Abstract

The study aimed to explore the impact of organizational culture and occupational health and safety on employee performance and job satisfaction. Using a quantitative approach with 170 purposively sampled respondents, the research employed smartPLS for analysis. Findings revealed a positive influence of organizational culture on performance and job satisfaction. However, occupational health and safety showed no direct impact on performance. Interestingly, organizational culture indirectly affected performance through job satisfaction as a mediating variable. Similarly, occupational health and safety influenced performance through job satisfaction. Overall, job satisfaction emerged as a key factor affecting employee performance. Highlights: Organizational Culture Impact: The study reveals a significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance, emphasizing the pivotal role that the workplace environment and values play in shaping individual effectiveness. Occupational Health and Safety Nexus: Interestingly, the research indicates no direct impact of occupational health and safety on employee performance. This finding prompts further exploration into the nuanced relationships between workplace safety measures and overall job effectiveness. Job Satisfaction as a Mediator: The study underscores the crucial role of job satisfaction as a mediator, demonstrating how it bridges the influence of organizational culture and health and safety measures to ultimately impact employee performance. This highlights the interconnected nature of workplace elements in shaping job satisfaction and, subsequently, performance. Abstract

This quantitative study aims to examine the influence of HR Information System (HRIS), career development, and organizational commitment on employee performance, with motivation as an intervening variable. The research population consists of 147 employees, with a sample of 60 selected using simple random sampling. Data collection employed questionnaires and interviews, with data analysis conducted using SmartPLS 3.2.8 software. The path analysis revealed that HRIS significantly affects employee performance, while career development and organizational commitment do not. HRIS and career development significantly influence motivation, while organizational commitment does not. Moreover, motivation significantly impacts employee performance. Notably, HRIS and career development have a significant impact on employee performance through motivation as an intervening variable, whereas organizational commitment does not have a significant influence on employee performance through motivation as an intervening variable. This study underscores the pivotal role of motivation in enhancing employee performance and provides valuable insights for organizations seeking to optimize their HR practices. Abstract

This study investigates the optimization of Knowledge Heterogeneity among practitioners in higher education through the dissemination of diverse expertise via the Practitioner-Led Teaching Program. The research, conducted within the context of the Kampus Merdeka initiative, employs a quantitative approach grounded in the positivist paradigm, complemented by structured interviews with practitioners to bolster questionnaire item indicators. Data was collected using saturated sampling from a population of 30 educators spanning 29 programs at a university. Employing SEM PLS analysis, the findings underscore that the sharing of knowledge and practitioner expertise significantly heightens academic performance, as manifested by an 87% enhancement in shared value across learning activities. This research underscores the pivotal role of practitioner engagement in enriching educational quality and aligning curricula with industry demands, thereby fostering valuable implications for educational institutions worldwide. Abstract

This research investigates the impact of Employee Empowerment, Work Environment, and Work Stress on Employee Performance, with Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. Rui Xue International. Despite the recognized importance of these factors, there is limited understanding of their combined effects in the context of Indonesian companies. The study employs a quantitative survey method with a descriptive approach, encompassing a sample of 61 employees selected through saturation sampling. Data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) path analysis with Smart PLS Version 3.0 software. Findings reveal that Employee Empowerment and Work Environment positively influence Employee Performance and Job Satisfaction. Work Stress does not significantly affect Employee Performance directly but significantly impacts Job Satisfaction, which in turn affects Employee Performance. The results underscore the importance of fostering employee empowerment and a conducive work environment to enhance performance, while managing work stress through improving job satisfaction. These insights contribute to the strategic management of human resources in similar organizational settings. Highlight: Employee empowerment significantly enhances both job satisfaction and employee performance. A positive work environment greatly impacts job satisfaction and performance. Abstract

This study examines the impact of Brand Image, Product Quality, and Price on consumer buying interest in digital TV products in Mojokerto. Using a quantitative descriptive approach, data were collected from 100 respondents through online questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results show that Brand Image, Product Quality, and Price significantly influence consumer interest. A positive Brand Image builds trust and preference, high Product Quality enhances perceived value, and competitive pricing motivates purchases. These findings suggest that companies should focus on these factors to boost consumer interest in digital TVs. Future research should investigate additional factors and expand to larger urban areas for broader insights. Highlight: Significant Impact: Key factors influence consumer interest in digital TVs. Abstract

This study explores how brand image, sales promotion, and product quality influence customer purchase intentions at PT. BERKAH SUKSES PERSADA, a fast-food catering company in Sidoarjo. Using a sample of 100 customers determined by the Slovin formula, data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed with multiple linear regression using SPSS. The results show that brand image and product quality have a highly positive and significant impact on purchase intentions, while sales promotions have a positive but lesser effect. The findings suggest that enhancing these factors can significantly boost customer purchase intentions, offering valuable insights for marketing strategies in the competitive fast-food industry. Abstract

