Abstract

That this research aims to analyze more deeply the implementation of the policy of the Head of the National Land Agency Regulation Number 5 of 2012 concerning Technical Instructions for Implementing Land Acquisition Case study of Land Acquisition for the Construction of the Pekanbaru-Bangkinang Toll Road, Riau Province. The research method in this legal research uses qualitative methods. The problem formulation used in this research is how to implement the policy of Regulation of the Head of the National Land Agency Number 5 of 2012 concerning Technical Instructions for Implementing Land Acquisition and what factors hinder the implementation of the policy of Regulation of the Head of the National Land Agency Number 5 of 2012 concerning Technical Instructions for Implementing Land Acquisition. That the results of this research found that the implementation of land acquisition for the construction of the Pekanbaru-Bangkinang toll road in Riau province was not optimal, that there were obstacles in the implementation of land acquisition for the construction of the toll road in the form of land disputes, the location being included in a forest area, and resistance from residents to the development. the toll road. The conclusion of this research is that it is best to review the regulations of the Head of the National Land Agency Number 5 of 2012 concerning Technical Instructions for the Implementation of Land Acquisition which function as a fulfillment of solving public problems in the land sector and filling legal gaps if necessary and that regarding the obstacles that In the field, assistance should be provided with related officials such as the prosecutor's office and police as well as the local district court to provide a sense of security and comfort for the committee and other stakeholders involved in the land acquisition process for the public interest.

Abstract

Koperasi Multi Pihak merupakan sebuah model koperasi yang dimiliki dan dikendalikan oleh lebih dari satu kelompok anggota, termasuk individu, organisasi nirlaba, swasta, kantor pemerintah, dan koperasi lainnya. Dengan perkembangan teknologi digital, koperasi multipihak memiliki potensi untuk berkembang lebih pesat melalui platform berani dan aplikasi seluler, meningkatkan efisiensi, kolaborasi, dan interaksi dengan anggota. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui keberlanjutan Koperasi Dengan Model Multi-Pihak di era digitalisasi. Dalam penyusunan penelitian metode yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa koperasi di era digital harus menjunjung tinggi prinsip-prinsip dasar: keadilan, demokrasi, dan inklusivitas. Literasi digital anggota sangat penting untuk pemanfaatan teknologi. Tantangan bagi koperasi multi-pemangku kepentingan dalam keberlanjutan digital meliputi keamanan data, kesenjangan digital, dan perubahan regulasi.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze the extent to which the issuance of NIK (National Identification Number) services through population data updates in Central Sebatik District, Nunukan Regency, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of this program. This research employs a descriptive qualitative research design (positivism) with a quasi-qualitative format. The quasi-qualitative format was chosen due to the relatively short time frame in which the research was conducted, resulting in the collection of simple qualitative data, which was then analyzed descriptively to obtain answers to the research questions. In the data collection process, this research uses interview methods and literature/documentary studies to provide an overview of the implementation of NIK issuance services through population data update programs, particularly for residents aged 5 years and 3 months and above. This study uses the effectiveness theory proposed by Budiani to measure the effectiveness of this program using four dimensions: target accuracy, socialization, goal achievement, and program monitoring. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of NIK issuance services through population data updates for residents aged 5 years and 3 months and above is still not effective. This conclusion is based on an analysis through the effectiveness dimensions, which did not meet the expected results. The dimension of target accuracy of this program has been very good in reaching all villages in the Central Sebatik District area, but the other three dimensions are still not optimal. This is influenced by several supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the program. Supporting factors include the delegation of authority from the Regent to the Sub-District Head and excellent collaboration among stakeholders in the Central Sebatik District area in overcoming emerging obstacles. Inhibiting factors include limited sub-district budget, inadequate quality and quantity of human resources in both sub-district and village governments, and the presence of residents who do not have basic documents proving their Indonesian citizenship.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze the implementation of early warning system policies in the regions under the Kesbangpol (National Unity and Politics Agency) of North Kalimantan Province and identify factors that support and hinder the implementation of these policies in the region. The research method used is a phenomenological case study model. The results indicate that the implementation of early warning system policies in North Kalimantan Province has not been fully successful, given the increase in types of crimes and criminal activities over the past two years. Additionally, there are still several district governments that have not yet established FKDM (Early Warning Community Forum) as required by this policy, as stipulated in the Ministry of Home Affairs Regulation No. 46 of 2019 concerning Early Warning Systems. Supporting factors for the implementation of early warning system policies in North Kalimantan Province include: (a) the standards and targets of the early warning system policy have been well implemented; (b) inter-organizational relationships indicate good communication and coordination among all stakeholders; (c) the characteristics of policy implementers are good, with the primary implementer being the Kesbangpol agency, which is organizationally suitable for implementing early warning policies; (d) the social, political, and economic conditions are conducive, and political elite support is very good; (e) the disposition/attitudes of policy implementers show a strong understanding of the content and objectives of the early warning policy. On the other hand, the factors hindering implementation include: the number and competence of human resources, as well as inadequate budgetary resources and facilities.

