Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Job Crafting Sebagai Faktor Mediasi Pada Kepribadian The Big Five Model Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Di Polres Batanghari. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausalitas dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan responden sebanyak 86 personel Polres Batanghari. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dengan bantuan SmartPLS untuk menganalisis data dan menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepribadian The Big Five Model berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, Kepribadian The Big Five Model berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Job Crafting, Job Crafting berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, Kepribadian The Big Five Model berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja melalui Job Crafting, artinya Job Crafting mampu memediasi kepribadian The Big Five Model terhadap kinerja.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional melalui kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Keuangan Daerah Kabupaten Batang Hari. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah pegawai pada Badan Keuangan Daerah Kabupaten Batang Hari yang berjumlah 92 orang pegawai. Ukuran atau jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan berdasarkan teori yang dikembangkan oleh Slovin dengan margin error 5% sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 75. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dari penyebaran kueseioner, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari studi pustaka, jurnal dan literature lainnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey dan menggunakan analisis data Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional secara langsung langsung dan tidak langsung melalui kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kineja pegawai, begitu pula kepuasan kerja motivasi kerja secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja kinerja.

This research aims to form a model strategy for community life satisfaction by developing sustainable tourism in cultural heritage sites. This research used mixed method: qualitative method by in-depth interviews with four respondents from local communities, MSMEs, Kawasan Cagar Budaya Nasional (KCBN) Muaro Jambi, government involved in heritage site tourism activities and analyzed using QDA Miner. The quantitative method was by distributing questionnaires using purposive sampling to 200 respondents, and data were processed using SmartPLS to build a holistic model of community life satisfaction in heritage sites. The results of this research are: firstly, social culture and urban landscapes contribute to community satisfaction; secondly, social culture and urban landscape have a significant positive influence on sustainable tourism; thirdly, through sustainable tourism, community life satisfaction will be formed. This research has relevant implications for providing a deeper understanding of the impact of sustainable tourism in improving community life satisfaction in heritage sites by integrating natural values and urban landscape and empowering the local community.

This research focuses on the critical challenges and strategies in developing sustainable tourism in the Jambi Province Heritage Site area by involving the active participation of local communities. Sustainable tourism is defined as an approach to tourism that aims to maintain sustainability in terms of economic, social, and environmental aspects. The research method approach includes the use of mixed methods, combining qualitative analysis using QDA Miner software and quantitative analysis with SmartPLS. The results showed that active local community empowerment and socio-cultural factors have a significant impact on sustainable tourism. The implications of this study highlight the need for a holistic approach that brings together the values of culture, nature and the tourism ecosystem to achieve sustainability goals. Sustainable tourism is not simply a replication of urban planning improvements, but must combine the values of nature, community cooperation, and cultural preservation with community welfare. This research provides a meaningful contribution in formulating sustainable tourism models and strategies that can be applied in Jambi Province, focusing on cultural and environmental preservation efforts and improving community welfare through local community empowerment to achieve sustainable tourism development.

The aim of this research is to see the extent of the role of Human Resource Management (HRM) in the Digital Era. The method used in this research is "systematic literature review (SLR)". The results of the study are that human resources can create value and need to be seen as an important part of interdepartmental business analysis. methodology used to view the perceptions of human resource management researchers regarding the function or role of human resource management in the digital world. These are all interrelated and will have a multiplier effect on improving individual and organizational performance. In conclusion, effective and appropriate Human Resources are needed so that individual and organizational performance can improve optimally and sustainably.

The aim of this research is to have an overview of servant leadership, organizational commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at the Regional Secretariat of West Tanjung Jabung Regency and to analyze the influence of servant leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) mediated by organizational commitment at the Regional Secretariat of West Tanjung Jabung Regency. The analysis tool used is PLS. The research results show that the leadership in this agency shows good leadership attitudes. Organizational commitment at the Regional Secretariat of West Tanjung Jabung Regency, it can be seen that the level of employee commitment to the organization as a whole is relatively high. Meanwhile, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at the Regional Secretariat of West Tanjung Jabung Regency, overall it can be concluded that the OCB of employees in this agency is in the Fairly High category. Servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior through the organizational commitment of employees at the Regional Secretariat of West Tanjung Jabung Regency.

