Abstract

The increasing number of violence against women every year raises question about the effectiveness of intergrated service programs for the women victims of violence. The government established the Integrated Service Center for Women and Children Empowerment (P2TP2A) in 2002 supported by National Commission on Violence against Women (KOMNAS Perempuan) in the effort to provide protection and empowerment of women victims of violence. However, the increasingly diverse forms of violence against women have resulted in complex needs of the victims. The question arises whether the function and performance role of P2TP2A has fully answered the needs of victims or not. This article focuses on assessments conducted by KOMNAS Perempuan and Forum Pengada Layanan (FPL) in 16 provinces to re-examine the role of P2TP2A's functions and performance in meeting the needs of victims. Based on the findings of the assessment, there are still shortcomings in the system and performance of P2TP2A in providing victims’ needs, such as lack of awareness as service providers, coordination problems among institutions and limited budget. This assessment uses in-depth interviews and document studies, by including the lessons from the P2TP2A Surakarta city, Bandung district and Central Java Province.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan: (1) Implementasi nilai pendidikan karakter dalam lingkunagan keluarga orang Bugis di Kecamatan Basala Kabupaten Konawe Selatan, (2) Faktor-faktor yang menjadi hambatan orang tua dalam mengimplementasikan nilai pendidikan karakter pada anak dalam lingkungan keluarga orang Bugis di Kecamatan Basala Kabupaten Konawe Selatan, dan (3) Faktor-faktor yang menjadi pendukung dalam mengimplementasikan nilai pendidikan karakter pada anak dalam lingkungan keluarga orang Bugis di Kecamatan Basala Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode etnografi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Implementasi pelaksanaan nilai pendidikan karakter dalam lingkunagan keluarga orang Bugis di Kecamatan Basala Kabupaten Konawe Selatan yaitu: (a) nilai religius : mengajarkan anak tentang prinsip dasar ketuhanan, dan menumbuhkan kebiasaan anak untuk beribadah, mengajarkan anak untuk sopan dan santun kepada orang lain, dan mengajarkan anak untuk menanamkan jiwa wirausaha berdasarkan syariat islam, (b) mengajarkan anak untuk sopan dan santun kepada orang lain, (c) membiasakan anak untuk berkata jujur, (d) membiasakan anak untuk disiplin, dan (e) mengajarka anak untuk mandiri, (2) Faktor-faktor yang menjadi hambatan orang tua dalam mengimplementasikan nilai pendidikan karakter pada anak dalam lingkungan keluarga orang Bugis di Kecamatan Basala Kabupaten Konawe Selatan adalah: (1)  faktor internal berasal dari kesibukan orang tua, dan (2) faktor eksternal berasal dari pengaruh pergaulan di lingkungan sekitar anak, dan pengaruh teknologi informasi dan komunikasi,dan (3)Faktor-faktor yang menjadi pendukung dalam mengimplementasikan nilai pendidikan karakter pada anak dalam lingkungan keluarga orang Bugis di Kecamatan Basala Kabupaten Konawe Selatan adalah: (1) peran orang tua, (2) lingkungan, dan (3) anak.Kata Kunci: Pendidika Karakter, Lingkungan Keluarga, dan Pappaseng

Abstract

The research subjects were grade V students of SD Negeri 13 Muara Kuang, totaling 17 students. Methods of data collection in the form of tests, observations, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative and qualitative. The indicators of the success of the action are marked by 75% of the number of students who take part in the learning process that have obtained KKM scores. Based on the results of the tests in the implementation of learning with a scramble model, students who achieved a value of ≥75 were 70.59% in the first cycle and increased to 88.24% in the second cycle. The action was dismissed in the second cycle because it had reached the criteria of success.

Abstract

Permasalahan penelitian ini adalah apakah kemampuan disiplin anak dapat ditingkatkan melalui pemberian tugas di Kelompok B TK PGRI Pandere. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka tujuan penelitian yang akan dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan bahwa pemberian tugas dapat meningkatkan disiplin  anak. Subyek penelitian adalah anak di Kelompok B TK PGRI  Pandere yang berjumlah 17 anak. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus, yaitu siklus I dan Siklus II, dengan masing-masing tahapan, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi.Teknik pengumpulan data yang dipakai adalah observasi yang berupa lembar pengamatan, dokumentasi, hasil karya. Metode analisis data yang digunakan analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dilaksanakan secara kolaboratif dengan teman sejawat, peneliti di sini bertindak sebagai observer. Deskripsi hasil penelitian ketuntasan belajar, jumlah anak yang sudah berkembang sesuai harapan belajar meningkat pada siklus I dalam kriteria penilaian berkembang sangat baik (BSB) sudah berkisar 23,6%, dan pada siklus II telah mengalami peningkatan yang baik yaitu berkisar 49,01%. Kemudian kriteria berkembang sesuai harapan (BSH) dari 35,3% menjadi 35,29%, mulai berkembang (MB) yang tadinya 27,4% tinggal 15,68% pada siklus II dan kriteria belum berkembang (BB) pada siklus I sebanyak 13,7% menjadi tidak ada lagi pada siklus II. Peneliti menyarankan kepada orang tua siswa untuk lebih memperhatikan anak dengan kasih sayingKata Kunci : disiplin, tugas