The fundamental components in hierarchical progress are human resources as the main driver and motivation as the mindset for running the organization. The increasing competition in the workplace has driven institutions or organizations to continuously innovate in their offerings, creating products or services that benefit society. The aim of this research is to understand how the performance of employees at PT. Pos Indonesia Sidoarjo is influenced by job stress, workload, and work experience both simultaneously and partially. This study employs quantitative research with multiple linear regression analysis in an associative research style. Data collection was conducted using a poll distributed through Google forms. The entire population of this study consisted of 86 employees from PT. Pos Indonesia Sidoarjo, with a sample of 55 respondents selected using purposive sampling. The results of the study can be concluded that employee performance is positively influenced by work stress, workload, and work experience at PT.Pos Indonesia Sidoarjo.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan perekonomian Indonesia didorong oleh perkembangan ritel modern, khususnya minimarket, yang mengalami pertumbuhan sebesar 15% per tahun. Keberhasilan Indomaret dalam mempertahankan pangsa pasar disebabkan oleh pengalaman positif pelanggan, citra merek yang baik, dan kepercayaan terhadap produk dan layanan mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Peran Pengalaman Pelanggan, Citra Merek dan Trust terhadap Minat Beli Ulang Konsumen Indomaret Cabang Porong. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan purposive sampling. Populasi konsumen adalah yang pernah berkunjung ke Indomaret cabang Porong, dan ukuran sampelnya adalah 190 responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS 26, termasuk uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, dan regresi linear berganda dengan pendekatan klasik, serta uji koefisien determinasi (R2), uji F, dan uji t. Hasil penelitian memaparkan bahwa Pengalaman pelanggan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen Indomaret Cabang Porong. Aspek kemudahan menjadi faktor utama yang mendorong minat beli ulang konsumen. Citra merek yang positif juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen Indomaret Cabang Porong. Tanggapan positif dari konsumen terhadap citra merek Indomaret menjadi pendukung dalam meningkatkan minat beli ulang mereka. Kepercayaan (trust) konsumen juga memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap minat beli ulang di Indomaret Cabang Porong. Kemampuan toko dalam melayani dan menyediakan kebutuhan pelanggan dengan baik menjadi salah satu faktor utama yang mendorong minat beli ulang konsumen. Secara bersama-sama, pengalaman pelanggan, citra merek, dan kepercayaan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 33,3% terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen Indomaret Cabang Porong. Namun, terdapat faktor-faktor lain di luar ketiga variabel tersebut yang juga berpengaruh terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen sebesar 66,7%.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui, mendeskripsikan dan mengalisisis pengaruh fasilitas wisata terhadap kepuasan pengunjung di wisata kolam renang jedongcangkring. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan sampling purposive. Orang-orang yang pernah pergi ke kolam renang Jedongcangkring adalah subjek penelitian, dan sampelnya terdiri dari 96 orang. Motede analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis menggunakan uji f dan uji t dengan bantuan software SPSS for windows versi 25.Instrument dalam penelitian ini yakni skala fasilitas dengan nilai koefisien reliabilitas (? 0,832), skala lokasi dengan nilai koefisien reliabilitas (? 0,867), skala kualitas pelayanan dengan nilai koefisien reliabilitas (? 0,820) dan skala kepuasan pengunjung dengan nilai koefisien reliabilitas (?0,793). Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikannya 0,000< 0,05 dan nilai f hitung (61,931) > f tabel (3.09) maka Hipotesis 4 diterima dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif secara bersama-sama antara Fasilitas, Lokasi, dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Pengunjung. Untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh fasillitas, lokasi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung, dilakukan uji koefisien determinasi. Nilai R square yang diperoleh adalah sebesar 0.669. angka tersebut mengandungarti bahwa variabel Fasilitas, Lokasi, dan Kualitas Pelayanan memberikan pengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pengunjung sebesar 66,9% sementara 33,1% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) are the main asset in an organization, so human resources (HR) or also called actors (people) must be empowered in a balanced and humane manner. Health Service Agencies need human resources or medical personnel to achieve goals. Human resource management has several goals, one of which is organizational goals or company goals and also to achieve employees' personal goals.The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Excellent Service, Job Satisfaction and Motivation on the Performance of Medical personnel  in Health Service Agencie.. The approach used in this study was quantitative by distributing questionnaires to 52  respondents who were taken using one of the non-probability sampling techniques used, namely the total sampling or saturated sampling. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression of the IBM SPSS version 24 software program with results obtained that answer the hypothesis that there is a partial and simultaneously influence of excellent service, job satisfaction and motivation on performance.
