Abstract

Hypertension is a major risk factor for the development (cause) of heart disease and stroke that often occurs in the elderly, cases of hypertension are increasing in Indonesia. The purpose of this community service is to apply the results of previous research, namely overcoming the problem of hypertension with structured walking methods, warm water foot soak and deep breath relaxation. The results of the intervention carried out in community service after evaluation found that most of the elderly are able and willing to carry out structured walking, warm water foot baths and deep breath relaxation. Thus, it can be concluded that this community service activity was successfully carried out well.

Abstract

Background: An enormous number of micro-businesses in Indonesia have not joined the digital platforms, despite the evident benefits associated with making this transition. One viable avenue for initiating digitalization is through leveraging social media, characterized by its cost-effectiveness and expansive reach to consumers Objective: This study aims to identify the catalyst behind the social media adoption of micro-businesses in the culinary sector in Indonesia Method: This study adopts a qualitative approach, involving interviewing seven micro-businesses owners in Indonesia who were selected through purposive and snowball sampling. Thematic analysis was employed to derive meaningful conclusions. Results: The study’s findings suggest that subjective norms, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived behavioral control, competitive pressure, customer demand, and government support hold important roles in the adoption of social media in micro and small businesses. Considering the importance of government support, it can play a pivotal role by providing support and incentives for MSMEs to integrate social media into their operation. Additionally, strategies for positioning businesses in the digital landscape should be developed, keeping customer demand in mind. Conclusion: Leveraging social media presents a cost-effective means for digitalization. This qualitative study unveils the key drivers: subjective norms, perceived usefulness, ease of use, behavioral control, competitive pressure, customer demand, and government support. Government intervention and customer-centric strategies are crucial for successful social media adoption.   Keywords: Digital marketing; micro business: social media integration

Abstract

Kementerian Agama melalui Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Islam meluncurkan aplikasi Rapor Digital Madrasah (RDM) untuk semua madrasah swasta maupun negeri di Indonesia. Tujuan RDM adalah memfasilitasi pengelolaan penilaian hasil pembelajaran secara cepat, tepat, akurat, efektif, dan efisien. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang dilakukan di Madrasah Aliyah Terpadu Cidahu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas aplikasi rapor digital Madrasah dalam menganalisis hasil belajar siswa. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi langsung, serta penelusuran dokumen dan arsip. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas program Rapor Digital di MA Terpadu Cidahu. Program Rapor Madrasah Digital (RDM) mulai diimplementasikan pada semester genap 2021. Namun, karena kondisi aplikasi yang sebagian besar stagnan, implementasinya tidak terlalu berhasil. Pada tahun ajaran 2022/2023, MA Terpadu Cidahu akan kembali menggunakan dan mensosialisasikan RD Madrasah. Beberapa guru mengalami kesulitan dalam menggunakan komputer, oleh karena itu mereka membutuhkan bantuan dari operator atau guru yang lebih berpengalaman. Penggunaan RDM memberikan banyak kemudahan bagi guru dalam mengajar, karena setiap siswa memiliki akun sehingga memudahkan guru dalam menjelaskan konsep. Aplikasi yang mudah digunakan membantu guru dan siswa memahami hasil pembelajaran dan langkah-langkah yang perlu diambil untuk meningkatkan kinerja. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setiap siswa memiliki potensi yang unik, dan guru dapat menarik kesimpulan dari pekerjaan siswa serta hasil ujian. Guru di MA Terpadu Cidahu berusaha memberikan bimbingan khusus bagi siswa yang membutuhkan, sesuai dengan kemampuan dan potensi individu mereka.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada pelaksanaan  strategi pemasaran pendidikan berbasis online di SMA YPHB Bogor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan 1) perencanaan strategi pemasaran dalam peningkatan penerimaan peserta didik yang diterapkan di SMA YPHB Bogor, 2) Implementasi strategi pemasaran dalam peningkatan penerimaan peserta didik yang diterapkan di SMA YPHB Bogor, 3) Evaluasi strategi pemasaran dalam peningkatan penerimaan peserta didik yang diterapkan di SMA YPHB Bogor. Penelitian ini adalah jenis deskriptif kualitatif. Observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi adalah metode yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan data. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan terlebih dahulu menyusun kembali data-data yang kemudian disajikan dalam format deskriptif dan kemudian dibedakan dengan menggunakan analisis kesimpulan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SMA YPHB Bogor menerapkan media sosial sebagai pemasaran pendidikan. SMA YPHB Kota Bogor Pemanfaatan media digital sebagai salah satu strategi Pemasaran jasa pendidikan terlaksana secara optimum karena perkembangan yang semakin maju didorong. Selamat SMA YPHB Kota Bogor berusaha mengembangkan media digitalnya. Bisnis yang menjual produk dan jasa melalui media digital dapat menjadi solusi untuk membantu lembaga pendidikan menciptakan konsep pemasaran digital yang unik.. Kegiatan pemasaran media digital layanan pendidikan Sekolah Menengah YPHB Kota Bogor dilakukan oleh tim humas Sekolah Menengah YPHB Kota Bogor. Tim humas redaksi dibentuk pada awal tahun 2021 pada masa itu menjabat sebagai wakil ketua bagian humas SMA YPHB kota Bogor berupaya untuk mengaktifkan kembali penggunaan media digital di SMA YPHB Kota Bogor. Evaluasi menggunakan media digital sebagai strategi edukasi pemasaran atau promosi proses pengelolaan suatu promosi didasarkan pada hasil penelitian Untuk mengetahui apakah tujuan yang ditetapkan telah tercapai melalui tindakan.

