Abstract

This research aims to find out big facts. Discussion of the influence of compensation, work discipline and work motivation on employee performance with organizational culture as an intervening variable for non-civil servants at the West Pasaman Dispora Regional Office. The data analysis method is in the form of questionnaire data with a sample of 60 respondents. The data analysis method used is questionnaire data analysis. The research results obtained based on the partial test (T test) were obtained: There is no influence of Compensation on Organizational Culture for West Pasaman Dispora Consumers, There is an influence of Work Discipline on Organizational Culture for West Pasaman Dispora Consumers, There is no influence of Work Motivation on Organizational Culture for West Pasaman Dispora Consumers, There is no influence of Compensation on Employee Performance for Dispora Consumers West Pasaman., There is an influence of Work Discipline on Employee Performance among West Pasaman Dispora Consumers. There is an influence of Work Motivation on Employee Performance among West Pasaman Dispora Consumers. This indicates that the better the work motivation felt by West Pasaman Dispora consumers, the higher their employee performance. There is no influence of organizational culture on employee performance among West Pasaman Dispora consumers. Organizational culture is unable to influence compensation variables on performance. Employees, Organizational Culture Not able to influence the Work Discipline variable on Employee Performance, Organizational Culture Not able to influence the Work Motivation variable on Employee Performance. Finally, the author suggests to companies the need for company management to pay special attention to improving employee performance through the variables that have been studied.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Training and Career Development on Employee Performance through Digital Well-being as an intervening variable at PT Semen Padang (HR Department Unit). This study consists of two independent variables, namely Training and Career Development and one dependent, namely Employee Performance and Digital Well-being as the intervening variable. Data collection methods through surveys and distributing questionnaires to employees as respondents using a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS) 4.0. The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence between Digital Well-being on Employee Performance at PT Semen Padang (HR Department Unit). There is a positive and significant influence between Training on Digital Well-being at PT Semen Padang (HR Department Unit). There is a positive and insignificant influence between Training on Employee Performance at PT Semen Padang (HR Department Unit). There is a positive and insignificant influence between Career Development on Digital Well-being at PT Semen Padang (HR Department Unit). There is a positive and significant influence between Career Development on Employee Performance at PT Semen Padang (HR Department Unit). Training has a positive effect and is able to mediate between Digital well-being variables on Employee Performance. Career Development has a negative effect and does not mediate between Digital Well-being variables on Employee Performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan berusaha menganalisis Pengaruh Komunikasi Dan Kecerdasan Emosional Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Dinas Pendidikan Dan Kebudayaan Kota Bukittinggi. Penelitian ini adalah model Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan alat bantu analisis SmartPLS 3.0. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Dan Kebudayaan Kota Bukittinggi. Hasil penelitian menemukan Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Komunikasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan antara Kecerdasan Emosional terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan antara Komunikasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Terdapat pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan antara Kecerdasan Emosional terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Kepuasan Kerja memediasi Komunikasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Kepuasan Kerja tidak memediasi Kecerdasan Emosional terhadap Kinerja Pegawai.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of funding decisions, investment decisions, stock prices, dividend policies, and company size on company value in companies in the consumer non-cyclicals sector for the 2019-2023 period. The population used in this study was 129 companies in the consumer non-cyclicals sector. The sampling technique used was a purposive sampling technique and was obtained by 31 companies in the consumer non-cyclicals sector as samples. The data in this study is secondary data in the form of annual data obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis technique used in this study is panel data regression analysis with the help of the Eviews 12 program. Based on the results of the tests carried out, it shows that the decision to invest in a relative has a significant effect on the value of the company, the investment decision in a relative has a significant effect on the value of the company, the stock price in a relative has a significant effect on the company's value, the dividend policy in a relative has a significant effect on the company's value, the size of the company in a significant effect on the company's value, funding decisions,  Investment decisions, stock prices, dividend policies, and company size simultaneously have a significant effect on the value of a company.

Abstract

This study aims to determine managerial ownership and capital structure on company value with dividend policy as an intervening variable in consumer non-cyclicals sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2019-2023 period. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and obtained as many as 20 samples of companies in the consumer non-cyclicals sector. The types of data used were multiple regression analysis and path analysis using SPSS 25. Based on the results of the study, it is shown that partial managerial ownership has unsignificant effect on dividend policy, capital structure partially has a significant effect on dividend policy, partial managerial ownership has a significant effect on company value, capital structure partially has a significant effect on company value, dividend policy partially has a significant effect on company value, dividend policy is can’t moderate the relationship between managerial ownership and company value, dividend policy can’t mediate the influence of capital structure on company value.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Ownership Structure and Growth on Company Value with Profitability as an intervening variable in Manufacturing Companies in the Food and Beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2019-2023 period. Sampling in this research using the purpose sampling method obtained 35 companies with time series data. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 21. The research results show that partial ownership structure has no effect on profitability. Partial growth has no effect on profitability. Ownership structure partially influences company value. Partial growth has no effect on Company Value. Profitability partially influences company value. Ownership Structure and Growth simultaneously have no effect on Profitability. Ownership Structure, Growth and Profitability simultaneously influence Company Value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure and financial performance on firm value with firm size as an intervening variable in non-primary sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2023 period. The sample selection technique used purposive sampling and obtained 27 non-primary sector companies. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis using SPSS 26. Based on the results of the hypothesis, it shows that capital structure does not have a significant effect on firm size, financial performance does not have a significant effect on firm size, capital structure has a significant effect on firm value, financial performance has a significant effect on firm value, firm size has a significant effect on firm value, firm size is able to mediate the effect between capital structure on firm value, firm size is able to mediate the effect between financial performance on firm value in non-primary sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2023 period. It is hoped that this study can help non-primary sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) to increase their firm value by considering factors that have a significant effect on the firm value such as capital structure, financial performance, and firm size.

Abstract

The type of data used is quantitative data and the analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis. The data was processed using SPSS 26. Based on the results of hypothesis; Partial capital structure does not have a significant effect on profitability.; Partial financial performance has a significant effect on profitability; Partial capital stucture has a significant effect on firm value; Partial financial performance has a significant effect on firm value; Partial profitability does not have a significant effect on firm value; Profitability as an intervening variable cannot mediate between capital structure and firm value; Profitability as an intervening variable cannot mediate between financial  performance and firm value. It is hoped that this study can help manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) to increase the value of the company by considering factors that have a significant effect on the value of the company such as capital structure and financial performance.

Abstract

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual terhadap kinerja karyawan memalui kepuasan kerja sebagi variabel intervening. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel Independen yaitu kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual dan satu variabel kinerja karyawan serta kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang diisi oleh responden. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan berdasarkan Uji Parsial (Uji t) diperoleh: a) terdapat pengaruh signifikan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kepuasan kerja b) terdapat pengaruh signifikan kecerdasan spritual terhadap kepuasan kerja, c) terdapat pengaruh signifikan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja karyawan, d) terdapat pengaruh signifikan kecerdasan spritual terhadap kinerja karyawan, e) pengaruh signifikan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, f) Kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja karyawan, g) Kepuasan kerja tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh kecerdasan spritual terhadap kinerja karyawan.
