Abstract

The 2013 curriculum brings changes to the world of education, especially in entrepreneurship education and crafts and creative economy subjects. The concept of the Creative Economy is a concept in the new economic era whose main supports are information and creativity, where ideas and stock of knowledge from Human Resources (HR) are the main factors in economic activity. Creative ideas that come from entrepreneurs require a touch of innovation to sell in the market. The innovation needed by entrepreneurs is the ability to add value to products and maintain product quality by paying attention to market orientation. The increase in the use value of a product will also increase the selling power of the product in the market, because there is an increase in the economic value of the product for consumers. During the covid-19 pandemic, tutors felt obstacles in implementing craft subjects and the creative economy, especially in helping students market business products. Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, the products were marketed through market day activities which were held after the craft and creative economy subjects took 4 meetings.The solution provided by the Jakarta LP3I Polytechnic to PKBM 11 Manggarai, South Jakarta is to provide Entrepreneurship Activity Development Training in Craft and Creative Economy Subjects with the theme "Implementation of Digital Marketing as a Marketing Strategy in the Covid-19 Pandemic Period" for PKBM 11 Manggarai tutors, with the hope tutors can master digital marketing skills and then teach these skills to students as a tool for promoting products produced while participating in crafts and creative economy subjects.Keyword: Craft and Creative Economy, digital marketing, PKBM

Abstract

Youth is an individual who when viewed physically is experiencing development and psychologically is experiencing emotional development, so that youth are human resources for development both now and in the future. As a candidate for the next generation who will replace the previous generation. The aspect of human personality that functions to actualize its potential is called self-confidence. Problems will arise if people don't have self-confidence, and one of the weaknesses of Indonesian youth today is a lack of self-confidence. Efforts to increase self-confidence for adolescents who experience self-doubt can be done by learning and practicing. Problems that occur in students such as difficulty in adjusting, conflicts with parents or friends, personal problems, or academic problems, and unpreparedness in facing exams, then the main quality that a student must have is self-confidence. Self-confidence is one of the elements that will help individuals win life's struggles easily. Children should be told the importance of self-confidence. Pessimism and give up easily will hinder our journey. Confidence is the key to achieving goals. The problems that occur to students at PKBM 02 Karet Tengsin, Tanah Abang, Jakarta are due to the lack of self-confidence of students. The series of implementation of service activities are carried out in two stages. The first stage is observation where the university visits PKBM Research and Technology 02 Karet Tengsin, Tanah Abang to identify problems that occur in students regarding self-development problems. The second stage is to carry out activities to provide material on increasing self-development for the millennial generation.Keyword: self development, millennial generation

Abstract

Strategi pemasaran digital saat ini telah banyak digunakan hampir di semua perusahaan, alasannnya adalah agar lebih cepat, mudah dan luas dalam menjangkau konsumen. Digital marketing adalah upaya pemasaran produk dengan menggunakan media digital dan jaringan internel seperti website, blog, media social (Instagram, Whatsapp, facebokk, dll). Perubahan perilaku pemasaran dari konvensional ke digital tidak diimbangi oleh keberadaan UKM yang menggunakan digital marketing, padahal UKM dipercaya mampu memacu perekonomian Indonesia. Pemanfaatan konsep pemasaran berbasis teknologi digital menjadi harapan bagi UKM untuk dapat lebih berkembang di masa pandemi seperti saat ini, khususnya untuk publisitas produk dan membangun hubungan jangka panjang dengan konsumen. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah metode online, metode caramah/pemberian materi dan metode diskusi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah memberikan beberapa solusi agar mampu mempertahankan keberlangsungan usaha yaitu memanfaatkan kebijakan new normal, meningkatkan pengetahuan digital marketing dan meningkatkan pengetahuan mengenai pemanfaatan media social Whatsapp business sebagai media promosi penjualan. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini sangat bermanfaat bagi para pelaku UKM dalam memberikan saran-saran terutama mengenai strategi pemasaran digital marketing di masa pandemic Covid-19.Kata kunci : UKM, digital marketing, COVID-19

