Abstract

Peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat merupakan solusi yang efektif untuk mengurangi keinginan masyarakat pedesaan untuk bekerja di luar negeri, yang membutuhkan dukungan pemerintah melalui program-program ekonomi pedesaan. Banyak sumber daya alam, tanah subur, laut penuh ikan adalah aset khusus yang harus dimanfaatkan negara ini . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dan pembangunan ekonomi melalui tambak di Desa Hijau Babul Kabupaten Simeulue . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Penguatan posisi masyarakat dalam meningkatkan perekonomian melalui penangkapan ikan di desa Babul hijau Kabupaten Simeulue dilakukan melalui pembentukan kelompok usaha hasil laut yang mandiri dan persaingan . Peneliti dapat melihat dan mengamati kinerja masyarakat yang tergabung dalam kegiatannya sebagai pembudidaya ikan di Desa Sejahtera Babul , Kecamatan Simeulue Barat.  Kabupaten Simeulue. Selain itu , peran pemerintah dalam memberikan kontribusi terhadap pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui sektor maritim. Dan kami berharap intensifikasi kegiatan ini dapat berhasil dan mensejahterakan masyarakat

Abstract

Rukun and Tri Hita Karana had been conceptualized by scholars in anthropology as harmony in the Javanese and Balinese people from the late 20th until the early 21st century. These two kinds of philosophies still relevant amid the significant changes in the so-called modern society of Javanese and Balinese. This paper shows how rukun and Tri Hita Karana, which have been renowned along time will ensure the social resilience in the people of Purworejo and Tabanan when they are facing challenges. These two regions also remain still by the supports of organic actors who are ready to secure the harmony in the society. Data in this paper is collected from the focus group discussion and in-depth interviews in Purworejo and Tabanan as part of the research Penelitian Pembentukan Desa Berketahanan Sosial which is conducted in 2019 by Social Welfare Research and Development Agency of The Ministry of Social Services of Indonesia. Furthermore, this paper analyzed the meaning of harmony in the Purworejo and Tabanan people and their ability to face any changes. The results are; (1) Rukun and Tri Hita Karana still relevant in the people of Purworejo and Tabanan; (2) there are some organic actors who then help the society to keep the long-live philosophy of rukun and Tri Hita Karana.

Abstract

Policy transfer to a banking company owned by the Regional Government has wide complexity. The status of Banks Regional Banks as Regional Owned Enterprises must refer to Government Regulation No. 54 of 2017 and Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 32 of 2018 as a form of obedience in government governance. As a banking company, Regional Banks must comply with Law No. 10 of 1998 concerning banking as a form of corporate governance. The purpose of this study is to explore the policy transfer process in converting Bank Nagari from a conventional bank to an Islamic bank in West Sumatra, with a focus on comparing it to other regional banks in Indonesia that have successfully transitioned. This research aims to analyze the motivations of the policy actors involved, identify the key actors in this policy transfer, and examine the factors that support or hinder the process. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method, a case study approach using Dolowitz & Marsh's theory in analyzing the motivations of the actors involved in the policy transfer process studied, the core actors in policy transfers, and the inhibiting factors in the policy transfer process studied. Unsmooth policy transfers occurred in this case, dominated by the influence of political parties, and only after analyzing secondary data that appeared in the public sphere. Further research is needed to examine more deeply the political dynamics that occur in the process of converting Conventional Nagari banks into Sharia Nagari Banks.

Abstract

Pemeriksaan kadar asam urat sangat penting untuk dilakukan karena dapat membantu masyarakat mendiagnosis secara awal serta mengontrol berbagai penyakit yang berakitan dengan asam urat, seperti radang sendi (arthritis gout). Manfaat dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan adalah memberikan pengalaman langsung kepada masyarakat tentang pentingnya menjaga pola hidup sehat agar terhindar darai penyakit khususnya diakibatkan oleh asam urat. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk mengetahuai hasil pemeriksaan kadar asam urat pada masyarakat di Kelurahan Pattapang, Kecamatan Tinggimoncong, Kabupaten Gowa. Desain yang digunakan pada kegiatan ini yaitu menggunakan desain deskriptif observasional yaitu dengan cara megambarkan hasil pemeriksaan kadar asam urat pada masyarakat. Dari kegiatan yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil pemeriksaan asam urat pada masyarakat di Kelurahan Pattapang, Kecamatan Tinggimoncong, Kabupaten Gowa, dengan jumlah sampel 33 orang maka diperoleh hasil pemeriksaan asam urat pada jenis kelamin laki-laki yang normal sebanyak 16 orang (100%) dan tidak ada yang mengalami Hiperurisemia, sedangkan pada hasil pemeriksaan asam urat pada jenis kelamin perempuan yang normal sebanyak 17 orang (100%) dan tidak ada yang mengalami Hiperurisemia.

