Abstract

Drug abuse is an act of using one or a combination of drugs in relatively high doses with the aim not for medication but to achieve a pleasure without regard to other aspects. Drug abuse can be motivated by several factors such as a weak personality, a high sense of curiosity, peer invitations, social problems and pressures, and the ease with which drugs can be obtained at low prices. One of the drugs that is often abused is tramadol. This is because tramadol can provide a euphoric effect. Without realizing it, tramadol abuse actually causes other, more dangerous effects. Therefore, writing this review article aims to provide an overview of other effects resulting from the abuse of tramadol drugs. The writing of this article review uses a systematic review method in which data is taken from national and international scientific articles or journals with a limitation of publication in the last 10 years. Articles obtained from searches using Google Scholar, PubMed, and Science Direct. From the results of the review, it is known that the misuse of tramadol drugs can be fatal because it can cause vomiting, seizures, sedation, and even death. Not only that, tramadol in high doses also affects fertility factors such as sperm defects and erectile dysfunction. Special attention is needed for cases of tramadol abuse because most of these activities are carried out by teenagers.

Abstract

According to data from Riset Kesehatan Dasar (Riskesdas) in 2018, the prevalence of anemia in Indonesia was 48.9%, with the highest prevalence of anemia at the age of 15-24 years and the least at the age of 45-54 years. Factors for the occurrence of iron nutritional anemia in adolescent girls include lack of education about iron nutritional anemia, unsupportive environmental factors, lack of attention to daily nutritional intake, and lack of implementation of preventive measures from the government by consuming blood-added tablets. This study uses the review article method with research data sources based on journal publications on the internet. Based on the results of the review article conducted, it can be concluded that the effect of giving blood-added tablets can increase hemoglobin (Hb) levels so as to avoid the incidence of anemia (Hb <12 mg/dL) and reduce the prevalence of anemia in Indonesia..

Abstract

HIV stands for Human Immunodeficiency Virus infection and AIDS stands for Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome. HIV and AIDS cannot be separated because AIDS is a disease caused by the HIV virus. The HIV virus will attack the human immune system, more specifically attacking helper T cells, this will cause a decrease in the immune system of infected individuals. The risk of spreading HIV/AIDS infection occurs more through unsafe sex than through drug use. There are so many negative impacts obtained by ODHA both from the outside environment and from within themselves

Abstract

The rate of HIV transmission from mother to baby is still very high in the world, even in Indonesia. Antiretroviral (ARV) use is the most effective treatment for preventing HIV transmission from mother to baby. However, there are many factors that make pregnant women disobedient in treatment, one of the factors is the lack of support and motivation. The method used in this study was a literature study to find out whether support and motivation had a major impact on maternal adherence in taking ARVs. The results obtained were that motivation and support from the family, especially the husband, greatly influenced the mother's adherence to using ARVs, so that support and motivation played a very important role in preventing HIV transmission from mother to child (PPIA).

Malaria is an infectious disease caused by the Plasmodium parasite contained in the female Anopheles mosquito. The Anopheles mosquito can spread because it is influenced by several factors, namely the environment, knowledge and attitude factors, behavioral factors and others. The purpose of this study was to analyze the risk factors for malaria and its prevention measures in Indonesia. The method used is a literature review, by searching for reference literature using Google Scholar, and Research Gate. Literature articles used in the last five years (2017-2022). The results of this study indicate that the dominant risk factors for malaria transmission are the use of mosquito nets, the use of mosquito repellent, the habit of being outside the house at night, and malaria prevention measures.
