Abstract

The importance of increasing Human Resources, especially for MSME players, will be able to increase knowledge which will have an impact on improving business performance. What the Karawang Regency Cooperatives and SMEs Service has done in this effort is to increase competence in terms of business management and mentoring. This research aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of business management and mentoring on improving Karawang Regency MSME business. The type of research is quantitative with descriptive verification analysis. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The number of samples used was 399 people. The sampling technique used in this research was a simple random sampling technique. The research results show that both partially and simultaneously show that business management and mentoring have an influence on the business performance of MSMEs in Karawang Regency. This means that increasing knowledge of business management and providing assistance has an impact on increasing the business performance of MSMEs in Karawang Regency. Abstract

PT. Sharp Semiconductor Indonesia (PT. SSI) is a foreign private company organization, which carries out production activities in Karawang, Indonesia. There are several problems as follows: 1) Employee performance has decreased, 2) The level of education is mostly at the vocational school/high school level, 3) Work evaluation is not fair and proportional 4) Decrease in operator multifunction, 5) Awards have not been given proportionally, 6) low operator wage value.This study aims to determine the description of employee work evaluation, competence, awards, and performance, to determine the relationship between work evaluation-competence, competence-awards, work evaluation-awards, to determine the effect of work evaluation, competence, and awards partially and simultaneously on employee performance.The method used is a quantitative approach with a descriptive and verification analysis design. The results of this study: work evaluation has fairly good criteria with an average value of 497.5 on a scale range of 389.9 - 509.9. Competence has good criteria with an average value of 541.0 on a scale range of 509.9 - 629.9. Awards have fairly good criteria, with an average value of 491.7 on a scale range of 389.9 - 509.9. Performance has good criteria with an average value of 522.0 on a scale range of 509.9 - 629.9.The correlation between Work Evaluation and Competence has a coefficient value of 0.783 (78.3%) in the interval of 0.600 - 0.799 which means strong. The correlation between Competence and Awards has a coefficient value of 0.781 (78.1%) in the interval of 0.600 - 0.799 which means strong. The correlation between Work Evaluation and Awards has a coefficient value of 0.658 (65.8%) in the interval of 0.600 - 0.799 which means strong. Job Evaluation has a partial effect of 0.0609 (6.09%), competency has a partial effect of 0.8428 (84.28%), partial reward of 0.0965 (9.65%). Job evaluation, competency, and reward have a simultaneous effect on employee performance of 0.951 or 95.1%.

Abstract

Increasingly fierce competition on the stock exchange creates a dynamic and challenging environment for companies. To survive and thrive, companies need to adapt to changing markets, adopt new technologies, meet stringent regulations, and respond to evolving investor expectations. Financial reports are one of the mandatory requirements for stock exchange issuers to collect. The research method uses multiple regression analysis. With a sample of 38 observations (after outliers). The test uses a significant t test. The research results showed that company size cannot be proven to influence audit delay and profit/loss can be proven to influence audit delay.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan tenaga kependidikan dan kinerja dosen terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa di Fakultas Agama Islam Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pengambilan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 95 responden. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS untuk uji validitas, reliabilitas, korelasi, serta analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan tenaga kependidikan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa dengan nilai korelasi 0,574, yang termasuk dalam kategori korelasi cukup. Selain itu, kinerja dosen juga memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan dengan nilai korelasi 0,720, yang menunjukkan kategori korelasi kuat. Uji simultan atau uji F menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel independen secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, dengan nilai Fhitung 31,297 yang lebih besar dari Ftabel 3,943 dan tingkat signifikansi (0,000 < 0,05) Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kualitas layanan tenaga kependidikan dan kinerja dosen secara signifikan mempengaruhi kepuasan mahasiswa. Oleh karena itu, disarankan kepada pengelola Fakultas Agama Islam untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan kinerja dosen guna menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih baik dan meningkatkan kepuasan mahasiswa.

Abstract

The post-crisis pandemic outbreak has changed the order of life. In this new post-crisis era, various challenges arise, including in the accounting profession. This research aims to determine the skill standards needed to carry out the accounting profession in the new normal conditions. This standard is in line with data on job market demand for beginners in the accounting profession disclosed on the job vacancy site Jobstreet. The population and sample for this study were 151 job vacancies, including the categories "audit and taxation", "banking or finance"; “Finance or Investment”, and “General Accounting or Finance”. Research using descriptive methods is used to provide a detailed description of the expected qualifications and skills.The results of this research found 17 levels of community proficiency, namely: (1) having work experience; (2) have Certificates A and B; (3) know tax laws and regulations; (4) able to operate computer programs; (5) have communication skills; (6) proficient in foreign languages; (7) have an independent attitude; (8) have high initiative; (9) have a disciplined attitude; (10) teamwork/organization skills; (11) willingness to work overtime; (12) wise and thorough attitude; (13) honest attitude; (14) responsible attitude; (15) accounting skills; (16) analytical skills; (17) writing and reporting skills. It is hoped that the research results can become a reference for prospective workers to prepare themselves to enter the accounting industry. The practical implication is that prospective workers can use the results of this research as a guide to prepare themselves and improve the skills needed to face the demands of the accounting profession in the future. Thus, this research not only contributes to the development of science, but also provides valuable insights for career development amidst post-crisis changes and dynamics.

