Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the character education values contained in the animation of Nussa and Rara’s episode of Nussa Bisa. The type of research is library research. The results of the analysis are guided by the values of character education according to the Ministry of National Education in 2011. Of the 18-character education values, there are 12 characters that appear in the animation of Nussa and Rara episode of Nussa Bisa. The 12 characteristics are religion, responsibility, respect for fellow religious people, curiosity, respect for the work and achievements of others, caring, thinking logically, critically, creatively, and innovatively, love for the environment, hard work, and taking risks. So, from this literature study search, it can be concluded that the animation of Nussa and Rara is very worthy of being a spectacle for MI/SD-age children because it teaches many noble ethical values that can be instilled early.

Abstract

There are so many tasks and functions performed by teachers in order to develop their noble duties as agents of change. With various problems that must be resolved, teachers are also required to have work targets according to what has been determined. So this paper tries to reveal how motivation affects teacher performance in learning. The writing method uses a qualitative approach with a literature study. The results of the analysis show that work motivation has an influence on teacher performance in schools. If teachers have high work motivation, the quality of teacher performance will also increase it can help teachers in carrying out the teaching and learning process well. Effective work motivation can increase teacher productivity, creativity, and job satisfaction so that the quality of education in schools can also increase. However, it should be noted that there are several other factors that can also affect teacher performance, such as work environment, management support, and personal factors.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the learning difficulties of primary-level students in online learning in Birem Rayeuk Village. The type used in the research is a descriptive survey. The research findings show that some of the obstacles during limited learning are problems (1) the internet network is unstable; (2) the internet quota is very inadequate; (3) too many homework assignments given by the teacher every day; (4) students find it difficult to focus when learning the subject matter; (5) the applications used are difficult for students to understand. The second finding is that teachers' efforts to optimize limited learning include (1) forming study groups; (2) conducting home visits; (3) making learning videos according to the theme; and (4) cooperating with student guardians in accompanying children to study at home.

Abstract

Sains yang bersifat abstrak kemudian harus dikonkretkan dalam pembelajaran. Agar siswa memahami konsep sains dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Maka guru dapat memilih pendekatan yang sesuai dengan karakteristik mata pelajaran dan siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan sebuah pendekatan yang menjadi alternatif menumbuhkan profil saintis pada siswa MI. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif pre-experimental design. Observasi dan tes hasil belajar dipakai untuk mengukur kemajuan belajar siswa sebelum dan setelah perlakuan. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa pendekatan berbasis lingkungan mampu meningkatkan sikap saintis siswa. Sikap saintis yang dimaksud adalah (1) rasa ingin tahu; (2) jujur; (3) terbuka terhadap kritikan; (4) toleran; (5) optimis; (6) pemberani; (7) kreatif atau swadaya; dan (8) tidak dapat menerima kebenaran tanpa bukti. Rekomendasi penelitian ini memungkinkan kepada guru di MI/SD untuk memanipulasi pembelajaran IPA dengan selektif memilih pendekatan pembelajaran yang tepat dan sesuai pada kondisi pembelajaran agar hasil yang diinginkan dapat tercapai.

Abstract

This research highlights the urgency of sexual education from the perspective of the Qur'an and the preventive exploration by the community towards sexual problems in children. The purpose of this study is to analyze the views of the Qur'an and preventive efforts from the community toward sexual education for children. The research method used is a phenomenological study. The results of the study reveal that sexual education is important to be delivered to children, with material that is appropriate to their age and stage of development. This education must not deviate from the guidance of the Qur'an and must be in harmony with human values and lifelines. The Qur'an teaches sex education through certain verses that emphasize ethical, moral, and moral aspects of sexual behavior

Abstract

Lecturer is educators who are under the auspices of higher education institutions. one of the duties of the lecturer is to guide and help develop the potential of students so they can complete their studies. Likewise, the lecturer in the Mathematics Education study program at one of the universities in Langsa city was appointed as an academic advisor (PA). but there are some obstacles that are felt by PA lecturers, such as the absence of a guidance manual, lack of understanding of technology, students consult only once in one semester, and some students only ask for signatures to fill Study Plan Cards (KRS) and Study Results Cards (KHS ) manual. However, students also have other perceptions, according to the interview results, it is known that PA lecturers are only needed to sign the KRS and KHS, some PA lecturers are difficult to find, some PA lecturers do not have time to consult, PA lecturers do not direct courses in the following semester. so the purpose of this study was to express student satisfaction in mathematics education in terms of PA lecturer services. The approach of this research is a quantitative approach. The research sample was 61 mathematics education students with systematic sampling. For data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis techniques using simple regression followed by the -F test. The results showed that the level of student satisfaction in terms of PA lecturer services was in a sufficient category, so it can be concluded that there was a significant contribution between the services of PA lecturers to the satisfaction of mathematics education students.

