Abstract

This study aims to determine the scope of the element of deception in the cancellation of arbitration decisions after the Constitutional Court Decision No. 15/PUU-XII/2014. The type of research used in this study is normative legal research (normative juridical). The nature of the research is descriptive, which explains how to study problems in society, develop concepts, collect facts, but does not test hypotheses. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of legal materials. Legal materials are in the form of primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. Primary legal materials are authoritative legal materials. While secondary legal materials are in the form of all publications on law including textbooks, legal dictionaries, legal journals and comments on court decisions. By limiting the scope of the element of deception in the cancellation of arbitration decisions, it can provide justice for the disputing parties

Abstract

Pendidikan memegang peran penting dalam kemajuan suatu negara, termasuk Indonesia. Faktor kualitas pendidikan tidak hanya tergantung pada kualitas guru, tetapi juga pada sarana prasarana yang memadai. Madrasah Aliyah Al Mawaddah Warrahmah Kolaka memiliki sarana dan prasarana yang memadai, tetapi perlu evaluasi terus-menerus terhadap pengaruhnya terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 40 peserta didik kelas XII di Madrasah Aliyah Al Mawaddah Warrahmah Kolaka. Instrumen penelitian melibatkan angket, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Variabel penelitian mencakup penggunaan sarana dan prasarana sebagai variabel bebas, dan hasil belajar peserta didik sebagai variabel terikat. Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, didapatkan hasil bahwa seluruh item kuesioner dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Uji normalitas menunjukkan distribusi data normal. Sementara itu berdasarkan Uji T-Test diketahui nilai signifikasi (Sig) sebesar 000 lebih kecil dari probabilitas 0.05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh penggunaan sarana prasarana pembelajaran (X) terhadap hasil belajar (Y). Temuan ini konsisten dengan hasil penelitian terdahulu yang menunjukkan bahwa kualitas sarana prasarana memiliki dampak positif terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini memberikan dasar ilmiah untuk memperkuat peran sarana prasarana dalam mendukung keberhasilan pembelajaran di Madrasah Aliyah Al Mawaddah Warrahmah Kolaka. Peran kompetensi guru, manajemen pengelolaan, distribusi yang merata, dan dukungan pemerintah juga merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan.

Abstract

The fulfillment of community nutrition, especially the increase in animal protein, can be increased by consuming milk, so there needs to be an increase in national milk production. Increasing national milk production can be done by initiating dairy farming in several areas. Products from dairy farms can be in the form of fresh milk, yogurt, ice cream, and cheese. Dairy farming with low methane emissions is a hope to reduce global warming, so there are several treatments that can be applied, namely the use of tannins, saponins, HMG CoA inhibitors, anthraquinones, nitrates and ration regulation, as well as the application of a biogas system as an alternative energy source.

Abstract

The contextual approach has become the main focus in efforts to improve learning at various levels of education. This study aims to investigate the application of a contextual approach in history learning to improve students' critical thinking skills at SMA Negeri 3 Medan. The research method used was classroom action research with class XI science student participants. The research was conducted in three cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Data was collected through observation, interviews and document analysis. The research results show that the application of a contextual approach is effective in improving students' critical thinking skills. Students demonstrate improvements in their ability to analyze historical context, identify patterns, and relate learned information to contemporary situations. The implications of this research provide direction for the development of more effective curriculum and learning strategies to facilitate students' critical thinking in the context of history learning at the high school level. The implications of this research highlight the importance of developing innovative and relevant learning strategies for improving the quality of education, as well as the importance of support and cooperation from various related parties. Recommendations for future research include exploring the long-term impact of contextual approaches, factors influencing their successful implementation, and collaboration between educational stakeholders. Thus, this research provides a valuable contribution to the understanding of effective learning strategies for improving students' critical thinking skills in the field of history, as well as providing a basis for the development of better education in the future.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the history learning outcomes of class XI students at SMA Negeri 3 Medan through the application of the "Talking Stick" learning model. The research method used is classroom action research (PTK) with two cycles, each consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection stages. The research subjects were 35 class XI IPS students. Data was collected through learning results tests, observations and interviews. The research results show that the application of the "Talking Stick" model significantly improves students' history learning outcomes. In the first cycle, the average student score increased from 68.5 to 75.2, and in the second cycle, it increased again to 82.4. Apart from increasing grades, there is also an increase in student activity and participation in the learning process. Students become more active in discussions and dare to express their opinions. The "Talking Stick" model has proven effective in increasing students' understanding and engagement in history subjects. Based on these findings, it is recommended that history teachers at SMA Negeri 3 Medan and other schools consider using the "Talking Stick" learning model as an alternative learning strategy to improve student learning outcomes. In addition, further research is recommended to examine the application of this model to different subjects and educational levels

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam pembelajaran sejarah di SMAN 10 Medan, yang dilaksanakan di tengah implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan observasi dan wawancara sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun Kurikulum Merdeka menawarkan pendekatan integratif yang mendorong pemahaman nilai-nilai sosial dan sejarah, terdapat tantangan signifikan dalam penerapannya. Guru sejarah di SMAN 10 masih menghadapi masalah dalam menyusun rencana pembelajaran yang menarik, penggunaan bahan ajar yang bervariasi, dan metode pengajaran yang monoton. Kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam memahami karakteristik dan kebutuhan siswa juga teridentifikasi kurang optimal. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peningkatan pelatihan dan dukungan berkelanjutan bagi guru sangat penting untuk meningkatkan proses pembelajaran sejarah dan mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang efektif.

