Abstract

This study aimed to determine the mutation of amino acid, nucleotide homology, phylogenetic tree, epitope prediction of Hemagglutinin-Neuraminidase protein Newcastle Disease (ND) Virus isolated from traditional market around Surabaya. Samples were from 37 chicken with cloacal swab and one positive samples for control (LaSota). Samples were inoculated on embyonate chicken eggs and identified with HA test confirmed with HI test. Positive samples processed by PCR using forward and reverse primer with 503 bp RNA target. The PCR result then analyzed with sequencing. Result of sequencing analysis showed that theres similiarity between samples amino acid and vaccine isolate its effect the percentage of nucleotide homology and phylogenetic relation between isolate. Epitope NGAANNSGWGAPIHDPDYIGG have high immunogenic value at all of isolate which good as vaccine candidate.

Abstract

Zaim Saidi, in his academic argumentation, states that current banking practices are in a state of comfort, resulting in the neglect of several sharia provisions under the argument that they are not yet prepared to implement them because they are still in a transitional period. Subsequently, Zaim Saidi asserted that Islamic banking and conventional banking are not entirely equivalent, but rather only 99.9% so. Islamic institutions may be exempt from the interest system; however, it is nearly impossible to be exempt from the usury system. The research question is as follows: "What is Zaim Saidi's conceptual framework regarding Islamic banking in Indonesia?" This research is a qualitative study that is equivalent to descriptive research methods. It employs data-driven analysis, utilizing existing theories as supporting material, and generating theories. This qualitative research pertains to normative data that is closely associated with bibliographic data. Consequently, this form of research is classified as library research.This investigation identified three critiques of Islamic banking by Zaim Saidi: fiat money is usury, the application of the wadi'ah and mudharabah contracts in deposits at Islamic banks is flawed, and murabahah is an illegal transaction. Zaim Saidi's foundational reasoning in Islamic jurisprudence is predicated on the perspectives of classical scholars who articulate their arguments in a more textual manner. In this instance, the bank's intermediation function is undermined, and significant costs are incurred because of the conflict between international regulations and the implementation of Zaim Saidi's concepts in Islamic banking in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, incentives, work experience on employee productivity at UKM Roti in Sayung Demak. The population of researchers is all employees who work in UKM Roti in Sayung Demak, the sample that has been determined in this study amounted to 61 respondents using non probability sampling with saturated sampling technique method (census). Data analysis in this study using the SPSS 24 program. Hypothesis testing with multiple linear regression approaches. The results of the analysis and discussion show that the variables have a persial effect, namely; Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity, Incentives have a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity, and Work Experience has a positive and significant effect on Employee Productivity at UKM Roti in Sayung Demak.

Abstract

Backgrounds: Covid-19 reinfection occurs when someone who has experienced Covid-19 and is declared cured but is re-infected with a positive result on the PCR test with a period between the first and second infection > 90 days. This event is related to the body's immune response which is influenced by vaccine administration. Therefore, further studies need to be conducted to see the relevance between vaccination status and the incidence of Covid-19 reinfection. Objective: Knowing the relationship between vaccine status and the incidence of Covid-19 reinfection in the academic community of Jenderal Soedirman University. Method: An Analytical observational research with cross-sectional approach. The number of respondents in this study was 154 respondents. This study used a questionnaire in the form of google form as a data collection tool. Data were processed using a correlation test, the Chi-Square test to see the relationship between variables. Results: The results of this study showed that the incidence of reinfection found was 14.9%. The vaccination status of respondents at the time of Covid-19 reinfection who had not been vaccinated was 8.6%, half dose vaccine was 17.4% and full dose vaccine was 74%. The results of the Chi-square test between vaccination status and the incidence of reinfection indicate that there is no significant relationship (p-value > 0,05). Conclusion: There is no relationship between vaccine status and the incidence of Covid-19 reinfection in the academic community of Jenderal Soedirman University.

