This study aims to determine the role of self-efficacy as an intervening variable in influencing the relationship between servant leadership and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) among employees of the Muaro Jambi Regency Environmental Service. The approach used in this study was quantitative with a survey method. Data were collected through distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale to 56 employees who were sampled in this study. The statistical analysis technique used was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach, which was managed using SmartPLS 4.1.1. The results of the study indicate that servant leadership has a positive and significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior, as well as on self-efficacy. In addition, self-efficacy was also found to have a positive and significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior. These findings also confirm that self-efficacy significantly mediates the influence of servant leadership on organizational citizenship behavior. This study contributes to understanding the role of servant leadership in improving the quality of organizational citizenship behavior by increasing individual self-confidence in the workplace. The recommendation from the results of this study is the importance of developing self-efficacy in an effort to increase positive employee behavior in government organizations.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the development of human resources and work ability has an effect on employee performance. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through interviews, questionnaires and processed with the help of SPSS 22 and Windows 10. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Jambi Media Grafika or Tribun Jambi and the sample amounted to 60 people. Research from the hypothesis proves that work ability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, but work ability has no and significant effect on employee performance. The implication of this research is that human resource development is very important in improving and enhancing employee performance in the company.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis pengaruh Flexible Working Arrangemnet terhadap Employees Performanace melalui Work Life Balance. Dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif, teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan melalui observasi, kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan teknik Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan program smartPLS . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Flexible Working arrangement berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap employee Performance, 2) Flexible Working arrangement berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Work Life Balance, 3) Work Life Balance berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Employees Performance, 4) Flexible Working Arrangemnet berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Employees Performanace dengan Work Life Balance sebagai variabel intervening.Kata kunci : Employees Performance, Flexibel Working Arrangement, Work Life Balance

Mengajar adalah profesi mulia untuk mendidik generasi muda bangsa menghadapi tantangan global saat ini. Mengajar, pada saat yang sama, telah menjadi profesi yang sangat menantang dan terkadang menjadi pekerjaan yang menguras tenaga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki bagaimana keterkaitan antara kelelahan emosional dan komitmen organisasi dengan efikasi diri sebagai variabel mediasi pada Guru SMA Xaverius 1 Jambi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan seluruh guru SMA Xaverius 1 Jambi yang berjumlah 38 guru. Pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan alat bantu pengolahan data berupa software smartPLS 3.3.3 for windows. Hasil riset menunjukan bahwa kelelahan emosional memiliki pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan dengan komitmen organisasi, juga kelelahan emosional dan komitmen organisasi melalui efikasi diri berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan. Hasil ini dapat berguna bagi guru untuk memperoleh keuntungan dari informasi tentang bagaimana mereka dapat berinteraksi dengan semua elemen sekolah dan sejauh mana kelelahan emosional ini secara langsung mempengaruhi komitmen organisasi mereka melalui tingkat efikasi diri yang mereka miliki .

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperjelas Pengaruh Karakteristik Pekerjaan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang di mediasi oleh Keterikatan Karyawan. Dalam perspektif global dan perubahan tenaga kerja , keterlibatan karyawan sekarang dianggap sebagai indikator yang berharga untuk keberhasilan organisasi dan menjadi issue penting dalam sumber daya manusia. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan survei dan kuisioner / angket. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan teknik Saturation Sampling (sampel jenuh), dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 99 responden. Model penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Alat untuk mengolah data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS), dengan menggunakan bantuan software SmartPLS 3.3. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah : 1) Job Characteristics memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan UPTD. Pengelolaan Sampah TPA. Sanitary Landfill Talang Gulo Kota Jambi. 2) Job Characteristics memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Employee Engagement UPTD. Pengelolaan Sampah TPA. Sanitary Landfill Talang Gulo Kota Jambi. 3) Employee Engagement juga memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan UPTD. Pengelolaan Sampah TPA. Sanitary Landfill Talang Gulo Kota Jambi. 4) Hasil analisis pengaruh tidak langsung Job Characteristics terhadap Kinerja Karyawan UPTD. Pengelolaan Sampah TPA. Sanitary Landfill Talang Gulo Kota Jambi, bahwa pengaruh Job Characteristics terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Employee Engagement sebagai variabel intervening adalah positif dan signifikan. Dari variabel yang diteliti diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan.

This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of public service motivation onemployee performance through organizational citizenship behavior. Using quantitative methods,data collection techniques are used through observation, questionnaires and documentation.Hypothesis testing was carried out using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) technique withthe smartPLS program. This research aims to describe leadership support, work culture and proactive work behavior at PT. PLN (Persero) Muara Sabak Customer Service Unit (ULP), as well as testing the influence of leadership support on proactive work behavior, both directly and indirectly, work culture. The population in this study were employees at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Muara Sabak, totaling 60 employees. Meanwhile, to determine the sample in this research, the census technique was used. The research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods and uses Partial Least Square (PLS) data analysis. The research results show that the support from the leadership of PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Muara Sabak directly or indirectly through work culture has a significant influence on employee proactive work behavior. These results indicate that strong leadership support creates a work culture so that employees can adapt and behave proactively in facing challenges.

Competition in this world is getting tighter, including in the business world, this is due to the large number of companies competing to dominate market share, because globalization is a challenge for business people to maintain the opportunities they have and obtain or achieve new opportunities. The topic of employee performance has become a concern among academics in the last decade. The main reason is that employee performance is closely related to organizational productivity and achievement and vice versa. Increasing employee performance can be driven by talent management. Apart from talent management, another factor in efforts to improve employee performance is Employee Engagement. This research is quantitative research using a survey research design. The sample in this study consisted of 100 employees of PT. Oscarmas Heavy Equipment taken through Purposive Sampling Technique. The data collection instrument is a questionnaire with a Likert Scale format consisting of five alternative answers. Data from filling out the questionnaire will be analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) technique. The research results show that the Talent Management variable has a significant influence on Employee Engagement and Employee Performance, the Employee Engagement variable has a significant influence on Employee Performance and the Employee Engagement variable is able to mediate the Talent Management variable on Employee Performance.

Servant leadership is a leadership style that prioritizes service to subordinates and focuses on the holistic development of employees. This leadership approach is often associated with increased employee engagement and improved organizational performance, particularly in public service institutions where service quality is a critical success factor. This study aims to examine the effect of servant leadership on service performance at the Jambi Class I TPI Immigration Office, with employee engagement as a mediating variable. Using a quantitative research approach was employed, involving all 40 employees working in the passport service division. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the aid of SmartPLS software. The findings indicate that servant leadership does not have a direct and significant impact on service performance. However, servant leadership positively and significantly influences employee engagement. In turn, employee engagement exerts a strong and significant effect on service performance. These results confirm that employee engagement serves as a full mediator in the relationship between servant leadership and service performance. In other words, the positive effects of servant leadership on service outcomes are channeled entirely through its ability to enhance employees’ emotional commitment, enthusiasm, and psychological investment in their roles.
