Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at the Environmental Office of Malinau Regency. The phenomenon underlying this study is the suboptimal organizational performance achievement reflected in punctual attendance rates of 72.6%, timely work program completion of 70%, and individual performance target achievement of 61%. The research method employed a quantitative approach using survey techniques with 100 employee respondents. The research instrument consisted of questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis utilized multiple linear regression with statistical software assistance. Research findings indicated that all variables met classical assumption tests including normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. Hypothesis testing proved that leadership style, motivation, and work discipline significantly influenced employee performance both partially and simultaneously with significance values of 0.000 < 0.05. The formed regression equation was Y = 2.997 + 0.222X₁ + 0.390X₂ + 0.361X₃, where motivation had the greatest influence (β = 0.390), followed by work discipline (β = 0.361), and leadership style (β = 0.222). The coefficient of determination of 71.3% demonstrated that the three independent variables could explain employee performance variation. Research findings confirmed the importance of synergy between effective leadership, high motivation, and consistent discipline in achieving optimal performance. The practical implications of this research emphasize the need to focus on motivation enhancement as the primary priority, followed by strengthening work discipline and developing adaptive leadership styles to optimize employee performance in public administration environments

Abstract

Cloud computing is a technology that has powerful computing resources that can be applied to many organizations by using dynamic scalability as a virtual service source via the internet. SMK Ma'arif NU 1 Kembaran has a 2013 TKJ curriculum. The curriculum has topics such as Computer Assembly, Network Operating Systems and Server Administration. In the subject of Network Operating Systems, there is no subject that discusses cloud computing technology. This technology will have an impact on the average score of students before training to make VPN with cloud computing, namely 83, 12 and after training to 89.06 so that there is a descriptive increase. The hypothesis used is a two-way hypothesis so that it uses two tails with the result t table that is 2.039513 with a p value of 0.01249. Because the p value is smaller than alpha 5% or by looking at the value | t count | > t table then Ho is rejected. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja pegawai pada pelayanan penerbitan sertifikat hak atas tanah pasca pandemi covid 19. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data dari wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi dan dianalisis. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu Pelayanan Penerbitan Sertipikat Hak Atas Tanah ini masih dalam kategori belum optimal, hal ini dapat dilihat dari pelaksanaan kinerja pegawai pada pelayanan penerbitan sertipikat hak atas tanah di Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan ketepatan waktu pada pelayanan penerbitan sertipikat hak atas tanah, Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu dapat melakukan pembenahan-pembenahan informasi secara transparan kepada masyarakat

Abstract

Stroke is the main cause of death globally and the main cause of disability with an increasing incidence in developing countries . Stroke is divided into two types, namely ischemic stroke and hemorrhagic stroke. Stroke can cause disturbances in areas of the brain that function as neurobehavior , which can cause psychiatric symptoms such as post-stroke depression. Depression occurs as a result of one of the complications after experiencing a stroke (post-stroke) and is associated with decreased healing function, activity or social support and cognitive function . Meanwhile, Post Stroke Depression (PSD) is a post-stroke neuropsychiatric complication that most often occurs in around half of all stroke patients. Several hypotheses are involved in the incidence of PSD, namely psychosocial vulnerability and biological determination . The aim of the research is to find out i There is connection support family and level education with post stroke depression in stroke patients.This use cross-sectional . Amount population as many as 94 stroke patients with sample of 76 respondents , with technique purposive sampling. Instruments used is questionnaire support family and HDRS. Abstract

The use of composite materials in the automotive industry has become a critical topic over the past decade, driven by increasing demands for lightweight, fuel-efficient, and environmentally friendly vehicles. This review examines the development and application of composite materials—particularly Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) and Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer (GFRP)—in automotive structural components. The study employs a systematic literature review of 15 scholarly sources from databases such as Scopus, Google Scholar, and ScienceDirect, with inclusion criteria focusing on peer-reviewed publications (2014–2024) relevant to mechanical engineering and automotive applications. The findings indicate that CFRP and GFRP can reduce vehicle weight by 30–40%, significantly improving fuel efficiency and reducing carbon emissions. However, challenges such as high production costs, complex manufacturing processes, and recycling limitations hinder widespread adoption. Recent trends highlight growing interest in bio-based and hybrid composites, alongside advancements in manufacturing technologies like resin transfer molding (RTM) and automated fiber placement (AFP) as potential solutions. In conclusion, composite materials hold immense potential for automotive innovation, but further research is needed to integrate material science, manufacturing scalability, cost-effectiveness, and environmental sustainability to ensure long-term viability

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kesulitan yang dialami peserta didik pada membaca permulaan dan mencari solusi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan tersebut. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas 1 Sekolah Dasar. Hasil awal menunjukkan bahwa rendahnya kemampuan membaca disebabkan oleh minimnya pembelajaran di lingkungan rumah serta ketidakterlibatan siswa dalam pendidikan pra-sekolah. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, digunakan Model Pembelajaran Scramble sebagai pendekatan inovatif dalam proses belajar. Model ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan partisipasi aktif siswa melalui kegiatan menyusun kata atau kalimat secara acak menjadi utuh dan bermakna. Setelah penerapan model, terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan dalam kemampuan membaca siswa. Sebanyak 66,7% siswa memenuhi kriteria kelulusan minimal. Nilai rata-rata siswa meningkat dari 35,18 pada pra-pembelajaran menjadi 73,70 setelah perlakuan. Perhitungan N-gain menunjukkan nilai 0,59, yang termasuk dalam kategori sedang. Selain itu, hasil observasi terhadap pelaksanaan pembelajaran menunjukkan kualitas proses sangat memuaskan, dengan persentase keberhasilan hingga 95%. Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa penerapan Model Scramble terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan membaca permulaan siswa dan dapat dijadikan alternatif strategi pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dan bermakna di kelas awal. Kata Kunci : Model Scramble, Kemampuan Membaca Permulaan.