Abstract

With treatment for Drug Resistant Tuberculosis requiring the consumption of drugs for a long duration, the importance of good support becomes a necessity. Support from family is a very important aspect for individuals who experience Drug Resistant Tuberculosis as the main source of support. Family support is very important in improving the quality of life of patients with drug-resistant tuberculosis. This study identified the relationship between family support and quality of life in patients with drug-resistant tuberculosis. This study is an analytic observational with a cross-sectional design in the target population of patients with RR (Rifampicin Resistant) and MDR (Multi Drug Resistant) TB who are undergoing treatment at Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Hospital and Ajibarang Hospital in 2022-2023. A total of 32 people were selected as respondents using consecutive sampling method. Inclusion criteria were RR and MDR TB patients who sought treatment at Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Hospital and Ajibarang Hospital in 2022-2023 and were willing to become research respondents after signing informed consent. Exclusion criteria included unclear domicile address, patients not in place during data collection, not filling out the questionnaire completely, not cooperating in the implementation of the study and patients with comorbidities such as HIV, DM, hypertension and COPD. Data analysis used Non Parametric test with Spearman method. A total of 65.6% of subjects had high family support, 31.3% had moderate family support and 3.1% of subjects had low family support. A total of 78.1% of subjects had a good quality of life while 21.9% of subjects had a poor quality of life. The results of the data analysis test using Spearman obtained a significance value of p=0.005 with r=0.481 which showed a significant relationship between family support and quality of life in Drug Resistant Tuberculosis patients with a positive correlation direction and moderate correlation strength. It is concluded that family support is related to quality of life in patients with drug-resistant tuberculosis. Keywords: Family support, quality of life, Drug Resistant Tuberculosis

Abstract

The prevalence of cardiovascular disease in Central Java is high and the heart rate variability (HRV) among medical students is low. Heart rate variability is a non-invasive marker that describes the balance of the autonomic nervous system in the cardiovascular system. Heart rate variability is influenced by several factors. One of the factors that affect HRV is lung function. There is synchronization between the respiratory and cardiovascular systems. However, there is not much of explanation about the correlation between Force Vital Capacity and HRV. This Study aims to determine the correlation of FVC and HRV in female students of FK Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. This study is an analytic observational study with cross sectional approach. The number of subjects in this study were 31 female students who were determined by the consecutive sampling method. Force Vital Capacity was measured by using a spirometer. Heart rate variability measurement was done using a POLAR M400 heart rate monitor connected to the Welltory application by measuring the HRV parameter in the form of SDNN (standard deviation of normal to normal). Force Vital Capacity of respondents was in the range 1.82 – 3.47 Liters and had a mean of 2,722.72 ± 0.42 L. Mean HRV (SDNN) was 57.72 ± 23.77 ms. Bivariate analysis used Pearson's correlative parametric test. The results of the Pearson correlation test between FVC and SDNN showed a value of r = 0.282 and p = 0.124. There is no correlation between heart rate variability and vital lung capacity.

Abstract

Globalisasi ekonomi telah mengubah lanskap perdagangan dunia dengan menciptakan sistem pasar terintegrasi di mana kegiatan ekonomi dan komersial di seluruh dunia saling terkait tanpa batas teritorial yang ketat. Hal ini didukung oleh kemajuan teknologi informasi, seperti internet, yang mendorong perkembangan e-commerce. Di Indonesia, pertumbuhan pengguna internet yang signifikan telah mendorong perkembangan marketplace online seperti Shopee, Tokopedia, dan lainnya. Fenomena ini memunculkan konsep e-commerce atau bisnis elektronik yang memungkinkan perusahaan untuk beroperasi secara efisien dan efektif di pasar internasional tanpa batasan geografis. Di Indonesia, penetrasi internet yang luas mencapai 338,2 juta pengguna pada tahun 2020, memfasilitasi pertumbuhan signifikan e-commerce seperti Shopee, Tokopedia, dan lainnya. Shopee, sebagai salah satu marketplace terkemuka, berhasil mendominasi pasar dengan jumlah kunjungan terbanyak. Pandemi COVID-19 mempercepat peralihan konsumen ke belanja online, yang mendorong marketplace untuk meningkatkan strategi promosi guna mempertahankan minat pembelian konsumen. Salah satu strategi yang digunakan adalah pemberian voucher, yang memiliki dampak positif terhadap niat pembelian ulang konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh voucher Shopee terhadap niat pembelian ulang, menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner secara online kepada mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi di Universitas Riau. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa voucher Shopee memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan niat pembelian ulang konsumen, memberikan nilai tambah pada pengalaman belanja online.

