Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the planning of classroom management, the implementation of classroom management, supporting and inhibiting factors of classroom management to increase the learning process, and then the strategy to increase the learning process. The research methodology is a descriptive qualitative method. The result showed that the planning of classroom management do with prepared and arrange a set of equipment and instruments of study. The implementation of classroom management in the study applied some classroom management principles and some approaches. The supporting and inhibiting factors are physical environments, social-emotional, and organizational conditions. The strategy was student's condition for already studying in the class, learn to concentrate, using the right method and variation, interaction in educative and communicative, and then the students were using media with the teaching was.

Abstract

The research objective was to improve the understanding and creative thinking skills of elementary teacher education college student as prospective teachers in following science courses. The research design used is to make college student groups into small groups. During the learning process, observations about college student cooperation during learning with multimedia media were carried out to assess their understanding and creative thinking skills. The results of the observations of each cycle were evaluated as material for reflection in the next cycle to improve college student understanding and creative thinking skills in accordance with predetermined targets. Data analysis was carried out by descriptive quantitative. From the results of the T-test, it was found that there were significant differences. This means that understanding of concepts and Science Process Skills increases after prospective teacher college student experience the science learning process using multimedia learning media. From the results, the average value of understanding the concept increased from 53.61 % to 89.78%.  and science process skills increased the average value from 43.57 to 87.32.  92% of college student gave a positive response, namely agreeing and strongly agreeing that the science lecture process using multimedia learning media can improve science process skills and understanding of material in science subjects for elementary teacher education college student

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to obtain information about the implementation of academic supervision done by the headmaster in order to develop teachers performance. This research used qualitative method. Data were collected through interview, observation and documentation. The subjects of this research were the headmaster and the teachers. The results showed that the implementation of the academic supervision was done on three steps were planning, implementation and evaluation. The teachers gave positive responses to the implementation of academic supervision.

Abstract

This study aims to find a model of strengthening technological literacy in junior high schools. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data were collected through observation and interviews with teachers in junior high schools in the Bogor city area. This study found a model of strengthening technological literacy. This model includes elements of communication and collaboration in the form of active participation in learning and research activities. It consists of components of individual competence in the form of usage skills, critical understanding, and communicative abilities. This research contributes to the model of strengthening technological literacy for junior high school teachers in the Bogor City area.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation) bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran interaktif menggunakan aplikasi Genially pada materi masyarakat di daerahku untuk digunakan peserta didik ketika kegiatan pembelajaran. Subjek penelitian yaitu 23 peserta didik kelas IV SDIT As-Salaam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif menggunakan aplikasi Genially pada materi masyarakat di daerahku dinyatakan “Sangat Layak” digunakan di dalam pembelajaran. Hal ini berdasarkan hasil validasi yang dilakukan oleh para ahli, memperoleh hasil akhir validasi sebesar 93,3% (ahli media), 94% (ahli bahasa), dan 94,2% (ahli materi). Respon positif juga ditunjukkan oleh peserta didik dengan hasil rekapitulasi sebesar 94,5% dan guru 98%, yang menunjukkan peserta didik merasa tertarik dan sangat antusias sehingga dapat memotivasi dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang mendasari penelitian ini adalah penggunaan media pembelajaran yang masih bersifat sederhana belum memanfaatkan teknologi sehingga peserta didik kurang tertarik dan kurang memahami materi pelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengembangkan media pembelajaran video animasi menggunakan animaker, (2) mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran video animasi menggunakan Animaker pada materi bangun datar kelas IV SD. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode (R&D) Research and Development dengan model ADDIE. Subjek penelitiannya adalah peserta didik kelas IV SD Negeri Semplak 1 Bogor dengan jumlah 25 orang, sedangkan objeknya adalah media pembelajaran video animasi menggunakan Animaker yang dikembangkan. Interpretasi dari validasi ahli media, ahli bahasa, dan ahli materi medapatkan penilaian yang tinggi, (skor validasi ahli media 90%), (skor validasi ahli bahasa 98%), dan (skor validasi ahli materi 90%). Secara keseluruhan hasil validasi ahli masuk ke dalam kriteria “sangat layak”. Sedangkan implementasi instrumen mendapatkan respon dari peserta didik dengan rata-rata persentase 95,4%. Media pembelajaran video animasi menggunakan Animaker ini telah memenuhi kevalidan, dan kelayakan agar dapat diaplikasikan dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

