Abstract

The purpose of this project is to give an English training for Jampang English Village (JEV) students while participating in English competition. The object of this project is the students of JEV Bogor. Total physical response (TPR) is using in this method through giving the strategies; how they correctly use their body language when facing English competition and how to interact with the audience while standing in front of the stage. At the end of the activities, the contestants comprehend the techniques of English training related to poetry, short story, and speech.

Abstract

This study investigates the effectiveness of integrating gamification tools—specifically Quizizz, Kahoot, Pear Deck, and Nearpod—in improving English reading comprehension among first-year students at Universitas Pamulang, Indonesia. Utilizing a pre-experimental design with pretest and posttest assessments, the research measured students’ proficiency in literal, inferential, and critical comprehension aligned with the KET-Cambridge international exam format. A census sample of 27 students participated in a semester-long intervention where gamified activities were embedded into classroom instruction. Results revealed significant improvements: while 57.14% of the experimental group achieved “Outstanding” posttest scores, none remained at the “Beginning” level. Qualitative and quantitative data highlighted enhanced vocabulary acquisition, engagement, and familiarity with exam structures, supported by real-time feedback and interactive elements. The findings align with prior research on gamification’s role in fostering motivation and academic performance. This study underscores the potential of gamified tools to transform traditional language pedagogy, particularly in contexts requiring alignment with global standards. Recommendations include broader adoption of such tools in higher education and further exploration of their applicability across language skills.

Abstract

Product sales strategies are supported by technology that makes it easy for consumers to buy a product. According to Sulastri (2014) sales volume is the level of sales obtained by the company for a certain period in units (units/total/rupiah). The purpose of this study was to determine what are the factors that affect the sales volume of animal feed at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, Tbk. Makassar Unit. Feed is a single or mixed food material, both processed and unprocessed, which is given to animals for survival, reproduction and breeding. This research was conducted in April and July 2023, which took place at PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia. Based on this, this research uses qualitative data so that in collecting data interviews with 30 respondents are conducted. The results of this study indicate that when viewed simultaneously or as a whole the factors that affect the sales volume of animal feed at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, Tbk. Makassar Unit, namely demand and supply, fluctuating feed prices, upward trends in raw material prices, and demand on holidays. However, after several data analysis tests, only demand and supply and the trend of rising raw material prices have a very strong (significant) influence on the volume of animal feed sales.

Abstract

Pembelajaran bahasa Inggris dengan menggunakan media teknologi menjadi sebuah kemudahan bagi pengguna dalam meningkatkan ketrampilan berbicara dengan baik. Aplikasi English for Kids merupakan salah satu aplikasi non-berbayar yang dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran bahasa Inggris khususnya dalam mengenalkan ekspresi percakapan kebiasaan sehari-hari dan meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara bahasa Inggris siswa pada kelas VI SDN 02 Cirendeu Ciputat. Tujuan dari PKM ini adalah meningkatkan komunikasi berbahasa Inggris melalui aplikasi “English for Kids” serta menambah pengetahuan ekspresi kebiasaan baik sehari-hari dalam bahasa Inggris Pelaksanaan PKM ini melibatkan 35 orang siswa dengan menggunakan metode observasi menggunakan role-play dimana siswa SDN 02 Cirendeu melakukan dialog sebagai evaluasi dalam penggunaan aplikasi English for Kids.. Hasil pelaksanaan PKM menunjukan pada tahap pertama 57,14% atau 20 siswa memperoleh nilai bagus. Pada tahap ke 2 terjadi peningkatan menjadi 71,43% atau 25 siswa mendapatkan nilai bagus. Peningkatan nilai terjadi di tahap ke 3 dimana 91.43% atau 32 siswa mendapatkan nilai bagus. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut di simpulkan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi English for Kids dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara bahasa Inggris siswa serta dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran bahasa Inggris dikelas.