Abstract

Background: Introduction: Peripheral neuropathy is one of the most common chronic complications in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM) and carries a risk of diabetic ulcers and amputation. One non-pharmacological intervention that can be used is ankle pump exercises to improve peripheral circulation. Purpose: To evaluate the effectiveness of ankle pump exercises in preventing peripheral neuropathy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Method: This study used an Evidence-Based Nursing Practice (EBNP) approach with a pre-post quasi-experimental design. A total of 15 participants were selected using purposive sampling based on inclusion criteria. The ankle pump intervention was carried out for 4 weeks, twice daily, for 10 minutes each time. Data were analyzed using univariate tests and paired t-tests. Results: The prevalence of neuropathy decreased from 67% to 40% after the intervention. The paired t-test showed a p-value of 0.024 (p<0.05), indicating a significant difference before and after the intervention. Conclusion: Ankle pumps are effective in improving peripheral circulation and reducing neuropathy symptoms. Suggestion: This intervention is expected to be integrated into preventive nursing practice and patient education.   Keywords: Ankle Pump; Peripheral Neuropathy; Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.   Pendahuluan: Neuropati perifer merupakan salah satu komplikasi kronis yang paling sering terjadi pada pasien diabetes mellitus (DM) tipe 2 dan berisiko menyebabkan ulkus diabetikum hingga amputasi. Salah satu intervensi nonfarmakologis yang dapat digunakan adalah latihan ankle pump untuk meningkatkan sirkulasi perifer. Tujuan: Untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas latihan ankle pump terhadap pencegahan neuropati perifer pada pasien diabetes mellitus tipe 2. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Evidence-Based Nursing Practice (EBNP) dengan desain quasi-experiment pre-post. Sebanyak 15 partisipan dipilih dengan purposive sampling sesuai kriteria inklusi. Intervensi ankle pump dilakukan selama 4 minggu, dua kali sehari, masing-masing 10 menit. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji univariat dan paired t-test. Hasil: Prevalensi neuropati menurun dari 67% menjadi 40% setelah intervensi. Uji paired t-test menunjukkan nilai p=0.024 (p<0.05), menandakan adanya perbedaan signifikan sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Simpulan: Ankle pump efektif dalam meningkatkan sirkulasi perifer dan mengurangi gejala neuropati. Saran: Diharapkan intervensi ini diintegrasikan dalam praktik keperawatan preventif dan edukasi pasien.   Kata Kunci: Ankle Pump; Diabetes Mellitus Tipe 2; Neuropati Perifer.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan oleh dosen IAIN Langsa bekerja sama dengan komunitas Sagoe Atjeh Global Antara (SAGA) dalam bentuk pelatihan editor naskah nonfiksi bagi mahasiswa Pascasarjana Magister Pendidikan Agama Islam. Tujuan kegiatan adalah meningkatkan keterampilan mahasiswa dalam mengedit naskah nonfiksi agar sesuai dengan kaidah akademik dan standar penulisan buku, sekaligus mendukung capaian kompetensi KKNI level 8 yang menuntut kemampuan menghasilkan karya ilmiah, inovatif, dan bermanfaat bagi masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan adalah service learning, yaitu mengintegrasikan pengalaman belajar mahasiswa dengan aktivitas pengabdian nyata melalui praktik penyuntingan naskah secara langsung, diskusi interaktif, kerja tim, dan proofreading. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta mengikuti pelatihan dengan antusias dalam suasana yang santai dan kondusif. Peserta tampak aktif bertanya ketika menemui kesulitan, kooperatif dalam membantu sesama, serta mampu bekerja dalam tim dengan baik saat menyelesaikan proses penyuntingan. Dokumen naskah hasil kerja peserta memperlihatkan peningkatan signifikan dalam aspek kejelasan, sistematika, dan akurasi. Kelebihan kegiatan ini terletak pada partisipasi aktif peserta dan aplikasi langsung keterampilan editing, sedangkan kekurangannya adalah minimnya pengenalan teknologi berbantuan AI dalam proses editing. Peserta berharap adanya pelatihan lanjutan dengan fokus pada aplikasi editing modern dan tindak lanjut intensif dari dosen maupun pemateri. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan kapasitas literasi akademik mahasiswa serta membuka peluang pengembangan buku nonfiksi berkualitas yang bermanfaat bagi masyarakat luas.

Abstract

Learning Islamic values for Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) students or Elementary School (SD) children presents challenges in conveying abstract moral and spiritual concepts, considering that children's cognitive abilities are at the concrete operational stage. The primary challenge is to effectively internalise Qur'anic values so that they can be understood, internalised, and practised in everyday life. This article aims to explore the effectiveness of learning based on Qur'anic stories as a pedagogical strategy that is appropriate to children's developmental characteristics. The research uses a qualitative approach with literature study methods. The results of the study show that Qur'anic stories have strong potential in forming noble morals, because they present characters, event plots, conflicts and resolutions that are concrete, so that it makes it easier for children to interpret abstract values. In addition, the integration of stories with creative methods such as role playing, drawing, and group discussions increases students' emotional engagement and conceptual understanding. This research recommends that MI/SD teachers develop interactive Qur'anic story-based learning models, use visual and audio media to strengthen the learning experience, and carry out ongoing assessments of the application of values in student behaviour. This approach is believed to be able to shape Islamic character from an early age and provide a strong foundation for the younger generation in facing the challenges of the times.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of differentiated learning in developing the interpersonal skills of students with disabilities through Natural Science (IPA) learning in an inclusive educational environment. Interpersonal skills, such as social participation, communication, collaboration, and self-confidence, are important competencies that support the academic and social success of students with disabilities, but are often not optimally developed in inclusive practices. This study used a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) design with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were obtained from reputable national and international journal articles published between 2021 and 2025 and analyzed using thematic analysis techniques. The synthesis results indicate that differentiated learning—especially in the aspect of process differentiation—plays a significant role in improving the quality of social interactions of students with disabilities through flexible grouping, collaborative role assignments, and adjustments to learning activities according to students' readiness and learning profiles. Inquiry-based and collaborative IPA learning has proven to be an effective social space for inclusively training students' communication, cooperation, and self-confidence. These findings confirm that differentiated learning functions not only as an academic strategy but also as a social learning mechanism that supports the development of interpersonal skills in students with disabilities. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of deliberate instructional design, teacher competency in differentiation, and the integration of social goals in inclusive science learning.