Abstract

Purwokerto is an interesting city to visit because it has many tourist attractions that offer natural beauty. Many tourists visiting Purwokerto have difficulty getting information about tourist objects and determining tourist destinations. This is based on the results of a survey of 114 respondents. Based on these problems, we need a system that provides information and provides recommendations regarding tourist destinations. The system is designed by applying the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) algorithmas an algorithm that selects tourist destinations based on the criteria entered by the user. As for the methoddevelopment The software used in this research is a method Waterfall. Which systemhas beenbuilt tested to users using the User Acceptance Test testing method. This is meant to mengmeasure user acceptance. UAT testing conducted on 100 respondents measured 3 aspects, namely, software engineering aspects, functionality aspects, and visual communication aspectsal gives a value of 5,660. The value is converted using the Likert's Summated Rating (LSR) method, giving the conclusion that the system that has been built is accepted by the user.

Abstract

Active visitation of the elderly Refers to how often or regularly the elderly (older people) attend or participate in visits to health facilities, public health programs, or other activities related to maintaining their health, the support needed to support the health of the elderly such as family support and the role of cadre. This research aims to analyze family support and the role of cadres in the activeness of elderly visits to posyandu, such as family support and the role of cadres. This research aims to analyze family support and the role of cadres in the activeness of elderly visits to posyandu. This research method is a cross-sectional analytical survey. Independent variables are family support and the role of elderly posyandu cadres and activeness of elderly visits. The population and sample were 46 elderly people in Kraton Bangkalan Village (Bangkalan Community Health Center Working Area) using a total sampling technique. The instrument uses a questionnaire. Analysis using Lambda (0.05). The research results showed that nearly half of elderly family support was insufficient, 22 (47.8%), the role of cadres was mostly sufficient, 33 (71.7%), the activeness of the elderly posyandu was mostly inactive, 26 (56.5%). From the results of the Lambda statistical test, a p value of 0.000 <a 0.05 was obtained. So it can be concluded that there is a relationship between family support and the elderly's activeness in participating in posyandu activities. From the results of the Lambda statistical test, the p value was 0.036 < a 0.05. So it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the role of cadres and the activeness of elderly people in participating in posyandu activities in urban areas in Kraton Subdistrict (Bangkalan Community Health Center Work Area). It is recommended that the elderly need to be given an understanding of the importance of participating in posyandu activities for their health. Education can be done through lectures, brochures and group discussions