Abstract

The role of archives in every organization or institution is very important, one of which is as a memory center. Organizations will find it difficult to prove something if the organization does not have good records. In principle, archives have several important roles where the aim is to help smooth organizational activities in planning organizational policies. The school is one of the organizations that has many archives, for example invitations both official and committee, diplomas, student report cards, school accreditation files, teacher administration, school administration, championship administration owned by school residents, and others. These archives will be very unfortunate if not managed properly, because it is important for the progress and success of the school. The problems that occurred at SDN Sukaresmi 04 Bekasi Regency related to archives were due to the lack of awareness of educators and education staff in the importance of managing archives, especially regarding the types of documents and about how to archive school documents. The series of service activities are carried out in two stages. The first stage is observation where universities make visits to SDN Sukaresmi 04, Bekasi Regency to identify problems that occur during the documentation process of administrative activities at the school. The second stage is to carry out activities to provide material regarding archiving documents in schools for educators and education staff.Keyword: archiving documents, schools

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and work discipline on employee performance of PT Horiguchi Engineering Indonesia. The research method used is a quantitative survey method with descriptive and associative research types. This study uses primary data, by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT Horiguchi Engineering Indonesia as respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is the sampling technique using the probability sampling method, namely the simple random sampling technique with a total sample of 46 respondents. The dependent variable is employee performance at PT Horiguchi Engineering Indonesia, while the independent variable is the work environment and employee work discipline. Based on the F test, the results of this study indicate that the work environment and work discipline have a positive effect on the performance of PT Horiguchi Engineering Indonesia's employeesKey words:  Work Environment, Work Discipline, Employee Performavance

Abstract

Siswa SMK setelah lulus memiliki dua pilihan yaitu melanjutkan ke jenjang Pendidikan yang lebih tinggi yaitu perguruan tinggi atau langsung bekerja. Kelemahan dari lulusan SMK generasi Z saat ini adalah informasi terkait persiapan memasuki dunia kerja sangat minim diperoleh, sehingga banyak lulusan SMK yang menjadi pengangguran. Solusi yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka menghadapi permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan memberikan informasi secara detil mengenai persiapan yang harus dilakukan dalam memasuki dunia kerja di era industri 4.0 dan society 5.0, khususnya mengenai softskill yang dibutuhkan dan juga bagaimana menyusun CV yang menarik dan informatif agar pencari kerja dapat mengetahui kualitas dan kompetensi calon karyawan sebelum menjalani tes seleksi berikutnya. Metode yang dilakukan adalah metode ceramah dengan 5 narasumber yang berbeda. word : generasi Z, SMK, softskill, CV.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan besarnya pengaruh pengendalian internal persediaan bahan baku dan perencanaan proses produksi terhadap kelancaran proses produksi saus. Latar belakang dari penelitian ini adalah terjadinya kendala pada proses produksi salah satunya dari bahan baku yang terlambat pengadaan karena ada peningkatan produksi yang tinggi. Populasi dari penelitian ini berjumlah 98 dan sampel 93 responden. Penentuan Jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus slovin. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda untuk membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Pengendalian internal persediaan bahan baku secara parsial mempengaruhi terhadap kelancaran proses produksi saus di PT Sasa Inti Plant Wet Cikarang yang dibuktikan dengan hasil uji t yaitu nilai t hitung yang lebih besar dari t tabel 2,581 > 1,987 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,02 yang kurang dari 0,05. Demikian juga perencanaan proses produksi terhadap kelancaran proses produksi saus di PT Sasa Inti Plant Wet Cikarang yang di buktikan dengan hasi uji t yaitu nilai t hitung yang lebih besar dari t tabel yaitu 4,568 > 1,987 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dimana nilai tersebut kurang dari 0,05. Setiap kenaikan 1 satuan variabel perencanaan proses produksi akan mempengaruhi variabel kelancaran proses produksi sebesar 0,331. Selain itu, pengendalian internal persediaan bahan baku dan perencanaan proses produksi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kelancaran proses produksi saus di PT Sasa Inti Plant Wet Cikarang yang dibuktikan dengan uji F yaitu nilai f hitung yang lebih besar dari f tabel 19,125 > 3,09 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dimana nilai tersebut kurang dari probabilitas 0,05. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa variasi kelancaran proses produksi saus dapat dijelaskan oleh variabilitas pengendalian internal persediaan bahan baku dan perencanaan proses produksi sebesar 52%. Abstract

