Abstract

Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mempeoleh pengetahuan mengenai pengaruh dukungan orang tua dan motivasi belajar tehadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas XI IPS SMA Negei 6 Pematangsianatar.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif dengan media pengujian yang digunakan adalah SPSS 22. Jumlah populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 134 orang, dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 102 orang. Teknik pengumpulan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan beupa obsevasi, dokumentasi dan angket (kuesione). Teknik pengambilan data hipotesis menggunakan analisis regeesi beganda, Uji T, Uji F dan koefisien deteminasi (R2).Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa : 1) Dukungan orang tua tidak bepengaruh dan signifikan tehadap hasil belajar siswa hasil ini telihat pada uji t dimana nilai thitung dari dukungan orang tua (0,886) < nilai ttabel (1,660). Nilai signifikan yang dipeoleh dukungan orang tua 0,378 > 0,05. 2) motivasi belajar bepengaruh dan signifikan tehadap hasil belajar siswa. hasil ini dapat telihat pada uji t dimana nilai thitung motivasi belajar (3,343) > nilai ttabel (1,660). Nilai signifikan yang dipeoleh 0,001 <0,05 yang bearti pada variable tesebut signifikan. 3) Dukungan orang tua dan motivasi belajar secara besama-sama bepengaruh dan signifikan tehadap hasil belajar siswa. hasil ini dapat dilihat pada uji F dimana nilai Fhitung (15,316) > nilai Ftabel (2,70). Uji Koefisien deteminasi R Square diketahui sebesar 0,236 yang artinya 23,6 % varibael dukungan orang tua dan motivasi belajar bepengaruh tehadap hasil belajar dan 76,4% meupakan pengaruh variable lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether or not there is a significant influence between discipline and independent learning together on student achievement in social studies subject class IX at SMP Negeri 7 Pematang Siantar. The population is all students of class IX with a total of 286 students, and the research sample is 167 students taken using random sampling technique. The data analysis technique uses the analysis prerequisite test, namely normality test and multicollinearity test, and hypothesis testing, namely multiple linear regression test, partial t test, simltan F test, and coefficient of determination test. The results of the study show: (1) there is a significant influence between discipline on student learning achievement, in social studies subjects for class IX at SMP Negeri 7 Pematangsiantar for the Academic Year of 2022/2023. With t arithmetic > t table = 3.416 > 1.654 and a significant value of 0.001 < 0.05. (2) there is a significant influence between learning independence on student achievement in social studies subjects for class IX at SMP Negeri 7 Pematangsiantar for the 2022/2023 academic year. With the value of t arithmetic > t table = 2.020 > 1.654 and a significant value of 0.045 <0.05. (3) there is a significant effect between discipline and learning independence together on student achievement, in social studies subjects for class IX at SMP Negeri 7 Pematangsiantar for the 2022/2023 academic year. With calculated F value > F table = 5.936 > 3.0511 and a significant value of 0.003 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a positive and significant influence between brand image on student decisions, to find out whether there is a positive and significant influence between interest on student decisions, whether there is a positive and significant influence between brand image and interest in decisions. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative research methods, where this method aims to describe research results and draw conclusions. The population in this study amounted to 223 students using random sampling technique and calculated using the Slovin formula, the sample obtained was 143 respondents. The data analysis technique was carried out in several stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the brand image variable had a influence on student decisions. Where the t-count value of the brand image variable (X1) is 2.446 > t-table 1.977 with a significance value of 0.016 <0.05. So it can be concluded that Ha1 is accepted. While the interest variable does not have a influence on student decisions. Where the t-count value of the interest variable (X2) -1.765 < t-table 1.977 with a significant value of 0.080 <0.05. So it can be concluded that Ha2 is rejected. For the results of the simultaneous F test, the f-count value is 5.315 > f-table 3.06 with a significant value of 0.006 <0.05, it can be concluded simultaneously that the brand image variable and the interest variable have a effect on the decision variable. These results indicate that Ha3 is accepted.