Abstract

Especially in this age of globalization, the government bureaucracy must respond to the community's needs and demands for improved public services. The government agency in charge of vehicle tax services is one of the entities tasked with receiving PAD and sustaining public services. The presence of collaborative governance is a concept utilized by an organization to achieve long-term objectives and effect transformational change. This study's objective was to investigate the application of the concept of collaborative governance in the Regional Samsat of Natuna Regency. This study employs a qualitative methodology for collecting primary data, including interviews and observations. The results showed that the implementation of collaborative governance in the Samsat Office of Natuna Regency was Starting Condition, Collaborative Process, Facilitative Leadership and Institutional Design.

Abstract

This study analyzes Coca-Cola's marketing strategy in West Kalimantan by considering national economic factors and local market dynamics. Using a qualitative descriptive design with SWOT analysis, this research examines soft drink market conditions, consumer preferences, distribution position of PT Coca-Cola Distribusi Indonesia, and opportunities and challenges in increasing turnover. The results showed that Coca-Cola's marketing strategy in West Kalimantan needs to be adjusted to local consumer preferences and market dynamics. Recommendations include content adjustment based on demographics, local collaboration, and focus on potential economic sectors. This research provides theoretical and practical contributions for Coca-Cola to design more effective marketing strategies in West Kalimantan.

Abstract

Analisa rasio keuangan merupakan instrumen analisis prestasi perusahaan yang menjelaskan berbagai hubungan dan indikator keuangan dengan mengetahui kondisi keuangan perusahaan, keputusan-keputusan yang rasional dapat dibuat dengan analisa keuangan. PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Cabang Gresik adalah pelabuhan kelas II yang berada di bawah pengelolahan PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III yang berpusat di Surabaya dan secara administratif berada di bawah kewenangan Departemen Perhubungan. Sebagai salah satu perusahaan yang diandalkan oleh pemerintah, PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Cabang Gresik terus berusaha untuk meningkatkan kinerja keuangan perusahaan.Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif yang berlandaskan pada filsafat positivisme, dapat memberikan gambaran mengenai masalah yang ada dengan tujuan untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil dari penelitian tersebut dilihat dari kondisi ROE perusahaan yang naik turun dalam 5 tahun terakhir bahwasannya manajemen perusahaan belum efektif dan efisien dalam pengelolaan modal sendiri. Menurut I Made Sudana (2009:26) “Semakin tinggi ROE berarti semakin efisien penggunaan modal sendiri yang dilakukan pihak manajemen perusahaan”. Oleh karena itu untuk menjaga kinerja keuangan perusahaan maka diharapkan manajemen perusahaan dapat melakukan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan modal sendiri.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kadar konsentrasi Saccharomyces cerevisiae terhadap sifat organoleptik dan sifat kimia (alkohol dan gula) brem cair ubi ungu (Ipomea batatas L). Dalam penelitian ini terdapat 5 perlakuan eksperimen dan 1 kontrol, perlakuan A (0,1%), B (0,25%), C (0,50%), D (0,75%) dan E (1%). Data kadar alkohol dan gula Brem cair ubi ungu dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji analisis sidik ragam RAL yaitu F hitung lebih besar dari pada F tabel yaitu 7,30 > 2,77; dan 13,84 > 2,77 sedangkan data nilai organoleptik brem cair ubi ungu dianalisis menggunakan uji Friedman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh perbedaan konsentrasi Saccharomyces cerevisiae terhadap kadar alkohol, kadargula dan nilai organoleptik brem cair ubi ungu. Kadar alkohol terbaik yaitu pada perlakuan A(0,1%), kadar gula yang terbaik pada perlakuan A(0,1%), dan tingkat kesukaan panelis menyukai kontrol untuk aroma, tingkat kesukaan panelis menyukai perlakuan A(0,1%) untuk rasa dengan nilai rerata 3,42.