Abstract

Kompetensi guru sering menjadi perhatian khusus, terutama dalam meningkatkan kompetensi tersebut. Pembelajaran merupakan kesadaran seseorang untuk melibatkan dan menggunakan ilmu pengetahuan yang dimiliki oleh guru untuk mencapai tujuan kurikulum. Tujuan pembelajaaran dapat dikatakan tercapai apabila terdapat perkembangan dan peningkatan dari hasil belajar siswa. kompetensi guru adalah gabungan dari beberapa jenis kemampuan  berupa seperangkat pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap yang semestinya dimiliki, diinternalisasi, dan mampu dikuasai oleh seorang guru dalam menjalankan. Pada pembahasan kali ini, masalah yang dikaji adalah kemampuan guru dalam menyiapkan bahan ajar, pertanggung jawaban terhadap sekolah dan kurangnya kemampuan guru dalam membangun efektivitas pembelajaran. Tujuannya yaitu proses memperlancar proses pembelajaran, menggambarkan hubungan yang kolaboratif antara pendidik, peserta didik, dan sumber belajar sesuai dengan tugas dan kewenangannya dari tiap-tiap komponen, mencerminkan peran yang terintegrasikan dalam suatu sistem  .Adapun manfaat dari jurnal ini yaitu sebagai bacaan atau sumber informasi mengenai pentingnya kompetensi guru dalam efektivitas pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam jurnal ini yaitu Deskriptif Kualitatif terkait Kompetensi guru dan Efektivitas guru. Teknik yang digunakan dalam jurnal ini adalah teknik simak, baca dan tulis. Abstract

Indonesian Nutritional Status Survey (SSGI), the prevalence of stunting has increased, partly due to less than optimal visits by toddlers to posyandu for measurements and weighing. Empowerment is the initial milestone in Hospital Health Promotion activities which can be implemented outside the building. The objectives to empower through education about the stages of giving complemengtary breast milk to mothers of toddlers. The Methods: outreach to the community around the hospital by providing pre-tests and post-tests to measure knowledge. The Results  showed two approaches were used to carry out the activity: evaluation and presentation. The presentation and question-and-answer period is the first step. Four activities make up the presentation: the opening, introduction, implementation, and conclusion. The aim and objectives of the exercise are explained as part of the introductory activity. The explanation of the planned activities completes the introductory phase. Implementation efforts include giving participants information on what is meant by "complementary foods for breast milk," the advantages of MP ASI, the different kinds of main foods, and the different kinds of snacks. explanations of age groups, child growth, MP ASI texture, MP ASI frequency, and MP ASI amount per portion, as well as things to consider when using or preparing food. The danger of giving MP ASI if is not age approriate. The second stage is the evaluation stage which shows that there is an increase in the knowledge of stage of giving MP ASI , the participant quota is fulfilled and the material is delivered to the participants. There needs to be re-empowerment of mothers of toddlers.

Abstract

Padang restaurants are one of the micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) offering a variety of typical Minangkabau cuisine from Padang, West Sumatra. In the capital city of Jakarta, there are many Padang restaurant MSMEs with tight competition and various sales methods. Each Padang restaurant has different incomes, depending on its sales strategy and competitiveness in the market. To compete and maintain its income, business owners must have an effective sales strategy. This study aims to understand how the location of the business, sales strategies, and income variations affect the performance of Padang restaurant businesses. The subject of this research is the Padang Restaurant Ampera Saiyo Tipar Cakung. Data collection methods were carried out through field research, direct observation, interviews with owners and employees, and collection of related business documents. The collected data were analyzed using a qualitative case study approach. The observation results show that at the location of Padang Restaurant Ampera Saiyo, there are also two other competitors. When one competitor is not operating, customers tend to switch to Ampera Saiyo restaurant, and vice versa. The problem often faced by Padang Restaurant Ampera Saiyo is income instability. The factors influencing this instability are competition among Padang restaurants. To overcome this challenge, one of the sales strategies applied is to utilize digital marketing, such as GoFood and GrabFood, to expand market reach and increase visibility of Padang Restaurant Ampera Saiyo among potential customers.