Tujuan penelıtian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh Job Insecurity terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada Pegawai Tidak Tetap (PTT) Kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Batanghari dengan motivasi intrinsik sebagai variabel mediator. Semua PTT pada kantor tersebut dijadikan responden dengan pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Data diolah dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Job Insecurity secara langsung berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap OCB dan motivasi intrinsik. Motivasi intrinsik secara langsung juga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap OCB. Sementara Job Insecurity secara tidak langsung juga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap OCB melalui motivasi intrinsik sebagai variabel mediator. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa justru dengan status PTT yang memiliki job insecurity yang tinggi, mereka malah memiliki OCB dan motivasi intrinsik yang kuat. Direkomendasikan kepada instansi yang memiliki PTT agar lebih memperhatikan bagaimana meningkatkan motivasi intrinsik pegawai, karena dengan memiliki motivasi intrinsik yang tinggi akan berpengaruh lebih besar terhadap peningkatan OCB dibandingkan dengan pengaruh langsung antara job insecurity dan OCB.

Usaha kuliner yang lahir dari hasil kreativitas ide dengan memanfaatkan hasil alam sekitar ataupun kuliner warisan nenek moyang khas suatu daerah merupakan bagian dari ekonomi kreatif yang wajib didukung. Desa Pematang Gajah Kabupaten Muaro Jambi merupakan desa yang subur untuk bercocok tanam. Salah satu tanaman yang mudah tumbuh dan berkembang adalah singkong. Bila singkong hanya dimakan dengan cara direbus atau digoreng, tentu tidak banyak hasil produksi yang terserap di pasar. Karena itu diperlukan kreativitas untuk mengolah singkong tersebut menjadi kuliner lain yang tahan lama namun tetap mengedepankan aspek hygienis. Salah satunya adalah kripik singkong dengan berbagai rasa. Dari survey awal ditemukan, usaha kripik singkong tersebut dimiliki dan dijalankan bersama keluarga, belum ada pembagian kerja yang profesional, produk belum bermerk dan sistem pemasaran masih dari mulut ke mulut. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, maka dalam kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dilakukan pendampingan dan pembinaan terhadap penerapan manajemen praktis dalam mengelola usaha kripik singkong. Melalui pendampingan dan pembinaan ilmu manajemen ini diharapkan semangat wirausaha dan volume penjualan keripik akan meningkat.

Physical distancing and stay-at-home instructions to break the chain of the spread of Covid-19 have led various organizations to change their work policy from work from the office to work from home. The specific objective of this study is to examine the link between the readiness of work-home resources in carrying out work from home, work motivation, and work-family conflict. The questionnaire is distributed to lecturers of public higher education institutes in Indonesia through online media by quantitative methods. Data from 131 respondents were then processed using SEM-SmartPLS. The results showed that work-home resource readiness negatively affected work-family conflict and significantly positively affected work motivation. Work motivation has no significant positive impact on work-family conflict. Thus, work motivation cannot mediate the relationship between work-home resource readiness and work-family conflict. Further research regarding work-home resources readiness in another job field would give a different perspective as lecturers have more independent working time than other employees.

The leadership style of oil palm collectors plays an important role in improving the welfare of smallholder members. This study aims to describe the leadership style of Mitra Unggul oil palm collectors in the eyes of farmer members, and describe the success of Mitra Unggul leaders in prospering farmer members so that they can master FFB marketing. The research uses a type of qualitative research by conducting direct research in the field. This study uses a subject sampling technique with purposive sampling. The data collection technique uses observation, interview, and documentation methods to obtain accurate data. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of this study show that the leadership style of Mitra Unggul palm oil collectors is included in the charismatic leadership type where Mitra Unggul leaders have the attraction to influence others to achieve common goals