Abstract

This study aims to determine parenting styles in improving children's learning culture in Pancahan Baru Village, Rao Selatan District, Pasaman Regency, as well as what efforts should be given by the community so that children in this new enlightened village have a learning spirit so that a learning culture emerges from the children. . This research uses qualitative research and data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. Family is the first environment for children, family has a huge influence on children's learning success. There are many reasons why parents do not pay special attention to their children, including because they are busy working as farmers to meet the daily needs of the family and the parents' insufficient knowledge. Parents' upbringing plays an important role in enhancing the learning culture, because the way parents educate / care for children also affects children's learning styles. So in improving children's learning culture, it will depend on how the parenting styles are given to their children. The efforts made by parents are educating with habituation, advice, exemplary, reward and punishment

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of high interest in business vocational students wanting to become entrepreneurs. Related to this study's objective is to examine and gather empirical information on the relationship between college students'Entrepreneurship Education and Family Environment at Vocational Business. BusinessAdministration Department students in semesters 2, 4, and 6 participated in this study as respondents at Politeknik Negeri Nunukan. In this case study, 54 Business Administration students were selected as a sample. Based on the purposive sampling technique. Multiple linear regression analysis approaches are used to test the hypothesis in this case study. The findings indicated that Entrepreneurship Education and Family Environment all had an impact on Entrepreneurial Skills. This research demonstrates that Entrepreneurial Skills is simultaneously influenced by Entrepreneurship Education and Family Environment.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out whether the Village Fund Allocation has a positive and significant effect on the welfare of the people of Balombong Village, Peling Tengah District, Banggai Islands Regency. The sample in this research is the community of Balombong Village, Peling District, Banggai Islands Regency using purpose sampling technique with a total of 102 people. . Data collection methods use interviews and questionnaires. Data were analyzed descriptively quantitatively using frequency tables and simple linear regression. Results of data processing carried out using the SPSS version 25.0 program. From the results of the t test, it was found that the Village Fund Allocation variable (X) had a partial influence on the Welfare of the Village Community (Y) in Balombong Village, Peling District, Banggai Islands Regency. From the results of the coefficient test or t test, it was found that the t-count was 69.038 and the t-table was 1.663. This comparison means that it can be seen that the t-count = 69.038 > t-table = 1.663, which means it has a positive and significant effect on community welfare (Y) in Community of Balombong Village, Peling Tengah District, Banggai Islands Regency

Abstract

Soil fertility parameters, including macronutrients, micronutrients, and metal content, are very important for optimizing agricultural and plantation land management. Ultisol is a type of soil that is commonly used as a planting medium for oil palm plantations, rubber, and various types of vegetables. Continuous land use causes variations in nutrient and metal content. This change is also caused by the fertilization process and the characteristics of the plants grown in the area. In this study, an analysis of soil fertility parameters (macronutrients, micronutrients, and metal content) was analyzed using X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) on Ultisol soil taken from Muara Jambi Regency, Indonesia. This analysis was conducted across land-use areas (Palm, Rubber, Vegetables, and Forest). Subsequently, the obtained measurements were used to model correlations with soil pH values to predict soil fertility parameters. The quantitative results showed that the metal content values were reasonably consistent across all locations regarding metal types and their percentage concentrations. However, locations 1 (T1) and 2 (T2) have higher aluminum (Al) content than locations 3 and 4 and lower magnesium (Mg) content. The modeling, when correlated with pH values, indicated that metal elements correlated 0.938, macronutrients 0.934, and micronutrients 0.767. From these correlations, it can be qualitatively inferred that there is a strong relationship between pH and the presence of metal content, macronutrients, and micronutrients. In the future, this can serve as a model for estimating the presence of soil fertility parameters.