Abstract

AbstrakKajian dalam penelitin ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang dampak penerapan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif pada staf manajerial pemerintah daerah di wilayah Sumatera Utara. Selanjutnya, metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif sedangkan dalam penarikan sampel menggunakan random sampling, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 786 responden yaitu para pegawai Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) Pemerintah Daerah. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang diukur berdasarkan skala likert. Selanjutnya, analisis data yang diperoleh diolah dengan bantuan software Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan melalui peningkatan penerapan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional maka dapat ditingkatkan perilaku kerja inovatif ASN pemerintah daerah khususnya di wilayah provinsi Sumatera Utara. Lebih lanjut, pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional di sektor publik menguntungkan hubungan antara pemimpin dan bawahannya karena potensi hambatan inovasi yang dipersepsikan oleh bawahan disingkirkan atau dihilangkan oleh pemberdayaan psikologis dan komitmen afektif ASN. Kata kunci: gaya kepemimpinan transformasional; perilaku kerja inovatif; ASN  AbstractThe study in this research aims to find out the impact of implementing a transformational leadership style on innovative work behavior in regional government managerial staff in the North Sumatra region.  Furthermore, the method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method, while sampling uses random sampling, with a total of 786 respondents, namely local government Civil Service (ASN) employees. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires which were measured based on a likert scale. Next, the data obtained was processed with the help of Smart PLS 3.0 software. The results of the research show that there is an influence of the transformational leadership style on innovative work behavior, so it can be concluded that by increasing the application of the transformational leadership style, the innovative work behavior of local government ASN can be improved, especially in the North Sumatra province. Furthermore, the influence of the transformational leadership style in the public sector benefits the relationship between leaders and their subordinates because potential barriers to innovation perceived by subordinates are removed or eliminated by the psychological empowerment and affective commitment of ASNs. Keywords: transformational leadership style; innovative work behavior; ASN

Abstract

Improving employee performance in public organizations, such as local governments, faces increasingly complex challenges, especially with the rapid development of digital technology. The purpose of this study is to analyze how innovative behavior can improve the performance of local government employees. Data collection for analysis was conducted using a questionnaire as the primary data collection tool. The study sample size was 786 people. Data analysis used descriptive statistics and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)-PLS. The results of the study showed that the coefficient of determination (r-square) value of the performance variable was 0.454, which means that innovative work behavior was able to influence performance by 45.4%. Furthermore, the results indicate that innovative behavior has a positive and significant effect on the performance of local government employees in North Sumatra province. The novelty in conducting this research is to increase curiosity for improvement and the ability to discover new techniques/equipment, the government must provide opportunities for employees to pour ideas and thoughts into the work process.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the talking stick learning model and achievement motivation on social studies learning outcomes for class VIII students. This research method uses the experimental method. Data collection techniques using tests, questionnaires, and documentation. A sample of 64 respondents was taken from a total population of 351 students of SMP Negeri 1 Pematang Siantar. The data analysis technique used normality test, hypothesis testing with multiple linear regression analysis and t test and F test. The results showed that the talking stick learning model and achievement motivation had a positive and significant influence on students' social studies learning outcomes.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin belajar dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS siswa. Metode penelitian menggunakan ex post facto pada pendekatan kuatitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data mengguakan angket dan dokumentasi. Responden adalah 86 siswa di salah satu SMP di Kota Pematang Siantar. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa disiplin belajar dan motivasi belajar memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap hasil belajar IPS siswa dengan signifikan 0,042 < 0,05 dan Fhitung 3,289 > Ftabel 3,11. Jadi H0 di tolak dan Ha diterimah. Dengan demikian, hasil belajar siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan disiplin belajar dan motivasi belajar siswa. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh dari motivasi belajar ekonomi terhadap minat belajar ke perguruan tinggi program studi pendidikan ekonomi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan angket sebagai alat pengukur kepada siswa kelas XII SMA Negeri 5 Pematangsiantar. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII IPS 1 – XII IPS 5 dengan total keseluruhan sebanyak 120 orang siswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh sebesar 43,6% sumbangan relative yang diberikan oleh motivasi belajar ekonomi terhadap minat belajar ke perguruan tinggi program studi pendidikan ekonomi. Selain itu, motivasi belajar ekonomi memberikan pengaruh secara signifikan dan positif sebesar 9,554 terhadap minat belajar ke perguruan tinggi program studi pendidikan ekonomi.