Abstract

AbstractIncreasing age causes the elderly to experience biological, physical, psychological and social changes, these changes affect all aspects of life, including their health, one of which is pain. Previous research has shown that as many as 50% of elderly living in the community and 45% - 80% of those living in nursing homes suffer from this problem. Pain impacts the quality of sleep. Sleep quality affects physical and psychological aspects, namely fatigue, anxiety, irritability, disturbed concentration, stress which can increase the risk of suicide. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between pain intensity and quality of sleep for the elderly at Tresna Wherda Social Institution Tulungagung. The research design used in this study was a correlation study with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all elderly people at PSTW Tulungagung in January 2023, namely 80 people. The sample size is determined by the Lameshow formula, as many as 66 people. The sampling technique in this study was by means of purposive sampling. Data collection on pain intensity used the Visual Analog Scale (VAS) questionnaire, and sleep quality used the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). Data analysis using Spearman Rank. The results showed that most of the elderly had mild pain intensity (51.5%), the quality of sleep for the elderly was mostly good (80.3%), and there was a relationship between pain intensity and quality of sleep in the elderly at PSTW Tulungagung with p-value = 0.012 with a correlation coefficient = 0.309 (medium). It is hoped that the results of this research can become a source and knowledge that can add insight in dealing with elderly people with pain and sleep disorders who are in the information community and special groups.Keywords: pain intensity; sleep quality; elderly

Abstract

  Hypertension or high blood pressure is one of the non-communicable diseases caused by lifestyle. One prevention so that complications do not occur is to change lifestyle, food intake and routine blood pressure control. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation of level knowledge and elderly hypertension diet adherence in Nganjuk Regency This research design used was correlative with a cross-sectional approach. The population was 28 hypertension elderly people who actively participated in the elderly Posyandu of Cepoko Village the sample all of 28 people as taken by total sampling. The independent variable is the level of knowledge in hypertension, the dependent variable was Elderly Hypertension Diet Adherence. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires. The data was analysed by Spearmen Rank Correlation test with an alpha of 0.05. The results of the study found that 67.86% of respondents including compliant and 32.14% non- adherence, following the hypertension diet and the results of the calculation of SPSS 25 significance value of 0.000, meaning was Ho rejected.  The conclusion of this study was there are The Correlation of Level Knowledge and Elderly Hypertension diet adherence In Nganjuk Regency For this reason, it is hoped that the increasing role of families, cadres and nurses providing health education through interesting information such as using audiovisual such as social media content will be very capable of influencing knowledge that ultimately changes behaviour and compliance with something. Keywordslevel of knowledge, diet adherence, elderly hypertension

Abstract

Analisa rasio keuangan merupakan instrumen analisis prestasi perusahaan yang menjelaskan berbagai hubungan dan indikator keuangan dengan mengetahui kondisi keuangan perusahaan, keputusan-keputusan yang rasional dapat dibuat dengan analisa keuangan. PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Cabang Gresik adalah pelabuhan kelas II yang berada di bawah pengelolahan PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III yang berpusat di Surabaya dan secara administratif berada di bawah kewenangan Departemen Perhubungan. Sebagai salah satu perusahaan yang diandalkan oleh pemerintah, PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Cabang Gresik terus berusaha untuk meningkatkan kinerja keuangan perusahaan.Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif yang berlandaskan pada filsafat positivisme, dapat memberikan gambaran mengenai masalah yang ada dengan tujuan untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil dari penelitian tersebut dilihat dari kondisi ROE perusahaan yang naik turun dalam 5 tahun terakhir bahwasannya manajemen perusahaan belum efektif dan efisien dalam pengelolaan modal sendiri. Menurut I Made Sudana (2009:26) “Semakin tinggi ROE berarti semakin efisien penggunaan modal sendiri yang dilakukan pihak manajemen perusahaan”. Oleh karena itu untuk menjaga kinerja keuangan perusahaan maka diharapkan manajemen perusahaan dapat melakukan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan modal sendiri.
