangan Energi Kronik (KEK).

Abstract

It's crucial to discuss food and drink in daily life. The aforementioned food and beverage must meet the requirements set down by sharia, which include being pure, beneficial, and harm-free. Thus, it is crucial for traders to comprehend this in the food and beverage industry. This study discovered that, out of 51 samples of respondents, 25 food and drink vendors at the Sudirman Campus setting of the Raden Fatah State Islamic University of Palembang did not comprehend halallan thayyiban, while 13 traders did. Even so, the majority of them were just aware of what halal meant; they had no idea what thayyiban meant. Compared to food and beverages that are purchased already prepared and then resold, processing food to meet halal and thayyib regulations requires more capital. So that providing for a resilient family's everyday necessities is still challenging.

Abstract

Genetic variability is a measure of the variation in plant performance caused by genetic factors. if the variability of plant character is attributable to genetic roles then the variability will be inherited in the next generation. Heritability is a genetic parameter used to measure the ability of a genotype in plant population to transmit its character. Heritability in a broad sense is defined as the ratio between genotype variance and phenotype variance. This study aimed to estimate the values of genetic variability and heritability of growth and yield of 26 plant genotypes tomato. The experiment was conducted from August to December 2016 in Wirehouse, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Bengkulu. The design used in this study was Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with one factor which were 26 tomato genotypes and were repeated three times. Each plant was observed according to the variability and heritability guidelines for the observation variables. The results showed that the growth component of tomato plants that have wide genetic variability and high heritability of the broad sense was found in the characters of plant height, whereas the yield component were found on fruit diameter , crack fruit, and nonmarketable fruit. Abstract

Optimal managerial function of the head of the room is an important factor in improving the quality of nursing services. This study aims to analyze the extent to which the managerial function of the head of the room influences the quality of nursing services. The research design used a quantitative approach with simple linear regression analysis. The study population included all nurses in the inpatient room, sufficient in the ER, and less in outpatient care, with a simple random sampling technique of 45 respondents. The results showed a significant influence between the implementation of the managerial function of the head of the room on the quality of nursing services (p value = 0.000 <0.005). The implementation of the managerial function and the quality of nursing services at RSU Melati were categorized as good in the inpatient room, sufficient in the ER, and less in outpatient care. In conclusion, the better the implementation of the managerial function of the head of the room, the better the quality of nursing services.
