Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan rasa percaya diri dari peserta didik di LKP Nurma. Rasa percaya diri harus dimiliki sebagai modal awal bagi wirausaha muda bahwa hasil karya mereka layak untuk bersaing. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dibagi menjadi lima sesi, yaitu pembuka, ceramah, game, Tanya jawab, dan penutup. Sebelum dilakukannya kegiatan ini, tim pengabdian telah melakukan survei permasalahan, pencarian solusi, penjadwalan, serta melakukan monitoring evaluasi setelah program selesai dilakukan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini berhasil meningkatkan kepercyaan diri para peserta didik untuk mulai berwirausaha dengan cara menerima orderan menjahit, ataupun aktif memperkenalkan karya mereka kepada orang-orang disekitar.

Abstract

Perubahan Sosial sebagai suatu proses perubahan bentuk yang mencakup keseluruhan aspek kehidupan masyarakat, proses yang berlangsung selama manusia itu hidup, baik lokal maupun global. Perubahan sosial bisa terjadi karena pada dasarnya masyarakat bersifat dinamis sehingga perubahan yang dilakukan bisa mengikuti arus perkembangan zaman. Modernisasi merupakan suatu proses perubahan masyarakat untuk menjadi masyarakat modern. Melibatkan tranformasi budaya dari masyarakat tradisional ke masyarakat berkembang sesuai dengan kehidupan masa kini. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang menyebabkan perubahan sosial pada Tradisi Hajatan di Kelurahan Tanjung Batu Timur, kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Kajian ini juga menggunakan tiga teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor penyebab perubahan sosial dalam adat sedekahan yaitu bertambah dan berkurangnya penduduk, penemuan-penemuan baru, konflik yang terjadi dalam masyarakat dan pengaruh masyarakat lain.Social Change as a process of changing forms that covers all aspects of community life, a process that takes place as long as humans live, both locally and globally. Social change can occur because basically society is dynamic so that the changes made can follow the flow of development of the times. Modernization is a process of changing society to become a modern society. Involving cultural transformation from traditional society to developing society in accordance with today's life. This study aims to determine what factors cause social change in the custom of almsgiving in Tanjung Batu Timur Village, this study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. This study also uses three data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the factors causing social change in the custom of almsgiving are the increase and decrease of the population, new discoveries, conflicts that occur in society and the influence of other communities.

Abstract

Hypertension occurs when a person's blood pressure exceeds the normal limits. This results in increased morbidity and mortality. The method in this study is descriptive, with the use of retrospective research, where the study was conducted by reviewing information or retrieving data that had existed before. Data were collected through polypharmacy prescriptions for patients with high blood pressure at the Royal Prima Medan Hospital between September and November 2023, with 650 prescriptions collected. From the results of this study, the prescriptions that met the inclusion criteria were 100% in accordance with the symptoms, drug doses, mechanisms, procedures, and duration of drug use. A total of 26 prescriptions contained five drugs with 63.41% interaction out of a total of 41 prescriptions. A total of 34 prescriptions contained 6 drugs, with 65.11% of the total 49 prescriptions. A total of 19 prescriptions contained seven drugs, with 82.61% of the total 23 prescriptions. A total of 13 prescriptions containing 8 drugs with a percentage of interactions of 86.67% of the total 15 prescriptions. Most interactions occurred in six prescriptions containing nine drugs, with 100% interaction from a total of six drugs. Most interactions also occurred in four prescriptions containing 10 drugs, with 100% interaction from a total of four drugs.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are an element of the phenomenon in today's economic world. With a capital that is not too large, you can start a business according to the desired goals. However, there are problems when operating whether MSMEs can survive and develop or can compete with large industries. Especially at this time around the world, being hit by the infectious disease covid-19 which has developed in 2020. The purpose of the study is to find out whether there is an influence from the development of covid-19 in the city of Medan on the income of MSMEs in the city of Medan. Data collection was carried out by interviewing several MSMEs around the city of Medan and taking the amount of data on Covid patients from the Medan City Government website, the Task Force for the Acceleration of Covid-19 Handling and the Medan City Health Office. To analyze the data, this research uses multiple linear regression analysis to see if there is an influence from Covid-19 on the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in Medan City. The results of this study indicate that there is no significant effect of covid-19 between MSME income before the pandemic and the number of Covid-19 sufferers on MSME income when the pandemic increases.

Abstract

So far, people consider rambutan seeds as unused waste, even though rambutan seeds have many health benefits. The purpose of the activities carried out by UNRAM Integrated KKN students is so that people can utilize rambutan seeds into products that have sales value. This activity was carried out in Karang Bayan Village, Lingsar District, West Nusa Tenggara. The approach used in this activity is Learning by Doing. UNRAM's integrated KKN student team learned by practicing directly how to process rambutan seeds with the tools and materials that had been prepared. This approach is expected to be more effective in achieving the output targets in KKN activities in Karang Bayan Village. The results of the implementation of the Integrated Community Service Program (KKN) activities are able to provide information and innovation about processing rambutan seed waste so that the community is able to process rambutan seed waste into a creative business venture, which is able to show creativity in turning unused waste into a valuable product. In addition, this activity can also be an option to reduce waste, especially rambutan seeds.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the association of students of SMP N 32 Solok ambah in Sijunjung district. The aim of the researcher was to describe the association of peers at SMP N 32 Solok Ambah, Sijunjung Regency. Factors that influence peer interaction at SMP N 32 are the influence of children with their peers in the outside environment, such as playing on mobile phones with indefinite time, dating freely and smoking. Abstract

Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 29 of 2004 concerning Medical Practice, which includes the obligation of doctors and dentists to make medical records. The results of the evaluation of the completeness of medical records at Mitra Medika General Hospital Medan were still found to be incomplete medical record files. This study aims to determine the influence of predisposing factors (knowledge), driving factors (encouraging from other officers) and supporting factors (facilities and facilities) on the behavior of doctors in recording medical records. The data obtained were analyzed with several statistical tests using a computer program, namely using univariate analysis, namely to see the description and characteristics of each independent variable (free) and bivariate analysis, namely to test and analyze each effect with the completeness of recording medical records at RSU Mitra Medika Medan using the Chi- Square test. The results of this study indicate that the completeness of medical record recording was obtained from 27 people with a good number of 18 people (66.7%), good completeness of complete medical record recording as many as 10 people (37.0%) and good completeness of medical record recording not complete as many as 8 people (29.7%), while the encouragement of other personnel for recording medical records was obtained from 27 people with the number of other staff encouragement both as many as 20 people (74.1%), then other facilities and facilities for recording medical records were obtained from 27 people with good facilities and facilities as many as 22 people (81.4%). Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that there is an effect of completeness on the recording of medical records at Mitra Medika Hospital in Medan. The results of statistical tests using the chi- square test showed that the p-value was 0.006 <0.05. The results of the statistical tests using the chi-square test showed that the p-value was 0.978 > 0.05.

Abstract

Industry 4.0 has introduced new challenges in the field of education, where digital literacy and critical thinking skills have become increasingly essential for students in navigating the ever-evolving flow of digital information. This study aims to analyze the relationship between digital literacy and students' critical thinking skills at the secondary school level. Utilizing a correlational survey method, data were collected from 250 students and analyzed using Pearson correlation and simple linear regression tests. The results indicate a significant positive relationship between digital literacy and critical thinking skills (r = 0.652, p < 0.01). Furthermore, regression analysis shows that digital literacy contributes 42.6% to the enhancement of students' critical thinking skills. These findings affirm that improving digital literacy can support the development of critical thinking through technology-based learning and more adaptive pedagogical approaches. Therefore, integrating digital literacy into the educational curriculum is crucial to equip students with essential skills to face the challenges of the digital era.

Abstract

Purwokerto, kabupaten Banyumas adalah salah satu daerah yang berada di provinsi Jawa Tengah yang dikenal salah satu wilayah penghasil gula semut atau gula kristal terbesar khususnya desa Pasinggangan. Dengan permintaan pasar yang terus meningkat, kabupaten Banyumas kini di kenal sebagai daerah dengan penghasil gula terbesar di Jawa Tengah. Semakin meningkatnya para penderes (petani gula kristal) hasil produksi gula kristal semakin banyak. Oleh karena itu, menjadi masalah jika para petani tidak memiliki akses pasar yang luas untuk memperjual belikan produknya. Hal ini dapat mempengaruhi perekonomian para petani gula kristal. Penelitian artikel ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan melakukan observasi langsung. Lembaga Penelitian Pengembangan Sumber Daya dan Lingkungan Hidup (LPPSLH) memediasi para petani yang ada di desa Pasinggangan untuk dapat melakukan kerjasama dengan PT. Berkat Petani Indonesia maka hasil produksinya dapat di ekspor ke pasar global. Dapat di lihat bahwa peminat gula semut atau gula kristal di Eropa lebih banyak dibandingkan di Indonesia. Hasil produksi diekspor ke negara Polandia dengan target ekspor yaitu perusahaan manisan atau gula yang bersertifikat ekologis. LPPSLH sebagai sebuah NGO/LSM yang bergerak dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat untuk dapat membantu menyelesaikan masalah para petani gula kelapa yang tidak memiliki akses pasar yang luas atau membantu para petani gula semut untuk dapat mengekspor hasil produksinya khususnya di desa Pasinggangan kabupaten Banyumas.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi permintaan kunjungan ke Agrowisata Elite Park serta untuk menentukan nilai ekonomi dari Agrowisata Elite Park yang diukur melalui surplus konsumen menggunakan metode Travel Cost Method (TCM). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan alat analisis berupa Microsoft Office Excel dan perangkat lunak RStudio. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 60 orang. Analisis data meliputi identifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi permintaan wisata, uji kelayakan regresi Poisson, dan analisis nilai ekonomi agrowisata. Variabel independen yang digunakan terdiri atas biaya perjalanan (X₁), tingkat pendapatan (X₂), waktu tempuh (X₃), usia (X₄), dan fasilitas (X₅), sedangkan variabel dependen adalah frekuensi kunjungan (Y). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pendapatan (X₂) berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap frekuensi kunjungan, sementara variabel biaya perjalanan, waktu tempuh, usia, dan fasilitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Nilai surplus konsumen per kunjungan sebesar Rp208.594 dan nilai ekonomi total Agrowisata Elite Park mencapai Rp3.656.028.000 per tahun.
