Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Brand Awareness, Influencer Marketing, dan Perceived Value terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Skincare Kahf di TikTok Shop. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 orang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Gen Z di Sidoarjo. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan data primer yang didapat dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner melalui Google Form. Data sekunder di dapat dari buku, jurnal, artikel,dll. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Partical Least Square (PLS) versi 4.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Brand Awareness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. (2) Influencer Marketing berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. (3) Perceived Value berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian

Abstract

General Background: Human resource quality remains a central concern for organizations seeking sustainable performance. Specific Background: PT JMTO Ruas Krian–Gresik faces performance challenges reflected in employee attendance and work enthusiasm. Knowledge Gap: Previous studies have discussed competence, motivation, and reward, yet limited empirical evidence integrates work enthusiasm as an intervening variable in this organizational context. Aims: This study aims to analyze the relationships between competence, motivation, reward, and employee performance with work enthusiasm as an intervening variable. Results: Using a quantitative correlational design with questionnaire data from 86 employees and SPSS-based analysis, the findings show that competence, motivation, and reward are positively associated with employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. Work enthusiasm mediates the relationship between these variables and performance. Novelty: The study presents an integrated model positioning work enthusiasm as an intervening variable within a single organizational setting. Implications: The findings provide empirical insights for human resource management practices related to competence development, motivational strategies, and reward systems in improving employee performance. Abstract

General Background Employee performance remains a central concern in organizational management due to its direct association with goal attainment and service quality. Specific Background Previous studies have emphasized leadership, communication, work environment, and organizational culture as key factors shaping employee performance across sectors. Knowledge Gap However, empirical evidence examining these variables simultaneously within specific organizational contexts remains limited. Aims This study aims to analyze the relationships between organizational factors and employee performance within the selected research setting. Results The findings indicate that leadership practices, communication patterns, and work-related conditions demonstrate statistically supported relationships with employee performance. Novelty The study offers contextual empirical evidence by integrating multiple organizational variables within a single analytical framework applied to a localized organizational setting. Implications These results provide practical insights for organizational managers in formulating policies related to human resource management while also contributing to the enrichment of empirical literature on employee performance determinants. Abstract

This research aims to identify and anlyze Work Family Conflict, Individual Characteristic, and Teamwork on Work Performance in the transportation sector. This research using a quantitative approach. The sampling using the total sample technique with the number of respondents as many as 60 respondents from Dinas Perhubungan Surabaya City Bidang Angkutan. The Data collection techniques using questionnaires distributed through questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. Data processing in this study used the SPSS 25 software program (statistical program for the social sciences). The results of this study show that the work family conflict has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, individual characteristics has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, team work has a positive and significant effect on employee performance work family conflict, individual characteristic, teamwork simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh inovasi produk, kualitas layanan purna jual, dan kepercayaan merek terhadap kepuasan konsumen di kalangan pengguna iPhone di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Permasalahan penelitian berfokus pada kontribusi ketiga variabel tersebut dalam membentuk pengalaman dan kepuasan pengguna smartphone di segmen premium. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengambilan sampel purposif sebanyak 100 responden yang memiliki pengalaman membeli dan menggunakan iPhone. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi produk, kualitas layanan purna jual, dan kepercayaan merek memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa keunggulan teknologi, sistem dukungan layanan resmi yang responsif, dan reputasi merek yang konsisten merupakan faktor kunci dalam mendorong kepuasan pengguna. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi pengembangan fitur kreatif dan layanan pelanggan yang prima dapat memperkuat loyalitas merek dan mempertahankan daya saing perusahaan di tengah dinamika persaingan industri teknologi global.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Leadership, Performance Allowances, and Work Culture on Employee Performance at the Candi District Office. The method used is quantitative descriptive with a non-probability technique in the form of purposive sampling. The number of respondents was 83 employees of the Candi District Office. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, while the data was processed using the Statistical Program For the Social Sciences software version 27. The results of the study indicate that: (1) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (2) Performance Allowances have a positive and significant effect on employee performance; and (3) Work Culture does not have a significant effect on employee performance at the Candi District Office. The conclusion of the study confirms that leadership and performance allowances are determinants of performance, while work culture in this context does not have a significant impact.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of knowledge sharing, human relations, and self-efficacy on the performance of BPKP East Java Representative employees. This type of research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method using a questionnaire to collect data. The sampling technique in this study used a total sampling of 190 employees. Multiple linear regression analysis includes classical assumption tests, validity tests, reliability tests, t-tests, F-tests and determinant coefficients. The results of this study reveal that simultaneously and partially there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of knowledge sharing, human relations, and self-efficacy on employee performance at the BPKP East Java Representative Office.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work quality, work environment, and work discipline on employee performance at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Sidoarjo Regency. This study uses a saturated sample, meaning that all 100 employees at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Sidoarjo Regency were used as research samples. The data collection technique was carried out using a proportional sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this study revealed that simultaneously and partially there was a positive and significant influence between the variables of work quality, work environment, and work discipline on employee performance at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Sidoarjo Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to ascertain the direct effects of financial compensation, transformational leadership, and preventative discipline on employee performance at PT. Xx. Both primary and secondary data are used in this kind of quantitative study. With a total of 120 employees, the researcher employed saturation sampling, a non-probability sampling approach. A Likert scale, with a range of 1 to 5, was used to measure the data gathering strategy in this study. Data was gathered through observations, interviews, and questionnaires. The study's findings demonstrates that employee performance is directly impacted by transformational leadership. Employee performance is directly impacted by preventive discipline. Employee performance is directly impacted by transformational leadership. Employee performance is directly impacted by financial pay.

Abstract

Organization is a form of cooperation of a group of people to achieve a certain goal effectively and efficiently. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, self-efficacy and motivation on work discipline with organizational commitment as an intervening variable conducted at the Department of Environment and Hygiene, Sidoarjo Regency. This research uses quantitative research. The location of this research was conducted at the Department of Environment and Hygiene, Sidoarjo Regency. The population in this study were all permanent employees of the Environmental and Hygiene Service of Sidoarjo Regency. The sample is 97 employees. With total sampling technique. Collecting data using a questionnaire. Data analysis uses Path analysis with the help of PLS ​​SEM software data processing. The results of the study prove that leadership, self-efficacy and motivation have an effect on organizational commitment and work discipline.