Saat ini kita sekarang hidup di era digital atau era 5.0. Beberapa tahun terakhir, berbagai aspek dalam kehidupan kita dengan cepat berubah menjadi digital. Itulah kenapa, sudah menjadi keharusan bagi perusahaan maupun tenaga kerja untuk beralih ke digital. Dengan adanya perubahan tersebut, semua aspek bisnis juga berubah menjadi digital dalam transaksinya. Kegiatan bisnis, sering kali mengharuskan seorang pimpinan melakukan perjalanan dinas. Dengan demikian pimpinan memerlukan bantuan seorang sekretaris untuk melancarkan tugas atau perjalanan dinas pimpinan agar perjalanan dinas dapat berjalan seara efektif dan efisien. Keberhasilan seorang sekretaris dala mengatur perjalan dinas pimpinan seara tidak langsung mempengaruhi kesuksesan pimpinan di dalam tugas perjalanan dinasnya. Karena jika salah satu pendukung dalam perjalanan dinas tidak di manage dengan baik, maka akan menghambat pula pekerjaan yang akan diselesaikan oleh pimpinannya. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan softskils dan hardskils tambahan dan memberikan rasa peraya diri pada saat memasuki dunia kerja. Metode pelaksanaan dalam kegiatan ini adalah transfer IPTEKS konsep manajemen perjalanan dinas pimpinan. Pertama, tim pengabdian masarakat memberikan penyuluhan tentang perjalanan dinas, permasalahan yang sering ditemui saat perjalanan dinas, dan studi kasus. Selanjutnya, tim pengabdian masyarakat melakukan pendampingan langsung atau praktek mengenai mempersiapkan dokumen perjalanan dinas pimpinan. Abstract

In the teaching and learning process, there are three aspects of ability that are targeted, namely knowledge, attitudes, and skills. The balance between these three aspects requires serious attention from teachers and all related parties in schools or in educational institutions. Students are nurtured and educated not only as intelligent, but at the same time have good social sensitivity, morals/character and religion, so that students are born as a religious generation. To achieve these educational goals with religious nuances, teachers are expected to be able to deliver students who have the intelligence to understand good morals through setting an example by showing good behavior so that students can emulate and apply it in everyday life. School is a place of learning for children. The purpose of the school itself is to teach about teaching students to become students who are able to advance the nation. In schools there is interaction between students and their teachers, which is called the teaching and learning process. In the teaching and learning process, of course, it does not always run smoothly or efficiently, but there are also problems encountered in learning, as well as for students at school, of course there are many obstacles or problems faced by students. This happens due to several factors besides that the attitudes and behavior of each student are of course different so that it can cause problems at school whether studying or not. The series of service activities is carried out in three stages. The first stage is observation where universities pay visits to SMKN 16 Jakarta to identify problems that occur in student character during the learning process at school. The second stage is carrying out activities for providing material and muhasabah for students, while the third stage is the evaluation stage related to the implementation of community service.Keyword: character building, muhasabah, generation Z

Abstract

In a company, employee performance is very influential on company development and one of the factors that affect performance is compensation with various indicators. The formulation of the problems in this study are (1) How is the application of compensation to company?, (2) What factors affect employee performance at company? , (3) How does compensation affect employee performance at company? This study aims to determine how much influence there is on compensation on employee performance at company. The data used is through a questionnaire by taking 30 employees as a sample and measured using a Likert scale. Answers from strongly disagree to strongly agree. The data were processed using SPSS and the data used were quantitative analysis and were processed using quantitative methods of analysis and simple linear regression analysis. Form of Compensation at company does not only cover the matter of wages / salaries but the provision of facilities and allowances provided by the company to have an effect on the performance of every employee at company.