Abstract

Provider Initiated Testing and Counseling (PITC) is an important strategy to increase coverage of HIV testing for pregnant women as well as efforts to control HIV/AIDS in Indonesia and is part of the Maternal and Child Health (KIA) program. During the COVID-19 pandemic, new HIV/AIDS infections tended to increase, especially among housewives. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Muara Badak Health Center found new HIV cases and tended to increase, while HIV screening for pregnant women decreased. This study aims to determine the implementation of the Provider Initiated Testing and Counseling (PITC) program for pregnant women during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Muara Badak Health Center in terms of process (assessment of the mechanism for implementing the PITC program for pregnant women) and output (factors related to pregnancy). with program success). This type of research is cross sectional and the sampling technique used is accidental sampling. Collecting data using questionnaires and observation sheets with a sample of 86 pregnant women, Bivariate analysis using the Fisher's Exact Test and the Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test with a 95% confidence level (α = 0.05). The results showed that the implementation of the Provider Initiated Testing and Counseling (PITC) program evaluation activities for pregnant women during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Muara Badak Health Center in terms of process, was declared to have gone quite well with a score of 32 (63%), while the implementation of evaluation activities the PITC program for pregnant women during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Muara Badak Health Center in terms of output stated, the results of statistical tests between the success of the PITC program and the basic principles of PITC (p=1,000), knowledge (p=1,000), attitudes (p=0.000) using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test, and resistance (p=1,000). In conclusion, there is no relationship between the success of the PITC program and the basic principles of PITC, knowledge, and barriers. There is a relationship between the success of the PITC program and attitude. Muara Badak Health Center is expected to be able to monitor and evaluate the implementation of PITC.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai kecenderungan gaya belajar pada peserta didik sebagai data untuk pengaplikasian pembelajaran berdiferensiasi pada kelas 1B SD Supriyadi 02 Semarang. Hal ini dikarenakan adanya perbedaan keunikan cara belajar pada setiap peserta didik. Subyek dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas 1B yang berjumlah 25 anak. Penelitian ini berupa kualitatif deskriptif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan angket/kuisioner. Penelitian dikembangkan dengan menggunakan rumusan dari Bobby De Potter tentang gaya belajar. Menurut Bobby De Potter ada 3 jenis kecenderungan gaya belajar, yaitu visual, audiotori, dan kinestetik. Berdasarkan pada hasil penelitian menunjukkan tak ada peserta didik yang secara mutlak hanya mengandalkan satu gaya belajar. Terbukti bahwa gaya belajar peserta didik menunjukkan 32% visual, 28% auditori, dan 40% kinestetik. Melalui pengaplikasian pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, peserta didik akan difasilitasi proses belajarnya melalui kegiatan pembelajaran yang variatif dan sesuai dengan gaya belajar yang dimiliki setiap peserta didik.

Abstract

-Purpose Conceptual understanding is an ability to receive, absorb, and comprehend materials or information acquired through a series of events that can be directly observed or heard, stored in the mind, and later applied in daily life. This research aims to describe the level of conceptual understanding of Fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence) among students majoring in Animal Husbandry at Politani Pangkep. -Method The research employed a descriptive analythic method with a survey approach. The data collection technique used in this study involved an objective test consisting of multiple-choice questions with four alternative answers which was distributed to senior undergraduates students on animal science department State Polytechnic of Agriculture Pangkajene Kepulauan, The data analysis technique using descriptive qualitative.. -Result The research results indicate that the overall average scores of Animal Husbandry students at Politani Pangkep fall within the sufficient or less category when assessed against standard criteria. Consequently, it can be concluded that the low level of conceptual understanding among students is caused by several factors, including the omission of Fiqh animal husbandry lessons from the curriculum, lecturers predominantly using lecture methods in teaching, a lack of learning resources, and students' insufficient interest in the field of Fiqh. -Implication a robust understanding of livestock fiqh has significant implications for ensuring the authenticity, quality, and integrity of the Halal industry. Individuals with this knowledge can contribute to effective certification processes, quality assurance, oversight, and community trust, ultimately supporting the growth and sustainability of the Halal market.