Abstract

This Community Service activity aims to increase the visibility and competitiveness of UMKM in Sampe Raya Village, Langkat Regency, through the use of specific digital technologies, namely Google Maps. The main challenges faced by village UMKM are limited market access and low visibility, as most of their businesses are not digitally registered, making them difficult to find by customers from outside the region or visitors.The method used is participatory training and implementation assistance, covering three main stages: Socialization and initial potential data collection; Technical training on creating Google Maps accounts, location verification, business description optimization, and digital product photography techniques; and Post-training assistance to ensure that UMKM can manage reviews and update information independently.The results of this activity showed a significant increase in the digital literacy of UMKM and the registration of 100% of UMKM involved in the Sampe Raya Village digital map. After the mentoring, the average impression (number of views) of their businesses on Google Maps increased, opening up new market potential from customers searching for products or services through digital navigation. The conclusion of this PkM is that the integration of free and easily accessible digital tools such as Google Maps is an effective and sustainable solution to empower village UMKM, integrate them into the digital economy, and support local economic growth.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam sistem layanan keuangan, salah satunya melalui hadirnya jasa keuangan digital seperti dompet digital, pinjaman online, dan mobile banking. Di balik kemudahan dan efisiensi yang ditawarkan, terdapat berbagai potensi permasalahan hukum yang dapat merugikan konsumen, seperti kebocoran data, pemotongan saldo tanpa persetujuan, atau praktik perjanjian sepihak. Dalam konteks ini, perlindungan hukum bagi konsumen menjadi hal yang sangat penting, baik dalam perspektif hukum positif (hukum perdata) maupun dalam pandangan hukum Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana bentuk perlindungan hukum terhadap konsumen dalam layanan keuangan digital ditinjau dari dua perspektif, yaitu hukum perdata dan hukum Islam. Kajian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan konseptual. Data dianalisis secara kualitatif berdasarkan ketentuan hukum positif, prinsip-prinsip fiqh muamalah, serta studi kepustakaan. Dalam hukum perdata, perlindungan konsumen didasarkan pada asas perikatan dan Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen (UUPK), yang menjamin hak konsumen atas informasi, keamanan, serta ganti rugi atas kerugian. Sementara dalam hukum Islam, perlindungan konsumen berakar pada prinsip keadilan (adl), kejujuran (sidq), serta larangan unsur-unsur yang merugikan seperti gharar, riba, dan maysir. Hukum Islam tidak hanya menekankan aspek legal formal, tetapi juga etika dan tanggung jawab moral dalam transaksi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perlindungan konsumen dalam jasa keuangan digital membutuhkan pendekatan hukum yang komprehensif, yang menggabungkan aspek legal (hukum perdata) dan nilai-nilai syariah (hukum Islam), demi menciptakan keadilan dan keseimbangan antara pelaku usaha dan konsumen.

This study delves into the rights and positions of heirs in inheritance disputes, with a detailed analysis of Decision No. 9/Pdt.G/2024/PN Tbt. The primary focus is on how Indonesian law recognizes and upholds the rights of heirs in conflicts over inheritance. The case in question involves the heirs of the late PO Siregar and Turena Br Hutauruk, who were in a legal battle over the division of land and buildings left by the deceased. The study explores the legal principles, evidence, and court decisions that determined the distribution of assets among the heirs. It examines how the court interpreted relevant inheritance laws and applied them to establish the rightful claims of each party involved. By scrutinizing the legal proceedings and outcomes, this research provides insights into the functioning of Indonesian inheritance law, particularly in adjudicating disputes among heirs. The findings contribute to a broader understanding of how inheritance rights are protected and enforced in the legal system

Abstract

The development of digital technology encourages the need for innovation in history learning to be more interactive, contextual, and relevant to the needs of the 21st century generation. This study aims to develop and test the feasibility and effectiveness ofInteractive Digital History Map Application in supporting history-based learning/hybrid learning for students of the History Education study program. The research method used isResearch and Development(R&D) Borg & Gall model involving the stages of needs analysis, design, development, expert validation, limited trials, and field trials. The instruments used included expert validation sheets, student perception questionnaires, and learning outcome tests in the form of pre-tests and post-tests. The validation results showed that the application was very feasible to use, with the highest scores in the content and user interface aspects. Student perceptions were also very positive towards visual appearance, navigation, and content relevance. Quantitatively, the use of the application significantly improved student learning outcomes, with an average pre-test score of 61.23 increasing to 81.98 in the post-test and a score ofNormalized Gainof 0.53. In conclusion, this application is effective in improving the quality of history learning, strengthening students' digital literacy, and is relevant to the demands of learning in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and Society 5.0 eras.