Abstract

Inovasi pembelajaran ekosistem mangrove sangat penting untuk menarik minat generasi muda dalam mitigasi perubahan iklim global. Kurikulum Merdeka mengimplementasikan nilai karakter melalui inovasi pembelajaran sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan permasalahan yang ada di sekitar lingkungan melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Kelompok Ilmiah Remaja (KIR). Inovasi pembelajaran ekosistem mangrove, menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk mendesain model Knowledge Capture (KC) dengan pendekatan Soft System Methodology (SSM). Tujuan penelitian untuk melakukan implementasi dan evaluasi strategi inovasi pembelajaran ekosistem mangrove. Metode penelitian dengan pengembangan konseptual melalui analisis Customers, Actors, Transformation, Worldview, Owner, Environmental (CATWOE) dengan beberapa holons. Hasil penelitian, Knowledge Capture dengan pendekatan SSM terbukti bahwa penerapan beberapa kegiatan yang diusulkan oleh gerakan Icon Gadis Antariksa efektif, efisien dan berkelanjutan dalam mendapatkan strategi inovasi pembelajaran ekosistem mangrove melalui ekstrakurikuler KIR.Kata Kunci – Ekosistem Mangrove, Icon Gadis Antariksa, Inovasi Pembelajaran, Perubahan Iklim Global, Soft System Methodology.

Abstract

In the fast-changing digital era, human capital (HR) has become a strategic asset for organisations to maintain competitive advantage. However, organisations face challenges in developing employee talent to deal with technological disruption, changing demographics and new skill needs. This study conducted a systematic review of the literature to identify talent development strategies that are effective in building superior human capital in the digital era. The results show that key strategies include digital skills development, identification of talent for digital initiatives, a culture of innovation and flexibility, utilisation of technology and data analytics in talent development, and a holistic and strategic approach. A combination of these strategies is needed to effectively face the challenges of the digital era, so that organisations can build excellent, adaptive and ready-to-face human resources for the changing business environment.

Abstract

Regression analysis is one statistical method used to determine the relationship between a dependent variable and one or more independent variables. Dependent variables that are categorical are analyzed using logistic regression analysis. Geographically Weighted Logistic Regression (GWLR) is a method that is a local version of logistic regression, where location factors are considered. This method assumes that the dependent variable data are distributed binomially. In this study, the GWLR method is used to determine the factors influencing the poverty percentage in West Java Province in 2022 using an adaptive Gaussian kernel weighting function. The variables used are per capita expenditure, average length of schooling, Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) per capita, and population density. The results of this study indicate that the variables of per capita expenditure, Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) per capita, and population density significantly influence the poverty percentage in West Java Province in 2022.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui Sanksi Pajak dengan Pengetahuan Perpajakan yang terdapat di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Karawang Utara. Untuk mengetahui sanksi perpajakan yang terdapat pada KPP Pratama Karawang Utara. Untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh Sanksi Pajak Dengan Pengetahuan Pajak Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Karawang Utara. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif, sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik quota sampling, dimana sampel diambil berdasarkan 60 responden wajib pajak dari responden tentang sanksi perpajakan dan pengetahuan perpajakan tentang kepatuhan wajib pajak. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pengujian hipotesis secara parsial dan simultan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh antara sanksi perpajakan (X1) terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak di KPP Pratama Karawang Utara karena nilai t hitung (5,355) lebih besar dari nilai t tabel (2,000) sehingga H1 diterima. Terdapat pengaruh antara Pengetahuan Pajak (X2) terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak di KPP Pratama Karawang Utara. Ada pengaruh antara Sanksi Perpajakan dan Pengetahuan Pajak secara bersama-sama terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak di KPP Pratama Karawang Utara. Sanksi Pajak dan Pengetahuan Pajak secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif sedang terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak (nilai R = 0,673) dan secara bersama-sama memberikan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 45,2% terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak KPP Pratama Karawang Utara.

Abstract

Program Studi Teknik Industri Universitas Al-Azhar Indonesia dalam kegiatan akademiknya telah memanfaatkan sistem informasi.  Beberapa contoh sistem informasi yang ada yaitu student desk dan e-learning. Dari sistem-sistem informasi yang ada, belum adanya sistem informasi terkait capaian pembelajaran lulusan. Pada saat ini, program studi teknik industri Universitas Al-Azhar Indonesia dalam menghitung nilai capaian pembelajaran lulusan masih dilakukan dengan menggunakan Msexcel. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya sistem informasi yang dapat membantu dalam melakukan pengukuran capaian pembelajaran lulusan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan pengembangan sistem informasi yang dapat membantu Program Studi Teknik Industri Universitas Al-Azhar Indonesia dalam penilaian capaian pembelajaran lulusan. Pada perancangan sistem informasi ini akan menggunakan unified modelling language, untuk projek manajemen dengan critical path method dan project evaluation review technique, perhitungan biaya dengan capital expenditure, dan operational expenditure. Penelitian ini menghasilkan rancangan sistem informasi yang dapat membantu program studi dalam pengukuran capaian pembelajaran lulusan dengan mencakup aspek-aspek yang ada seperti dapat melakukan alokasi CPL dan CPMK dan melakukan pengukuran CPL serta sistem informasi yang mudah digunakan didapatkan waktu proyek dengan menggunakan CPM yaitu 85 hari dan didapatkan capital expenditure sebesar Rp35.187.290 dan operational expenditure Rp92.188.400,00.