Abstract

Pengetahuan yang tidak tepat mengenai manfaat memberikan ASI secara eksklusif termasuk manfaat kolostrum pada awal pemberian ASI Eksklusif dapat menimbulkan kurangnya ketertarikan dan motivasi ibu untuk memberikan ASI Eksklusif pada bayinya. Persentase pemberian ASI Eksklusif terendah tahun 2021 di Kota Banjarmasin terdata di Puskesmas Pekauman sebesar 4,79%.Menganalisis hubungan pengetahuan ibu tentang manfaat kolostrum dengan keberhasilan pemberian ASI Eksklusif pada bayi usia ≥ 6 bulan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Pekauman. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan survei analitik dan pendekatan cross sectional ini dilakukan pada 30 ibu menyusui yang mempunyai bayi usia ≥ 6 bulan di Puskesmas Pekauman dengan teknik purposive sampling dan dianalisa dengan uji korelasi Kolmogorov Smirnov karena tidak memenuhi syarat uji chi square. Sebagian besar responden memiliki pengetahuan kurang dengan jumlah 12 orang (40%), dan tidak memberikan ASI Eksklusif dengan jumlah 17 dari 30 orang (56,7%). Analisa uji hipotesis secara bivariate menunjukkan nilai p = 0,017. Ada hubungan pengetahuan ibu tentang manfaat kolostrum dengan keberhasilan pemberian ASI Eksklusif pada bayi usia ≥ 6 bulan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Pekauman.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 dinyatakan Bencana Nasional di Indonesia. Pada Maret 2020 kasus terkonfirmasi 414.179, angka kematian 18.440 di wilayah Indonesia. Banyaknya masyarakat kurang pengetahuan dan pemahaman terhadap protokol kesehatan. Data Covid-19 meningkat pada 18 September 2021 berdasarkan Kemenkes RI 4.188.529, angka kematian 140.323. Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat Gambaran Tingkat Kepatuhan Penerapan Protokol Covid-19 pada Masyarakat yang Berkunjung ke Puskesmas Simpang IV Sipin. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode Deskriptif Observasional. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi 5M yaitu memakai masker, mencuci tangan, menjaga jarak, menghindari kerumunan, membatasi mobilitas. Pengambilan 110 sampel menggunakan teknik probability sampling dengan metode stratified random sampling. Analisa data menggunakan analisa univariat dengan rumus perhitungan persentase arikunto dengan kategori penilaian persentase kategori patuh >70% dan kategori tidak patuh <70. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan berdasarkan gambaran tingkat kepatuhan penerapan protokol Covid-19 pada masyarakat berkunjung ke puskesmas Simpang IV Sipin Kota Jambi 53 responden (48,18 %), sedangkan masyarakat tidak patuh 57 responden (51,81%). Kesimpulannya masyarakat masih dikategorikan rendah menerapkan protokol covid-19 dikarenakan masih banyaknya masyarakat tidak peduli adanya fasilitas di puskesmas pada masa pandemi dapat membahayakan individu. Disarankan perlu edukasi ke masyarakat pentingnya penerapan prokes 5M ini.

Abstract

A case settlement between the party who is the victim and the party who is the perpetrator is known as case dispute resolution. The process of resolving a case can take one of two forms: through litigation (in the court) or non-litigation (outside of court). Using methods from a literature review, the purpose of this study is to examine how digital justice is affected by technology and innovation in law enforcement. The application of information technology to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of time in handling case files, particularly at the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia, has changed the way law enforcement operates in the ever-growing digital era. These technological developments include big data analysis, artificial intelligence, and digital forensic technology. Indonesia. This study's problem formulation is as follows: 1) How are cases resolved in court? 2) How are efforts to speed up the resolution of cases in court according to PERMA Number 4 of 2020 concerning Electronic Administration and Trial of Criminal Cases in Court? Legal behavioral products, such as reviewing laws, are used in normative case studies in normative legal research methods (normative law study). The issuance of PERMA Number 4 in 2020 will accelerate the resolution of cases in court through administrative procedures and electronic broadcasting. This could increase the effectiveness and efficiency of broadcasting principles and reduce the broadcasting of cases in court, particularly given the existence of PERMA Number 1 in 2019.