Abstract

In this increasingly dynamic world, international migration especially international refugee and asylum seeker has become a hot issue in many countries, including Indonesia. For example, a communal conflict between Rakhine and Rohingya ethnic groups in Myanmar in 2012 calls the attention of the international community, especially in Southeast Asia regions. The socio-political situation forced the ethnic minority Rohingya to leave Myanmar to move (migrate) or seek asylum to the neighbouring countries, such as Indonesia. In Indonesia, Rohingya refugees are mostly surviving in the boats “Manusia Perahu” camp in Aceh since 2015. The influx of refugees such as Rohingya into Indonesia constitutes a new problem in constitutional and social terms. This paper aims to explain Indonesia’s constitutional immigration policy and the public responses to asylum seekers taken from the case of Rohingya ethnic group in Indonesia. This study uses the literature review methods to explain the social problems and application of Indonesian regulations towards Rohingya refugees in the boats “Manusia Perahu” camp in Aceh. This study finds that a more explicit regulation is needed to regulate the entry of refugees, so that the locals will not be disturbed and still create security between countries.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan modal kerja dan biaya pemeliharaan terhadap pendapatan peternak kambing diSangatta.Model analisis yang digunakan untuk membuktikan hipotesis adalah model analisis regresi Linear Berganda yang akan dianalisis dengan menggunakan program statistik, yaitu SPSS versi 17 for windows. Jumlah responden penelitian 6 lokasi peternakan dengan data 24 bulan.Hasil analisis statistik menunjukan koefisien regresi variabel-variabel bebas yaitu Modal Kerja (X1) = 1,064Biaya Pemeliharaan (X2)= 0,846 konstanta sebesar 4486.916.Persamaan Regresi Linear Berganda adalah Y= 4486.916 + 1,064 X1+ 0,846 X2. Kesimpulan yang didapat dari besarnya pengaruh yang disebabkan dari variabel Modal Kerja, variabel Biaya Pemeliharaan, terhadap variabel Pendapatan Peternak Kambing adalah sebesar koefisien korelasi(R)= 0,943 dan besarnya ketergantungan pendapatan ternak terhadap kedua variabel bebas diatas adalah sebesar koefisien determinasi (R2) = 0,889 atau 88,9%.Hasil analisis uji F menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel bebas secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh yang bermakna terhadap peternakan kambing di Sangatta. Secara Parsial Modal Kerja (X1) berpengaruh dominan, hal ini dapat dibuktikan dari uji t.

Abstract

Penguasaan konsep awal merupakan salah satu indikator keberhasilan belajar siswa sebelum menempuh proses pembelajaran. Penguasaan konsep awal sangat penting bagi mahasiswa sebagai tolok ukur langsung yang digunakan oleh guru/dosen untuk mengetahui pemahaman siswa mengenai materi yang akan diberikan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengungkap penguasaan konsep awal mata kuliah protista mahasiswa Biologi Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (FMIPA) Universitas Negeri Malang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu survey. Partisipan pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Biologi semester genap tahun akademik 2019/2020 pada Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (FMIPA) Universitas Negeri Malang sebanyak 60 orang. Data penelitian diperoleh dari pretest pada mata kuliah Protista. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengukur penguasaan konsep awal mata kuliah protista mahasiswa yaitu berupa tes essay. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penguasaan konsep awal mata kuliah protista mahasiswa Biologi Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (FMIPA) Universitas Negeri Malang berada pada kategori sangat rendah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and identify the influence of physical property characteristics such as land area and building area; property legal characteristics in the form of property ownership rights; environmental characteristics in the form of designation zones on property values in D.I.Yogyakarta and apply the best equation method model in determining the value of large quantities of property in addition to the market approach method and cost and income approach. Access to research observation data in the form of primary data obtained in several ways, namely telephone interviews, personal interviews directly with property owners, and secondary data accessed by desk research of the DJTR spatial plan of the Ministry of ATR BPN, data access using purposive sampling models with non-probability sampling techniques, the number of observations as much as 135 data used. The research method uses multiple regression analysis ordinary least square method with Eviews 10 analysis tools, the form of the research regression model function using the selection of statistical criteria, applying the positivism paradigm with quantitative data in the form of Analytical survey, Identification of linear relationship behavior using the Mac Kinnon Test, and White Davidson MWD, Statistical criteria test in the form of F test, t-test, Determination Coefficient Test (R2), Economic criteria test is applied to compare between the estimated parameter coefficients by economic theory, Classical Assumption Test using Normality, Linearity, Multicollinearity, and Heteroscedasticity Test. The results showed that the findings of property characteristics simultaneously or simultaneously on the variables of land area, building area, ownership rights, and designation zone significantly affect property values with a coefficient of determination level of 68.69%. Partially or individually, the findings revealed the influence of the characteristics of land area, building area, ownership rights, and designation zone positively and significantly on property values. Selection of the best model of the regression function equation, applying the log-log regression equation model in determining property value