Abstract

Osteoarthritis lutut merupakan penyakit sendi degeneratif yang paling banyak terjadi pada usia lanjut dan disebabkan oleh degenerasi sendi dan ketidakseimbangan sintetik. Salah satu faktor risiko osteoarthritis lutut adalah tingkat tekanan darah tinggi dan obesitas. Osteoarthritis berdampak pada terbatasnya interaksi sosial, mental, penurunan kemampuan fisik, penurunan produktivitas, dan gangguan psikologis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggunakan WOMAC untuk menganalisis hubungan antara obesitas dan tingkat hipertensi dan kejadian osteoarthritis lutut pada orang dewasa yang lebih tua. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode cross-sectional untuk analisis korelasi. Variabel bebas adalah tingkat obesitas dan hipertensi, dan variabel terikat adalah osteoarthritis lutut. Jumlah populasi adalah 37 lansia, dan 34 lansia diambil sampelnya menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Alat yang digunakan adalah formulir observasi dan angket WOMAC. Hasil uji etik dengan No. 1364/KEPK/STIKES-NHM/EC/VI/2022. Hasil dari 34 sampel yang diteliti dengan nilai (29,4%) termasuk dalam kategori 1 obesitas sedang dan nilai ini (26,5%) termasuk dalam kategori 2 obesitas sedang. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara obesitas dengan kejadian osteoarthritis lutut (p = 0,006). Dan hasil pengujian juga menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat hipertensi pada lansia yang menggunakan WOMAC dengan kejadian osteoarthritis lutut (p=0,002). Kesimpulannya, ada hubungan antara tingkat obesitas dan hipertensi dengan kejadian osteoarthritis lutut pada lansia yang menggunakan WOMAC. Masyarakat diharapkan dapat mencegah cedera lutut dengan memakai pelindung lutut saat beraktivitas dan menjaga agar tidak mengalami obesitas, termasuk makan makanan yang seimbang dan menghindari aktivitas fisik dan olahraga yang berat.

Abstract

Background: With the culinary sector undergoing transformative shifts propelled by technological advancements and the ubiquity of social media, understanding the critical success factors for social media marketing becomes imperative for micro and small businesses. Purpose: This study aims to identify and explore critical success factors for social media marketing adoption in micro and small culinary businesses. Design/methodology/approach: Employing a qualitative approach, the research selected a purposive sample of six Indonesian owners of micro and small culinary businesses, playing pivotal roles in shaping business decisions. Semi-structured interviews conducted via telephone and Zoom Meetings formed the basis for data collection with owners and co-owners of micro and small businesses in the culinary Industry in West Java and East Borneo, Indonesia. The data collection focuses on the critical success factors of social media marketing. Interviews were transcribed and thematically analyzed using a narrative approach.Findings/Result: Five thematic outcomes were noted regarding the critical success factors of social media marketing: interaction, trendiness, persistency, curiosity, and entrepreneurial mindset. The study identifies the "entrepreneurial mindset" as a critical success factor, echoed by five out of six informants. Conclusion: Critical factors that contribute to the success of adopting social media marketing for micro and small businesses integrate the entrepreneurial traits of the owners and managers and the effective utilization of social media marketing strategies. Originality/value (State of the art): This study explores in depth the significance of the combination of entrepreneurial traits and effective utilization of social media marketing strategies which remain underexplored in the social media marketing study, particularly in micro and small businesses.