The teachers’ Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) becomes an important factor in the teaching process at school. Unfortunately, based on the preliminary survey at several Junior High-School in Bogor, it had been found that many teachers had a low level of OCB. Also, it had been found that teachers had low levels of job satisfaction and ineffective interpersonal communication. Based on that issues, we formulated the objectives of this research to improve the teachers’ OCB through developing job satisfaction and interpersonal communication. The objectives of improving teachers’ OCB will become an effective effort to improve the teaching process in the classroom and further will improve the quality of education. This research was carried out on 266 teachers from 20 Junior High-Schools, in Bogor. This research used a quantitative method and used the correlational technique to assess the degree of relationship among those variables. The findings of this research can be summarized that there is a positive and significant correlation: between job satisfaction with OCB (r = 0.605, p0.01), between interpersonal communication with OCB (r = 0.604, p0.01)and between job satisfaction and interpersonal communication simultaneously with OCB (r = 0.613, p0.01). Based on those findings, it can be concluded that job satisfaction, as well as interpersonal communication, have the strength to predict teachers’ OCB. These findings supported the recommendations to improve OCB by developing teachers’ job satisfaction and interpersonal communication.Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB), Job Satisfaction, and Interpersonal Communication

Abstract

The rapid development of technology has significantly impacted various fields, including education. Innovations in educational technology have become crucial to keep the learning process relevant and engaging for students. This study aims to develop and test the feasibility of e-book-based teaching materials using flipbook for the subject of heat transfer and heat in the Natural Science course for Grade V students. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Initial data were obtained through observation and interviews with class teachers as well as questionnaires to students. The results of the study indicate that the use of flipbook-based e-books can increase students' interest and understanding of the subject matter. Validation by experts in language, media, and content shows that this e-book is highly feasible for use in teaching, with each expert's feasibility score meeting the criteria for excellence. Limited implementation with 25 Grade V students at SD YPI HM Asman showed a positive response with an assessment percentage of 90%. Therefore, this flipbook-based e-book is considered highly feasible and effective for use in Natural Science teaching, providing more interesting variations and interactions, and helping students better understand the material.

Abstract

This research is Research and Development (RnD), with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) development model which aims to develop and determine the feasibility of Interactive Learning Media using Articulate Storyline 3 on Theme 8 sub-theme humans and the environment. The feasibility of Interactive Learning Media is proven through the results of expert validation which is then tested in a limited trial and evaluation stage through the distribution of material questions and student response questionnaires. The validation test results from media experts, language experts and material experts stated that the product was in the "very feasible" category for testing with an average percentage of 97%. Based on limited trials using Interactive Learning Media carried out on class V-B students, as many as 41 students obtained an average score of 87 with a classical KKM score achievement percentage of 90% and received a very good response with a percentage of 87.93% where students were very interested in using it. product. Thus it can be concluded that the development of Interactive Learning Media using Articulate Storyline 3 in Theme 8 Sub-theme humans and the environment is very suitable for use in the learning process. It is hoped that the research results will provide new knowledge regarding the use of interactive learning media using Articulate Storyline 3, which is effective in increasing student learning motivation which influences student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Efforts of Classroom Teachers in Improving Mathematics Learning Outcomes Using Picture Media in Mentally Disabled Children Thesis for Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program, Teaching and Education Faculty, Pakuan University, Bogor, 2023. The research aims to find out the results of learning mathematics using picture media in children mentally disabled. Taking place at SDN Perwira, Bogor City, it will be held in the even semester of the 2022/2023 Academic Year. This type of research is a case study qualitative research, the research subject is one of the second grade students at SDN Perwira Bogor City who has difficulty in counting. This research data collection technique by observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis by reducing irrelevant data, presenting data systematically, and drawing conclusions on research findings. The results showed that students who had difficulty in counting.