ANALISIS PENGARUH MERGER DAN AKUISISI TERHADAP KINERJA KEUANGAN PADA PERUSAHAAN SEKTOR NON KEUANGAN YANG TERDAFTAR DI BEI TAHUN 2014 – 2018 Rahmat Saleh Sekolah Vokasi IPB rahmat_saleh@apps.ipb.ac.id Abdul Kohar Universitas Pakuan Bogor abdul.kohar@unpak.ac.id ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine whether there are differences in liquidity, solvency and profitability before and after M&A. This study uses quantitative data in the form of a company's financial statements 4 yearsbefore and after the activities of M&A. This research was conducted on non-financial sector companies listed on the IDX as many as 5 sample companies that conducted M&A in 2014 that were selected using the purposivesampling method. Data were tested using SPSS version 23 with the Paired Sample t Test. The results showed that there were no significant differences except for the difference in DAR in the testing period 1 year prior to 3 years after M&A, DER  in the test period 1 year before and 3 years after M&A, ROA in the testing period of 3 years before with 4 years after, 2 years before with 4 years after M&A, ROE in the testing period 4 years before with 4 years after, 3 years before with 2 years, 4 years after, and 2 years before 2 years, 4 years after M&A. Keywords : Mergers, Acquisitions, Financial Performance, Paired Sample t Test ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan pada likuiditas, solvabilitas danprofitabilitas sebelum dan sesudah M&A. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif berupa laporan keuangan perusahaan 4 tahun sebelum dan sesudah aktivitas M&A. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan sektor non keuangan yang terdaftar di BEI sebanyak 5 perusahaan sampel yang melakukan M&A tahun 2014 yang dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data diuji menggunakan SPSS 23 dengan uji Paired Sample t Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan kecuali ada perbedaan pada DAR dalam periode pengujian 1 tahun sebelum dengan 3 tahun sesudah M&A, DER dalam periode pengujian 1 tahun sebelum dengan 3 tahun sesudah M&A, ROA dalam periode pengujian 3 tahun sebelum dengan 4 tahun sesudah,2 tahun sebelum dengan 4 tahun sesudah M&A, ROE dalam periode pengujian 4 tahun sebelum dengan 4 tahunsesudah, 3 tahun sebelum dengan 2 tahun, 4 tahun sesudah, dan 2 tahun sebelum dengan 2 tahun, 4 tahun sesudahM&A. Kata kunci : Merger, Akuisisi, Kinerja Keuangan, Paired Sample t Test

Abstract

Syiah Kuala University (USK) has developed more widely and intensively the character building-oriented program, one of which is the inauguration of the Character Development Course (MKPK). As an Islamic-based student development program, the teaching process of MKPK by the mentors of UP3AI USK must be guided by the Islamic communication principles as described in the Quran and Hadith. However, the mentors did not fully implement the Islamic communication principles. This study aims to describe the Islamic communication method and analyze the applications of Islamic communication principles in the Character Development program. The theory used in this study is Aristotle’s rhetoric theory. This type of study is descriptive qualitative using interviews and documentation as the data collection method. The informants in this study are five mentors of UP3AI and one mentor coach. The results of this study indicate that the application of Islamic communication principles by mentors in the Character Development program has been going well, but still not optimal.
